Gotei Position: Fourth Division, General Member.
Reasoning: Peace, law, justice, and the common good are the things Abalia cares most about. All she's ever wanted is to keep people safe and ensure that the common man can live securely.
Extra: She may often request to be sent to Earth during times of relative peace in the Soul Society, particularly if there is an opportunity to save the weak and innocent. She has no particular skills or abilities to contribute other than raw determination to protect.

Gotei Position: I'll put her into the Stealth Division as a seated member since I do not believe that trying to throw her into the zero-tier right away is a good idea.
Reasoning: Shuten herself is a rather accomplished assassin and isn't terrible at covering her presence. It's a great choice for her since she is focused as an assassin. While she can heal, and do other things, it's not her main shtick as that is assassination.

Gotei Position: Captain of Realm Enforcement
Reasoning: Zaraki has been a Gotei Captain at various points, particularly and especially during and before the Winter War. The Realm Enforcement division is closest to his previous division in specialties and responsibilities, and he has already demonstrated the ability to actively search for and attempt to eliminate intruders in Seireitei when Ichigo and co. invaded over 400 years ago.

Gotei Position: Want to change her from Vet. Core to the Stealth Force, honorary member if possible. I would like her to lead the Onmitsukido and work on making them a sub-team within Gotei, so potentially a (Onmitsukido Leader) tag after her name.
Reasoning: Not only is she a former captain of the 2nd Division (when it was stealth force), but she is possibly one of the most famous assassins/stealth trainers to ever exist.

[adm]Approving Sui Feng, but not Kenpachi. Realm Enforcement is meant to be peaceful regulation within Soul Society, and Kenpachi doesn't really do things peacefully. You could have him take a position in the First Division, as it is the new combat division, but that's up to you. I don't really think Kenpachi fits for Captaincy in Realm Enforcement.[/adm]
