Song: Horror - Word Count: N/A

Dull

Drab.

Fuccccccccccccccccccccccccccccking boring.

The days that passed in 2417 were nothing but a cesspool of grayness for The Queen of Demons. So maddening un-eventful were these days for her. In her mind, one couldn't help but wonder if The Royal Demon's point of perception was reaching a point of total rupture. Maybe she had ascended to the point of complete insanity that robbed her of all emotion; but not a god damn thing seemed to give her a tick, an itch or a flare to make her want to lift a single whimsical finger after her stunt in the slums of Chicago's Zombie infested city.

All of her subjects failed to entertain her, those within the Asthavaon family drew nothing of comfort to her corrupted spirit, the powers of a goddess at her fingertips did nothing to excite her and not even the changing landscape on sweet, sweet mother earth drew nothing of a spark. It was like someone broke in her house, smashed up the place and didn't have the courtesy to at least leave the kitchen sink in place. What a jerk, right?

Anyway, with everything stolen from within herself, what else was a Queen to do but go through the motions? As the demonic screech of her alarm clock went off within the distance of her dimly lit room, the sullen bags under the pale skinned ruler's eyes darkened, and a sense of brooding irritation eased its hot hand up her pants. So, in response to this MOST unwanted stimuli, Ol' Queenie let out a screech capable of waking John F Kenedy from his cold dirt slumber and vaporized everything within her chambers to ash.

As the entire Asthavon family compound shook, the grounds became unnerved as there was no telling how this woman was going to react once her mind pulled itself out of the abyss of its slumber. Was she going to be chipper? Was she going to be furious? Was she going to do anything at all? There was a lot for them to lose and there was enough sweat behind their balls to feed a whole African village with how much uncertainty her unruly behavior brought.

But to her -- what difference did it make?

As the woman levitated above the ruins of what was once her cozy lil' den of depravity, it wasn't as if she couldn't just use her magic to construct something better. So, with all this excess ability at her disposal, what was there to lose? Or, for that matter, what was there to gain? Everything was so absurdly boring after having so close to her "pinnacle" of power. Something which was a joke to her at this point as it seemed like there was nothing left to achieve. Twas' fuckin' absurd, but she was a being of improbabilities and madness. So, par for the course.

Thus, her gem green eyes leered itself toward the direction which gleamed the distant allure of the Central Nation of Demon World. And what difference did even that make? Of all these billions of creatures, 99% of them couldn't even seek to fulfill this ever growing void within herself. So, to that degree, her body reacted to this deep rooted ache and made her vomit coffee-shaded blood all over her face; dripping down to her oversized robe and drenching it's once seamless darkness with its rancid hue. All the while, her skin started to chip and shatter like glass as numerous cracks started to open up across her once ghost white skin.

And as the whites within her eyes began to become filled with cloud of gray, this foul started to leak out of her and it wasn't a wonder to herself if she was decaying or not. The Queen could not quite figure out a remedy to relieve this, so she figured it was a consequence of her powers and the heavy price they require to function. Always searching for the next thing, hungering for the next scene of destruction and looking to always further her game; these things were becoming increasingly harder to satisfy as her reach, influence and power eclipsed the cosmos itself it seemed.

So, as she gave a vacant stare towards the blackened sun above the ashen skies above her, a laugh escaped her rotting lips. It still possessed that same jovial glee she was known for, but there was a roughness to it that made it sound all too painful as this crippling sense of decay filled her physical, spiritual and mental essence.

"Fu...I'm tired. Ain't got a manic bone in my body to jig to today, S'ug."

Artist: Arrowhead & Zentra - Song: Funkyard - Word Count: 952

Arianda yawned softly as she simply slept, and not in the bed of the Queen; no, Arianda likely had spent a little bit too much time away from Mana. Possibly. Regardless, Arianda slept soundly in her own palace; small in comparison to Mana's. Of course, she could have keep sleeping the day away until she felt the earth shake and a most unpleasant, or was it pleasant, screech reach her ears. Arianda groaned as she lifted her head from her pillow, her eyes half open as she stared towards the wall behind her bed. She groaned once more time as she reached down to her stomach and rubbed her fingers over her Eris Seal. Arianda had a general idea who the screeching was coming from; especially if she could feel it from Flow City. Then again, her Eris Seal was also pulsing with vast amounts of boredom; at least Arianda believed it to be doing so.

The demon shrugged and, quite literally, flopped out of bed. Arianda being how she was, she was in her True Appearance and wearing no more than panties; not like she cared about the rest while sleeping. Her clothes appeared on her being quickly in a dusting of crimson energy that faded nearly as quickly as it appeared. Arianda fixed the likely stereotypical sailor outfit on her body, as well as the metal that was covering most of her legs and her arms. She yawned loudly and then quickly exited her little palace, knowing that going to Mana would be a piece of cake; afterwards would be... interesting.

Arianda soon appeared near the Asthavon Palace; a place she was certainly familiar with due to being one of Mana's wives and her pet. She looked around and could easily spot her Queen above what looked to be the ruins of the room that Mana slept in. Arianda sighed at that, repair would be easier than hell, but, it was still a sad sight to see. For a moment. The sadder sight was that of her Queen in what looked to be another fit of boredom from her overdose of power.

Arianda looked on as Mana vomited blood on herself; and it was clear something was the matter more than what happened in Chicago. This blood that Mana was vomiting was brown; not green, brown. Arianda frowned, knowing that Mana was certainly overdosing herself greatly. However, this time, it wasn't just the normal Chaos over dose; it was simply boredom greater than before. Arianda shook her head softly and quickly, likely being noticed, appeared behind her Queen and pulled the Demon Queen into her arms; something that likely would not be received well. However, Arianda was already in her True Form, so, the possibility of her being maimed were lower than normal, but, it was still possible with Mana being so horribly lethargic.

Arianda caressed Mana's face softly and quickly wiped off some of the coffee colored blood. While doing so with her left hand, Arianda moved her right hand to Mana's back and attempted to pierce her flesh. She probably wouldn't be met with too much resistance, or maybe tons worth of it, but, if she wasn't met with all that much resistance, Arianda would make her hand fly through Mana's back and quickly, and gently, grasp Mana's heart. Reason why? Besides Arianda and Mana having a very strange relationship, it was a good way for Arianda to tell exactly how well Mana was fairing without delving into the depths of her mind; which was a bad idea. And, if Arianda was able to get to Mana's heart, she would likely feel a heartbeat akin to that of someone who is either near death, old, or simply bored out of her ever living Queeny mind. Arianda kissed Mana's cheek softly and held onto her tightly.

"Hey Mana~ I coulda sworn I took care of this boredom in Chicago~ I guess I shouldn't be too surprised after all, it's not like things are rather boring here; oh wait, it kinda has been, hasn't it? We could possibly blow up some stuff~! But, how bout this; tell me what ails you, my Queen. And then maybe blow up stuff!"

Arianda grinned widely as her right hand, which was in Mana, caressed her heart softly just as her left hand caressed Mana's face; both actions that would likely mean nothing to the demon Queen as she felt no sense of "love" for Arianda; or at least very little. Sure, Arianda felt love for her Queen/husband/whateverthefuckManais. Arianda softly bit into Mana's neck for only a few moments before she simply did a bit of what she did before to help Mana. Obviously, this boredom would not be cured with her powers over Conflict; that would be hard to do without the latent energy within Mana likely consuming Arianda or driving her to be even nuttier than she currently is. No, instead, Arianda simply resorted to using her powers over conflict to simply influence; to help and not harm. Over all, she was trying to help with Mana's boredom and her current state without trying to tap directly into her mind. After all, this wasn't an overdose of chaos like last time, it was simply an excessive amount of boredom that likely could leave Mana feeling Lethargic even during WWIV. She sighed softly and chewed on Mana's neck softly as she let a few soft words escape her mouth.

"You should know I am always willing to help you in your excessive amounts of boredom, Mana."

The Silent Magpie

JUNKO ASTILLON

Junko was lying comfortably in her own bed, rolling around in the soft, warm sheets. She felt kind of like a swaddled infant with how soothing lying in bed it was. She was having a mostly dreamless sleep, resting in equally comforting PJs with cute cartoon cats on them. She was hugging a pillow quite firmly, curled in in a fetal position, breathing in and out.

Well, til she heard the loud ass fucking shriek and felt the earth shake below her.

She was near instantly drawn out of her rest, also screaming along with the shriek. Her heart thumped quite a bit in her chest, quickly looking around. A couple things in her room had fallen from their rather loose placements, her instantly gripping her heart, her mark that Arianda had given to her, as comfort. Then her mind buzzed about Arianda; was she okay? Well, likely she was... Anxiety itched, though. Might as well make sure. She emerged from her room, walking rather hastily towards her mother's room. Though as she got close she had noticed her mother had already left.

She then headed outside of the palace, looking around the place. She was panting quite a bit, soon clearing her throat. How the heck was she gonna find her? She barely knew how to navigate a neighborhood... Oh that's right! She could probably just sense her energy! Though... That was also pretty out of the ordinary for Junko; She never really tried her demonic abilities too much unless by accident or on impulse. Well, now or never... She tried focusing, soon detecting Arianda's energy remnants. Well she had a good idea of where she had gone... Now to get there.

She did know how to get around quickly, she just had very poor control over it. Most of the time she had used shadow movement by accident and ended up slamming into things when trying to move around quickly. Well... She might as well give it a shot. She did a bit of a prepping stance, squeezing her hands into fists.

She took a step forward, having braced herself, but nothing really happened. Junko opened her eyes noticing she hadn't moved that much, tilting her head and raising an eyebrow.
"Weird..." She put some more energy into her next step but didn't really brace herself, so she ended up travelling...

Theeen tripped and skidded against the ground. She winced as she got up, dusting herself off and noticing she didn't have any bad wounds, just some scrapes. She went through the process of further following her mother's energy trace (while slamming and tripping over objects), sooner or later ending up at the Asthavon palace.

She coughed quite a bit, being covered in dirt and cuts and scrapes, feeling pain pretty much everywhere, but it wasn't terrible pain; more like the sensation of sandpaper on almost her entire body. Her PJs were pretty much ruined, which was a shame, her hair having some dirt and debris in it. She carefully and quietly entered, having her hand over the seal on her chest, quietly following until she had made it up to where Arianda was, almost walking in before she had immediately went to the wall by the room as she had processed that she wasn't alone in the room.

She slowly peeked just beyond the corner, her heart beating quickly as she beheld the scene before her. She didn't know who the other woman was, but she smelled quite a bit like blood, and her and her mother were being... Quite intimate. Like, jamming hand through the back intimate. She gulped, thinking it wouldn't be best to be loud about her presence. She slowly slid to the doorway, staring at the two ladies.
"U-uhm... Hello..." She was shrinking back obviously, her anxiety having her looking quite pee-your-pants terrified. She wasn't scared of either per se, just that she had a fear of interrupting something and was going to be yelled at, or maybe worse.

Song: Never Enough - Word Count: N/A

"Ya Queen did not give ya' permission to touch her."

There wasn't a damn soul in this grand ol' universe that The Queen of Demons yearned for in this moment of her broken conscious. So, coming near this bundle of erratic nerves was askin' fer a fight, a death wish or some type of wonderfully gory conclusion. Hence, without a single drip of fuck to bleed out, Mana wasted no time flipping her wings backward and unleashed a downpour of cosmic black energy upon The Angel of Conflict.

This spine crushing force that rushed across the essence of Arianda was one that became drenched in a sense of utter contempt, malice, and emptiness which cycled and flow within the core of The Demon Queen. When infused with these oh-so-spectacular values of Mana's soul, her powers were free to do as they pleased. There wasn't a hint of respite or concern felt within her conscious mind for anyone's safety outside of her own in this moment. And, with this restraint as clear as crystal, it was only going to be natural that limbs, organs, and blood galore spew forward in every direction from Arianda's body if this cluster of volatile demonic energy collided with her.

"I'm curious, buttercup. What gave ya' da' idea I had any inklin' of desire 'fer yer lust for me right now?"

What in the nine shades of hell was wrong with this woman? Couldn't she feel that sense of utter contempt?

Argh!

It didn't matter whether The Angel of Conflict was breathing, crippled, on the attack or outright dead from her eruption of disturbed aberration; The Queen of Demon's saw herself as a force which could do whatever her whims desired to anything n' everyone who came into her domain. So, on that lovely note of violence, a pool of lime and oil blood spewed forth from cracks opening in the skin of Mana's right palm. Once it took the shape of a sphere, it flew straight out of The Demoness's hand, divided itself into a hundred pieces and shot at mach five speeds in order to skewer every inch of the woman's body in the best case scenario.

"If yer' so desperate to help me, please me n' save me like da' mindless imp ya are; then do 'yer best not to roll over n' die. Ya' just became the unfortunate victim of my decaying frustration, darlin'."

...

Eh?

Well, Mana intended to go on some deranged tirade about jibberish that had much to do about nothing, but her lone gem green eye spotted another filthy creature encroaching upon her domain.

"Another volunteer. Excellent. Come here, toots~"

Without much warning, a tendril saturated in coal and mint hues spewed forth from the right side of Mana. In two blinks of the eye, this extended appendage sought to find it's home straight in the gut of Junko. And, provided this extract of The Queen's overflowing love pierced her subject, it would take a page out of Scorpion's book n' force this blithering pile of nervous waste to get over there where our fair Demoness was. All the while, the spluttering sounds of her lifeblood leaving that tender body may echo throughout the palace manor; giving her royal highness a pleasant sight of carnage to indulge in.

"I might've sucked the life out of ya, but tell me: what da' hell do ya' want with me, runt? I'm tryin' to figure out what either of ya want with me right now."

Tick, tock. Tick, tock. The inner clock of The Queen was clicking away n' she expected an answer quickly. Not because she was feelin' pretty impatient, but because she was certain this collection of life before would probably bleed out if nothing was done. Ol' Queenie didn't feel much kickback in Junko's soul, so her life was in the cold reaches of her icy tendrils.

Welll Shit...

Arianda had hoped things would go a little better than this, but, nope; she shoulda expected this more. Well, at least more than she did, frankly. To an extent, Arianda did expect to get her shit ripped into, but, not in this form; this form was normally one that Mana didn't want to rip apart Arianda cursed under her breath softly in that split second between after Mana spoke and the blast of energy that sent Arianda to the ground within the blink of an eye.

Luckily, Arianda didn't accidentally pull Mana's heart with her; though she was close to do such due to where her hand was, after all. Another lucky thing was that Arianda didn't shatter her spine when she landed; sure, her spine made a loud crack and was certain to be broken for the moment, but, at least it didn't shatter. Wouldn't take as long to repair that way. Arianda groaned as she forced herself against the nearest wall, or at least tried to, before Mana was before Arianda again; fixing to tear her apart some, which she did. While Arianda's limbs weren't flayed off quite yet, her crimson red blood was flying just about every which way as Mana tore into her before speaking; something that made Arianda chuckle softly. She spat blood to the side and then grinned at her queen, her clothes nearly ripped to tatters and the wounds on her body simply bleeding instead of regenerating; she had to wait until something big tore into her before using her energy to regenerate; she had no idea if Mana would help her this time, after all.

"Sheesh... and here I thought you wouldn't rip me a new one while I was in this form; ya learn something new everyday. And, my lovely Mana, it isn't always about lust; sure, I would like to find out if some weird shit happened after New York -- considering I did, well, ya know, in you --, but, I wasn't here to try and bone you. I was here to help; or at least try to. Which certainly will consist of me being ripped apart a little, I just didn't think you'd rip me apart in this form is all... heh..."

If Mana thought Arianda couldn't feel the contempt, she'd be dead wrong; it was hard to NOT feel that contempt from Mana and feel something else inside her like love, or at least some sort of caring. But, then again, those feelings were hard to come across when it came to Mana anyways. Arianda let her gaze lose its focus as she thought of whether she could've done anything with Mana in New York that could mean, well, possibly pregnancy since Arianda was pretty sure her body decided to throw out fertile cum. Arianda sighed and then realized something; it appeared that there were needles all over her body made from Mana's blood.

Arianda inhaled sharply and then felt her body convulse on its own. Jesus did it hurt, it was all Ari could do to keep herself from letting out a blood-curdling scream. But, she managed not to as her body was drenched in her own blood and some of Mana's. Arianda shook herself slightly as her body finally did a bit of what it needed to do; regenerate. Arianda coughed as some of the needles that had impaled her were forced out by her body, some of them trying to be absorbed, but, only the ones that actually made any contact with Arianda's blood vessels. Afterwards, Arianda grinned at her dread queen and spit another glob of blood to her left and slowly reached a hand up to grab Mana's neck, shirt, whatever she could reach with ease and not get her hand cut off immediately. Afterwards, she would pull Mana close, if she was allowed, and grin at her still.

"Why, what else would I do Mana? Of course I'm going to live and please you, my dear queen; what kind of wife would I be if I didn't live and please you~?"

Arianda grinned still, knowing she could live for a little. After all, Arianda would probably keep herself on the brink each time or use her DE to regenerate herself most of the time so not all of her energy is used up immediately. Arianda groaned as she sat up a little before she noticed Mana's gaze. At this time, Arianda would look like someone who just saw the grim reaper to only have the grim reaper wave at her and keep walking on; in other words, pale as fuck, at least paler than she normally was. Arianda cursed under her breath and watched as Mana tried to impale Junko with a tentacle to bring her closer. Obviously, Arianda wouldn't be able to move much; her spine was still a little fucked. Regardless, she had to help Junko. With quite the literal flick of her wrist, Junko would feel a burst of force from her right that would shove her away from the tentacle and hopefully keep it from impaling her and bringing her close.

Arianda cursed under her breath once more; why the fuck did Junko have to follow her? It was seriously one of the worst things to possibly happen considering Mana could care less about collateral damage; and to her, Junko may just about be such. Arianda grabbed onto Mana tighter and stared into the eyes of the queen and grew a tentacle of her own, one that wrapped itself around the tentacle that hopefully missed Junko.

"Well, you should know, by now, that I just wish to help you in these times where your body is working against you; just like in Chicago. And mind leaving the girl alone? This is between just you and me, Mana. It's my job to help you when you're bored, broken, or simply working against yourself; I don't give a fuck what you say, it's at least something I can do as your wife. At least, if that title can mean much at the moment..."

Arianda chuckled softly, knowing that she would soon feel like a freight train had slammed into her body and then was met with a wall; over all it would feel like shit. She could simply brace herself and prepare for what Mana may do; and hope that Mana at least wouldn't let Arianda die from her wounds and possible lack of energy from too much regeneration. It was just about all she could do right now.

The Silent Magpie

JUNKO ASTILLON

Junko was staring at the scene before her, eyes wide as she watched the two interact. Junko felt like a shivering mouse that had just crawled into a den of starving lions. This oppressive force this woman let out. The intimidation, despite subdued, brought a terrified shiver to the girl's spine. She was thinking, maybe, it would be a good idea to leave, but at the same time curiosity took the better of her. She didn't really know who the rather sluggish and bored looking woman was, and why her mother had come running here seemingly to comfort her. Besides, she spent the last couple minutes slapping into buildings, tripping, and hitting bushes and trees; it would be dumb to just leave without asking something.

Just as she was about to open her amount and ask, she was met with a ton to process. She only processed that the unidentified woman was speaking some words Junko wasn't able to listen to coherently, and her mother had hit the floor. Then she noticed the scent of blood, heavy in the room. Then she noticed the blood's location; all over Arianda... And the cause... Of the blood...

Junko was shocked into utter silence and stillness. The girl's red eyes were locked on Arianda's broken, bleeding body. She couldn't scream, she couldn't move, she was merely a spectator to the sight that was her mother dying in front of her. Junko had absolutely no idea how demons worked, she didn't know that she'd be fine, that she could heal. She just thought the person who loved her for the first time was severely hurt and was going to pass on.

She heard something cut through the air towards her to strike, seeing movement just in her peripheral vision. And then, she saw her mother flick her wrist, causing her to fling to the side, out of harm's way. She hit the wall, instead of being impaled of course, having a deer in headlights look as she panted gently, trying to think properly and come back from the shock. Her heart beat like a drum with ADHD and high on sugar in her chest. Her body felt numb, but she was finally able to move her head.

She looked over, her mother still trying to be intimate with the one who had struck her to the floor. Junko felt ill, very ill to see the one who she loved covered in blood and such. She gagged, quickly throwing her head to the side, and hurled what little was present in her stomach, it's contents now on the floor next to her. She looked weakly at the two, swallowing the foul tasting stomach acid that was left in her mouth. It burned, and tasted horrible, as the innards of the digestive system would expectantly taste. Though her throat burned, her mind rattled by the very sight, she attempted to speak.

"Mom...? Mom... A-are... You okay..?" She forced herself to speak, letting out a cough as her throat felt on fire, the strain present in her weak, frail voice.
