I need to speak to cookies in regards to his activity with his character, Chifuyu will be gaining a special rank due to plot. I will be revising the Vanguard Positions soon in accordance to inactivity.

Why Applying: I feel like it's about time Hayden moved up from a Lt. of a branch, he's shown loyalty and has the strength and tactical command to handle the position.
Qualifications: The long time within the vanguard, his duties he's performed since joining most recently the moon massacre.
Other Comments: Not much to be honest, I forgot to do this a while ago but since I've made a strong jump to being active again it's either time for Hayden to move up or be comfortable at a Lt. position forever lol.

[mod]As of now, Azure Iramasha is no longer the leader of the Vanguard. The Vanguard will be requesting a new leader to take the role as of now, if you believe you have reason to lead the Organization, please apply to the appropriate position and allow staff his hash out what they think regarding said character. Why Applying: In her short time as Azure's prodigy Chifuyu learned very little from him before his death in the events of the Moon Massacre. Despite her lack of experience with the organisation and the fact that she is reasonably new. Her can-do attitude and the complex mind of the woman makes her a good candidate with the resources and connections to repair the damage to the Vanguard and also quickly get it back into gear.
However, she is not without her shortcomings. Chifuyu lacks a charismatic nature which makes it hard for her to inspire or raise people's morale. Also due to her social awkwardness she tends to not be detailed in what she strives towards and this makes her communication with her peers less than what it should be if they don't approach her themselves.
Qualifications: Chifuyu is incredibly gifted, in terms of her intelligence she a very bright woman with a mind full of knowledge and her skills in intellectual abilities. She also has the vast influence and wealth of the Yuudeshi Clan at her disposal although she tends to only call on it when necessary, her skills as a leader are alright with her ability to manage the organisation but not inspire it and fill it full of hope and morale.

Position Applying For/Do You Wish To Be Unknown?: Reagent General
Why Applying: Desmond pretty much dedicated a large portion of his life to the vanguard, with Azure's passing he believes he's not only a suitable candidate but the best for the position. While his philosophy may differ from Azure they both wanted one thing, the protection of earth and it's denizens. At this point, he believes it's time some swift changes be made- they are not in a position where they can sit by in his book.
Qualifications: In terms of qualifications he's been apart of an assortment of operations for the vanguard, has leadership experience, works under stress, typically can form a working relationship with allies, and has been at the fore front of many of the major events involving the vanguard. Most people know of him, his faults and strengths so I'll leave it to you what you make of that.
Other Comments: Let's hope a year in the vanguard without promotion pays off, rooting for you hayden.

Why Applying: Dellapero has served alongside Azure's closest division for some time now. Though seen as a mundane soldier, he has worked alongside many recent wars, keeping tabs on things with the former leader much more closely than most others in any branch of the Vanguard. Now with his death, Grance seeks to dawn the mantle of Reagent General in their place and repair the Vanguard after the damage that had been done to it, then return to the purpose of the organization to dispel the new age of chaos corrupting the Earth. This isn't out of some desire to lead, but a feeling of responsibility to do so or at least throw his hat into the ring for the preservation and evolution of the Earth as a whole.
Qualifications: Dellapero is a charismatic and usually optimistic man that would serve as a good figurehead for the organization. Though seldom known, he has an easy time getting along with just about anyone, including allied affiliates, new recruits, and other head figures of the organization. Though still having a long way to go, his power is also substantial enough to lead and hold his own against some of the more powerful adversaries of the realm ( such as fighting Starrk and Zwei, two 0-2+s.). On top of that, his natural powers have a natural advantage against the corrupting force Shadowfall and similar groups employ, especially with the return of the Black World. His goals also follow a relatively selfless nature fitting that of the Vanguard's own ambitions to defend the realms from the forces of chaos. He is also a Human, a figure that can easily identify with most denizens of the Earth much more easily than more spiritual leaders and gain some support from the native people in that regard. Overall this makes Grance a powerful leader that would serve the organization to the best of his abilities, much as he did in the past as a member of the Unknown.
