This was one fo those jobs that yes he did do occasionally. Tsubasa didn't do well with younger children. His childhood was a mess of ideas and conflicting backgrounds. He walked in being tasked with teaching the youth about the way of Zanjutsu. Tsubasa took up a small wooden kendo stick for this and began his discussion. "Zanjutsu is an art form like many of our peoples. It's practice of wielding your sword to highly proficient levels. " He said as he handed the kendo stick off giving his head a slight shake. He didn't need it and would do more harm than good. He stood and moved around a bit as he ate some pocky sticks. "You see, when you swing your blade you must carve a path. You must find the answer within you to the ambition of heart." He put his finger against the chest of a kid as he raised his sword up to high smiling he patted him gently."Understand you all have tremendous potential to become someone. Anyone can become a hero or an Ichigo Kurosaki with hard work and dedication. "

He said not bothering to mention himself as he found enjoyment in this. It was like the old days where he would train his children. Tsubasa may have taken the job here for now. But as Veteran other things needed to be done to prepare. His clan didn't have a place to settle for a massive amount. This wasn't going to be an overnight process as he smiled and avoided their blows. Redirecting them into one another and helping them up. "Potential is the key word, everyone here has it in something. Something that's special that makes you different from the person next to you. You're not just generic Shinigami here to learn things, you are people. Living breathing beings with the potential to become someone." Tsubasa's mind was conflicted on something, something he wasn't sure on. Should he join the Monsuta and better them? Or perhaps the Gotei needed him with them. Would Ibiki ever forgive him for it as he touched his device now?

He'd gotten permission to make a factory within the Research Division as well. Building Dolls now was going to be easier and allow for greater advancements. Tsubasa needed to develop and do more for this place before he could safely leave. He smiled watching the last one swing his sword at him. Good power and not too bad for his age in the swing. He stopped it with his finger blocking it."Keep in mind, I am nothing special at all. Find your ambition and success will come when you have motivation. Alright, class dismissed to go on to your next one." Tsubasa said softly before closing his eyes and releasing the blade. He patted the boy's shoulder before sending him off as he walked outside. Using a shunpo his position changed as he found a field of flowers. Falling over backward into it Tsubasa's frame laid there. Staring upwards into the sky he exhaled a sigh from his lips. Still chewing on the pocky stick a student gave him. This was his home and maybe things weren't always bright.

But this was home and he didn't belong sticking his nose into the Living World. The Unabara Clan could certainly do that and it was partly their job to do so. They were assassins with a contract that was open for business. Progress wasn't something that came about easily for anyone. He understood why his former Father in law did this stuff now. It was relaxing to remain off here. Tsubasa didn't intend to get involved much further with things. He agreed to lecture the Zanjutsu class and give some advice. The kids were nice and good kids from what he saw. The potential was what they had to be something more than just the average person. He couldn't train every single Division member. That just wasn't something he was capable of. Elitism was a problem in this world still. Ibiki was in process of changing things, so perhaps he should begin there. His greatest failure perhaps should be the beginning of things. Tsubasa leaned his head back as he pondered how ready they were.

He was restless unlike his father in law who could rest so easily. Shunsui was weird to have as such a relative. Tsubasa could have left behind his name and became a Kyoraku. But that wasn't the way things were done even his brother married well. Unabara, they were once warriors who fought. This world had changed without him noticing he guessed. The age of the sword was passing. Soon men and women's place on the battlefield would too. Tsubasa could only sigh at such a pitiful thought. Warriors left that he could study from were so limited. He had a singular project left that he could do. Something that the Research and Training could meet in the middle. But as a Veteran, he could only accomplish so much. Zeda was in charge of that place and all he could do was move things. Training and giving advice on somethings. It was certainly a strange way to live. Their duties were limited at best as a Veteran. Though it was a step up from the Zero Division he guessed. Working in that place where time was so strange.

Protecting a being who did little but remain behind the shadows of this world. The age Musashi lived in had passed and it seemed like Tsubasa's would as well. Someday warriors like he may be needed again. So the goal was to remain back. Avoid overextending and doing anything reckless. Tsubasa couldn't do much else at this point, instructing those here would eat some time up. Building his idea into a blueprint would devour another portion. How to do this was the main question, as he wasn't sure about it. Izanami had run designs and began designing the structure. He'd asked her to do it in back processes for now as there was no need to rush.

 A Veteran's Call Empty Re: A Veteran's Call

Hakuda, Kido, Hoho, and Zanjutsu all areas of weakness for Yoma. Yoma returned to the shino academy to go over the basis and gain a understanding of what he lacked. He had learned from a vizard name poliro that he was nothing more a fool who had lots of growing to do and lacking in every aspect he should have a basis in. Yoma received training from this same vizard into improving these aspects of himself. He knew that the same would happen as before if he didn’t reflect on what was taught. He would forget it and lose the ability to recall it. This time Yoma wanted to keep these skills as part of him. He wanted to ingrain these skill to his body, his very core. This way they would never be lost to him.

Within the shino academy, Yoma spent time reading of the skills of the shinigami and their roles. He wanted to discover and reinforce himself of the core mission to maintain within himself. He wanted the knowledge he lacked all these years, he wanted to refine himself as he was no longer the same individual that he was before. He had to work even harder to make up for lost time.

Yoma queitly behaved as a regular shinigami and acted as the rest. No one here would know who he was, he had left the gotei for quite sometime now. He hated how the gotei made him feel nothing more then a pawn in a war. Yet, it seemed that these young shinigami were unaware of the challenges that would one day face. The lesson on hand was seemly Zanjustu. It was different from the one he was practicing everyday after being left in awe of stefan’s power and made him desire to adapt his style. The teacher had been seemly telling these young ones that they have potential and that a heart has to be poured into a sword swing. Basic information but something Yoma wish he learned in the past. He felt as he had lost a part of himself. He had so much time lost as he had so many missing memories due to his own mental disability. Yet yoma continued listening. Each person here had their own potential in something even if it wasnt combat they can all find a purpose to guide them. This was true but finding that purpose wasn’t easy

As this ended so did class. The shinigami all began to disperse and it seemed the teacher had left. Yet, questions still rang inside of him. Yoma decided to follow the teacher and see what else he could obtain. What could they help him with if they could? Yoma arrived to a field of flowers which he found a nice comfort in. It was a relaxing and calming place. Yet, yoma knew he had no time to take in the senereny. He needed to continue bettering himself.

Yoma slowly walked up to the man as not to startle him. He knew if he said nothing then it would be a waste of time.

“excuse me sir, I was curious if you could help me improve. I am a young and inexperienced shinigami. I am struggling with all the basis that a shinigami must know. I would just lik to get a footing on them to better find my own path. I do apologize if I am taking up your time.”

Yoma wasn’t sure if he should give his name as he had no idea who this person was and what they would think if he was no longer with the gotei and was part of a different org. He just wanted to improve. He wanted to start becoming like the warriors of the past he had heard of and become someone who could influence other. They way he was now nothing but an ant waiting to be stepped on clueless to the sytem of the world.

"Yoma Yazaki, so you've returned huh? I won't go into detail about how I know you..but kido and hoho are the basic of Shinigami skills." Slowly Tsubasa's frame got up from where he remained as he exhaled. Saying nothing he fired Hadō number one into the air known as Sho. This spell was handy for a number of things, he used a slow step so Yoma could follow it to appear a couple feet to his right. "Hadō one and a basic flash step, I will tell you this now. Techniques and skills our people use do not define you Yoma Yazaki, you do that." He made sure Yoma got to see it as his attendant arrived setting up dummies and some area's she marked with red glow. Helping him set up a practice area here in the field of flowers. Tsubasa didn't plan to go into detail about how he knew this stuff. After all, this was a lesson for Yoma someone who was a good kid for the most part. This didn't mean he could let a shinigami go without the help of course. He was related to this and knew very well of Yoma's current affiliation or the rumors of them.

This wasn't his business or his place as he patted the dummy. "Alright, channel the energy to your finger as you say the Hadō out loud. Objectively speaking it should look like a small amount fo force hitting it similar to an air current. As for hoho, try taking a step and move forward at a quick pace." He said describing both skills as he sat down now. Taking his kiseru pipe he began smoking as he sat cross-legged. Tsubasa was a legend among these people and knew everyone who'd ever been here. Yoma was a special case it was why he decided to help him. Yoma and Alter weren't really evil, he'd heard about the other one. The other personality that lingered inside of Yoma Yazaki. This wasn't his choice to make or get involved in at this point. It was strange as a veteran and leader he had no authority really. He had to play the game the same as everyone else. Situate things so other people could grow and discover potential.

The brief lesson on how each one worked as over, now the rest was entirely up to Yoma.

 A Veteran's Call Empty Re: A Veteran's Call

Yoma was confused when he heard the man speak his name, immediately he grew curious if he had met them before but was drawing a blank. Who was he and how did he know his name. Was this man aware of yoma’s current situation with his comment of returning or did he mean something else. The man stated they wouldn’t explain how he knew his name and began explaining to him kido and hoho, Telling him how they are the basic of basic for shinigami. He knew the man was holding back his strength in order to teach yoma. Yoma knew he had to take a moment to focus and Synchronize with his other self. Clearing his mind and focusing on his breathing the two became as one. Yoma was now ready to begin his training. It has seemed the main had an assistant helping him and set up a number of test dummies and placing markings to use as training area. Yoma knew he was going to need to be careful. He didn’t want to destroy this area full of beauty.

Yoma listened to what this man had told him, focusing on the words to make sure he could do everything well. The explanation for the Kido was simple enough to follow. Focus his energy to his finger and just say the name of the Kido as he pointed towards the dummy. Yet, the explanation to hoho was somewhat more difficult and confusing.for yoma. Try taking a step and move as swiftly as possible simultaneously. Yoma though this would be impossible for him. Before starting as he watched the man take out a pipe and sit down to watch. Yoma knew he had to ask him something before starting.

“You know us, but we don’t know you, who are you? Why are helping us? This is just strange and confusing and strange. You said that skills and techniques we use as shinigami do not define us. I want to know what you mean by that. Doesn’t our roots affect us?”

He wasn’t sure what response he was going to get or if he was going to respond at all. Yoma began first with the kido practice.

“Hadō #1 Sho”

His mind was too focused on the damage he would cause to the area that his first attempt he readied at the dummy did nothing. He sighed and focused once more.

“Hadō #1 Sho”

Again nothing. He knew he would have to apply more energy and pressure to get this right. He focused less on his location and more on releasing his strength. Gathering the energy in his finger once more. Yoma targeted the dummy.

“Hadō #1 Sho”

This time the power was too much and caused a minor explosion knocking yoma back. This happened again as yoma repeated his actions. He focused on the energy and what he wanted to do. He relaxed himself and got ready to get it right this time. He knew he could do it. His body felt as he had done this hundreds of times. It was as if his body was remembering something he could it and yoma shouted once again.

“Hadō #1 Sho”

This time he was able to knock down the target dummy. He started feeling a bit tired already and this was strange to him. He didn’t understand why but he got ready to attempt to practice Hoho. As he did he immediately fell over. It felt difficult and he was gathering the energy to his feet to attempt it once more. He pushed himself forward, nothing it was just like an ordinary sprint. What could he be doing wrong?

Tsubasa smiled a bit at Yoma's comment, it was interesting to see an inquisitive mind twice. He spoke now letting some pearls of wisdom out for the former member. "Our roots are there to keep us grounded and help us grow. What we turn into Yoma is up to us, what I mean is that how you use these techniques and skills are what define you. Not the skills themselves, it's all up to you." Tsubasa said explaining it to Yoma and his Alter as best he could. Tsubasa knew that it likely didn't make sense to the young that their life had just begun. The road was a long one and didn't slow down for anyone. Yoma would grow and mature over time and see things. He would experience success, he would experience failure. All these things are something that people must go through. Hardship was a part of life that came for all people. All walks of life had to embrace hardship and accept it. There wasn't a way to move around that or position yourself not to experience it. He watched as Yoma continued Kido.

Tsubasa saw the male starting to fall using a step far faster appeared using a finger to let Yoma catch his balance. He pushed him back to his regular stance as he smiled a bit and spoke. [color=red'Hoho, it's footwork mostly. But different from how we move generally. Practice is required along with the desire to go somewhere. At least at the beginning before you can evolve it into something new."[/color] He said before vanishing at one of his faster steps returning to where he was. If Yoma could keep up and learn then he could become better. Tsubasa's goal was to help the young and in this case, Yoma checked out in this regard. He inhaled a small amount from his pipe. Letting his lips come around the object slowly as he inhaled some. Before exhaling a small amount of smoke from his lips. Tsubasa's scarlet eyes remained glued to Yoma. He was studying and watching for anything else. He'd answered his questions for the most part. Avoiding answering the big one for now.

 A Veteran's Call Empty Re: A Veteran's Call

Yoma had many questions but it had seemed that tsubasa was picking and choosing which to answer, answering Yoma’s question on what his roots were. Yoma couldn’t help but listen and pounder. So yoma thought, that having access to these abilities and powers meant nothing other than a force one has at their disposal to push themselves in the direction that they strive to go in. It is not the power that chooses where to go but the user who chooses it. It was a simple conclusion and a simple answer but he still felt lacking as he continued to practice his kido. As he finally managed a successful kido he had decided it was time to attempt to try his hand at Hoho, upon the feeling of falling the old man had caught yoma with his finger to prevent him from falling over.

He felt a kindness from the man as he smiled and explained to him that the technique, required footwork and inform him that much more practice would be required and a desire to go somewhere is needed. But a line stuck out to yoma, Before you can evolve it into something new. Did it mean that these powers and abilities were also not limited and could grow? Yoma noticed Tsubasa had vanished once more there he was where he had been previously watching his scarlet eyes had seemed they were glued and focused seeing something Yoma could not.

“Sir, You make it sound as if these abilities can also grow, i thought one’s spiritual energy and self could rise and change but the techniques would be limited and stagnant as they do not change. I know i'm not much but i have been studying and experiencing new things and can our power really grow and change?”

Yoma grew curious of those who strived for power. He never had a motivation till now, yet he knew his other half was always growing and aiming for power. Yoma was just now looking for strength but also understanding and knowledge. The strange happening in the world was nothing new but to him it was all overwhelming and confusing.

Yoma once more focused on the words given to him by tsubasa and readied to attempt again, unlike the kido he had just performed this felt alien to him. The attempts at kido had seemed as he done them many times. Yet, this Hoho was so frustrating and confusing to perform. Over and over yoma wanted to get into the target areas but couldn't help but fall into a sprint? Every attempt felt the same, he couldn’t manage to obtain the feeling or sense for it. Was this inpossible or was his desire not great enough. Yoma would continue to focus and change his form attempting to get it right.
