Silence... That was all that was within Elysia's mind after her body had worked itself to exhaustion. Her body was left limp, lacking any real way of knowing what was happening to it within reality. Within her mind, however, she could definitely dream, replaying the events that had just happened.

Yes... She was in a fight, a great one on epic proportions... At least how she imagined it. A being made itself known and wished to challenge her, to bully her, to strengthen her. She was met with many different attacks on her body, and many declarations for her to do more. To punch harder. To react faster. To give more than she had... And she did. Most of the fight was a blur to her, perhaps due to the heavy amounts of physical trauma she received. What she did remember was the start, the middle... And cutting off just as her body fell unto the ground with Moonie's underneath, protecting her from fatal damage. Her mind continued to replay those thoughts over and over, trying to recollect what happened after impact-

That thought process was ended as her body felt.. Warm? She felt... Submerged, water all around... And an inability to breath, something that forced her body to finally jolt from it's long slumber. Eyelids shot open as the battered fighter quickly stood up in the waters, gasping from breath as water was splashed about. She was soaking wet, clothing that was already damaged now heavy upon her form, sagging on her body while her normally spikey hair was left falling down over her eyes due to water bringing it so. Where was she? Fingers slowly pushed her now excessively long bangs to the side to see she was in some Hot Springs. Eyes slowly scanned the area to find Moonie across from her, simply relaxing in the waters that she was just plainly dunked in.

Her face obviously showed annoyance... But at least he didn't leave her on the ground within the forest. The human found herself slowly edging down back within the water to sit, wanting to at least collect herself. That notion was torn away from her as she winced in pain, a gasp escaping past her lips as she attempted to lower herself with an arm sporting a dislocated shoulder. She rather plainly flopped downwards from the pain, back hitting the edge as her free hand reached over to gently grasp her shoulder... Now that she was awake, she could feel it all. The sore joints, bruised parts of her body, dislocated arm... Shit it hurt.

"...Did I pass?" Despite all the pain, the woman found herself grinning towards Moonie. She had to have done well if she wasn't dead yet, well enough that she sunk in lower, water reaching her chin and covering the rest of her body as she basked in the warm waters, steam rising up slowly.

Splish Splash neveraskedforthis Empty GOT IT ANYWAY.

The Moon Iramasha watched as the woman made contact with these special waters, submerging her beneath them. Gravity filled around his body as his clothes floated off and became undone with precise control, before he slowly eased his now bare body into the water as well, the steam slowly rising as the Moon Iramasha laughed softly. After all, he normally could not even submerge himself in water. This was the only place on the planet where water would not relentlessly assault and try to consume Moonie's body, making this the only place on earth where he could enjoy a hot bath. Or a bath of any kind.

Moonie watched her slowly get up, feeling pain from her arm. "Voi." Was the only answer Moonie gave her as he stood up, walking across the length of the spring as he smiled back to her, the steam rising between them as he reached his hand out, grabbing her arm. "BOO!" He told her, as he yanked extraordinarily hard on her arm, before releasing a wave of force forwards.. As her shoulder became relocated, with a small 'pop'.

That was the good thing about a dislocated shoulder. It was simple to fix.

It also hurt like hell.

That was why Moonie's hand then rested on her shoulder, two fingers squeezing down as he overwhelmed her nerves, forcing them to go dull in that location. "Voi!" He told her with a smile, sitting down in front of her in the waters, the water up to his neck as he folded his arms into his lap. "Yes, you passed." He told her with a cackle, before pointing his finger at her body as the same process he had used on himself happened to her, removing her wet clothes and laying them out on a tree as he smiled in the water.

"So now you've got a lot more power than you did before." Moonie told her, looking right into her eyes as he slowly rose, his chest now out of the water, making his head level with hers. "But if you want anything more from me, you'll have to listen to the philosophy of the Way of the Fist as well, voi. Do you understand?" He asked her, his massive mane of hair flowing around his body as he waited for her answer...

The human began to hear movement on the other side of the springs, head slowly turning to see Moonie walking right on over with... A lack of clothes. Luckily, steam made it a bit easier to act like he wasn't walking over with his thing wavin- Did he not.. Have one? The only reaction Elysia had to the Iramasha approaching her was a bit of confusion, eyes staring ahead as a brow was raised. The woman was left a little bit speechless as Moonie calmly reached over to her arm and even shouted Boo!. In a normal circumstance, this would lead to a fist in someone's jaw, preferably a certain team member that she hated for doing so, but she ended up flinching, giving the powerful being enough time to pop her shoulder back into where it belonged.

She wanted to yelp out in pain, but there was no reason too. For a fraction of a second, it hurt horrifically... But all she felt in her arm now was pressure, Moonie's fingers pressing harshly into nerves as she was left twitching a little bit in that same arm. At the very least, a smile was given to her, one that seemed much more friendly than what she's seen so far. A small, slightly pained smile was given back to Moonie due to the fact that everything was still sore and rather... Well, painful. Slowly, Elysia got comfortable within the waters, letting them submerge herself as she scooted a bit closer to Moonie. There was no real reason to act childish about him being naked, he didn't even have the damn body part to make her uncomfortable.

And now she had a reason to be uncomfortable. The affirmation that she passed was great and all, clothing taken off without her permission? Not so much. Before she could even react, she felt herself bare... Rather grateful for whatever higher power there is that there was enough steam to at least block out the view enough, legs slowly brought up to her chest as bruised and sore arms held them tightly as her own childish way of feeling secure. Well... At least she passed. Things had to get better from here, right? Eh, the answer to that was somewhat given, only hinting at more trials in the future with Moonie's question. She's never backed down once, why would she now?

The woman nodded up towards Moonie, cheeks left with a tinge of red upon them due to the situation they were now in. "Yeah, I understand... A lot more power? I hope that's the reason why I'm so sore everywhere..." A grimace made as she attempted to move herself to a more comfortable position, scooting a little as her rather black and blue, bruised body was easily seen. "Way of the fist... I like it!... Ow."

Nope. Moonie did not currently sport any equipment. Where some should be, there was only a tuft of golden hair. And that was absolutely it. Without going into much detail, let it merely be said that this would strike Elysia as odd, as perhaps she would realize for the first time that the being known as Moonie Iramasha possessed no concept of breeding or a sex drive.

He was glad that he was able to properly set her bone back into its socket. After all, missing one's arm due to disolcation was not a good place to be, though she did not seem to be bothered as much by that as she was Moonie's removal of her clothing. "Voi, do you really think that someone like me cares?" He asked her, looking her in the eyes. He remembered James' warning and when his 'Boss' had tried to explain to him about women's bodies. To him, it didn't matter what you were, whether you were 'boy or girl'. To him, what mattered was the strength of one's soul. And each person's body house that soul. "Just relax. You can't afford to be tense. It'll make your injuries take longer to heal." He informed her, before gently relaxing himself.

"And if it really bothers you that much, I'll change myself so it won't feel like a person being here. Voi." Moonie told her, his hands slowly coming out of the water as out of the water behind him… emerged a golden tail. Out of the sides of his head, dog's ears emerged, that same golden color as his mane. Moving his arms and feet, Moonie gently doggy paddled along the water, finally returning to back where he started as he sat down next to her.

"No." He told her simply in reply to her question about why she was currently sore everywhere. "You're sore everywhere because you're soul wasn't ready for what I gave you, cahahaha. So your body had to make up the difference. If I hadn't done that… well, voi. You'd be dead where you stand." He told her, before lightly patting her head, the one place where had never once dealt damage to. "Just relax, voooi." He told her with a gentle sigh.

"If you want me to relax the rest of your body like I did your shoulder, just lay down." He explained to her, glancing towards the edge of the spring where she would be able to rest with her head above the water, with her back facing upwards. Or stomach, but Moonie fairly doubted she would do that.

"Voi, as for the Way of the Fist… what do you think that it means from your little 'introduction'?" He asked her with that familiar smile on his face, that same excited smile she had seen several times now due to their 'training'...

Elysia was left feeling... A little be awkward now after hearing that. She was forced to look straight back into his eyes, knees still squeezed gently unto her chest to try and cover herself a bit more. If it weren't due to the situation, it would be out of pride, at the very least. His words were soon met with a nod and a small smile from Elysia, soft lips curling upwards as she tried to relax a little bit. It was all a bit forced, of course years and years of being awkward in scenarios such as this one would make it hard for her to -really- get comfortable, but what she was doing was close enough, letting her body slump down enough that water lapped at her chin, back resting upon the edge of the hot springs as she stared upwards at Moonie.

What happened next could possibly be something that changes how Elysia will forever act towards Moonie, for better or for worse. She found herself remaining absolutely silent, eyes widening as the minor transformation overtook Moonie... Fuzzy ears poking up past his mane, fluffy tail appearing behind him rather quickly. She didn't quite know how to react, but she seemed to almost change out of pure surprise, eyes staring forwards as her lips were left slightly agape. The first thing her eyes fell upon were the ears, focus on them as Moonie began to near her and rather calmly sat down besides her within the water. "I... Well... never knew you could do -that-... That's... W-Wow." This was weird, no, awkward to her. But hey... It did help a little bit in calming her, it at least got her attention somewhere else, albeit, probably a childish place to bring her attention.

A long sigh escaped past her lips after hearing him speak once again. Well, that was mildly troubling for the human, but hey, she survived, right? That whole fight must have powered her up immensely... Or at least, that's what she thought. Right now, everything just hurt -too- much for her to even spend much time thinking back to that battle. It was certainly interesting, but now was the time for relaxing, and as Moonie said, being tense would only make the healing process take longer. That was one thing she definitely did -not- want. The woman found herself... Taking deep breaths now, eyes shutting for a few moments as she relaxed.

The one thought that kept invading her mind was one of the most childish ones she had, eyes opening up to stare at his ears once more. She wanted to touch them. She wanted to see if they were soft and fuzzy, and if Moonie would react like a normal dog if you scratched behind them. These were mostly just random thoughts that popped up, but it was obvious that her attention was drawn to them. Hey, his plan worked of getting her to feel less uncomfortable. It worked well enough that she did listen to what he had to say and even offer, the woman slowly spinning around in the water, wincing every few moments in pain as her head was soon resting upon her arms on the edges of the water, right on dry surface. Just before her head did reach someplace safe to rest upon, Moonie might have caught a glimpse at her tummy when it wasn't submerged in water. Tattoos running all along it just around her bellybutton. These tattoos seemed to hold an odd energy, almost like chi. It wasn't her own, that much was for certain, and she didn't even seem to know how to use it... The majority of her back was revealed to Moonie, dark flesh revealed to him as a low sigh escaped her lips, head turning back to him with a smile visible once more. "Voi~, the Way of the Fist means powering through whatever is in your way, right? To take every hit needed in order to bring the other guy to the ground and teach them that you aren't a pushover. Or at least, that's what I believe, that's what it certainly felt like with that spar earlier... Damn you did a number on me, you alright though? I broke your finger earlier and... Well, just seemed painful, you seem fine now though."

Moonie was glad that she was able to relax, even if it was only a result of his own words. While he did not really understand the idea of privacy or the significance of the reason she felt compelled to hold her knees against herself that way, he knew that physically it wasn't the best thing for her right now. Specifically, the stress that came with it. Seeing her relax, he looked back down into her eyes, his own relaxed slightly from their usual wild appearance, before having gone down into the water and beginning his doggy paddle.

"Voi, it'd be weird if you did. All Nature Iramasha are related to some animal somewhere. I'm a Golden Retriever." He told her with a large grin, looking sideways with his red-ringed pupils into hers, though it made him laugh a little bit to see her looking at him that way. It made him laugh inside… but it brought with it a twinge of sorrow. After all… the last person… to look at his ears that way… ...It was Shisome…

That single thought came to his mind as the Moon Iramasha tilted his head backwards, looking up at the stars as his hands slightly clenched against his arms. Even after.. This much time… he still could not forget her. ...Voi… In his mind… he still felt that sadness, that sorrow. Had he failed her? Had she failed him, left him alone…? Did the one who drew him out of his foolish void still… think..? ...It was Shisome…

His eyes closed again, before smiling slightly with amusement at her sigh. "Voi. All that power doesn't mean a thing if you can't use it… properly or improperly." He said with a chuckle, before feeling relieved as he heard her breaths increasing in depth with his sharp dog's hearing.

Seeing her beginning to turn in the water, Moonie slowly cracked his neck to one side, seeing the tattoo along her stomach as she moved. He did not mention them - after all, the man had a gigantic tattoo across his perpetually-bare chest- but he found them somewhat curious. Hearing the voi from her lips as he shifted his body, placing one knee down on the other side of her body as his tail lay at her side in the water, gently moving back and forth as he grew serious once more at her words.

"Voi… in a way. That's one of the… vooooi… ten...ents… tenets. But, it's more than that! You are powering through for a reason. You are powering through to reach through to the other person." Moonie informed her, the smile that had crept into his own face while he spoke slowly toning down slightly as he said those last few words. ...Did… I ever… get through… to the one person… that I truly wished to…? That doubt entered into his mind, leaving him speechless with his mouth open for a moment, some of his crazed energy departing from his gaze… until he remembered where he was, swallowed, and brought a hand downwards, placing the fingers on the small of her back as his thumb laid against her spine, before… moving the joint that connected his thumb with his hand.

Pop. A small pop could be heard, which would rapidly be followed by a wave of sensation down from her lower back as the lower part of her spine came into perfect alignment, like a normal chiropractor's action in an instant. Moonie's hand was still laying gently against her dark skin, but it was not moving. It was simply sitting there, comfortably. "You are trying to reach through to the other person. The Way of the Fist is not one which can coincide with hatred or despair." He told her firmly, the hand slowly sliding upwards along her spine as he twitched that joint again and again over each rung of her spine, laying it in perfect alignment and giving each of her raw and sore muscles plenty of room, her nerves expanding and relaxing as he moved.

"If you can reach their soul… voi, then you get to clash your soul against theirs, and bask in the brightness left behind!" Moonie declared with a smile, his hand now on the shoulder he did not disable earlier, his four unused fingers laying along the connection between her neck and arm. "If you can't… then you either need to fight through them, as you said, to reach that soul. And if… you find… that their soul… can't be reached…"

At those words, the smile vanished from his eyes, his palm slowly pushing forwards as he squeezed the sore muscle, the pressure he applied rolling along it. "...Then they are darkness, voi. A darkness which has only two paths. The first - to be a soldier. They are a darkness void of life, which exists only to die. Some soldiers still have a glimmer of brightness. To them especially the Way of the Fist demands we fight with our full gusto. The second - those who seek to consume the souls of others. Those lost completely to despair. Voi… they are walking tragedies… and out of pity… not hate… we must end them. We feel anger, VOI, we feel anger towards the darkness." He told her as the hand moved down her side, massaging each and every spot along the right side of her back with a kind of rough professionalism, rough in the care that was being applied each step of the way clearly came from Moonie himself.

"And that anger makes our souls burn brighter. Every emotion we feel does not consume us. Nothing consumes us. Because, VOI. We are the light of our soul's. Nothing… in this world is stronger than that." Slowly, he brought his hand away, looking at the white hair on her head as he put moved his finger over to his side.

"...THAT is the Way of the Fist.." With those words, he brought the left hand down, gently pressing against the muscles at the base of her left side as his tone changed slightly, regaining its manic energy. "Voi, now, I have a question. You can ask me one too, voi. I don't care what." He asked her, before holding up his right hand as he pointed at his own pectoral muscles, indicating his stomach. "What are those markings for…? I can feel a weird power from them, voi. Not something that I smelled before…"

The ears on the top of his head were straight up at this question, and the tail was also batting a bit eagerly against her leg now through the water, sliding faster than before. While he had been speaking of the Way of the Fist, it had been moving to reflect his mood, helping her to know his exact emotional state every step of the way...

Splish Splash neveraskedforthis Empty Re: Splish Splash neveraskedforthis

Tue Dec 01, 2015 9:42 pm

The human left in the presence of someone who could essentially break the moon in half was a little bit... Odded out. She was able to pick up on the few subtle things that Moonie did, hinting that maybe he wasn't entire smiles and laughter with endless energy bounding throughout him. Eyes stared upwards towards him as the Iramsha glanced up to the starts. What was he thinking about? Elysia could always just -ask- him, but at a time like this, she honestly felt like she should just remain quiet and relax. This was his time to speak and to teach her a bit more without violence involved this time.

Before much else could happen, the man before her was smiling once more, familiar grin upon his lips as the woman returned the smile. It was a little bit weird for her as well, considering that she acted much more brash around the others in the Vanguard... Though, in her defense, she didn't really know very many of them all too well enough to open up, and Moonie's proven himself a good person... Or at least, good enough for her morals. The few idle thoughts were quickly thrown off to the side as she began to pay further attention to Moonie, eyes staring straight up towards him as she continued to glance over her shoulder.

Tenets... And reason. A reason to power through... It was fair enough to say that for almost everything in life, you needed a reason to power through it, or else were you -really- trying in the first place? Did Elysia have a reason to be doing all of this...? Well, yeah, she actually did. She couldn't quite recall it at the time, or even remember their name, but it was someone who inspired her to even get this far, to even lash out against those who kept her locked away for nearly all of her life. The woman that left in a blazing inferno was the reason that she even had the chance to meet Moonie, and that was her reason for everything. To follow her teachings and give it her all to fight through all that wish to tie her down, and destroy anything that wishes to hold others back and bar them from the lives that they deserved.

This was her reason, but at the current moment, all she could think of was the fact that she wanted to get stronger. To fight better. To protect those that didn't want to fight themselves. The true fire that fueled her passion seemed to be forgotten, but it's effect on her far from over. She herself found herself getting sometimes side-tracked, just as Moonie was. Her thoughts however were alluding to a presence she could no longer remember the name of, while Moonie's seemed to involve someone that still brought negative feelings into his life. No matter the case, Elysia soon snapped out of her daydream to continued listening to the lecture offered to her, eyes staring upwards as some of her own vigor was lost, just as Moonie's own seemed to be dwindling.

At least, that's what she thought at first, a loud gasp escaped soft lips as a pop was heard. This was her first actual massage, the closest thing she's ever got to someone touching her softly before was applying bandages to gaping wounds. The sensations was new and... Rather pleasant, smile coming across Elysia's lips as her eyes shut blissfully, head resting upon the edge of the waters on surface once more as she simply opted in for listening to what Moonie had to say rather than watching as well. She still had much to learn, and the Way of the Fist seemed to have so much to offer. Reaching the other person without hate or despair... That was a little bit odd... But it did make sense, ish. Her toes began to curl within the warm waters as her spine was further pressed against by skilled fingers, sore muscles and stressed nerves all relaxing as Elysia's body even shook slightly, a low gasp escaping past her lips once more...

And now, the Way of the Fist was about souls clashing, moralities meeting, dreams interlacing. Maybe not every part of it, but it was close enough within the woman's mind. Her should was now rubbed against by the rest of his fingers, pressing into tense muscles as her body began to further relax.. That is, until the mention of someone's soul unable to be reached. Her body tensed just slightly, eyes opening to turn back to see Moonie's smile soon fade away. What was once inspiring turned into something grim, reminding her just the reasons as to why this entire world was pretty bad... And just why there needed to be people who fought for the good of the others. The thought of fighting those two types of people just... Didn't seem nice. A soldier who's purpose was to die, and a tragedy waiting to suck the light out of other people.

But... Just because it wasn't a nice idea doesn't mean she won't do it. That was her goal from the start, to beat down the unjust and try to give everyone the chance they deserve... And if emotions could fuel her, she knew her anger and the -little- bit of arrogance she had would definitely pay off. The only thing that really kept her from getting a bit more riled up with the Iramasha's fingers still pressing against her sore body, almost forcing her to remain where she was to relax, left only to start upwards with amber eyes. The Way of the Fist... This was the path she knew would be the one for her. She may not have the same exact power as Moonie or the general mindset and knowledge... But she knew she could be just as determined as he could ever be, and try just as hard as he can.

After all of this, a question as posed to her, just as her lower left side was rubbed against. The tattoos? She actually needed to glance over to her tummy to remember that they were there, eyes widening as she took a deep breath before speaking. "Voi, well, I... Well damn, I just like the Way of the Fist and would love to walk down that path, but for the tattoos... Some guy named Kamui came to the Vanguard, called for me by name, sparred with me until I landed a hit on his chest to get that cocky grin off of his face, then slammed his hand against my stomach and made me feel like I was boiling from the inside and said that this would give me power when I needed it I guess... Doesn't seem to really do anything other than just look cool I guess."

Moonie was more than happy that she was giving him her undivided attention. Voi… I picked correctly. While he did not yet know whether or not she would be the one that would carry on the flame of the Way of the Fist, it seemed more than possible that she would begin to carry it.

Feeling her relax beneath his hands brought a sense of ease to the Moon Iramasha. She really had been beaten rather hard in their sparring earlier… and it appeared to him that her muscles had never been attended to properly. That was not good for a human.

The feeling of her body tensing up was something that Moonie had anticipated. After all, what he had just said was the closest thing that the Way of the Fist had to a dark side. It was about the other duty that they had. A duty to wipe out negativity that had corrupted the souls of others. It involved destroying someone who should be fully of light and glory. No matter the case, this was a sad occurrence.

The red-ringed darkness of Moonie's gaze met her amber eyes as he spoke, locking the two of them in that way, a connection deeper than most people could understand. That kind of bond was what Moonie sought to develop through the Way of the Fist. "Voi… so, do you understand…?" He asked her calmly, though perhaps about more than simply the words he had spoken about. He was also asking her if she understood why he had acted the way he had when they had first met. He was also asking if she understood why they were here now with this peculiar bond that had been forged through pain and battle.

"Voi." Was all that Moonie gave in response to her saying that she liked the Way of the Fist. It was all he felt he needed to give, anyway. More likely than not he'd be able to pass along entire sentiments to her with that one word, and it seemed like she may be able to gain that skill as well.

He listened closely to what she had to say, looking down as something… churned in his gut. Wrong, evil! The voice told him, making him swallow as the smile left his face, a strange look entering his eyes. Slowly, without pause, he turned her body around, looking directly at the seal that lay there. "...it does not wish to protect your soul."

With those words, Moonie felt bile in his throat. Something was wrong with this. Something was very, very wrong. What he had just said was the truth. Every instinct in his body reverberated that as the truth. This energy is waiting for... something. Something that isn't... positive or light... Thank the moon... it didn't... go off, when I was using Moon Gravity... or else she'd be... something else right now... wouldn't she...?

"…………………………………………………… Kam...ui…?"

Moonie stared down at the seal, before finally raising up a hand. "Voi… I want to remove it. If I don't.. I don't know... but... … the Vanguard…"

Moonie slowly sat back, before looking back at her. This was not good. He did not want for her to become worried or strained. He could only look at that seal, before his hands firmly grabbed onto her sides again, flipping her back over beneath him. "Voi… I'm going to take a look at that later once you've recovered. But this… 'Kamui'… this seal… it's making all of my instincts go fucking crazy with denial. He can fool humans… but… ...just relax."

With those two words, Moonie gently placed both of his hands down onto her sides, before applying pressure like he did before. Sliding the hands outwards, he pressed repeatedly into her back, softening all of her sore muscles and gently working her skeleton as several more 'pops' were released, likely accompanied by small gasps from her. Moonie slowly started to smile again, before moving one hand forwards as the other continued to now stretch and work into the arm of hers that was still functioning. The other slid gently beneath her hair, rubbing into the back of her head where Moonie had hit her. Slowly, three of his fingers ran along her scalp, gently numbing the nerves there before gently pressing and massaging against the base of her skull.

Finally, both hands ended up at the top of her spine, gently working into her upper back. "Voi. I have another question, though, and you can still ask me one if you want. Or two now, I guess. Can you feel the difference from the power I put inside of you?" He asked her with a small smile, still working into her back as he did so. He was curious to see how she felt with the increase in power that she had been given… and this was the first step to teaching her how to use that power.

Where did people like this just pop up anyhow? The thought kept popping up in Elysia's head every so often since she had met Moonie... Were there really people this powerful who would just hang around normally with no issues? It was... Well, a bit rude to think they all just hid away, they had to have lives of their own and ambitions that they had to follow. No matter what the scenario, she was too distracted by every moment left underneath Moonie's fingers, tense and sore muscles further numbed and rubbed in order to help the human cope with her injuries from their previous battle. This was a first anyone's really offered any help post-spar in reality...

It took her a few moments to realize that something was wrong, very wrong. Moonie just switched from a cheerful, curious mood into one of concern. Before she knew it, she was flipped right unto her back, arms quickly reaching out o cover her chest for a very obvious reason as her legs attempted to cross themselves. The sudden and quick movements of course caused her to tense up further, leading to a wince of pain from the quick movements. Despite her squirming, her stomach was clearly visible with the tattoo plainly visible to Moonie in all of it's view. She would normally be very annoyed and might shout that he could ask but... The look on his face did concern her greatly. What was wrong with the tattoo? Wasn't it supposed to help her in her times of need?

"M... Moonie? What's wrong? A-Ad you could have asked for me to turn over..." The words came out a bit awkwardly, she wasn't used to a situation like this. Violence and fighting was a thing she was used too, which is how she could act natural within it... But having someone show this much concern in private, an issue with her body that brings great worry to a powerful being... Just what did Kamui do to her? Soon enough, she received her answer. It does not wish to protect her soul...? Wasn't it just a tattoo that gives her power, what more does it hold inside?

What concerned her the most out of this all was the long pause he had... Did... Did she not know something about Kamui that's exceedingly vital? The Vanguard had to have at least given him permission to step inside, he couldn't be that bad if a group proclaiming it's alliance with good and the safety of the earth- That was the issue. She believed someone other than herself again. She put her faith and trust into a group that's done so little for her other than gift her a bed and food, something she can easily find at other places with enough strong words and persuasion. Elysia attempted to remain steadfast about the scenario, but Moonie could easily tell her concern without an issue. Her body was tensing up heavily, muscles straining, thoughts flying about within her mind.

Moonie wanted to remove it? Just what the hell did Kamui put inside of her? The man that 'said' he'd try to train her never did anything to help her cope with the fact he violated her being as a whole with this energy, with this power, with his own chi. The man that said he'd help her get used to it never did anything to even so much as tell her what it was. She had no reason to not believe Moonie when he said it was evil, it hurt horribly, it hurt, it -burned- when it was applied. She felt... Almost dead during the process, so she had no real reason to really try defending it, but rather to start fearing it now. Despite the fear... She only showed concern and minor worry on her face, though the rest of her body revealed the tension through her muscles and tensed form.

Each one of Moonie's words did somewhat calm her down a bit now... A look at the seal to tell her more about it should help calm her nerves, though the stress was still obvious. Before she could object, she found herself back on her tummy, fingers sliding along her body once more to further help it calm down. Soft skin was touched once more as her body was starting to go back into a relaxed state from the pressure, muscles pressed into as fingers ran along her spine for more pops, indeed accompanied by small gasps each time. Her smile was gone, but she did still look back at him, face taking a more neutral position now. Her mouth opened to speak just before a hand ran along her arm and at the back of her head, rubbing at particularly sore spots and leading to her eyes shutting in bliss once again, head relaxing against the start of flat, dry surface that she was resting near.

It all felt nice, each press against her nerves leading to a smile slowly growing. She never got to enjoy something so nice like this, something that was for her. Even if it was recovery... It's so much better than the recovery of a 8 year old that she was used too in the Pits. Eyes slowly opened with the question asked by Moonie, a second taken for her to think... Now that she had time to focus and not be distracted by pain or stress... It felt odd. It was something she couldn't put her finger on. It was vibrant, similar to how her reiatsu acted, but a bit more wild... It just confused her, she was never one for overly spiritual things, but she could still tell that it remained within her. "Yeah, I guess I do. Feels weird... Like, sorta like my normal energy, all powerful and active and stuff, but the new thing in me feels a bit more wild... Is... Is this energy at least safe? Oh, and for my first question, why did you want to teach me the way of the fist again?"

"...Voi, I'm sorry." He told her gently, sliding his fingers along her flesh as he tried to calm the woman underneath him once again. She was warm under his fingers, and it gave him pause. After all, the feeling of wanting to protect someone or something was not one which he took lightly. His loyalty was his strongest trait, by far…. And it seemed likely to him that.. She would be one of those people, like Boss James, who he would show up for if she ever called.

But at the same time, to him, that meant being able to know that she could take care of herself as well. How to make her stronger, therefore… was the question. "Voi, yes, that energy is safe as long as you are." He told her with a smile, two fingers sliding back and gripping her shoulder as he gently laughed. "Cahaha, lose control though, and your energy will bite you in the ass. That's coming from experience, voi." He told her, remembering the way his own eyes had been blown out when he had lost control.

"..I wanted to teach you the Way of the Fist… because you felt like someone I could trust with it." He told her firmly, his hands sliding back as they rested themselves on her shoulders, the warmth passing from him to her. "… Voi, the truth is that I know I won't be around forever. Eventually, one of those darknesses will be greater than even I can destroy. In that case, I need to be able to at least destroy it with me, cahahahaha." Moonie told her lightheartedly, though his hands had relaxed against her back now.

"...In that case, I would need… voi, others to understand the conclusion I fought for and stumbled my way through to reach. That… is the Way of the Fist. To keep applying its principles… to make the souls of others shine. That is why I wanted to teach you about it. The Way of the Fist isn't something… you need to tell others about. They can feel it. They can feel its effects. They can take solace and positive things from it." Slowly, Moonie's hands withdrew, gently moving back into the water as he sat down next to her.

"...When I saw you training in that forest, voi, I wanted to see if you could handle the stress of the Way of the Fist. That's what it means. To push through, no matter what… to see if you had that resolve. And you did. That is why I decided to teach you." With that said, Moonie's knees slowly moved up to his chest, his hair sliding gently along the water as he turned his dog-eared head over to look at the woman next to him.

"That energy will keep growing inside you, voi. Just as your own energy is. And we'll keep training it, and you. Until you can make people's souls shine brighter than even that lightning that ripped off my finger while you were out cold, cahahahaha!" He finished, smiling at her with a laugh as he held up his hand and showed her the missing digit. He had yet to regrow it, having decided that he wanted for her to see it first. To him… this was fine.
