» Shifter Appearance Written: Nemesis' appearance in her shifter form seems to follow more along the lines of a lustful demon, rather than one of rage. A tall, 5'11'' frame mixed with a thin build leads to a rather alluring sight, one that the eyes could easily feast upon. Beautifully crimson eyes stare out to the world and all that would glance towards her, as the rest of her soft, pale features come into view. Her face seemed almost doll like, perfect, flawless, a short nose with plump lips visible, followed by pointed, elf ears. The only thing that wasn't pale was her hair, the soft, flowing, raven-hair that cascaded down her back and even reaches her rear with it's length. Poking through the dark hair would be a set of horns, bent slightly near the middle with sharp points that stuck outwards. They both seemed to be around eight inches in total length, and adorned earrings on each. The right horn seems to have a crystal moon attached too it, while the left had a teardrop, soon followed by a normal crystal shape.
Her body seemed to follow the aspect of 'soft and doll-esque', though took a few parts to a greater level. slender shoulders, hourglass figure, frail arms, everything about her seemed to fall more in the lines of 'lust' rather than 'rage'. Adorning such a voluptuous body would be a simple, white dress, noodle straps allowing full view of her shoulders and arms as a part in the center allow a rather generous view of a bountiful chest. Trailing down the rest of her body simply gives the hidden view but recognizable outlines of wide hips and shapely legs. The only real thing of note would be her left arm, wound in bandages constantly. With the power she holds and immense strength, shrinking down into a form such as this leads to tears, which results in a faint, purple fog to come forth from the bandages that hold her together at the seams. The quickest way for someone to see her true form would be to tear at the bandages.

» True Appearance Written: For all intents and purposes, Nemesis looks like a mix between a doll and a body builder. Her face is one that looks almost perfect, no imperfections, and gorgeous eyes. Beautiful eyes mixed with soft, full lips give all the signs of feminine appeal, followed by flowing, golden locks that fall well down her back. With such features, it's hard to see a fully built, 6'6'' body stare down on almost everyone. With arms almost thick as logs, thighs that could crush skulls, Nemesis obviously knows how to stay fit and strong.
Her typical attire is less = better. When off the clock, she'll typically remain in beach attire, bikini tops and bottoms, shorts, crop tops. Things that show off her body while covering what's important. During work, she follows a much stricter dress code, followed with business skirts, high heels, leggings, button-ups, and on the extremely rare occasion that means a raise, dresses.
» Personality: Warrior's Pride: Nemesis has one thing in common with many other fighters, she's extremely prideful when it comes to her combat prowess. The woman will never back down from a challenge, and will always respect another warrior. If she is bested in combat, she will surrender and show honor to the one who has achieved victory over her. If the foe she intended to fight plays dirty and does something that could be considered cheap, she will show no respect and will aim to play as dirty as possible. This pride is typically thrown away when she enters her release states due to her lack of rationality and understanding.
Hardened Facade: As someone who needs to work such an important role, Nemesis has trained herself to mask her emotions well enough that others wouldn't tell what she's actually feeling without mind reading. A calm demeanor can always be shown, along with a smile if willed. This does have its limits, as she still is a being that houses an insane amount of rage deep within. If she is irritated to the point of bursting, then her ability to regain her composure will be next to impossible until either the source of irritation no longer annoys her, or someone with a strong enough standing in her personal life wills her to stop. Her ability to regain her composure depends on which release she is in, meaning that the lower the release, the easier it is to calm herself down with or without the help of others.
Diligent: Nemesis' ability to not only remain a valiant fighter, but also a secretary required a lot of diligence in both her training, and her focus. Due to this, her ability to power through and fight through any obstacles in the way exceeds many others in her field. If a fight becomes far too difficult for her, she will continue to fight and strike when the smallest window of opportunity presents itself. If there's a large amount of work that needs to be done, either through papers who assisting in more secretive matters, the being's fortitude will see them through it until it's done.
Emotionally Stale: The two main emotions typically seen are either apathy, or rage. For Nemesis, she has to put on the bored appearance of a desk worker while being ready to reveal her strength in any combat situations, leading to those two emotions being the driving force of her personality. Getting her to exhibit any other emotions, such as fear or joy, would require a great amount of work and possibly a strong bond to her. The only person who can easily get her to smile or be fearful would be Mana. Asides from that, she fears no one, and trusts no one.
Prejudiced: Despite respecting a Warrior's Code, prejudice is still seen within the amazoness of a woman. Demons are the best, that is her honest mind set. Standings withing the political and militarism worlds hold a strong part within her, since to get to such positions, one would have needed to work very hard with no distractions. She will respect a demon quicker than the common folk of any other race, just as she would respect a general more than the common folk of even her own race. This doesn't mean that she'll treat a demon badly, it simply means that when she would shake the hand of a normal demon, she would happily kneel in front of an esteemed general.
Tempting: Emotions are a good thing to get tied up into, and because of that, Nemesis supports falling into madness or succumbing to rage. She may not show many emotions herself, but that's simply because she has a job to do. For others around her, she would happily inspire them to follow whatever their hearts desire, be it love, revenge, destruction, creation. As long as it doesn't interfere with her own, personal agenda, she would happily tempt someone into a psychotic state if it meant that they would become stronger, faster, but most importantly, better.
Analytical: Despite the obvious lack of restraint in her releases, Nemesis is capable of showing a vast amount of intelligence while in her base form. She is able to analyze situations, sift through data, and even come to conclusions regarding it all simply from a few moments of intensive thinking. This allows her combat prowess in her base form to match whose of greater tacticians, but going into any release will lead to the progressive loss of this analytical mind, ranging from reduced effectiveness to outright losing her mental capabilities.
Refined to Ravaging: Nemesis' combat prowess throughout her forms changes slightly in method. While in her base form, she tends to stick to her wits in order to overpower and decimate foes with a usage of skill, ability, and might. The further down her releases she goes, the more this turns from a skilled warrior's style to a beast's rage. What was once skill and tactics will soon turn into raw instinct of brute force, making once smart plans to outwit foes turn into a plan to simply destroy them and everything around them. (TL;DR If Mental Deduction starts off high, like Master, then it will drop a tier for every release she goes in. Base = master, 1st = advanced, 2nd = adept, 3rd = beginner.)
Sensitive-ish: Even with being stale with some of her emotions, Nemesis can be seen as sensitive when off the clock. While working, she can simply ignore many comments and compliments, but during free time, she may become flustered easier than most and even lash out at smaller things. This isn't a lack of self-control, but rather her mind not being occupied with work to distract her. TL;DR if someone calls her pretty during work, she'll ignore it, though if they catch her on the streets and invite her to dinner, there may be better results. ____________________________________________________
Axe of Strength: Despite the name of the axe, it isn't as impressive as one might think. It's size is large enough for Nemesis to wield easily, while just the weight alone would be enough for weaker fighters to trouble lifting it. One end of the axe is larger than the other, allowing for general cleaving motions while the latter side is smaller, allowing for precise chops rather than bloody, messy cleaves. And odd, almost snake-esque design could be seen in the gap between the blade and the hilt of the weapon.
The overall size and weight of the weapon shows that it was made just for Nemesis, and it's only ability shows that as well. Regardless of who the user is, the axe will always be based upon their strength. If the user can barely lift the blade, it will barely slice their foe, while if the user can heft it around like nothing, it can cleave through things as if they were nothing, provided there was no defense, of course.
» Natural Abilities: Stone Skin: With a simple mental thought, Nemesis can change the way her body reacts to external stimuli, ranging from taking pain and pleasure normally to being almost completely immune to both. This works through her mind either succumbing to rage, or her determination allowing her to shrug off the pain in order to power through. This doesn't make her Pain Endurance useless, but rather further amplifies it. It ties into what her Willpower tier is, meaning that if she's a master in both skills, her Pain Endurance can technically almost keep up with a Grandmaster's, with exceptions.
Insane Strength: To be a Berzerker, one has to be pretty strong, right? Nemesis takes pride in the fact that she values strength above all, to the point of where she works hard to achieve as much power as she can. Her tier of Strength is always slightly higher than it truly is dependent on her releases. In her base form, it's easy for her to do something like stomp the ground to cause a chunk of earth to bounce up in front of her to throw at someone, while in her later releases, a building could become an improvised weapon. For a simpler frame of reference of the increases to her strength:
Base Form - 1.1x First Release - 1.25x Second Release - 1.5x Third Release - 2x
Blade Dancer's Wrath: A fighting style used and possibly created by Nemesis in order to compliment weapon usage and hand-to-hand combat. This allows large two-handed weapons such as battleaxes and staffs to be swung about with her body while fists are able to be thrown. How this works is typically through performances usually seen at carnivals, such as twirling blades around one's neck, spinning them between one's fingers, and even using one as a hola-hoop. This combat style is very difficult to use and either requires a great tolerance to pain to ignore any self-inflicted wounds, or a masterful Weapon Skill to utilize, requiring at least Master's and needing Grandmaster's to use without any self-harm being inflicted. Examples of this technique involve-
Snake's Bite: The user spins their weapon between their fingers, allowing momentum to build with every swing to the point of where a masterful flick can allow the hilt to spin around a body part at a very quick speed, usually their arm or torso. The weapon will stay in motion until the user makes a quick and sudden movement, such as a punch, which can lead to dis-balancing the weapon and having it thrust forwards or even fly off of the user. This can be used to strike at a foe and have the weapon follow up with a slash (with a requirement of grabbing it so it doesn't fly away.)
Whirling Death: The user of this ability begins to twirl the weapon from hand to hand, even allowing it to slide along their body and flip over their shoulders, similar to how a nun-chuck is used. Without proper practice, this can horribly injure the user, but with enough finesse, it'll allow the weapon to build up enough momentum to strike at -twice- the force of a normal blow.
Fearsome Advance: A normally used technique against those showing off with a staff, it's been improved upon to the point of causing serious damage. The user takes the hilt of their weapon and holds it out in front of them and begins to spin it between their hands, leading to a sort of 'barrier' to be formed in front of them. This not only serves as a defense against most ranged attacks and physical strikes that can not break through the user's defense, but also as a way to launch an attack outwards, either through using the momentum to deal a devastating blow, or to launch the weapon forwards with a swing of one's arm to tear through a foe like a buzz saw. The weapon will return if used this way, and anyone who does not know this fighting style will be unable to catch it without risk of either slicing their hand off, or having a few bones broken if the weapon is more blunt then sharp.
Fearsome Defense: Taking the previously stated ability, Nemesis altered it in order to create a stronger barrier between her and her target. She uses her strength to back up the spinning weapon, meaning that not only does it spin faster, but it's harder to break through, meaning that this defense is based off of her Strength skill rather than her Durability.
Whirling Vortex: This technique requires a weapon, and when used, will violently pull anyone in the battlefield closer to Nemesis. The Bloody Barbie would accomplish this through taking her weapon and spinning it rapidly above her, at a rate much quicker than Fearsome Defense. This increased rate would reach the speeds needed to create a vortex or tornado to pull targets closer to her based upon her Strength for results. If a target's own method of remaining still or resisting can't beat her Strength, then they are violently pulled towards her. This ability also works on ranged abilities, meaning that Nemesis can draw fire towards her to keep a target safe.
Eye of the Vortex: If Whirling Vortex managed to pull an enemy close, Nemesis can instantly react by using an empowered version of Whirling death that can even cleave through projectiles and weaker barriers. Eye of the Vortex can only be used once every three posts> Usage - post - post - Usage.
Berzerker's Strike: Once every other post, Nemesis can launch an attack or infuse one of her abilities to gain 'super armor'. For anyone not familiar with fighting game terms, this means that she'll be able to launch an attack through another target's strike, meaning that if they both punch at each other, she won't recoil and will still strike as if she used full force. She still receives all damage, but will be able to dish out as much as she needs.
Powerful Leaps: Flight is a hard thing to do, but there's always some way to accomplish it. Nemesis can 'almost' achieve flight in her base form through using powerful leaps to soar up into the air towards a target, almost at the speed of a teleport of her level. Sadly, once this leap is accomplished, it's hard for her to keep moving, through using Whirling Vortex can bring her target to her if she missed. While in her second release, she is able to kick off of the air to send her soaring in another direction, similar to air dashes in fighting games and similar systems. In her third release, she is able to [REDACTED].
Undying Rage: No matter what release or state Nemesis is in, if she receives fatal damage, she'll be instantly sent to her currently strongest release. For a total of only and -only- two posts, she can not die. This does not mean she can't be mauled, disabled, abused, torn to shreds, and left a pile of slush, but her entire being will refuse to die. Her rage will manifest into the physical realm as a body for her if needed, or even protect against soul-destroying forces. The trade-off for this ability is that she can not heal, before or after the ability's usage, and she can not be healed during it. The moment the second post ends, her body will be dropped unto the ground in a state where any strike against her can kill, weak or strong, and she will be left incapacitated for a good while. If rescued and taken to safety, she will be able to stand and walk within a day, but unable to perform any acts of rage or participate in combat of any form for an entire month. If forced to fight early, she is unable to use any releases except Queen of Rage.
Relentless: Through pure anger and determination, Nemesis is able to continue fighting through the loss of limbs and major organs. Even if the pain is horrific and her capabilities of fighting is altered, her raw strength and ability to harm will not falter. The only way to keep her down in this state is to find ways to stun or distract her. Death is always an option, but a hard to achieve one.
Weapon Morph: While in this release, Nemesis' axe will change into an odd blade placed upon her back, allowing her to relentlessly strike and attack foes while the blade attacks and spins independently of her. She loses the ability to launch the weapon for a ranged attack, but is now able to strike at a much quicker, deadlier rate.
Manifestations of Rage: With the slowly increases rate of mental deterioration, the lack of rationality is replaced with an excess of anger. This anger can be channeled to manifest in the physical realm as a source of almost limitless of potentially devastating energy. It can be used similar to ceros, balas, blasts of Aether Energy, and even follow a similar destructive pattern of Shinigami weapons. For all intents and purposes, this is Nemesis' personal energy source being used in a much more physical fashion that can create weapons that induce rage to the wielder, create claws on her form to further increase killing potential, and even launch blasts that strike and burn through both the physical and spiritually world. It can even be used to create small shields and personal barriers, but why worry about being afraid and defending yourself when there's a bastard a few feet away you could tear a new one for?
Berzerker's Ire: With so much rage and raw emotion being created at once, there always needs to be a sink for this energy. Rather than letting this powerful source simply leak away, Nemesis has learned how to coat her body in the substance in order to further infuse her destructive properties. All of her strikes now deal increased damage similar to an explosion of raw might being released with every point of contact. For a simpler frame of reference, all of her strikes burn and melt through any defenses, both physical and spiritual. Barriers of a similar level will be easier to tear through, ranging from a single strike to multiple. Any barriers weaker than her Strength can simply be torn through, while any barriers stronger than her will be able to hold off her assault for only a while. If there is no 'barrier' present, then all strikes will be perceived as if the user's Durability has been lowered. This doesn't mean it -is- lowered, but just that if she strikes at them, the damage will be applied as if it were.
Feral Shout: Nemesis' -only- defensive ability that is purely for, well, defense. This ability can only be used once per thread and allows her to destroy all projectiles coming towards her and only her. This works through all of the anger within her building up to a point of where it needs to release, coming forth as a shout that disrupts the energy all of ranged strikes coming towards her. This also forcibly shoves away all physical strikes and pushes any fighters away from her. The range of this ability is only 10 meters, and requires an entire post to accomplish where no other actions can be taken (asides from reacting to being smacked in the face.) ____________________________________________________
» Rook of Rage Appearance:
» Rook of Rage Benefits: Weapon Morph: Rather than having a bladed weapon, Nemesis' weapon will always appear to be a very large, spiked club that is probably as heavy as she is. This takes away her ability to both use her fists and the weapon as if they're separate limbs, but allows her to deflect projectiles with a well-placed strike from the weapon, similar to a baseball bat.
Vessel of Vexation: While in this release, Nemesis has fallen away from rationality and only relies in her instincts. This means that technically, there is no 'mind' or 'thought' to invade and convince. Nemesis is now completely immune to all forms of mind control, and is next to impossible to convince of anything that doesn't fall into the lines of 'that fucker there is dead'.
Infusion of Rage: Nemesis' rage ascends to a point of where it can be considered almost godly. Nemesis gains the ability to sap energy from any rage and anger from people that are not herself in the thread, meaning that the angrier someone is at her, the more energy and fuel she gains. If someone's only slightly annoyed and angry, then she'll only feel more motivated to keep fighting, but if her target is absolutely enraged and upset at her, she'll begin to heal wounds on her body at a rate of a single post. If she had lost a limb, a large amount of rage is needed and up to three posts for it to regenerate.
Essence of Raw Emotion: Normally, bleeding out is typically a good way to kill someone, right? If you can't beat them out right, just wound them enough that they'll eventually perish. That only works for some, and while in at least this form, Nemesis is one of the people who won't fall to that. While in either Rook of Rage or above, her blood or whatever fuels her is instead turned into an almost ethereal essence that can not be drained or bled, meaning that any form of bleeding out will not work on her.
Manifestation of Might: An upgrade to her previous Manifestation of Rage, she is now able to launch massive beams and blasts of pure rage towards targets that can even tear through other attacks or barriers that are weaker than the blasts themselves. It also allows her to do something similar to Green Lantern's ring of creating constructs out of her emotion, such as shields, weapons, slides, walls, those types of things. Just don't expect any cars or fancy tech to be made by her.
[Event Only] Rage Bomb: If Nemesis is willing to essentially sacrifice herself, she is able to channel every last bit of anger and rage in her and any willing allies to create a bomb within herself. This bomb continues to grow and grow, and after a total of three posts of growing (while she can still perform actions), it will explode and destroy almost anything that she considers hostile in the radius of about a city. Destroy is a term used for buildings and such, while actual PC's will need to deal with a blast as powerful as something like Goku's spirit bomb, except with rage. At the end of this blast, Nemesis is reverted back to her base form with the same negative effects of Undying Rage, able to be easily killed and incapacitated. ____________________________________________________

What is one without honor? A coward, a traitor, someone who deserves to be felled by the blade of those just. That was the code of Nemesis' family, that was the code of her mother, who had to slay her retreating lover, abandoning his allies and his family in war. This woman was ruthless, and was a valued soldier within Shadowfall ranks. Her devotion to the cause and her willingness to put the mission before the man always came true. Even when she had to slay her husband for trying to run during battle, even while carrying his child. It was a sickening thought, and a sickening scene, but in her mind, it had to be done for Shadowfall. What is a nation filled with cowards? Conquered.
This woman received many medals and awards, and when her child was born, already spent most of her resources to making this child powerful. There was no love, only honor, no fear, only determination, no peace, only war. So much was put into Nemesis that she was even forced to grow up before living her childhood, demonic magics and sciences being used to modify her still young body, to accelerate it's growth, to give it muscle mass without the work, and soon, there was already a warrior made. With the mind of a newborn, Nemesis wasn't fit to do anything yet, so rather than wait for her to develop, her mother took matters into her own hand. An invasion of privacy was used on her, a mind altering spell that inserted memories that she never had. Memories of a master, a mentor, a trainer teaching her the ways of war, to decimate foes, to destroy armies, and even to raze cities.
These memories were brutal, and to the already accelerated state of growth, her mind soon followed with thoughts and ideas not even of her own. Memories of her being stuck with said mentor, training for hours, days, weeks, months to spin a blade expertly between her grasp, to twirl it about and even lash outwards in just a moment to decapitate a foe. These were her memories, and they already began to change and morph this 'child' in an adults body. She began to get violent, she began to use these memories against those around her, even attempting to harm her own mother out of false ideals that everyone was out to get her. Despite her mother's fame and power, she was as dumb as bricks when it came to people, and was unable to calm the force she had let loose. Rather than deal with her own problem and fix it, she simply had Nemesis put under a spell, leaving her possessed.
This controlled, crazed body was soon put into war, and already began to do wonderfully. Lambs were sent to the slaughter, armies were forced to retreat, and best of all, she inspired her fellow soldiers. Even if no one knew the truth, they all saw this amazing sight. The daughter of their own war hero, doing just as well, even better than her mother in the field. Wars were fought, battles were won, but it was never Nemesis fighting. It was always whoever was controlling her body, forcing her to watch, forcing her to feel everything, forcing her to learn through violence. As her mind finally began to develop into that of a proper being, it was already horrifically scarred and filled with so many gruesome things. Friends dying, killing others with no mercy, watching the light of another's eyes fade away as you realize their wife was watching a few feet away... then going to slaughter them. It was despicable, it was honor-less, it was disgusting. Honor was earned, not given. This wasn't earning shit, this was just killing innocents, people not in war, this was insane.
But it was 'her' life. The life she was forced to live, even if she disagreed with it so passionately. She never had control of anything she did, and as the years passed, something began to brew deep within her. Every time she was forced to sit through hordes and hordes of people being slaughtered, she felt all the more useless. Every time she was forced to sit down and enjoy a celebratory meal with all of her 'allies', she hated it. Every time her mother came over, hugged her, kissed her on the forehead and said she was loved, she became -outraged-. The years went on and on as she began to grow more and more mentally, began to form her own morals, began to even create her own ideas and fantasies despite having her body taken over for her... She imagined being free, fighting for what she believed was right, and to slaughter that vile woman that robbed her of life, of what little she had to start, of what little she could enjoy...
When an axe was created just for her ended up being used to slaughter another innocent family just trying to hide from the brutality of war, Nemesis had finally had enough. Something deep inside of her began to boil, began to heat up, began to burn through her very essence. Flesh began to morph, singing itself and mutilating every piece of flesh possible as her mother had sensed something horrific and terrifying. The spell had been broken, no, burned away by something, and when she turned to look at her 'daughter', it had changed. With Nemesis' body no longer being controlled, she accessed her first release-, no, it wasn't enough, her rage was overwhelming, her pure anger couldn't be contained in this form. Rather than only use her first release, the vexation within her instantly changed her very being, bringing her to a new, stronger form.
A form that could decimate this filthy, pathetic battalion. What was once an axe forged for her soon turned into a large, spiked, metallic club. It was shaped and molded through odd, swirling energies that flowed off of her, pure ire coating the entire weapon as her body seemed to be covered in this red glow. Her flesh looked as if it were caked in blood, eyes looking wild as her body began to twitch uncontrollably. This was the first time she ever got to feel freedom, to move the way she wanted too, all of these feelings were so foreign, and she loved every minute of it.
And she would love every following minute that came. Her body was filled with rage, filled with anger, her mind succumbing to it's grasp as much as one's very conscience could. Her vision was faded, everything a blur as she could only make out figures, no, targets. Beings that deserved this treatment, people that gave this unto those much weaker, unto those who were innocent, those were wouldn't even prove themselves a challenge. No point in wasting energy on people like that, but these sorry souls? Nemesis was going to have a blast, already feeling her ecstasy rise as the feeling of bones crunching underfoot overcame her. Blood splattered all along her body, the warm, crimson fluid caking her as she bathed in the blood of her own kin, but there was one left, one final target for her ire. Her very own mother.
And when she approached the being that gave birth to her, she was already commanded once more.
"I demand that you stop."
"Stop? For what? So you don't get a taste of your own medicine you impudent whore!? Oh woe is me, I can't fucking mind control my very own kin anymore to do my dirty work! Shut the fuck up you selfish bitch, what have you ever even known about honor? Is it honorable to mind control your own family, honorable to slaughter millions who weren't even in a fucking war? Honorable to stand there and watch as all of your allies get crushed underneath the foot of the beast you created? I. Hate. You. Pick on someone your own size rather than weak, pitiful humans and iramasha and everything between. I'm going to enjoy gutting you like a fish."
Without another delay, the mother stepped forwards, her own battleaxe being swung through the air in an attempt to swiftly decapitate the monster she had created. This blow wouldn't turn out to be as successful as she had hoped. Nemesis quickly brought up her left arm, letting the blade tear through flesh and even bone, being caught within the marrow as the berzerker's eyes widened, filled with utter pleasure as she stared towards the cause of so much hatred and sorrow. A swift swing of her right arm led to her spiked club to be swung forwards, and within a moment, the sickening crunch of someone's skull filled the area.
The scenery painted was one filled with blood, insanity, and chaos, just enough ingredients to grew up one nice, nasty potion to summon none other than Mana herself. The crazed being herself slowly wandered into the area where some of the better troops she had suddenly died and blew up in a plume of death. The source was none other than the created child of some woman that housed a certain aspect, the aspect of rage. Why was it such a good vessel? Who knew, but she was able to tell that it could prove very useful, and was certainly interesting enough to call her over.
Every attempt and approaching this crazed beast only led to a powerful lashing and attempts to claws Mana's heart out. For something as strong as her, this wasn't really an issue, but the pure rage, the pure aggression, all of this was enough to make her want it. So Mana waited and watched, she gazed on the sight of this crazed, angry beast destroying everything she could, from any remnants of the army to buildings to even at times, just the air from how angry she was, but amidst all the roaring and scowling was joy. Joy to be free, utter bliss that she had her own body back. Soon enough, the beast reverted back into it's base form as the woman known as Nemesis fell unto the ground into a deep slumber.
When she had awoken, she found herself in a nice suit in a nice bed in front of a curious Mana. The interactions were quick and precise, and honestly, the terms weren't bad at all. For the price of simply working as a secretary for Mana herself and taking care of a few side deals that would 'never' be considered dishonorable, Nemesis could be free of charge for slaughter Shadowfall troops and even be 'erased' from records as a grown weapon. It was honestly such a nice deal, and after long enough, Nemesis finally was able to have a life.
Thought it wasn't exactly the best, with all the conflicting emotions and how she had to control her body, her emotional state was left in shambles, her ability to feel in some aspects dulled, as in other areas she was far too sensitive. Her ability to think and process emotions and thoughts was out of whack, the only thing holding true was her ability to fight. This ability would come into fruition on certain, private missions. Sometimes just from a scuffle with someone trying to be tough, and other times, form someone trying to hurt Mana. Her job was to protect Mana, well, maybe not protect, but keep pests from bothering her. Mana could definitely protect herself.
However, even all of this would eventually bore someone, so Nemesis took more time to explore, to find out newer things, and to enjoy the simpler things in life, even leading to the finding of an odd hollow. This hollow tried to strike at her, but was too weak at the time, leading to Nemesis simply watching it, sometimes feeding it some other beings nearby to watch it grow. Normally, Nemesis would leave something weak behind, but... it was interesting how these creatures worked. Nemesis had only seen Demons and a few other races so far, so hollows were new to her. The fact that it grew purely on eating it's own kind was interesting, and soon enough, a small bond was made. Nemesis would watch over the creature in her free time to watch it grow and develop, and the creature was provided protection against any odd forces that wanted to destroy it.
Soon enough, this protection led to this odd hollow to eventually involve into a great being, tearing off it's mask to form the body of someone, to create an actual intelligent being. It was odd, no, beautiful how something could grow from another in a way like this. It wasn't like birth and maturing, but a complete and total change in biology and function. Turning from a mindless creature to an intelligent, threatening being. With the new 'rebirth' of this creature, it began to talk to Nemesis, and she talked with it in return. They spoke and exchanged tales and what was once a curious demon soon turned into a close friend.
At first, it certainly seemed like Nemesis was the one to take care of the new arrancar, but the rate at which beings grow in power is different, and before long it changed. Nemesis liked to believe she was still the caretaker, doing her best to protect this new arrancar, but both of them knew that one was stronger than the other at this point, and Nemesis was proud at the leaps in growth she had witnessed. The arrancar was all grown up, and had it's own life to tend too, even forming it's own little group and leaving for long periods of times. Of course Nemesis would worry about if they wouldn't return, so whenever she wasn't busy with work, she would join her new companion in some of these travels, and to this day, that's how she runs her life. If there is no work, adventure, if there is no adventure, make it.
