• Reasons For Upgrading: Well i'm going to 1 throw in my 2 OTY skill upgrades (making 3 upgrades in total) i wanna use it here to upgrade the guy comming into end of the year and 2 with all of Wolfs recent and old battles ill be puttin in for a gm in pain endurance if possible after all in near every thread the guy has been ripped apart, one such example listed below.

I do not see the harm in allotting the things you've requested; given how hard he has worked over the year to be where he is now. Therefore, I will clear them all and give my Head Admin approval for the Grand Master to be put into place. This is under the context that if I can do solo 0-1 checks, I will do solo grand master checks. If there is a problem with this, staff can step in here. Otherwise, I'm moving this to accepted power upgrades.
