Reasons For Upgrading: In addition to the following list of topics I have recently completed with Nozomi, she is quickly becoming a powerful figure on the site. So far undefeated in combat, and only ever really trumped once (by Claire), I feel she is already fighting on a level beyond what her tier displays. Not to mention the nation of Eldrazi she is building, conquering lands or negotiating for them peacefully. It is of my opinion that's she has already proven herself, and considering that Frost was looking toward adding new 0-1 characters into the mix (with Kin being the only PC one, and only Soul King, Deveta, and Truth being NPC's, not counting forms) I want to be in that first wave of new 0-1's, promise I'll be responsible owo

'kk, we talked about this upgrade and decided that she does have the potential to become 0-1, but we are gonna hold off on the approval until later. We are going to watch her the next few months and then determine when we will give it to her. That was the decision Me, Kake and Kyle came to.
