Hidden somewhere in the wasteland..
In the middle of the night, lightly lit by the moonlight above the skies in this lonely, empty and open wasteland, it would be an empty land that it is assured that no one could see or even spot where she is, and even if she went nuts and took the place apart, she has taken a few safety precautions that she set up to make sure that it doesn't spread that energy all the way to any cities nearby or attract any major attention. All in all, it is a place worth saying that 'its safe from danger'.
A girl stood there silently under the moonlight with her sights set down to the ground and in a contemplating manner as if she wasn't sure whether if she should be here at all. On closer look, this girl would have crimson red hair that darkens from the light above her yet her red eyes could reflect the moonlight as if it was as clear as day itself. Dressed in a simplistic yet a weird manner that makes her stand out, a huge collar that surrounds her neck and a short, red skirt and not just that, a floating face that seems to always lurk beside her and deprived of attention despite how long its been around. The only odd thing that happened to it though recently is how active it has been than before, as if it whispered. As an entity that is apart of this girl, she wasn't exactly sure if it was an entity made consciously through her Dark Matter or that is is just.. there?
Well, the girl with those obvious features is Zwei Yuki, someone who was always around with Monsuta and assisting it in its expansion back in its day with Tora Lionus. She was bitter about Stefan Soan's leadership beforehand due to her being more of an acquaintance with Tora Lionus but setting all of those pasts aside, there is nothing else she could do than to sit back and do what she's told. So, some might question themselves as of why she is doing here. Well, she isn't sure.
The only thoughts that has gone through her mind was:I left that place.
Not a word.
Not a breath.
But now what?
Being someone who proclaims herself to be a 'Goddess', that title slowly shed away the longer she stays in Monsuta when she associates herself more with the organization and the people within it. It was an odd feeling for someone like herself who speak so casually and not kill them on sight. Is this what they call 'building a relationship'? It was the same thing in Brazil, when she could've just gone ahead and drop a massive destruction to wipe them all out without a mercy to anyone that she's caught in it and yet she decided that it was a smart idea to talk things out and have Azuma be drawn out of the situation. That simply wasn't like her at all, never.
Or maybe, she was just too weak
That may be the reason why she decided to not say a word and left the organization especially Azuma alone. Despite their strong bonds with each other, it was time to hit the brakes and hopefully, leave everything to him while she is gone for the time being. Well, she does know one thing, that her going away is going to enrage him at best. She hasn't given up yet on Monsuta regardless of what happens to it but again, it felt like her abilities were too subtle, predictable and weak on the battlefield to properly own a land without losing a battle against an opponent stronger than herself. She may be very difficult to kill but even she has limits.
That was enough of pitiful self-reflection. What's done has been done to take a step out of Monsuta for a 'break'. She could've approached Azuma to help her but this wasn't his issue to be involved into hers. They may be close comrades but it wasn't worth to be brought upon to someone else.
When she was getting ready to start training herself back to shape, Zwei could hear a whisper from.. somewhere.I'm here..
That surprised her a little, knowing that she made sure that there is no one around that would or could notice her. She took a glance around only to see no one. It might be just paranoia but she knows that there must be something or.. someone? Well, ignoring that, it was time to test her abilities.
On this first day, she was going to test the limits of her Dark Matter. By limits, she meant how much of Dark Matter she could produce, not how much power she could put into it since the abundance of 100,000 types of energies in her arsenal is going to be very difficult to compress it into a single state even for her.
This would be able to test her durability, regenerative abilities and how big of a scale that her Dark Matter could stretch out.
Dark Matter began oozing out from her body in all directions, pouring out into the ground and above the skies as quickly and much as it can produce. Less than 30 seconds and the volume of Dark Matter has already flooded several feet radius around her vicinity. Considering how Dark Matter itself looks, it may look simple and normal under normal quantities but when she oozes them out in an abnormal pace, it was more than enough to say that it would seem as if slimes were pouring right into the ground and stretching across the wasteland around her. Increasing a few feet every few seconds, the rate of production of Dark Matter is extraordinarily fast but obviously, exhaustion was beginning to take toll on Zwei. Fast production rate, massive quantities that stretches beyond what the eye could see and almost enough Dark Matter produced to build several buildings and homes, flood cities or even create two or three meteor-sized objects for destruction. But of course, that is just the quantities of Dark Matter under normal output. In a real fight, she won't have the resources or ability to take her time to actually build things that powerful with her Dark Matter.
She wasn't going to waste all of them either. As she kept pushing herself to flood the area with Dark Matter, with one last hurrah, she raised her right hand up into the air and attempts to forcefully halt her production, and manipulate every single Dark Matter, as far as it stretched and as much as there were without spilling a drop, all of it to gather onto the palm of her raised hand with all the effort she could to create a large area of a flat circle that stretches miles away above her.
And there, with a slam to the ground beneath her feet, it would produce a powerful shockwave that shook the ground like an earthquake, and the substances would collectively gather together as if it was commanded to do so into shapes of human bodies; training dummies. She wasn't going to let them all go to waste, so she decided that the best scenario of making use of all the quantities that she spends is creating hundreds and thousands of training dummies that she is allowed that spans across miles and miles in the area with distances separated from each other. There are some dummies that are easy to break and there are some that are difficult to break to make sure the differences of the strong and the weak in a real combat scenario.
That being said, Zwei ended up collapsing onto the floor after spending almost all of her effort performing all that act. It wasn't an easy task to perform, given that she has to concentrate to not spill any of the substances and compress them all into a flat circle above her hand. Not just that, but she has to 'command' them to form dummies and having those instructions performed flawlessly in the distance of many miles away are no simple feat. Even if the effort weren't on the production of quantity, she can spend most of them on simply manipulating, compressing and commanding. Yes, the difficult part of using Dark Matter isn't about knowing how to manipulate it or own it, but understanding what it is and making it become apart of you to create a bond, an understanding.
The root of her immortality comes from actually becoming the power itself to her very existence and the only thing left humane of herself is the 'soul' that is keeping everything intact.
Once she has collapsed, she didn't hesitate to knock herself unconscious for how tired she got from a simple feat like that. It wasn't a physical or spiritual training but rather, this one was a mental challenge to make sure everything remains how she wills it.
And there, the first day has passed with just 'a simple feat'.
