Reasons For Upgrading: He has officially become the Vanguard Reagent General, its a high rank within the Vanguard from which he essentially leads the organization. I believe since assuming this position, the Vanguard leader should be in tip top shape in terms of their maximum potential hence why I'm applying for this upgrade. Additionally, Izanagi combines his Kido with the speed at which he casts it, so those two areas are key to his success in combat... something that he will come across quite often as the new Vanguard Reagent General.

What Are You Upgrading:

General Speed: Master to Grand Master
Any Extra Notes: There are two key areas that Izanagi has always focused on throughout his history, His Speed and Kido. Even now, although a lot of his powers revolve around energy(Kido) based techniques, speed and finesse plays a key role in his success. I believe those two are the only GMs he has achieved thus far. I decided to take a shot at this since he attained a new position where he has to serve as a key figure in an organization where powers essential.

Since you are taking a more active role with the Vanguard and due to some build-up overtime with the character, I'll give the first send off for the Grand Master. So now all we have to do is see if another admin or advisor is in alignment with this decision before we move on.
