Rouge• Appearance Picture:
Kiko finds himself to be most important. His goals are put ahead of others, though sometimes the smaller goals might be to help someone out. Kiko's personality isn't black and white; he's been noted to contradict himself on occasion, but overall he would usually find his own well-being most important.
Kiko is relatively emotional, and has a deep fondness for women. He really does like getting all cuddly, saying cheesy pick-up lines and helping them out. Of course, as a teenager he thinks rather sexually and immaturely, cracking jokes here and there that would be deemed by far inappropriate. Nevertheless, he enjoys the softer scenes, with all those mushy emotions and actions taking place.
Something he seldom discusses, Kiko actually does look at the bigger pictures. He often finds himself considering the actual aspects of life, how the world is today, any several other aspects. Like most teenagers, one could find him in the shower thinking about the meaning of life. Something which differs is that this occurs even outside of the shower. In fact, he's been known to discuss or think in far more mature ways than the usual person his age, and can consider things with perhaps even a degree of wisdom. These things usually arise only in certain situations.
He's been praised for his intellect, being told that he has potential, and that he really could do anything he wants, as long as he tries to attain it. Sadly, he fails to utilise this aspect to its full potential, seeing as how he isn't quite motivated to do much, and to top it all off is rather lazy.
However, when Kiko does find something interesting, the lazy and unmotivated aspects he generally carries are completely dismissed. In these situations, he's found to stop at nothing, regardless of what it is to achieve whatever it is he wants. Ram into a building, despite risking the breaking of his shoulders, back and whatever might be harmed? If he could get what he wants, Kiko would do so without question.
For example, something he really does enjoy is fighting and attaining power. If he's found someone he genuinely wants to challenge, he'd come at them with everything he's got, and being the sore loser that he is, he might even continue battling with them in an unconscious state. Furthermore, though he's a bit sensitive to pain, he'd be able to deal with it pretty well if he has a goal in mind.
Though he knows his limits, he'd honestly prefer to brawl it out with some people, and is quite capable of killing a person. Yes, he finds it a bit off-putting to kill someone, but with the knowledge of the afterlife, he hasn't seen it to be quite too much of an issue. Despite his appeal to fighting, he generally won't pick one unless the situation presents itself, or he simply doesn't like the person(s). In which case, knocking them down a few pegs is precisely what he would enjoy.
His intellect goes further than simply potential. If he's taught something, he'd fairly easily apply it, given it was something that could be applied. Studying by himself one summer, he gained a solid understanding of the basic points of Physics. Given that Kiko's clearly pretty smart, he's got plenty of 'raw intellect'. Even without being given knowledge in a specific subject or situation, he can easily pick up things and put 2 and 2 together, gaining a relatively accurate idea of the subject at hand.
_____________________________Natural Attributes & Supernatural Powers• Natural Attributes:
His physical aspects have been found to increase rapidly as time passes by. Firstly, his strength. It's nothing special overall, but compared to his body ratio of a mere 120lbs and 5'9, to be able to easily throw 300lbs weight like it was a measly tennis ball is quite the feat. His muscular strength overall is relatively impressive, including the speed in which they may perform actions.
His speed exceeds his strength; he has been found to run beside a car in a race, and the rest of the bodily movements can be found to possess overwhelming speed as well. He could thrust his fists faster than most normal people can see, and without a proper form (see further down the natural attributes).
Paired along with his speed are his reflexes and coordination. Pure speed without control over-it would be useless, thus he's become capable of seeing things that could move as fast as him, even faster. For example, if a baseball is thrown at him at roughly 60 mph from a mere 20 feet away, straight towards him, he could effectively see it coming at him, and respond to it accurately, hence being capable of easily dodging it.
But that's just his reflexes, for the most part. His coordination is further applicable in more variable situations. For example, if a gun was pointed at him, of course he wouldn't be able to dodge the bullet coming at him, but what he could do is estimate the line of fire from the barrel of the gun, and based on that he could easily move into a position where the bullet would fly past him as opposed to hitting him. Of course, this also requires that he be able to tell when the gun was to fire, thus going back to his reflexes, and especially his senses. Specifically, his eyesight.
Kiko has better eyesight than most people, being able to see a man pull a trigger from 10 metres away, when the gun's pointed at him. Seeing the trigger being pulled from that far is tough enough, but to do so from such a difficult perspective as directly in front of it would be much harder.
Aside from his base traits, Kiko has had formal training in terms of combat. He's held a passion for martial arts, and has excelled in it surprisingly well, even being considered near-genius. His main goal from doing so was to "be as epic as Ip Man", as he has once said. Ip Man, being his martial-arts idol, was prominently known as one of the greatest martial-artists in history. Kiko has often desired attaining as much glory, hence becoming a practitioner of several martial arts, including Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Wing Chun, Krav Maga and Muay Thai, all of which he holds instructor-level ranks.
Over the course of 6 years, starting martial arts at a mere age of 9, Kiko has developed much fluid bodily movement, as well as superb control of himself. With it, the skill of his precision of movements exceed numerous persons, even going a bit beyond the usual human's capabilities. Combined with his vigorous ocean of energy, thus intense and consistent stamina (which others have noted to seem unending. Despite what they say, it isn't really infinite, just extremely, extremely plentiful).
Kiko has successfully intertwined his knowledge of martial arts to form some of his own moves, essentially forming his own novice Martial Art, naming it "Berkelahi Cepat".
[some of Kiko's 'moves']
-Berkelahi Cepat: Tendangan Jaringan
A barrage of fast paced footwork, essentially making his next move nearly unpredictable, lest the opponent can effectively see where his feet are going. From the rapid movement follows a kick against the ground, boosting him in whatever direction he chooses. The rapidity of the movements and the power he puts into the kick rivals the speed of some low-level Shunpos/Hirenkyaku/etc. This technique puts stress on his ankles, so although its highly effective and easily utilisable in several situations, he can't use it too often.
-Berkelahi Cepat: Menerjang Pisang
Kiko kicks forward, with his left or right foot lifting directly off the ground and towards the neck of the target. He leans his torso in the opposite direction, going almost parallel to the ground. From there, as the opposite arm rises to guard the side of his head it's on, Kiko's hips twists, forcing his foot into the neck of the opponent. The rotationary force adds plenty of strength, and combined with the momentum of the preparation movement, this technique is seen to lack few imperfections, further requiring the technique to be devoid of additional, unnecessary movements. It possesses speed, precision and adequate force to make a car fly. This also puts stress on his body, so its usage is limited to 5 times within the span of 10 posts.
-Berkelahi Cepat: Tamparan Jalang
The final move Kiko has made for his "Berkelahi Cepat" (so far). Kiko literally slaps the person, however, the subtle movements of his entire body are used in it. Albeit the hardest to use among his techniques, it puts the least stress on his body physically, and instead is tiring mentally. Each of Kiko's joints shift slightly in a rotationary movement, while he slightly vibrates everything else. The kinetic energy builds up into the slapping hand, allowing him to slap a truck a few hundred metres into the sky, through a building, and keep on flying a few more dozens of metres. Because of the physical stress lacking, it can be used several times, however, Kiko's mentality is pressured, thus forcing the entirety of his movements and processing speed to lower. Such an effect only happens with over-usage: using it more than 2 times within the span of 5 posts is enough.• Powers:
Something Kiko's regarded as simply a skill most people don't have, but nothing too special. What he believes to be a trait that makes him a fast learner, is actually the ability to copy other's techniques and their abilities, though he hasn't copied anything totally supernatural (aside from slightly boosted physical aspects). There are several things required of him to effectively begin copying another person's abilities, techniques and all that jazz. Background History• Background:
-firstly, consent of the actual person controlling the character to copy the ability
-second, to have seen the ability used at least 5 times. 2 times if it's a specific technique not requiring some other ability to use
-Kiko cannot immediately use the technique/ability with potency rivaling the original's. It's capabilities must start out from a basic level, and he learn how to use it properly on his own. He can eventually rise the level of power with the ability/technique overtime.
-Individual techniques that require some other power to perform are not copy-able, as Kiko must first copy the original power as a whole. Difficult techniques to perform that require some other power cannot be copied unless an adequate mastery of the base-power is achieved.
Kiko's life was a relatively simple one. Raised in Karakura central, he's seen so many people with these special abilities perform all these wondrous tasks. He envied their abilities, wanting to be just like them. After a few years passed, living throughout the mediocrity that was his life, he watched a documentary on TV, discussing some of the old martial arts that were popularized in the turn of the 21st century. In it, the documentary referenced a man named "Ip Man", famed for his accomplishments and prodigal genius in Wing Chun. It showed parts of some movies that were centered around Ip Man, obviously exaggerating his capabilities; but to Kiko, they seemed so realistically attainable. Furthermore, Ip Man was a normal human man, without being born with any special abilities like the several super-beings that populated Earth. Kiko had found inspiration.
From a young age of 9 years old, Kiko begun practicing martial arts, his parents more than willing to fund his training after finding their lethargic, star-gazing son to be interested and motivated to do something. Throughout his years, he became obsessive with martial arts, ignoring school-work and other responsibilities to perform it. He constantly watched Martial Arts movies, documentaries, read books and instruction guides, eventually rising throughout the ranks of several different arts.
His obsession had gone to far, in his parents' eyes. He clearly showed promise in it, exceeding the norm of most practitioners rankings by his age, including the prodigies. To his parents, simply dedicating himself to the martial arts was a waste of his talent and potential. They believed he could go much farther in some other subject, and become far more successful. He thought differently.
Kiko was young and obsessed, furthermore being stubborn and irrational many times, emotional even. Thus, when his parents began to put limitations on his practice of the arts, he grew furious. In a immature bout of rage, the boy left his home after stealing a high number of cash from his parents' bank accounts.
Of course, his parents would attempt to search for him and file reports on a runaway child, but Kiko was long gone. It would take a few weeks for him to cooldown and see the error in his ways, but the child saw this as an opportunity. He would further his martial-talent by going on a 'spiritual journey' of sorts. Certainly it was a naaive choice, but it was one which brought him here today, traveling the world with well-forged documents proclaiming him to be of adequate age to do so alone.
