The sounds of a bustling city filled the air, as per usual, drawing the attention of the young blonde woman's curiosity. It was different here than it was in Karakura, that was for sure. Similar, but hardly. It seemed that some of the mechanical innovations of Karakura had made it here, likely only more recently, but it still didn't seem to be as advanced as it was in her home city. That wasn't truly what drew Blaise's attention though. What really got her all giddy and worked up was the constant pressure of some dark energy that made every single citizen stand on edge. The Monsuta was based here, was it not? If that wasn't the source, then Blaise didn't know what was. She could also feel the pressures of individual members nearby as well, and one particular one was almost on top of her. Blaise's fluffy dog ears perked up as she listened for any particular commotion. Wouldn't a member of the Monsuta be causing more commotion, though? Just their presence alone should cause the crowd to part or shift or just generally... not look like a normal crowd, right? Blaise was confused. Confused and tired. She hadn't slept in about two days and she currently wasn't welcome at home due to her sister's tantrums. So what if Blaise had killed another dozen people? Why did it matter to Rachael? The older sister would forever be confused. They were all drug dealers and murderers anyways. Very, very young drug dealers and murderers. Most of them were hardly out of school, and some still in it. Still, that didn't stop Blaise from taking extreme physical and emotional pleasure in tearing their bodies and minds apart slowly, all while they were still alive and conscious.
Brushing those thoughts aside, Blaise smiled and started walking forwards. Maybe she should find a place to sleep for the night. A quiet and soft noise would convince her otherwise. It was familiar, like she had heard many of its kind before. It came from a living creature, which is the only reason it drew her attention. Her canine ears twitched and turned to the left slightly to try and pick up on the sound more clearly. What was it? Now turning her head, Blaise could see what it was that was making the noise. A small, orange kitten sitting on a box was meowing every few seconds. For what, Blaise didn't know. Stopping in place, however, Blaise couldn't help but find herself lost in the kitten's cuteness. Its small, soft paws looked so adorable, and its long, poofy tail was so distracting... Is this how her little sister felt about her? Rachael did love petting Blaise's ears and tail quite a bit.
Getting lost in her curiosity and adoration of the small animal, Blaise slowly stepped into the alleyway that the cat was in and approached it as silently and slowly as possible. It wasn't until she got close did she reach out to try and pet the cat behind the ears, and she found that the cat didn't really seem to care. In fact, it had noticed her just a few seconds before she reached her hand out, yet still didn't move. Blaise was thankful for the fact she had animal ears, and that her she had enough control of her tail to hide it behind her. Had the kitten noticed that it was being approached by a dog, it most likely would have ran.
"Good... good little kitten..." Blaise murmured as she stroked the cat's head gently. It was a very furry cat, covered in long, soft hair from head to toe. It made Blaise's heart melt, especially when the creature even leaned into the scratches she gave it. The girl couldn't help but make little cooing noises for the cat as she got a little more into the petting, now stroking the cat's back. She didn't even notice the girl approaching the kitten beforehand, and she sure as heck didn't notice her now either. The kitten in and of itself was far too entrancing for her to care about some other person. Screw people anyways.
'Well now I just sound like my sister, thinking things like that.'

The sounds of speech caught Blaise's ears and caused them to flick to the side, still pointed straight up but now turned to either side of her to better gather the words that this woman spoke. "Pet... me?" Blaise asked, in a calm, sultry tone. It was one that was very different from the one she used when talking to the kitten. Looking over her shoulder, the other woman would be met with deep, alluring eyes that seemed almost sexual in a way. If it weren't for the fact her tail was wagging distractingly, she would have almost guaranteed that this girl would be distracted by the doge's gaze. It wasn't that she was trying to seduce this girl, but rather, gauge how much of a threat she could be. Should this girl, who was obviously not some human, figure out that this cute little doge worked for the Vanguard, things might not go as smoothly as planned.
"If you really want~" Blaise sang, standing upright and turning around. Blaise had picked up and placed gently on her bosom as she tilted her head forwards to make it easier for the girl to pet them both. As she offered herself to be petted, Blaise's tail almost immediately started wagging. It thumped lightly against the brown cardboard boxes on the side of the alleyway, not hurting the girl in the slightest and not really disturbing the kitten on her chest. Her breasts were good enough cushions that they kept the vibrations from her tail hitting the boxes from really reaching the kitten. As the girl would pet Blaise, the doge would let out a soft hum and her tail wagging would slow slightly.
"It's been a while since I've let a stranger pet me... would you care to introduce yourself first, since I'm letting you do this out of the blue~?" Blaise asked, her deep sultry tone still around. Again, she wasn't trying to seduce the girl, she was just having a little fun before turning to mush in the girl's hands. That, and she wanted to take this girl's spiritual pressure and see if she could memorize it. It would always be nice to have a familiar face around town, even if the girl was unaware of Blaise's spiritual powers completely. Looking her over, the blonde-haired doge girl noted the girl's every feature. Slender body, horns, adorable face... Blaise liked this girl already. And she was nice enough to pet her, too. Hopefully she could be good friends with her before her... other half decided that this girl should be turned to ash.

Blaise watched as the girl continued petting them both, making Blaise almost collapse in the feelings that coarsed through her body as a result. It wasn't pleasurable, no, just really a nice feeling that made her muscles weak everywhere. It wasn't normal that someone she just met pet her, but Blaise was desperate for a place to stay. She'd probably end up begging this woman for a place to sleep tonight, since she wasn't allowed back home. Despite holding more raw power than her little sister, she had never won a fight against the littler blonde doge in her life. Rachael was just too... smart? Oh but it was more than that. Rachael knew things that Blaise didn't, obviously, about fighting. It was as if she trained endlessly, yet never gained any straight up spiritual power, and instead became much more aware of things as time went on. Blaise's only feeling towards this was fear.
Pushing that thought aside for the moment, the young woman looked up into Murai's eyes with a completely different look. The strange, almost perverted stare she had before was replaced with one of childish wonder and amusement. Blaise didn't consider this woman a threat anymore. She figured at the moment, and for quite some time, she would be the opposite. "Murai, you said~?" sang Blaise in the sweetest voice. "My name's Blaise. Blaise Lorelei~!"
When told she could ask anything, the strange ol' doge groaned and closed her eyes. "Well, I know we just met but, uh... well..." She started, sounding clearly embarrassed. "I've been kicked out of the house by my sister recently, and... I kind of need a place to stay?" Finishing the sentence, Blaise opened up her eyes and gave Murai the biggest, saddest puppy dog eyes she could muster up. Her big blue orbs widened and glistened with tears as Blaise sniffled, her ears flattened and her tail tucked between legs. Even the kitten seemed to be giving Murai puppy dog eyes from the pocket of Blaise's massive cleavage, as if to help her cause.
She was only asking because she was tired of sleeping on the cold, hard floor of the abyss. The core of it was warm and nice and all but the souls it ate got really talkative sometimes and tended to keep Blaise up. Murai could see the results of all this in Blaise's eyes and posture. The young woman was slouched over slightly, eyelids drooping with bags beneath all of that. It was clear the poor puppy hadn't had a proper sleep in several nights. If Murai truly had a heart -which she didn't because she was an Arrancar- then she'd give Blaise a nice, warm bed to sleep on and possibly someone to cuddle with. :<

Blaise smiled happily upon hearing the woman's answer, her eyes lighting up with joy. The kitten also seemed to be pleased, for some reason. Whether it understood what the two girls were talking about was a mystery, however. With a childish grin, Blaise reached out and pulled Murai into a tender, caring hug. "Thank you so much, dear~!" she chimed in an almost sing-songy kind of voice. Her ears were now perked up and her tail was wagging almost viciously, threatening to knock out any children who came into range with the sheer wagging force. "I promise I won't be much of a bother. All I ask for is some cuddles when it's time for bed. I do hope that's alright with you, dear?" Blaise asked politely, not loosening up her hug. She liked the warm embrace too much to let go, and she was sure Murai was more than okay with the cushion that Blaise's chest was providing for her.
But wouldn't her little sister be worried about her? She probably already was, but for the wrong reasons. Blaise was fairly certain that Rachael was only worried that she might kill their mother, the only thing that the littler sister even cared about anymore. The yellow haired woman felt like she was nothing to her younger sister. Grief overcame her heart for a moment, slowing her tail wagging for only a moment before it sped back up to where it was. The thought seemed to have been pushed away. For now, she had better, happier thoughts to be thinking about.
"So now what~?" wondered Blaise aloud as she hugged Murai close, refusing to let her go. Now she was even swaying in place a little, enjoying the embrace a little too much. Rachael didn't hug her all that much anymore. She tended to hit her a lot instead, much to the older sister's chagrin. "We could cuddle, and snuggle, and hug, and cuddle, and tell each other stories, and, and, and-" It was at this point that Blaise's hug started tightening until it would become a little too unbearable for the woman. And then, all of a sudden, it stopped. The hug, the tail wagging, all of it stopped. Pulling away slowly, Blaise's mouth opened to reveal her incredibly sharp, elongated canines as she let out a soft yawn of exhaustion.
"I'm tired..." mumbled the woman. "Can we nap first?" Looking down at Murai, Blaise gave a weak smile and a very apologetic look. Her ears were even flattened down on top of her head in shame, making it more apparent that she felt like she was using Murai just for her bed. And cuddles. Blaise liked cuddles when she wasn't feeling... loopy. "I haven't slept in days, and, well... I'm still human after all, so..." Blaise said tiredly, hands clasped in front of her waist as she tried to look as polite as possible.
