• Name: Anzu Oshiro • Titles: The Lethargic Doll of Karakura • Age: 14 • Gender: Female • Affiliation/Rank: Karakura High | Freshman
• Appearance Description: Anzu is the child who possess golden blonde hair, usually tied into loose twin tails, and brown eyes. She’s four foot nine inches and seventy-two pounds. Anzu is an absent-minded slacker, someone who can easily lose her train of thought, forget about even the simplest of things, and always goes out of her way to avoid having to do anything that may be tiring. Being a calm and laid-back individual, she tends to approach everything in a casual and unhurried manner. Her approach to things extend to conflicts she may find herself in, preferring to talk her way out of a fight simply because she has little desire to engage in combat with someone for it’s tiring and requires effort on her part. Being the kind of person who rarely gets angry, for that requires effort, little seems to truly trouble her. If one were to inquire on her dislikes, her reply would be those who are too serious for their own good and those who start petty fights. Those two things are the most bothersome to her, and for the most part does her utmost best not to get involved with such things.
Thus one would say Anzu was a relaxed and care-free individual, who is overall quite friendly, even to those who most would consider an enemy. Sometimes she can be seen as eccentric, manifesting in unusual comments and somewhat uncomfortable observation. Due to her absentmindedness, she tends to not worry about small details instead she looks at the bigger picture, and lets most things resolve themselves rather than help. Regardless of the situation she may find herself in, she maintains a degree of levity as well as some degree of lethargy. The latter is usually depicted by the constant rubbing of her eyes as well as the yawns that escape her mouth, either way lethargy is definitely apart of her personality.
On the rare occasions Anzu does find herself getting serious, she displays truly fearsome skills in combat, as the situation requires. Despite the fact she may find herself in a fight, she manages to maintain her easy-going personality, though her lethargy becomes less noticeable. She tries to finish fights as quickly as possible for the faster a fight is finished, the less energy she has to exert. She does have the habit of making small-talk with her opponent. She does try to give her opponent several chances to back down, but will stop if she finds that convincing her opponent that talking is much better than fighting is falling on deaf ears.
To finish up, Anzu holds a great deal of honor and integrity on top of her whimsical and lackadaisical attitude. Though she may not be above lying or being deceptive, it’s typically only done when it’s truly necessary and rarely out of real malice. Thusly so, Anzu would make a trustworthy ally as long as she is not corrupted by the world she lives in. _____________________________

• Natural Attributes:
Hand-to-Hand Combatant: During the four years Anzu had spent as a test subject to an experiment she knows little about, she had become proficient in hand-to-hand combat, so much so that she is considered to be dangerous without the use of her Teleportation, her threat level raising when one factors in the power she holds. Anzu is highly flexible, being able to twist and bend her body into strange and unnatural positions which labels her somewhat as a contortionist. On top of being able to avoid damage to her being, she is quite agile as well as fast, using her dexterity as well. Accompanied with her endurance, Anzu can fight for long periods of time without tiring. Anzu's most frequently utilized move when caught in a fight are drop kicks.
Enhanced Strength: Anzu has little problem when it comes to fighting with those who are much bigger than she is due to her physical prowess. Beside the physical prowess accompanied with her hand-to-hand combat skills, her most defining physical attribute is not speed nor flexibility, but her strength. Despite her small structure, she has displayed great destructive capabilities when it comes to her strength. Such strength feats can be seen during fights as she can create small craters with her strength alone, thus she scales back the strength of her attack greatly for there's the chance she has the capability to break bone.
Psionic: Anzu has been blessed with power that can be utilized through the mind, psychic powers to be frank. This includes an array of abilities that she has the potential to unlock and utilize, but as with other power, she must must practice as well as hone in the abilities granted to her by this power. Due to the nature of her power, there is a great deal of stuff she can learn and use as a psionic, but she must of course unlock these abilities before she can start on the path of gaining mastery over them. She currently has access to two of the many abilities that are possible with being a psionic, the abilities being Teleportation and Telekinesis. She has only recently unlocked her Telekinesis, thus it has the potential to grow, but for now it's her weakest ability. But of course it's cover by her mastery over Teleportation.
Telekinesis: A newly acquired ability that Anzu has not yet gotten around to practicing, and thus she has not tapped into the full potential the ability can grant her. And due to the fact she has only recently unlocked this ability, she cannot control nor use it freely, making it useless until it's trained. Her telekinesis surfaces only when she's angered, coming as the form of telekinetic limbs which serve as two extra arms. Arms that quite frankly pose a threat to those around Anzu due to the fact she has no control over these telekinetic arms, and these arms having the tendency to attack anyone. Her telekinetic arms have a max range of 10 meters.
Teleportation: Anzu holds the ability known simply as Teleportation, a power she had inherited due to her status as a psionic. Such an ability allows her to traverse the lands, no matter how small or great the distance is, thus moving somewhere without the need to physically travel. Such an ability has allowed her to teleport herself as well as anything within her possession in the blink of an eye. All she must do is think of the desired destination, and she shall appear there at will. She has come up with several variations of this ability, call them techniques if you well, all which stem from her primary ability to Teleport. (She cannot traverse to other dimensions, being limited to Earth)
Remote Teleportation: An ability that stems from Teleportation, Anzu's primary ability. This is quite frankly a variation of the original ability, though it allows her to teleport anything that is not herself, physical contact with the desired item or target is not required, wherever she may desire for that person or thing to go. For example, Anzu can easily teleport a sheet of glass into the middle of a pillar. Such an ability has a great deal of potential in terms of offensive and defensive capabilities, though it does have its limitation. In this case, the limitation she's faced with is the amount of weight she can teleport. At this current point, she has shown the capability to teleport a weight of 250 kg with ease, her max being 500 kg though it causes great strain on her. Yet she has not found herself in situation where she has to teleport something of that magnitude, thus she is not entirely concerned with the limitation in terms of weight. Besides, such a thing as weight that can be teleported at one time can be fixed with some training, when she gets around to it.
Empathetic Teleportation: An ability that allows Anzu to teleport to the location of those she has a strong connection to. Upon teleporting to the location of the one she holds a deep connection with, she shall usually appear a couple feet behind them or in front of them. Quite a simple ability, though at the moment she has a strong connection to a single individual, and thus can only teleport to this individual until more bonds are made. The person she can teleport to is none other than Seika Oshiro, though Anzu believes that this list shall grow overtime.

Anzu was orphaned as a child, spending a large portion of her life within the walls of an orphanage. The event that landed her in a place where children end up if their parents died or didn't want them, but she assumes that she had been abandoned. No memories of her birth parents can be recalled, she having been a baby when she graced the steps of St. John's Children Orphanage. Either way, she would remain within the guardianship of the orphanage, at least until someone came along and adopted her.
Her earliest memories are that of playing with the other unfortunate children, children who had lost their parents in some tragic accident or had been abandoned at the door steps of the orphanage, like she had been. Anzu consider her early years within the place had been the best for she was a naive child who had little to no clue about the cruelty of the world. She had, at that time, believed St. John's Children Orphanage to be the safest place for somebody like herself. Yet as she got older, the way she viewed her 'home' would change.
Anzu had a great many friends, people she loved spending time with and trusted wholeheartedly. She had a desire to stay friends forever, such a thing had never happened. She was 6 when she began to notice that children were leaving the orphanage. She assumed they had been adopted by nice individuals that wanted children, and hadn't cared until her own friends began to depart. She was sadden by this, not wanting to be separated from her people that had been her friends since she could remember. But she was also happy for these friends for she was still under the notion that they were being adopted into good families.
Yet, as more children were 'adopted', Anzu began to feel left out. It had been a year since her first friend had departed from the orphanage and she had not been adopted yet. She began to believe that there was something about her that was undesirable to a potential parent that they had not considered her. Such ideas weighed on her mind heavily, and she became depressed for a short period of time. But the depression would be lifted for she held onto the hope that she would soon be adopted.
And the day finally came. It was a couple months before she turned 8, led away from the orphanage by one of her caretakers under the assumption that she was being escorted to her new home. She was wrong to assume such a thing, for she had not been taken to a house with a couple prepared to accept her into their lives. No, she had been taken to a dark building within a dark place. Her caretaker, the person who was suppose to find her a home with loving parents, had led her not into paradise but into hell. A hell she would endure for four years before she would be released from it.
The day she stepped into hell was the day she had come to a realization. Not everyone that had walked out of her life had gone to be part of a lovely family. Some, the fortunate ones, had. But others had been sold to researchers who desired to conduct experiments and needed human subjects. And she had been one of the unlucky few that had not gotten a family and thus would become a test subject.
Anzu would, as stated above, endure four years within hell, being subjected to pain and physical exams. She had no idea what they were looking for, but whatever it was she wish she was not a part of it. During the four years, she had received training in hand-to-hand combat and was pitted against others to test those skills. Test were run on her daily, the reason for such things unknown or unclear to her. Either way, she wished to be free of the torment she was being subjected to. It was a wish that would come true, four years later.
Four years went by, she not remembering a large portion of it. She does remember the pain, as well as the fact that the pain became dull as the years went by. She had fought a great deal of other test subjects, winning for she feared what would be done to her if she didn't. She also remembers the many nights she would go without sleep for one reason or another. But soon enough the torture would end, after four long years, she would be free.
Anzu came to her freedom the same day she had finally unlocked the power that dwelled inside of her. It was another one of those mornings, the test ran on her being more painful than usual, though she did not say anything. No, instead she kept wishing she was anywhere else but there, chanting the notion within the confines of her mind. She even went as far as to think about a nice place she had visited during her time in St. John's Children Orphanage. Her eyes were closed tightly, only opening as she felt a cool breeze upon her skin.
To her shock, Anzu was no longer within the dark building, instead she was standing outside of the ice cream parlor she had frequent as a child. People walked all around her, clearly not concerned with the sudden appearance of a child, nor her appearance. It wasn't like she gave them much time to look her over, for she quickly dashed into the nearest alley. She was very much frighten, having no clue on how she had gotten out of hell and onto the streets of Karakura Central. She was much to frighten to think rationally, and far to scared to ask for assistance, thus she stayed in that alley.
Even has the body of people began to thin out and the moon rose in the place of the sun, she did not move out of the alley. Anzu would probably had stayed in that alley the entire night if someone had not happen to show concern. The stranger that had walked into the alley concerned about the well-being of the one hiding was named Seika Oshiro. This same stranger would coerce Anzu out of the alley, taking her home where she would be given a proper bath, new clothes, and a meal. She would also receive a bed to lay herself on for the night. Though she was skeptical about the intentions of Seika, she could not refuse such nice offers.
Seika asked numerous questions, most pertaining to where Anzu lived as well as where her parents were. She had no problem answering the questions, though she had refused to tell the woman of her ordeal. Despite the fact that the two were strangers, Seika had offered her home to Anzu. It was something that shocked Anzu greatly, though it also managed to make her happy. She agreed, though of course under some terms. The arrangement was suppose to be temporary, but after Seika had spent two month with Anzu, she had no desire to part with the girl, nor did Anzu want to part from Seika.
Thus, Anzu was adopted by Seika. Anzu became quite comfortable around Seika, liking the woman very much despite the fact that she sometimes dressed her in the most outrageous outfits. But it was something she could live with, besides, she sometimes enjoyed being dressed up by Seika, the woman commenting several times that Anzu was very much a doll to her as well as her little sister. During the first year of her stay, Anzu still had great difficulty sleeping, sometimes bunking with Seika for comfort. Seika would fix her problem of restless nights by presenting to her Usa-chan, a pink stuffed rabbit.
Surprisingly, that stuffed bunny did its job of curing Anzu of her sleepless nights, though she would still bunk with Seika when she felt like it. The bunking with Seika became a normal thing throughout the year, as well as the years to come. Anzu's lethargy would also manifest during these years, she having little desire to work and having the need to catch up on the years of sleep that she had missed out on. She became relaxed enough that she confided within Seika about her trauma, as well as the ability that she had awaken on the day of her grand escape.
Anzu had just turned 12 when Seika decided that it would be best to have her gain control over her ability. The argument being that it would be disastrous if her power grew and she had little control over it. Thus, despite the protest of Anzu, the path to master her teleportation ability began. Such training would last for a year, no more being needed to gain complete control over it. She showed herself as a natural when it came to controlling her teleportation. The year to follow after the mastery over teleportation would be used to increase the capability of it. Anzu believes that it shall be her greatest ability.
Recently Anzu has turned 14, the appropriate age for entering high-school, specifically Karakura High-School. She has only recently unlocked telekinesis, Seika theorizing that Anzu may be on the path of a psionic if she isn't already. Either way, Anzu anticipates that her 14th year shall be filled with fun as well as chaos, though she shall keep away from the chaos. _____________________________

This is the only striking matter that seems to stand out to me. As I'm somewhat curious as to what the power of this ability is seeing as it's not controllable. Elaborate on this uncontrollable power and if it could be a danger to others or if she is able to keep it sheathed.
Besides that there are no real problems, however I did notice that she is the Lethargic Flower of Karakura. I have no problem with the title being used, but just know Komoe Yuudeshi is the Flower of Karakura. Again, I don't mind it, as I've yet to even use her and I'm sure you'll actually put use to this character.
Anddd just a suggestion, but I don't see that girl being 5'2" ninety pounds. She looks a lot smaller to me, but that's just me. It's your character, after all. :p
