Hakarna is the Rakshasa of the Six Hundredth and Sixtieth layer of Hell, serving as one of the guardians of Hell and being loosely affiliated with Shadow Fall due to his loyalty to Ravan Vespara, who is one of the Thrones.» Physical Appearance Description:
Hakarna's appearance begins with his blonde hair, it is short cut and doesn't fall past his shoulders although he doesn't care much for how it looks. His hair falls in whatever way it wants around his head, it often falls loosely around his head, covering one of his eyes most of the time.
Hakarna would easily be described as a "pretty boy", his features are not broad, bulky or stocky as one would expect he has a lithe frame, not having a very big profile. He is thin but still athletic and fit, having light muscle tone which isn't in your face and super defined. He is a little lanky, due to his height of six foot.
He has ocean blue eyes, observant and aware of his surroundings is how they are and rarely will they ever not be alert. His skin is pale and smooth, not having a single scar on his body that makes him look like he has seen combat and one wouldn't expect.
In terms of attire he has a habit of being seen in a long coat, buttoned up the front which is black, he wears black pants and boots. Overall black is a big part of his appearance. He is also seen to wear a black hat, wearing it over his hair and pushing it further down. He displays a much greater level of maturity than most other individuals and can give advice based on cold hard facts. Over the years Hakarna has established himself as a powerful demon, his powers and abilities make him a little full of himself but not to the point of being over-confident, for he knows there are beings more powerful like him such as Ravan Vespara and Deveta in the demon world. He believes himself to be powerful to other Rakshasa though, finding himself to be one of the more dangerous of his kind.
This arrogance doesn't appear to be a weakness for Hakarna, as stated before he doesn't let it get in the way of his more calculative thoughts and mind processes which gives him a good strength since he is quite confident but not so much that it will get him killed.» Sarcastic:

Being a Rakshasa has taught Hakarna one thing. It is boring as hell, his entire purpose as a Rakshasa is not one that allows him to have fun and do all kinds of fun stuff. His job is boring which is why he leaves it to his Hell Beast to take care of the task mainly. Conversations he has no interest in gets on his nerves, negotiations that he has no benefit in bore him.
Enjoyment is something that he rarely sees and it can be quite dull for him, combat without a challenge is dull and makes him really bored quite quickly. One of his flaws without a doubt is the constant need for enjoyment, if he wants to fight someone then he will often try to force their entire power out of them to make it interesting. » Negligent:
When it comes to work he really doesn't have a whole lot to do, his only job is to regulate the energies of Hell to keep it stable which doesn't require anything from Hakarna really, many years of being idle has made him quite lazy and negligent towards work. He doesn't aim to go much and despite being quite ambitious his lazy nature makes him play the long game of slowly but surely winning instead of trying really hard and being determined to finish his goals quickly because in his mind he has all the time in the world to do what he needs to do, often making his work slow if he even does the work. » Political:

Hakarna was not always known by his name, in fact his human name was completely different. He comes from England and was born with the name Lucian, his mother Mary and his father Gerald. Lucian was raised in a pretty strict family since both of his parents had very busy lives and jobs, being brought up to learn about all the fun stuff like economics, politics, business and all that.
Lucian never enjoyed it that much, always valuing the few times he would get away from his constant study and expectations his parents forced onto him. Nevertheless he excelled at it, all of the business studies came easily to him

As a powerful demon, who was made a Rakshasa by Deveta to manage the Energy of Hell and to keep the balance of said energy he is incredibly in tune with the ebb and flow of the negative energy of the demon race. His entire conception was to manage such energy and so he is incredibly potent with its use.
He is capable of using Za Koa to influence an area, by spreading its influence around him he is able to use other abilities through it such as generating the demon's Black Inferno Blast from the environment by specifically forming it somewhere instead of near his own being. His Za Koa influence is strong, strong to the point where he begins to let his influence subjugate other demons, which are much lesser in strength (NPCs) to do his will. » Body Manipulation:

Hakarn's capability with Shadow Movement is high for his skill, but not being a Master of the art. He is capable of using it to achieve high-speed movement which allows him to disappear and reappear to slower opponents, he is capable of using traits such as Shadow Burst and enhancing speed on his body with the use of Shadow Movement. » Akuma Kyōdo:
In terms of his Akuma Kyodo Harkana's quite skillful in this area, he uses the fact that he can manipulate his body's energy to use it with Meltdown resulting in his defence being incredibly resistant and capable of absorbing incredible amounts of kinetic force and other energy, if it is a superior force than what he can counter/absorb then it comes down to a point at which he can limit the damage and weaken the strikes.
Alternately if Harkana deemed it necessary he could use some of his own or the energy he absorbs from his Akuma Kyodo to actually completely counter and send back that force at his opponents in some way. » Affinity For Hell:
As a Hell Demon, Hakarna's power is greatly augmented when in Hell. Even in another Rakshasa'a layer of Hell he has the potential to become stronger although it is nothing compared to the power he can gain from being in his own layer. When in another Rakshasa's layer of Hell he can see traits such as a more focused mind, higher clarity and mental aspects. Hakarna's body is naturally more powerful than his demon kin, his realm is that of the 660th where the energies of Hell is managed by Hakarna. What this means is that gravity slowly pushes loose energy into his layer from those above him which he traps. This causes the gravity to become incredibly dense in his layer and as such he has had to adapt and get stronger to handle the intense pressure which has resulted in a stronger defence and physical strength and faster speed since when he is not in his realm he can see slight boosts by about a 1/3 to his physical capabilities. Otherwise known as Edge of Existence, is the transportation method that Rakshasa use to travel between realms and/or layers of Hell. The Rakshasa’s body beings to illuminate in a dark red tone, before scrambling like a disrupted television, soon followed by their bodies disappear in a similar fashion. Like turning off a TV, their bodies collapse upwards from their feet and downwards from their head, meeting halfway in the middle and disappearing into an ‘external dimension’ which instantly allows them to pull the string on which dimension they wish to land in. This “Edge of Existence” is an instant teleportation, something that also works like a shinigami shunpo -- however considered to have twice the distance possible of being travelled. They can use this to cover great distances in milliseconds, or switch between Hell, Demon World, Soul Society or Earth Instantly. Their skill level in this determines how well they can succeed in this endeavour of travelling and how straining it is on their bodies.

Meltdown is unique in terms of what it is. Most people don't even believe he has one but he does, Meltdown is actually affects his entire body. It is the energy of his body. There is no physical appearance of Meltdown because it is the heat that radiates from his body, the electrical impulses of his brain and nerves, the very process of converting food into energy! The human body is a battery, and that is what Hakarna's Dāgī Tvacā is.
You cannot see it, but Hakarna's Dāgī Tvacā is in fact there. There is really no way to detect it though, with the exception of something such as thermal vision which could detect the thermal radiation that is his body temperature if he even is emitting one. Due to the fact that Hakarna's Dāgī Tvacā is the energy around him he has worked his release into creating which guards on his shins and forearms. These guards have a digital pattern on them which he can channel his energy into for a variety of effects. The primary power of Hakarna is the control over energy that he possesses, he regards it to be the control of energy transfer and transformation following the law of the conservation of energy in that energy cannot be created or destroyed. This instantly provides a limitation in the way that he can neither destroy nor create energy but only manipulate pre-existing sources and transform or transfer this energy.
Hakarna's capabilities allow him to do feats such as absorb energy; this is done by the rule of energy transfer, where energy goes from one source to him. Another application of energy transfer is by causing incredibly bad burns to opponents with physical touch to transfer electrical and heat energy from his body into their own. Alternately if he was to use it in a more selfless manner he can be quite the support by taking energy and then distributing it to his allies to potentially give temporary energy buffs which is dependent on a variety of factors such as how much energy he is offering and how much energy his target could realistically handle; a tier 4 could not be boosted up to a tier 2 just because Hakarna gives them that energy, it would do more harm than good so energy buffs will be dependent on situation and realistic.
The second aspect of Energy is the rule of transformation. When energy cannot be transferred it is transformed. An example of this is that if Hakarna did not want to generate heat then he could transform it into bio-electricity. If he did not want to emit sound, he could transform that energy into another form. Transformation allows him to take any real energy and turn it into something else, one a more spiritual level he could potentially take the nether of a Devil Iramasha and turn it into Za Koa for himself, or even Reiatsu/Reiryoku etc. His ability to transform energy into different forms of energy is incredibly valuable since he could take something as simple as heat from the sun that comes into contact with him and turn it into radiation around him as a defensive offence, another application is turning his own body's energy into sound/vibrations or kinetic energy to enhance his physical capabilities.
Hakarna's powers have limits however, he has only show to possess the ability to manipulate energy that is in physical contact with his body which limits him to a tactile control. The only way that Hakarna has shown to negate this is through using his Za Koa influence to allow him to manipulate energy that his own influence is touching, but unless he has tactile contact then it is quite hard and the Za Koa method isn't as effective since it requires more energy than mere touch which is because his power loses effectiveness the further it must travel: think of a kettle being turned on; electrical energy is transformed into heat but some is lost in sound energy. It is more effective for Hakarna to simply touch his opponent and lose no energy.
One of Hakarna's greatest assets is his deductive ability, he is very observant and switched on to his surroundings this power was the power that he possessed before he became a Rakshasa and was made as the regulator of Hell's energy. It was originally nameless until he named it Enigma, named for the German cipher machine of World War Two.
The power allows him to understand by encryption and decryption, ciphers and code and do do this Enigma allows him to perceive all of reality as data, codes and formula which can be deciphered and understood by his power. Once Enigma has understanding it can take this data
and create ciphers, codes and manipulate the code to achieve a variety of feats.
This varies in its application, mainly Hakarna uses it to analyse, breakdown something and understand it. For example he could apply Enigma to an opponents zanpakuto, analysing the sealed form and its powers before then trying to go deeper and understanding the concept, powers and Shikai capabilities etc. The more Enigma is exposed to something the easier and quicker it can understand it.
With knowledge comes power, and that is how Enigma works. Using data that is understands this can then be applied to Hakarna's being in the form of things such as cipher shields and attacks. This works through frequencies; by understanding the frequency of an attack he can create a cipher barrier to block that frequency, the same principle can be used for an offensive strike by isolating an opponents barrier's frequency and making his attacks resistant to that barrier.Digital World
Enigma allows Hakarna to influence reality like a computer, referring to reality as nothing but code for him to manipulate. He can achieve a variety of feats such as camouflaging himself into the surrounding area making him virtually invisible like the Kido Spell Kyokko. In relation to this ability he can also create digital clones of whomever he desires in the real world, these clones are rather weak however being made up of the solidified light with his energy.Cipher Code. Once Hakarna has complete understanding something he is capable of applying a cipher to his Akuma Kyodo, this results in an immunity or resistance to whatever frequency is is ciphering. However there is a limit in that he can only maintain three ciphers at a time and so if he wants to have a new cipher but already has three then he must delete one although with Enigma he is capable of saving ciphers to apply at any time.Cipher Code. Considered to be Hakarna's ultimate cipher code. World Veil is the highlight of Enigma, being able to manipulate reality by applying his own Rakshasa nature to Enigma. World Veil allows him to induce ciphers on the environment, essentially gaining reality manipulation outside of his own layer of Hell. This happens by being able to manipulate the data that someone perceives, for example if Hakarna wanted to he could place a language cipher on someone; making people perceive that language instead of what they are actually using. Alternately world veil allows Hakarna to manipulate environment and natural features. Like all his other cipher codes he can only maintain three ciphers at any one time.
