Hayden stood on the cusp of achieving months of work, months of stride dedicated to a single conflict. While his contact with people outside of his small collective was minimal, he had certainly been busy. Days upon days building into months he had worked in Africa meeting with multiple representatives from the people that called this land their home. There were always some… complications to be lightly but he managed to work past them; it was a long road to build trust among the nations and its people but it certainly was now yielding some rewards. The influence of both Hayden and Vastime had extended all across Africa, with only moment away from the official formation of ‘The Iron Banner of Vastime’ which was simply a large collection of states that fell under the Vastimian banner in Africa. The exact definition of the government type Vastime held was similar to a mix of a republic and constitutional monarchy, something that was a heavily debated topic during the discussions.
Nonetheless, the talks went moderately well over the past few months particularly with Hayden being willing to show he would stand with the nation rather than abandon them; the moon event was actually a way to help his cause seeing as he was the only person that came to the aid of Vastime in terms of debris- protecting a nation that wasn’t even allied with him or apart of his talks! Every time Hayden was willing to throw himself into the fire and then show up to debates with national leaders with little regard for his own health, the reason was quite simple and it was because what he was doing was far bigger than any injury he sustained. If he could just achieve his ambitions he could secure the future for his people, he could enable them in a way which hadn’t been seen for… centuries.
Hayden was caught in his thoughts, this was almost unreal for the male but yet he stood outside of the large parliamentary building that had been built in the capital of Vastime, Roran, which was formerly a large port city in Somalia before being reinvigorated through the sustained aid of Hayden and some very high friends of his. The building was a beautiful yet simple design mimicking that of ancient grecian buildings, which was a small nod to the ancestry of his people along with his own origin. Within the coming hour, if this went undisturbed Hayden would be acquiring multiple nations of Africa under one large pact; yet this didn’t mean he could start celebrating yet for there was still many things that could go wrong.
For instance, maybe some rogue agent would launch an attack against Hayden to undermine his power potentially making national leaders shy to enter into a pact with a man who cannot protect his assets or worse someone came to verbally oppose him somehow discrediting him and his work. That would be a disaster if someone was to show up unannounced, while this was a very public event the slightest misstep could destroy months of work. That fear clung to the back of his hear.
Yet today was still a very happy day, he was being greeted by leaders and workers alike- so far everything was going to plan. If it could remain like this for a bit longer till the signings, today would be a great day.

Freedom -- or slavery? Life was a choice of those two things. Freedom brought with it a sense of liberation, but it also came with responsibility. To be reliant on yourself, to take the risk and reward of self action and to rely on your own power is what it meant to be free to her. While, in reverse, slavery and subjugation was to find power and comfort in the arms of another. To leave your well being, safety and resources in the hands of another was what it meant to be a slave in the eyes of the 2nd Raksha of Hell.
This line of thought would be something that repeated in an infinite loop as this horned demon of hell's equilibrium emerged at the side of Desmond Hayden during his major day. And really, it was quite grand-scale. It wasn't a small feat to unite many nations under one banner. Yet, given the events of earth, having a greater overall threat also had a knack for forcing people to work as a conjoined force. Yet, was it really liberation? She had her doubts on that.
The face of The Hell Demon was one which was relaxed and comfortable, yet her mind was ever electric and filled with so many wondrous lines of thought. As those blood red eyes of hers scanned the rows of people at the man's side, she couldn't help but wonder: could these people find their liberation in a union such as this? Or were they all just sheep being led into slavery? Neither were a wrong choice in the mind of Liu, but it was rather interesting to see what choice the people would flow along with to find the end result of their destiny: a life of slavery to another -- or a life of independence among themselves.
It's why the formation of her Hell Beast came about as this sentiment rang strongly within the being of the Raksha. In a mist of plum light, a plum haired woman with neck length haired emerged to the side of Liu. She was no more than 4'7 and seemed to present a stark contrast in the damning height of the 5'11 Hayden and the tender stature of the 5'2 Liu. It looked as if a child had came to the side of these two; especially with the odd bowl shaped head gear she was adorning. Yet, she was anything but. She was the backbone of the 2nd layer of Hell and ran it like a mad woman. After all: this was Nizhuan Zhouqi -- The Restorer of Liberation.
While Liu led hell with a whimsical and lax approach, Nizhuan was the order which kept it running tight. She ensured all souls found their balance, enforced the structure and rule of her satantic kingdom and embodied the reverse element of liberation: subjugation. As neither freedom nor slavery could exist without the other and is why Nizhuan was here for this historic event. Depending on the events of the future, this creature may very well be assisting Hayden in future operations. She shared the memories of Liu and understood quite well where things stood with Hayden.
With Nizhuan being a core component of Liu's essence, it was safe to assume they were allies. As, when reaching into the recollections of her other half's mind, it was clear to see that both they and the vizard before them were quite good companions. A friendship formed in a mutual interest of liberation developed in a most chaotic tournament for the nation of Greece. They bared their souls to one another in a most speculator fight and it wasn't a wonder that her liberating counterpart would want to attend something such as this event.
However, it was also something which drew in Nizhuan. As this seemed more like an event of slavery, order and subjugation under the rule of another. While many would view this as something evil and wrong, Nizhuan, or for that matter, Liu, did not possess this moral sense. They simply viewed them as events that occur in the universe and a spawn a chain of different actions to be produced in the flow of the universe. This Hell Beast was drawn to this mass event of subjugation because of her ties to Hayden's desire for order and nothing more at the moment.
So, as her plum eyes set their sights upon the crowds below, The Hell Beast would have a small square gathering of indigo energy emerge before her. Then, in a demonic language only known to those within hell, she would begin imprinting her impressions of events so far. The writings were of how people were so open to slavery if it meant protection, stability and a sense that things would be alright in a world of total chaos. It was interesting to see so many ready to bow down their freedom and give into order. The writings also soon dwelled into the fact of whether or not Hayden would be capable of being a leader who could enforce order with a strict hand, or if he would eventually give into her counterparts influences of liberation and laxness. "You. Vizard. You've done a good job organizing these nations, yes yes. I can see much potential."
There was a strong oriental accent to the way that Nizhuan spoke, but she translated her voice to one that could be understood by those who spoke the English tongue. She assumed that it was the language which this male spoke based on her recollections of him. If not, she'd simply convey her voice to Japanese so her tone of speaking would be more natural. "If done successful, I will help, yes."
There was no telling if her words would be understood by the male, but it did infer there was an interest in maintaining this structure. There was only the question of whether or not Liu would as well. Since she seemed to have a very intrigued expression across her face as more and more forces started to arrive. And, those thoughts were quite reserved at the moment, but there was no reason to assume she'd do anything to cross her friend. After all, Nizhuan seemed to be the brains behind this operation and now it was her turn to play with Hayden and allow her elements of subjugation to spread. "Ohohoho~ That he has, Niz-Niz. That he has."
There was a tone of familiarity spoken as Liu addressed Nizhuan's words. However, when that was uttered out of her mouth, a small grimace of annoyance was seen on the face of the Hell Beast. She didn't quite like that nickname, but it would eventually give way to a small pout and sigh before she focused her efforts back on Hayden."Yes, yes. Liu. Funny, funny. But, Hayden, what do you intend to do from here?"
That question was important to both Liu and Nizhuan and both of them were shooting gazes at the male for an answer.

Whispers had trickled across the globe about a young man who had begun something large in africa, something about unification. About creating something new, however Animum was skeptical about how it would turn out, because as the saying went. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Sure he might be trying to do something great, but who was to say it wouldn’t twist and become another dictatorship over time? Plus she wishes to see the mettle of a man who wished to rule over others, to see if they had the backbone to make hard decisions, to see how they reacted at the very brink of losing it all. How would a person cope in such a situation? How would they react, and what decisions would they make? The right to rule was filled with many aspects similar to the ones she had popping up in her head. There would be hardships. There would be devastating wars and maybe things wouldn’t ever be the same again. These thoughts and more brought the ziamichi to hover over a bank of clouds. Her wings expanded on either side to their full wingspan, golden hair glinting against the light of the sun before she looked down, feeling for immense energy signatures that might be in the area. ”..I wonder, what kind of answers will he come up with?”
Animum thought to herself as her wings tucked in snugly to her body and she took a dive. Descending from the skies above and rapidly picking up speed. Diving towards the meeting place as if she was going to crash into it, only at the last second of course did her wings expand beating twice to counter the downwards force with a gust of wind that whipped up a miniature dust cloud beneath her. Her feet eventually coming to touch down with the ground her eyes shifting to take in the three people before her, while her wings folded against her back for now. Not taking a single step towards them because she herself hadn’t decided the nature of her visit yet. She hadn’t come here with the intent to be an enemy, and yet she didn’t consider herself this man's ally either. Instead Animum was completely neutral about the matter, yet her very demeanor exuded power, to the point that a clearing had formed in the crowd who had backed up from the girl, who continued to glance up at the male and then potentially at the female besides her. Her eyes drifting from them to take in the buildings that surrounded them, eventually even glancing at the faces of the people that had gathered here for this historic day.
What did she see on their faces? Complete willingness. They hadn’t come here against their will, and that caused the harshness of Animum’s gaze to soften a bit, her eyes traveling back slowly to the two people that stood facing the crowd. Moving from the woman to the man, studying him. Trying to gauge his character potentially from the way he held himself, the way his eyes gleamed, and even how he stood. Her first impressions of him was he was some sort of warrior, which could be both a good thing , and a bad thing. Yet for now she took all that she had seen and what she had gleaned from this first glance at the male and then she had started off with something to show atleast for the moment, she wasn’t going to cause trouble until she had figured out what kind a person he was. ”.. Nice place you have here. Now i have a a few question for you, at least before i figure out just why i’m here.”
Her eyes would specify who she was talking to, since she didn’t really have a name to go off of at this point. Her next words to many might seem bizarre but atleast if hayden understood them, or rather understood what she was trying to find out then this would go swimmingly. However it might go very very badly if he chose to brush this off as some joke, after all her questions would be given for a reason. She was trying to gauge what kind of person would be leading these nations, and who knew from what she got she could either help his cause, or hinder it every step of the way. But with that said she started off her first question. ”..If you had to choose between your kin or say a hundred thousand of your citizens which would you chose? It you would humor me i’d like to know the answer.”
She had asked her first question, then she would go into her second one, ”..If you have to choose between yourself and your people. Which one would you choose?”
She started off with these two simple questions, yet she’d also look at the woman beside hayden as she wanted to figure something out from her as well. Hence as she exhaled her tone might be a bit more, well, curious possibly? As she asked a question to Liu and nizhuan. “..What makes you willing to go along with him? Is it anything in particular, or is it just a whim? If you don’t mind me asking. “
These to many might very well be stupid questions. However for Animum she was genuinely trying to figure out what stance she might take hence each one was a question she genuinely felt she needed to know, and with her questions asked? She would wait for the answers to either start another round of questions or make her decision. As the future at least for the moment was unclear and undefined.

[BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW HENREX LOOKS CURRENTLY]
This day....was a day of blankness for Henrex.
He felt no sense of peace, no sense of happiness as of then. He just felt blank. There was no reasoning behind it. It was just the mood that the quiet Hybrid felt. Floating a good distance within the air, Henrex observed everything that was going on upon the ground below. Two black, almost illusion-like wings protruded from his back, giving him the power of flight. He hovered there, waiting. His sword, the Zanpakutō named Chiya, shivered and shook within his protective saya, and even more so, the spirit was perfectly safe within his own Inner World. However, the spirit still seemed to be nervous.
"Henrex....I can sense something down there."
The boy said nothing in response to the comment that his Zanpakutō made. He wasn't interested in small talk with his weapon. He was here for a reason. His near dead eye stared at the scene below. He made no move to descend to the ground, at least not yet. His eyes observed and scanned the scene below him. He was wondering how he would enter this. He had said he would help, and here he was. Hovering above everything, watching. His Zanpakutō continued to surge and rumble violently. The spirit within was obviously worried.
Sighing gently, the masked boy would simply turn his neck to the right and left, hearing quiet, but yet somewhat satisfying cracks come from the joints in his neck. The pitch black eyes of the Hybrid male closed, and the wings upon his back dissipated, and he fell as straight as an arrow. Slowly, Henrex descended to the Earth below, before his hand slowly moved to in front of his chest, and his fingers pressed and slid against each other, making a snapping sound as a single orb of black and purple colored energy burst into existence.
The small orb soon moved from his chest, down to his feet, and remained there as he continued falling. Slowly opening his eyes, the boy's body became dangerously close to the ground. The moment before he hit, a small platform created itself. Formed from the single black sphere that he had spawned, Henrex's descent came to an abrupt stop. However, he would not be near the three that had come to this place. Taking a quiet breath, filled to the brim with nervousness, Henrex began to move. One silent step after the other, he slowly made his way towards the small group.
The moment that his feet touched the ground, he could feel it. The spiritual pressure from the two was immense. With three people of this strength, it was hard to not feel the effects from it. Even with his current power, he found it hard to even walk properly. Swallowing nervously, he continued to approach the trio. His eyes flickered back and forth from the more than likely stares that were coming from the three that were there. His head bowed low, and his arms hung at his sides, nervous and embarrassed. He stood a small distance away from the Vizard known as Desmond Hayden, not able to look him in the eye. His sword shook around so violently, one might think that he was so nervous that his even his sword was shaking...or that the sword had a mind of it's own. Well, it did. And it was speaking to Henrex.
"Henrex! There's a Hell Demon here! do you remember what happened last time we encountered a Rakshasa?!"
I'm aware....if I get the hell beat out of me....I probably deserved it.....
The response from the boy was not something that the Zanpakutō spirit really was expecting. He was expecting something a bit more fearful from the normally easily terrified boy. The boy's eyes flickered from left to right, unsure of what to do now.
"....I...I'm here....to help....as much as I can....I don't know what's expected of me....I don't...really know what to do...."
The boy was shaking slightly from what he had put himself into. Even the half mask that covered his nose and mouth seemed to quiver and move from his shaking. Henrex simply stood there, waiting for orders....or for a fight, if he had to.

Бери́сь дру́жно, не бу́дет гру́зно.Many hands make light work
, that is what the saying goes in Russia. A reference to the current efforts of Hayden to the development of Vastime Nation.
Somewhere in a shelter under the cold weather of Samara in Russia, Verniy has already prepared herself with equipment that is suitable with the work she signed up herself for the Vastime Nation's expansion to other areas of Africa. While lethal force isn't necessary, preparing for opposing forces was a necessary step to survival. Her thoughts with what Hayden is planning to do was basically.. nothing. By thought, her existence didn't need to question the actions of others that she pledged herself to trust and help as long as her reliability to assist others remains unquestioned by many others that may be participating into lending a hand for Hayden. With that being said, Verniy's thoughts have no weight in it, believing in what she does in accordance to her people:
"Взя́лся за гуж -- не говори́, что не дюж", If you pledge, don't hedge
A tear of space-time in between Africa, where everyone who volunteered to help Vastime Nation meet up and where she currently lives. By applying light amounts of psionic energy to the tip of her katana and connect her space with where she intends to go with a slice will be enough to cover the large distances between Russia and Africa without needing to do travel on foot. And there, she walked into the tear that she created and cross that very bridge, only to appear a small distance away from the rest.
Verniy would not move a single step afterwards the very moment she took a step out of the space-time tear she had made with her sacred weapon, while keeping a short distance from the rest of the people that may have gathered around. It is within a distance where she can hear conversations in a clear manner but slight vague, but it was enough for her. Not because she has some sort of social anxiety to mix with other people but she has already made up her mind of what she intends to do and no further questions do she need to ask Hayden of what's wrong, what's right, what's the idea of your work, etc. Verniy isn't a talkative type to put herself into the conversation they are holding, preferring to keep her silence and just listen on until orders are given to what she should do.
She stood in a sturdy, almost soldier-like manner with her legs slightly spread open, a katana right in front of her and supported by two hands that is on top one another. Her expression stays blank as usual, not a single hint that she wishes to form a humanly conversation with the others and would most likely be unresponsive to questions thrown at her.
It is possible for things to take an interesting turn but without given the right to question one's actions, it is best to stay and listen instead of blabbering off one's mouth. That isn't an assurance of assisting someone but more so that questioning someone's actions is nothing more but a feeling of doubt that one may fail. That is why Verniy will maintain silence and keep herself out of the conversation's field until it is appropriate for her entrance.
Again, listen more and talk less:"Больше слушай, меньше говори."

Mirja, The Masterless Pet
Mirja, the Ashen gray wolf girl who had been up to so much lately, appeared in the vicinity. She had heard from her people that there was a guy doing stuff in Africa, and even made his home in Somolia, of all places. That was like kicking the Romans out of Rome - but not really, she didn't know who owned Rome right now or even if Rome was even a thing that was still standing, but still - so she had to come see who was doing African stuff. It must have been a choice of neccesity, since there were better places than here to set up camp.
It was hot, muggy, and had a lot of insects around, not that any of these actually bothered Mirja, since she had a strong resistance against temprature, and her skin was not something any insect could get through if it spend a hundred years trying. She got an amusing mental image of a mosquito bending it's nose trying to get in, and then flying off crying in Mosquito. Still, she wasn't entirely sure who, or what, she would see when she got here. That hadn't been on the grapevine. She had just followed her nose to here.
And, on the topic of scents she could smell - it was Reiatsu sensing, really, but Iko liked to call it smelling, and even remembered all the scents she had smelled to tell Mirja about them - there was somewhat of a nostalgic feel mixed in the the large degree of highly potent Reiatsus that she would usually avoid since she enjoyed her lungs being on the inside of her body, and even as potent as she was, she had little in the way of protection against these kind of powerhouses if they decided a fight was in order.
Heading closer to the gathering, all but invisible to most due to the total lack of Reiatsu that could be sensed, she sort out the person she was looking for, and once she had laid eyes on him, Iko exclaimed his little pet name. So Mirja lingered in the shadows and had a chat.
'Halvveis! Halvveis is here! Say sorry to him. From me. He's not bad man.
' Iko exclaimed, which made Mirja smile.
'Ohh, hey. The Emo King is here' she quipped mentally. Stirred from her sulking in the corner of Mirja's mindscape, Hvit spoke up, in a tone that tried to make it sound as if she was not interested, but still asking.'Who is The Emo King? And why did he get that name?'
as Beowulf joined in the conversation with a deep, rumbling voice.'That is not kind, Mirja. He does not deserve......well, maybe he has changed from when you met him last'
Beowulf suggested. Iko, who seemed to get along with Hvit - she was nice and friendly until she wasn't, that wolf - flew into a flurry, explaining who Henrex was, and so Mirja took that as her signal to get out of her mindscape and focus on the real world in front of her.
With swishing wolven tail, she walked up to Henrex, and patted him on the back, totally aware that she was the kind of woman to give a Monster Truck a tow to the station by herself, but hey, Henrex was a solid kind of guy, he could take an - incredibly - forceful pat on the back and be fine.
"Hey Henrex. What's going on here then? Looks interesting" her smile and seemingly exuberant manner made it seem as if she had forgotten the debacle with the letters, or at least was saving face for Henrex by not calling him out on it here and now.

'The Pride of Vastime'
Hayden was actually glad to see the demon he had met in the tournament, one he now considered a friend- at least that's the path they were going down. They might prove to be a steadfast ally soon in the future, but that could only happen if he held their trust and vice versa. Yet, there was more pressing matters like the arrival of the what Hayden believed to be friend of Liu, Nizhuan.
They seemed sporadic but if not intelligent in their own way, Hayden able to both understand the common tongue of english of Japanese something you learned working in Karakura long enough. However, that heavy accent did at times make Hayden have to make sure he understood what she said and after a moment he would reply.
"Well, it's more logistics at the moments but I suppose if everything goes to plan I'll start forming treaties with other nations and organizations. I'll probably end up dedicating a portion of Vastime services to the Heros guild."
Hayden mused before chuckling, his eyes looking around before focusing back to Liu and Nizhuan.
"I also plan to make some moves on the global scale, we are in a new age Liu. An age that the change will happen in, perhaps I am getting ahead of myself but I do see big things for this nation. My hope is to unify Vastime with the entirety of Africa but right now I think the most pressing matter is securing ourselves- I do not wish to have to make a display of power but least we are underestimated... we might have to."
Almost on cue Hayden would begin to hear the buzzing of an alert in his ear....Unknown contact in airspace, appears to be a powered individual, standby for orders...
This alert would be voiced into every soldier earpiece that was within the proximity of the political gathering, each one acting as a small cell to prevent anything from truly heinous from happening on this most sacred day. You see while most people would station soldiers at an event like this Vastime had gone and not only stationed soldiers within the ground and most vital areas of the capitol building, with each trained to specifically to handle powered threats and attacks. While the knowledge and capabilities of the Vas time was relatively unknown either from lack of information being put out due to the tight safeguards they have on their private resources or simply being too new to be properly gauged. But today they would prove to the world that they are the most well trained if not best force of soldiers to have ever graced this earth.
However, Hayden was actually going to be the one to de-escalate the situation, he understood with them being a new nation along with his untried leadership people may wish to seek him out in person. Yet, the grand entrances always made him rather annoyed so as he felt the force of the air begin to shift knowing whoever was coming intended to land near him he would simply begin to issue orders.
“This is callsign LEONIDAS, do not engage I will under this matter. Standby. In the meantime have the ‘Shock’ Platoon made their appearance; it’s about time we keep the guests busy.”
The words left his mouth effortlessly with almost a calm attitude towards this all surely formed from years of dealing with both soldiers and intense situations. He held no doubts whoever was landing intended to talk to him but the simple fact of the matter was that flying like that caused numerous headaches for people along with interrupting the natural airspace which at this moment is a no fly zone save for the Royal Vastimian Air Fleet. As the woman would land she would see the faces of many of the dignitaries tense up before relaxing walking on carrying about their business, if she looked closely in the ground she would see multiple people simply staring at her some wearing what seemed to be some type of high-tech armor along with some sleek rifles while others simply were wearing what looked to be a ceremonial dress uniform. None of them moved and held their grazes with the utmost discipline, these were the faces of men and women of the Vastimian army.
If she took the time to look upon one of the soldiers she would see that the ethnicities and even races of the Vastimian armed forces was extremely varied. It seemed that even some demons were among their ranks but what was most interesting about them where their uniforms; it seemed to completely nullify their spiritual energy making their presence undetectable by normal sensing means. Along with the fact if she knew anything about the composition of materials or body armor in general she might notice the armor seemed to flex and move with the individual from breathing to the lightest twitch; there was something weird about it but unless she could secure some armor the chances of her figuring it out would be unlikely. As for the sleek silver and black rifles man possessed they were very streamlined, they looked to be ordinary rifles but any smart person would be willing to bet this rifles were specifically tailored to deal with people on the caliber of Hayden and Animum. Some even carried small arms on their sides such as SMGs. Overall the men and women who possessed the Vastimian uniformed seemed to know what they were doing, but as Hayden gave them the order to disperse it would seem almost magical how they where once there and then blended back into the crowd. There was something odd going on here but nothing malicious.
At any rate Hayden would listen to the questions Animum posed with little concern, in fact he seemed rather annoyed about her entrance than anything else. He would sigh as his hand rested on the hilt of his Zanpakutō handle, which was placed on a ceremonial sash tied across his waist; his uniform consisting of a black coat buttoned up fully with a tie located in the center. Everything about him seemed well maintained from the tiniest button to the shine of his black leather shoes.
“You barge into her rather crudely, alert my guess and armed forces- please refrain from such grand entrances in the near future lest you provoke an aggressive from my people. We do not like such displays particularly on days where we are a big target, as for your questions the answers are simple: My people are my Kin. Every Vastimian here is my kin. I see no distinction nor are we taught it; I’d gladly give my life for my people- simply put I have already given them my life. When I made this nation, I gave up my freedom; because this is bigger than me or anyone for that matter.”
Hayden spoke calmly letting out a tired sigh as his free hand ruffled his own hair before dropping back down a tired look on his face. He had the feeling it was going to be a long day. Yet, before he could even let the woman answer a portal would open; ah the representative from Russia. While this was a portal it invoked far less of an reaction from the troops, instead they would simply hear that this was the russian commander and they were to be treated with the same level of respect as any Vastimian officer. Among others things some boy would arrive and a girl shortly, Hayden blinking before looking to the odd group around him.
“People please, I understand many of you wish to help but let us relax for a bit. I have prepared a special display for your amusement; A Vastimian Drill Exhibition.”
Hayden chimed rather loudly to get everyone attention including dignitaries- he was casually shifting the change and flow of the subject to something a little less public. While many people had moved on from Animum’s display it was still better to keep the ball rolling. As for what a Vastimian Drill Exhibition was the soft marching noise heard coming from down the street of the capital road was an indicator; most would fall quiet as their heads shifted to the street to see a platoon of no less than sixteen, in rows and columns of four march methodically towards the front of the building; their movements perfectly with each wearing the full ceremonial Vastimian Uniform. There was one man leading them who appeared to march exactly six paces in front of the platoon with a saber resting in it’s sheathe secured by a black sash like Hayden’s.
“Please quiet down the show is going to begin.”
Hayden would announce to the people nearby to him, indicating that this was a performance that should be honored with silence.

Logistics -- something that bored Liu to tears. Such trivial things to her were better suited to being automated and dealt with through much more simpler methods. Clones, outsourcing, automation; it really didn't matter how it was done so long as it didn't cause her to work harder. So, on that line of thought, when the leader of this nation-to-be started speaking of the complications to arise; the mind of Liu was already passively going to work considering elements to expedite that most mundane process. "That sounds pretty dull and boring. I've always hated the tedious nature of management. So, out of my own sympathy, why don't I lend my resources from hell to help speed up this movement of people?"
With a wag of her right index finger, The Raksha formed a small vortex that was no bigger than a door. And, in this vortex, there was blue sky which led to the ocean. Really, the location didn't matter as much as her pointing out the fact that she came from a world enriched with magic and occult practices. So, it stands to reason that with this power Liu could prove to be a worthwhile ally in terms of making this brain cluster of a development move faster.
However, those thoughts soon shifted as the eyes of Nizhuan fixated themselves on Hayden when he started speaking of the direction where this nation was heading. It was fascinating to hear the type of leadership and oath to order that the male was adhering himself and his people to. Hence, it why Nizhuan seemed to grin wildly and nod her head at what the male was saying. She was all for this type of subjugation that the male was beginning to impose upon this section of the globe.
And, with this sensation overflowing in the atmosphere, it was hard for her own energy not to react in part. As the plum haired hell beast seemed to have a faint lavender and crimson glow emit from her body. So it was clear she was quite interested in what was going on here. While, on the flip side, Liu had a more passive observation and simply appeared to be taking in everything these sights had to offer. As, in the distance, she could sense a disturbance arriving that would otherwise shake things up. "Well, worry not! I am here to help, yes yes! I like this sense of order and I have no problem with enforcing more of that in the world!" [/i]
Really, the woman was almost like a gremlin with how happy she was. However, it did not distract her enough not to notice the scene unfolding around her. It seemed that everyone suddenly got tense when the arrival of a Ziamichi took place. In fact, Liu herself was scouting out the amount of military soldiers that started to scatter and get into place. While Nizhuan was more amazed at how in-sync they were. Both of them had scattered the particles of their demonic energy throughout the area, so through their remote perception is how they were able to otherwise view all of these men and women getting into place to begin with.
However, it really wasn't a threat to either of them. In fact, they really couldn't sense any hostile intent at all by reading the aura of Animum's energy. It was quite the surprise that they considered her to be a potential enemy. Sure, there was the chance she was suppressing her malicious intent, but the same could be said for any of the citizens or soldiers hiding among the audience that had gathered. So, Liu gave a careless shrug because of the fact she was amused they lacked the ability to read into the heart.
And, as the blonde started to address why she was here, Liu and Nizhuan felt it wasn't their place to pick a fight with her. After all, that was Hayden's battle to deal with and the two of them were more more interested to watch his response intently. It was fascinating to hear the male's response because it further cemented just where he was in terms of this new era he was trying to lead the Vastime Nation in. It seemed he'd even give up the liberty of his life to pursue this dream of an enslaved nation. It was quite interesting from the prospective of both Liu and Nizhuan.
Despite that fact, the two of them wouldn't have much time to mull over those sentiments. As the two of them would shift their gazes away from Hayden and adjust them to Animum. For, it seemed she was interested in addressing them as well. So, since Liu's intentions were somewhat straight forward, she figured she'd take the lead and get the metaphorical ball rolling. "One can call us friends. And what "friend" wouldn't help another in a time of need? Besides that, I'm simply curious as to what types of enslavement and liberty can be lost, found and merged from this new country the man is trying to forge. So call it curiosity, but also call it balance."
With those cryptic words uttered out, Liu would then give an obligatory nod over to her other half to continue this little conversation. "Yes, yes! We two represent both liberation and subjugation in the world. They neither good or bad things and we not see them in the same light as yourselves, mhm! Yes...my name is Nìzhun Zhōuqí and I control the flow of restriction, subjugation and enslavement in the world!"
The accent of the woman was still thick in an oriental tongue, but the intent of the words should still come across as true and strong as she grinned with each and every sentence uttered out of her mouth. "And if you haven't guessed by now, my powers harness the power of liberation and freedom within this world. I represent the balance of the second layer of hell and my name is Liú Xīnshén~"
After addressing just who they were, Liu would then give a bow and motion for Nizhuan to continue speaking as she pleased. "So I want to be here of my own will as I would like to see this order pressed further into the world! Yes, yes, yes!"
Indeed, Nizhuan was absolutely brimming with light and energy at this point. Yet, the wandering eye of Liu was still observing all of the new arrivals that emerged on the field. One of which happened to be staring ever so sheepishly towards her direction. The man looked like he was geared up to be a ninja of some kind; which caused Liu to almost laugh given how out of date they were in this day and age. So, she would the male a wave and give him some direction:"If you don't know what to do, then find the liberation of your own will to follow through with what your heart deserves. If not, then feel free fall under the rule of subjugation and follow whatever the world and it's people tell you to do. It's your choice, my nervous friend~"
Once finished addressing the half-breed male, Liu's gaze would then shift to the Sugiura whom arrived on behalf of Russia. It was rather odd to see them here of all places, but she would simply give a wave to the female and let her be. The reason being is because she really didn't seem too interesting to engage with from the prospective of The Raksha. And that was because she couldn't quite get a read on whether or not she was enslaved or liberated; and didn't care much to peer into it until she started speaking more substance with her words.
And, lastly, some type of wolf-like creature emerged behind the half-breeds back. This one was a bit odd, and given how many people had arrived, her interest was only so finite that it couldn't stay much captivated on this individual. So, much like the representative of Russia, Liu would simply give a wave and look back on the interaction between Nizhuan and Hayden to see where this exchange of words and actions would go.
It seemed he was more interested in giving them a show than anything else. So, Liu couldn't help but give yet another shrug and chuckle before snapping her fingers and beginning to levitate in the air freely. She was the liberating observing, so it almost made sense for her in this moment to simply sit back, relax and watch as everything unfolded around her. Meanwhile, Nizhuan would stay close to Hayden and grin wildly as the troops started to roll in one after another. This could be the beginning of truly great partnership as far as Nizhuan was concerned!

Soldiers surrounded her, and the female quite simply seemed to pause. Animum’s golden gaze was glowing partially with mirth, and partially with amusement. They were non threatening yet the gesture . . that these soldiers would be willing to fight and most likely lose their very lives against beings as powerful as herself was refreshing. More than that it spoke of character, and more than that, it was a testimony to the character of their leader. So the female couldn’t help but let the smallest of smiles flicker onto her face, what a contrast! Between the despair she struggled with every day , their calm sureness was similar to a fresh ocean breeze to this ziamichi and she wasn’t about to waste it. Her presence would only dim for a moment as the doubts and uncertainties of regular citizens would simply be whisked away, anything that might lead to despair was diminished and devoured by the ziamichi and as such the crowd minus those who had been soldiers seemed to settle, completely at rest just as they had been before they had come. Next she had glanced at the weapons the soldiers had.
Sure she might not be able to completely deduce what they were precisely, but with her otherworldly level of deduction she was able to grasp simply from how the soldiers held them, how they looked and their body style quite a bit. Enough that she figured whatever was inside them was potent enough that it would even make Her
wish she hadn’t been shot by it. That being said, she had absolutely no clue how to mass produce, replicate or make similar weapons to the ones these soldiers held, which was probably the point, as many nations had technologies that they kept completely as a blackbox to the outside world. Next she looked around at the space around her, and her first impressions? Pristine, Orderly, Well-kept, Functional, and . . . Well . . Spacious. Then her eyes slid finally over to hayden, and well he was an imposing figure. Even if he was a tad smaller than what she expected him to be, other then that though, his well kept appearance which started with each orderly strand of hair, and finished at the pristine black of his shoes spoke of order, rigidity , and his face reminded her of a stern leader.
However the words out of his mouth, while logical, to the point and curt. Had a lacking feel to them, such as assuming that she just flew in because she simply felt like taking a dive, and not just thinking that just maybe, the girl had done it all on purpose, that her intention was to see what kind of rise she would get out of the crowd, what kind of reaction she would get. It was all to gauge this person, what he was trying to do, and hopefully it would as well give her a clue as to where her own direction was, what she would do here in many ways was a stepping stone to ultimately what direction she would take down the line and because of it, she dissected every word this man said, analysed how he said it, his posture while he said it, the reaction of the crowd around her even as he spoke. She felt a smartass answer about to naturally roll off the tip of her tongue, however it simply didn’t happen as finally the companion or well companions that remained beside this man addressed her as well, so she’d hold her tongue and listen to what they had to say.
As Liu and Ultimately Nizhuan spoke, the flat expression that had settled on Animum’s face as Hayden spoke seemed to break, the smallest of smiles pulling up across her features as she nodded, as if what Both
of them had said made absolute sense to her. Which in a way they did. Because she could see the angle they worked, if simply because of the many past experiences that both belonged to her, and belonged to someone other than her that had been crammed into her skull, They spoke of order, and liberation and they spoke of friendship and finally she seemed to get a feel for her own decision and what the situation was, but as her lip’s pursued she’d start off with a simple statement. ”Living is the hard part, dying is easy.”
It was truth, how many people went mad, broke and curled up in the eternity of life after tragedy and disaster? Too many people broke under the yoke of life, and because they couldn’t take it they simply died, the thing was with the pressure of damnation and despair crushing her every day, she had truly learned to love that statement for all it was worth, and she’d exhale and she’d segway into the next little part of her sentance. ”Many know me as not quite the rolemodel figure, but i will see how you live out your life hayden. And i will help this nation with all my might. Now as for you Two demons, here’s a question for you, is slavery freedom or is freedom true slavery?”
She wouldn’t say much more after that but she did want to hear that answer from the rakshasha and hellbeast. Simply because people fought to be free, they would fight to their dying breath for it, but once they got it they were uncertain, bowed by the yoke of their own destiny and thus a prisoner to their own uncertainties and the unknown. As such it’d be more of a question to keep herself amused, since she had already pledged to help. With that said she turned and waited for whatever little display Hayden had in store for them.

The Broken Raven
Descend Into DarknessArtist: RWBY OST | Song: Cold | Word Count: 661
Quiet people often have the loudest minds....
More and more people were showing up. That was a good thing, and a bad thing. Well, bad for Henrex. It was good because it showed that this faction had many allies, or was obtaining many. The bad part was that it wasn't doing very good for Henrex's social confidence. He didn't like being around very large crowds. Not just that, but there was a Hell Demon here. He knew what had happened the last time he had encountered a Hell Demon. It had taken Shadin Yuudeshi to come in and save him. While he was grateful, he was going to make sure to not make a habit of it.
As his hands returned to his sides, his eyes locked onto them. Soldiers. His hand slowly began to slip into his sleeve, his fingers gently grazing against the cold, hard steel of a shuriken. His fingers wrapped around the throwing star, ready to flick it out and let the weapon fly. His other hand, however, was more focused on reaching towards his sword. His gloved fingers wrapped around the hilt of his Zanpakutō, ready to draw the weapon. However, as the soldiers showed no intentions of attacking, Henrex's cold gaze, and the grip on his weapons began to loosen.
As his hands once again returned to his sides, he heard a voice that nearly made him jump out of his skin. However, he controlled his actions, and his eyes only widened, before his head turned towards the voice. The aura of the female Hell Demon was thick with the feeling of humor. Was she mocking him? However, her words most certainly had said otherwise. A wave of her hand, and the male was left practically speechless. He really didn't know how to respond to her. His head lowered of a moment, before he felt something collide with his back. While nothing about him was injured internally or externally, he still felt his head swirl by the slightest, as his entire body was jarred from the sudden gesture.
Turning around, his hand slipped into his sleeve once again, before he found himself staring directly at....her. Mirja. His mind and eyes were confused for a moment, and his hand slowly drifted towards his side again, knowing that she wasn't a threat...yet. However, he felt no sympathy, kindness, nor anything for the wolf girl. His eyes narrowed in annoyance, and the boy swiftly turned back around, before flash stepping a small distance away from Mirja. His voice still within earshot of the girl, his words would tell her enough.
"....Don't touch me."
His head faced towards Hayden once more, but his hand soon drifted towards the half mask that covered his nose and mouth, before pulling it down, revealing his nose and mouth. If one were to look at his eyes, they would be able to see a sea of regret within them. He regretted so much regarding Mirja. The letters were the main focus. If he could go back in time, the first thing he would do would be burn the letters. Burn them and never let them see the light of day ever again. He felt like an idiot for writing those. Closing his eyes, Henrex quickly cleared his mind of these past events, and his eyes soon opened halfway.
It was not a time to be remembering something such as that. But yet, it was something that occupied the back of his mind every single day. He could feel his heart racing within his chest. His vision went blurry for a moment, but a quick shake of his head stopped it. He found it...hard to keep himself from being distracted by his thoughts. Questions arose within his mind. About the little Hell Demon, the even smaller Hell Beast. There was so much that he wanted answered. Perhaps when this was over, and he could have a small window of time to himself, where he could let his thoughts run free.
