{Plots and Relationships} Looking for Ideas and Folks

For quite a while, I was stumped when it comes to coming up with something to do and it has been going since the time that Platinum Hearts started back up and Saviors of Dawn was shut down for the time being. So in an attempt to spark a muse of ideas and applicable intentions, I ask you and other members of Platinum Hearts to give your thoughts about a story that would fit the criteria that I am interested in.

Criteria

• Gradual Romance: Romeo & Juliet kind of romance is too spontaneous, so the characters would have to take their time and develop the personality that compliments the other's personality. Sex is very unlikely early on, so it can be turned into a long term goal; the characters can also be bitter rivals on top of being friends or lovers.
  
  
• Internal Conflicts: We are not dealing with the world and the war right now, so the focus is more on each individual's struggles. It can be for short bursts (like friends having an argument that could affect their friendship or having a fever) or it can be long term (like a reoccurring harasser or a detrimental secret.)
  
  
• Interesting Long Term Goals: Nothing epic (like taking down Hell or saving the world,) but interesting nonetheless (like to lose virginity before they turn thirty or to become the career they or their family wanted them to be part of.) It is expected to take a long time before they could achieve it, so make it worth the time they spent trying to attain it.
  
  
• Fresh Start: Different location and possibly new characters, but while I am willing to make a new character, not everyone has to. Although, it is preferable to have close approximate range to assure that when developing characters, they would have something in common like having to struggle without powers.
  
  
• Some Degree of Planning: It is often better planned than improvised because people will communicate more and it often takes less time with more result to type out a planned post than an improvised post. To free-play role-players, it does not typically means that it would be rigid or expected. It can be very loose such as letting the person know what is intended and let them react in their own little ways. On top of that, it allows more togetherness and understanding between players and their styles so better cooperation can be made.

• (UHCM) Project Ikibukuro
  DESCRIPTION: Focused on the conflicts surrounding Ikibukuro as it was one of the major cities to not have a dome and has to rely on Human defenders who have powers. The story takes place among the minority of Humans who do not have powers and has to struggle with not having powers to defend themselves. However, there is a tempting idea of a special research project that involves giving powers to those who does not have them, but it sparks a conflict between the evolutionists who believed that the infusion experiment will hinder the evolutionary growth of Humanity and the experimentalists, who believed that the experimental project frees them from natural selection and gives them a better chance to survive without needing spirits and the likes of Karakura Central. It can be played in Ikibukuro High School or Ikibukuro City College.
