It was a peaceful night, however things had soon begun to pick up, in moments a rift broke into the sky, as a figure landed peacefully from the heights of the heavens themselves it seemed like And onto a mountain range just outside the soul summit, but this was for a special reason, a girl who had just come back from a very interesting meeting, with a very special girl had exhaled slowly because while she was bone fucking tired she had previous to her arrival sent invitations and summons to specific members of the Rinyūaru , mandatory summons for most, but optional for higher ranks, for this reason she was while bone tired also forced to switch attire, talking with her inner hollow and her zan spirit, choosing a garb of lace with a parasol over her head, she had slowly descended stone steps, to a particular location just outside the tree’s near the stone tower she currently has chosen for her residence, as you see her and the normal machinery didn’t mix well so she tended to stay out of the main city, as that was where she broke stuff without trying more often than not, and this was why being all dolled up came with perks, like looking like a Victorian doll made by a master carpenter.
Her attire wasn’t the most revealing either but it sure was short, which was why she had then immediately sent out 12 messengers all to various locations, using her influence as a war general, she had put up a no-enter zone, for all but commanders or those of equal or higher rank then she was, by a means of man power, and posted notices for the time being this tower had become a restricted zone, where interruptions would be minimal , and this was why she had exhaled slowly and looked up at the sky, waiting for the arrivals. This meeting had been called for a specific reason , by her and was of pressing importance, given she was a war general it would be very stupid not to attend in any regard, however right now she wasn’t worried about that, she was thinking very calmly and was sitting against a tower step, parasol balanced over her head , her hair usually long and gold was rather black and spikey, yet her appearance was still magnificent even to see by normal standards, and she had done something else, not for display but to discourage any weaklings from getting funny idea’s she had begun slowly releasing her spiritual pressure.
This pressure, would have been enough that she warned any members of the normal infantry not to come, and it caused the skies to glow slightly with raw spirit pressure and energy, on a large scale you could say the surrounding mile at least had been utterly swamped, with bone crushing spiritual pressure that would make it so that walking into it was like forcing yourself to run in water, it was dense and it was dangerous, those two facts didn’t or rather couldn’t change, as she stood there a corona of energy around her while she had exhaled looking at her nails and then tapped her foot impatiently on the ground, she wasn’t tired, anymore just anxious to get the meeting on the road, to make it so that they would begin to actually do something, like the leader zefonse who took action and attacked the soul society, it was annoying that while the other orgs had been running rampant they contently had been waiting in the shadows, for something to happen, yet nothing had actually been happening thus far, which was precisely why she had decided for this meeting.
So while she sat and waited , her eminent arrival would be plenty sensible even by the worst energy sensor, hell right now you just needed to look for the massive fog-like anomaly to find her, that’s how visible it had become, because you see to keep it from harming others she generally had it focused in a radius around her, however she was in her home field, as of now and had no need to do that, of course as such she had let it all release in not so much a display of power, but a display of skill, as her position probably was more than enough to show her strength and her power she was a freaking war general after all, and because of that she had without a doubt found this situation as it was, rather interesting, and had decided finally, albeit after a long time of inconsistency, to take action and begin the conversations that would hopefully lead to something changing, and something getting done around the place, of course for this reason she had eventually stood up, and then held the parasol slightly over her face to hide her appearance, at least the facial appearance, then she had ran over the memories of Claire in her head, the meaning of sadness wasn’t lost however what was the meaning behind this meeting? Well you see as of late major wars had been cropping up everywhere and vast destruction had been escalating on a higher scale, this was something concerning however it was also more then that, peace and order, two things that needed to be brought about, had been lacking, and she had sat down, and waited of course with baited breath as she exhaled slowly, the messages had been sent, and her lips turned into a slight smile.

War General of The Rinyūaru
War General of The Rinyūaru
The day was yet, another one with the city that was the Rinyūaru's own personal headquarters for their organization. Ai, at the moment was dealing with most of the soldiers and ground units of the Rinyūaru's army as the War General of Land. It seemed rather easy for a tactician of ground combat like himself to come up with plans for the main forces to be used easily for maximum effectiveness on the ground. To be exact on what he was doing, was he was dealing with his own personal ground squad that composed of most of the people that he brought along into the Rinyūaru with himself. They all had decided that they would follow his lead as their guide until the very end of it or their own lives' path. It was kind of nice to have such loyal companions that had always traveled with him before he joined the Rinyūaru. It was kind of funny how he found that his path was intertwined with that of an organization, but the Rinyūaru was the one that went along side his path and forged into it. It wasn't long after speaking to them for a bit that the messenger from another arrived before him, giving him word about the meeting that Magnolia was setting up as of now.
He eventually moved with intentions of arriving there as soon as possible since this was most likely going to be a meeting of the higher ups called together, specifically, it was probably going to be all of the war generals there, with maybe a few others from the divisions. Trying to get all of the higher ups at one time without too much notice like a few days, would be a major inconvenience on most since it isn't even mandatory. Ai had no problem however since he was just dealing with his own personal matters that could be set aside for later anyway. It was the job as a war general that came first in his mind, although this is mostly a neutral thought, Ai was wandering further and further from what he use to be as the Guide of the paths. His old religion still resided within him but, he broke even more and more away from what a guide was suppose to be. He was breaking away to the point now, that he certainly was on his own path now and would never be going back to the old way of things. No matter how this path may end upon him, he would accept it, so that other's paths may stay clear of this dead end like a proper guide.
Eventually, Ai would arrive with the area that was considered a no enter zone by his fellow war general, and from what he could tell, he most likely was the first to arrive beside Magnolia, unless they were hiding from him at the moment. This would be kind of odd though, as no one should have a reason to hide from him or magnolia, from what he could tell of who he expected was invited to the gathering. He could only move forward as he eventually was only a short distance away from the other present war general, it seems that they would pretty much bet the complete set if Alex Washi arrived to this meeting. The plans in this meeting though still ran though Ai's mind guessing as to what they maybe.
"Hello." He would say to greet Magnolia with a small smile along with it. For now, all he could do was speak with her for answers and wait for others to arrive after him.

Aivee, The Last of the Old Ones

- A meeting? Tch. Aivee just let herself have a small giggle, as she held two papers; one of her promotion.. and the other of a meeting that was till addressed to the old her. Considering she had been the ONLY member in that division, the woman assumed she could.. well sneak in, and then slowly reveal her new rank. But what to do? She took a bottle of sake, and then sighed. This was bothersome; following Alex into this cesspit.. and then he had gotten arrested. It was annoying, as she took a swig of the liquids. Aivee was better off drunk; the bad thoughts stayed out that way, as her body slowly moved towards the meeting area. Sure, she might not feel like a super powerful being, but that was easily explained; each time she produced an offspring, her power was split, and lowered for a time. She still hadn't recovered from the last one, as she gave out another sigh; she didn't want to present such a shameful self to them. But she had no choice right? The woman gave a bitter smile in the mirror, as she downed the bottle; and then crushed it, letting the shards dig into her skin. The blood was red; that was a given.. but it slipped onto the ground, and she just.. couldn't give it within herself to give a blood fuck about it. She pulled out another bottle, and well, went off to the meeting; she would down the bottle before even arriving, but by that time? Her injury was healed.
''Yosh!'' she said, giving one of her drunken smiles towards the pair of numnuts that showed up; one of the ones that called the meeting, and.. was that the Land general? Probably; the girl just went to go find - well were there chairs? That was the first issue. The drunk let out a grumble, and then managed to find one; and flopped on it immediately, letting her head lull on the furniture. ''Well I'm here! Sup gaiz?'' she said with a cheeky grin; but there was just... something about the girl. Well that something was people got drunk from being around her; unfortunately, she couldn't turn that shit off right now. ''Youse probs wanna step a bit back, or you're gonna get drunk like me! thee hee.'' she said with a giggle. The girl was just giving them that lopsided drunk smile of hers; and yet she knew the truth all by herself. It was only at this stage that she could be drunk; if she got stronger, like she knew she would, it would just fade away like everything else. She had remarkable sense keeping for being drunk; that's because she wasn't fully drunk by all measures. Just enough to let a drunker side exist temporarily, and not control her actions, but take what she forces into it. It was something that nobody would ever understand; and the yearning PAIN in her heart for the one person she relaxed with in all of her time.. well yeah.
Fuck, she should have brought some more bottles.

A harsh voice let out, echoing through the halls as his cloak spiraled around his body, as at last he reached the door, merely staring at it for a few moments. "...Guess ma' card's inactive now, eh..." He thought to himself, his right hand coming to his torso, the expression on his face unchanging as the holy fire leaked out from his cloak, coming to a tip in his hand as he smiled, actually smiled. Aiv... Rook.... Sorry I've been gone so long. He thought simply, his eyes opening intensely as he threw down his right hand, as the golden fire flew forwards, touching the door as it became totally consumed, erased, eliminated as it fell down, being washed away like a dirt stain by soap as it fell to the ground, leaving the male standing in front of it with a satisfied smile as he entered into the room.
"And... Hell. For ta' record, I don't give ah flying f#ck about ta' meetin' here... But I do care for at' lass." The gruff, grating voice stated simply as the male walked inside of the room, his blonde hair firmly on top of his head, his glasses still looking straight ahead as he did so. "So excuse ma' while ah sleep... Bein' in jail fer doing yer job for two years gets a man dog tired..." He explained, sitting down in the chair next to the female, the holy energy in his cells resisting her pure aura of drunkeness, not enough to pierce the holy energy that was eating away the effects, as he wasn't drinking anything himself. However, as he did sit down, he pulled out a bottle out of his jacket, handing it to the girl. "Sorry fer bein' gone fer so long..." He told her bluntly, in his typical gruff manner as he sat down, and immediately proceeded to look off into space.
The bottle was a strange one; golden in color, with a single inscription on it...

“Welcome Ai, I’m glad you could join us for this merry meeting take a seat if you could, it seems we have yet more arrivals here to be had “
Magnolia had said as she looked forward her parasol still over her head reflecting the untimely glare of the noon day sun, her eyes having looked into the distance making out gentle features of another arrival, a rather tipsy one at that. Amidst the teetering and tottering at least she had the time to make out the shape of the girl, and some other subtle features about her, she remembered this one who she had called in on such short notice due to the lack of that division having a commander. Which was why she had sighed, and shook her head some before she had still standing kept up her gentle smile and briefly had nodded in the girls general direction, though it was polite she was irritated marginally that someone had come drunk, which was why she had then exhaled closing her eyes, and counting slowly in her mind to ten, to keep her composure, thinking over the memories that she had endured as of late and the changes in her own lifestyle that had led to her holding this meeting.
So with a slight rustle she had shifted from one toe to the next, waiting for the next arrival hopefully the last war general would show up. Which was why she had slowly waited with baited breath, so that the meeting could get started, the clouds obviously having been moving in the right direction, across the sky, however she also had frowned and took note of the friendly warning the girl, skylar was it? Had given her in regards to her disposition if you will. On that cheery note she took a half of a step backwards, her shoes clicking against the stone under her. While she then waited she had twirled her parasol slowly between her fingers, making a habit of spinning it around and around like it was some sort of spinning top if you will. Of course what she was doing was waiting for the last arrival , but the fact it was taking so long, was certainly a pain , but she waited because of the fact that if anything else, she had sent him an invitation and in that regard, he would hopefully show up.
And he did show up, albeit acting like a drunkard who on top of being a drunk, was an angry barbaric drunk. His luster, and manners had much to be desired, but that really wasn’t the point at the moment, as he had come and that’s all she had requested him to do , be it he came for someone else or to amuse himself, that really didn’t matter to magnolia at the moment, rather it just was again that he came in the first place, of course though she did find it a little bothersome that he had decided to flop down and fall asleep, that really did annoy her to no end, which was why as he came in, and laid down, well she had decided to gently pinch his ear, and then whispered into it, in the sweetest damned tone she could muster, to the point it was like melting honey, on toast, however given the fact she knew despair now, of the truest kind, her voice held such menace, and such a tone of hidden anger and despair behind it, that it would more likely than not be enough to even make a war general on alex’s level piss his pants, the words she whispered actually went something like this.
“Sweety, I know you have been locked up for a while, but please I would advise you to not fall asleep while you’re here, as you see you are a war general too are you not? I will not take kindly to you sleeping in this meeting, and since you’re here of your own choice you should know that meetings have strict rules . . . If you stay awake, It might be to your benefit. However if you sleep sweet .. sweet birdy I will have no choice but to wake you up . . . You understand? It’s your choice but I would like to remind you that your way of staying awake might be a lot more comfortable then how I will keep you awake understand? Now please stay awake for the meeting, then I don’t really care what you do , but for now, please stay awake.”
After whispering that in Alex Washi’s ear, she had slowly straightened up releasing the ear without a second thought about it, straightening to her former position, she had using a rather elegant tone, a hint of a Victorian era in the accent , possible English, Polish, or maybe Russian. That wasn’t the point the first thing she did was gave each one of them a warm smile, then she had slowly exhaled some, the nice demeanor still present, however she had also decided to get the ball rolling, and any late arrivals would just have to be caught up to speed later on. Precisely why though she had set it up so that if they had the invitation they could enter the restricted zone, and of course because of this, she had then with a audible click, slid shut the parasol she had been using and pressed the pumpkin shaped tip of it to the ground, hands neatly resting atop the curved handle, her mouth then opening as she began the opening statement of this rather important meeting.
“..Ladies , Gentleman, You probably are wondering why I have called each of you here today for a meeting, especially one that was of such a short notice. However I will first ask one thing and one thing only from you, and I do not ask this lightly. Actually two things , and they are the following . The first is, that during the meeting you will give the speakers your upmost attention, and respect, interruptions will not be tolerated. Second, Nothing that is said inside the meeting will leave the meeting, this is among the higher brass and these decisions made will be ultimately put into motion, very soon so remember this is not a joke, this is not a playground or a preschool, it is a meeting.
With that out of the way though , I am Magnolia. The War General Of The Sea, I called this meeting due to three things, that have been needing to be taken care of for a long time, however this meeting will cover much more than the following three things. The State Of The World, The Situation with our lack of Commanders, And Finally Plans for the future, As you see these topics are brought to the front, due to the recent wars and mass destruction that has been going on. In a wider scale recently you all know a massive battle was held for America, which ultimately has reduced that nation to a wreck, as it was built up by the winning side. Things are running smoothly there again.
However, in these times, we who are here to preserve the natural order, have been sitting back and watching the world fall out of the order that we have each signed up and devoted ourselves to protect, and ultimately uphold. The world is out of balance if you have been keeping up with the recent situations that have arisen you should be able to easily see this. Because of that we need to take action, or begin to get ready to take action, as with the world being conquered and wars being fought , eventually the war will be brought to our doorstep if we don’t do something about it , and ultimately as war generals it’s our responsibility to get the ball running, and moving to make sure things get done, its why we are here. Is it not?
Now, Moving on, to our first topic as you know we have had a very large drop in the amount of commanding officers that we have in our ranks, this isn’t acceptable we have to begin looking for suitable people for these important positions, be it through scouring the globe, or through our own ranks. We have to use the resources we have and focusing on bolstering our forces. When there is so little of us and so many foot soldiers it puts the chain of command out of whack ."
Magnolia then had stopped speaking and looked holding each of their eyes, and had exhaled slowly, and with that she had finally after smiling softly said.
“..And with this let the meeting begin”

Which was why she had sighed, and shook her head some before she had still standing kept up her gentle smile and briefly had nodded in the girls general direction, though it was polite she was irritated marginally that someone had come drunk, which was why she had then exhaled closing her eyes, and counting slowly in her mind to ten, to keep her composure, thinking over the memories that she had endured as of late and the changes in her own lifestyle that had led to her holding this meeting.
So with a slight rustle she had shifted from one toe to the next, waiting for the next arrival hopefully the last war general would show up. Which was why she had slowly waited with baited breath, so that the meeting could get started, the clouds obviously having been moving in the right direction, across the sky, however she also had frowned and took note of the friendly warning the girl, skylar was it? Had given her in regards to her disposition if you will. On that cheery note she took a half of a step backwards, her shoes clicking against the stone under her. While she then waited she had twirled her parasol slowly between her fingers, making a habit of spinning it around and around like it was some sort of spinning top if you will. Of course what she was doing was waiting for the last arrival , but the fact it was taking so long, was certainly a pain , but she waited because of the fact that if anything else, she had sent him an invitation and in that regard, he would hopefully show up.
And he did show up, albeit acting like a drunkard who on top of being a drunk, was an angry barbaric drunk. His luster, and manners had much to be desired, but that really wasn’t the point at the moment, as he had come and that’s all she had requested him to do , be it he came for someone else or to amuse himself, that really didn’t matter to magnolia at the moment, rather it just was again that he came in the first place, of course though she did find it a little bothersome that he had decided to flop down and fall asleep, that really did annoy her to no end, which was why as he came in, and laid down, well she had decided to gently pinch his ear, and then whispered into it, in the sweetest damned tone she could muster, to the point it was like melting honey, on toast, however given the fact she knew despair now, of the truest kind, her voice held such menace, and such a tone of hidden anger and despair behind it, that it would more likely than not be enough to even make a war general on alex’s level piss his pants, the words she whispered actually went something like this.
“Sweety, I know you have been locked up for a while, but please I would advise you to not fall asleep while you’re here, as you see you are a war general too are you not? I will not take kindly to you sleeping in this meeting, and since you’re here of your own choice you should know that meetings have strict rules . . . If you stay awake, It might be to your benefit. However if you sleep sweet .. sweet birdy I will have no choice but to wake you up . . . You understand? It’s your choice but I would like to remind you that your way of staying awake might be a lot more comfortable then how I will keep you awake understand? Now please stay awake for the meeting, then I don’t really care what you do , but for now, please stay awake.”
After whispering that in Alex Washi’s ear, she had slowly straightened up releasing the ear without a second thought about it, straightening to her former position, she had using a rather elegant tone, a hint of a Victorian era in the accent , possible English, Polish, or maybe Russian. That wasn’t the point the first thing she did was gave each one of them a warm smile, then she had slowly exhaled some, the nice demeanor still present, however she had also decided to get the ball rolling, and any late arrivals would just have to be caught up to speed later on. Precisely why though she had set it up so that if they had the invitation they could enter the restricted zone, and of course because of this, she had then with a audible click, slid shut the parasol she had been using and pressed the pumpkin shaped tip of it to the ground, hands neatly resting atop the curved handle, her mouth then opening as she began the opening statement of this rather important meeting.
“..Ladies , Gentleman, You probably are wondering why I have called each of you here today for a meeting, especially one that was of such a short notice. However I will first ask one thing and one thing only from you, and I do not ask this lightly. Actually two things , and they are the following . The first is, that during the meeting you will give the speakers your upmost attention, and respect, interruptions will not be tolerated. Second, Nothing that is said inside the meeting will leave the meeting, this is among the higher brass and these decisions made will be ultimately put into motion, very soon so remember this is not a joke, this is not a playground or a preschool, it is a meeting.
With that out of the way though , I am Magnolia. The War General Of The Sea, I called this meeting due to three things, that have been needing to be taken care of for a long time, however this meeting will cover much more than the following three things. The State Of The World, The Situation with our lack of Commanders, And Finally Plans for the future, As you see these topics are brought to the front, due to the recent wars and mass destruction that has been going on. In a wider scale recently you all know a massive battle was held for America, which ultimately has reduced that nation to a wreck, as it was built up by the winning side. Things are running smoothly there again.
However, in these times, we who are here to preserve the natural order, have been sitting back and watching the world fall out of the order that we have each signed up and devoted ourselves to protect, and ultimately uphold. The world is out of balance if you have been keeping up with the recent situations that have arisen you should be able to easily see this. Because of that we need to take action, or begin to get ready to take action, as with the world being conquered and wars being fought , eventually the war will be brought to our doorstep if we don’t do something about it , and ultimately as war generals it’s our responsibility to get the ball running, and moving to make sure things get done, its why we are here. Is it not?
Now, Moving on, to our first topic as you know we have had a very large drop in the amount of commanding officers that we have in our ranks, this isn’t acceptable we have to begin looking for suitable people for these important positions, be it through scouring the globe, or through our own ranks. We have to use the resources we have and focusing on bolstering our forces. When there is so little of us and so many foot soldiers it puts the chain of command out of whack ."
Magnolia then had stopped speaking and looked holding each of their eyes, and had exhaled slowly, and with that she had finally after smiling softly said.

"Thank you for the invitation." Ai replied to Magnolia as he arrived and took a seat, waiting upon the others to enter the scene.
This really didn't take too long as he followed in by another of the generals apparently, but she definitely didn't hold his neutral, calm, and focused attitude at all, rather she had a path that intoxicated others paths without even trying. It was kind of a sight to see and notice as he already could tell of the effects a bit before she even mentioned them out to the rest of them. She was standing a bit away from here effects, but he believed that he could hold out a while against her effects if it pushed further or if he ever had to take a step closer. The first three were already present and very different individuals as a fourth and final war general joined the group with them, and things could be put underway for issues.
To Ai, Alex has indeed been through quite a bit, and can understand the way that his path has curved and cracked before his eyes, it all seemed so natural for Ai to notice. He had a natural inner calm mindset out look on many things around him, it's also what allowed him to be under slight effects of Aivee's presence but remain normal in this case. Alex was locked up for two years, and from what Ai understood of it, from he few small occurrences of being in one too, that it was not a easy situation for any unless they wanted to be there these days. So, he just simply observed everyone as things got underway and the first issue was presented to them by Magnolia, and it was a issue that really needed to be addressed as soon as possible. The first issue, was that they were short on those in leading positions, so it needed to be noted that this should be fixed by any means, may it come from people already among us or recruiting them.
"May I propose that we personally seek out those that may share our goals to join us, since I'm fairly certain that if we find anyone that wishes to join us, being invited into a leading position by a foot solider will not be the most secure approach. We could take the opportunity to use our own skills to train a group of leaders with our own capabilities if we can all come to an agreement on what to do. I'm fine with whatever may be the solution, so I will leave it to you three to decide the approach I've selected or make a new one." He explained as his input for the time being.
With that Ai, made his neutral stance and allowed the others to pick there sides, and with it. He also wondered how united the war generals might be since an argument could come forward at anytime from just this simple issue. Ai really would want to take note of it for the future or just down all of their pathways, since as war generals they would have to come to work together in dire situations if they wanted to accomplish what they wanted as part of this organization. It would just take all of their paths reaching one destination at the same point,it was actually a lot easier than most would think.
