Nothing fancy about this page. This is just where I'll be dumping powers that I come up with since I enjoy it. So people can either request that I make powers here, or I'll just dump them when I have the urge to make something for someone.

«CYNIC STRING: ANU POWER»

Cynic Strings: Cynic Strings are puppet like strings which are generated from Anu's body. These strings are empowered by the vile personality which was forged within her youth. As this ability empowered by the nihilistic, sardonic and outright Misanthrope outlook that Anu has based on the events of seeing her mother die, the betrayal of her past and the bloody life she lives as an assassin. Therefore, the power that Cynic String possesses is one that is able to break down the compounds of piece of material or person that it comes into contact with until they are as empty as herself.

An example of this being used in combat would be that if Anu attached these strings to a piece of wood created by another character, she has the potential to decay and rot it by placing a single Cynic String on it and mentally activating this ability to take place as she infuses her own inner values into the world around her. Now, when it comes to objects with denser or high volume of energy content, this will usually require her to produce more strings. Since, if she is fighting against a character that can create potent magic attacks or produce high tier attacks, she will often need upwards of dozens of Cynic Strings in order to start lowering the stats of their attack and that will take more stamina, energy and focus away from her that can tire her out throughout the course of a battle.

When it comes to living beings it turns more into a power drain type of ability. As, to start things off, she needs to be able to directly appaorch an opponent, connect her string and leave it attached for a post. Once this protocol is finished, she can activate Cynic String on an organic being and begin to empty out their energy from their body. The rate at which this is at will be dependant upon a variety of factors: durability, tier difference, exhaustion and the rate in which she can keep the string on the opponent. The longer she is able to keep the string on the opponent, the more potent it will eventually come.

4 Tier: Anu is capable of draining 5% of a character overall physical and spiritual energy.

3 tier: At 3 tier tier, this doubles and Anu can drain upwards of 10% of a persons spiritual and physical energy with her Cynic Strings

2 Tier: Once again, at 2 tier, this rate at which she can drain someone doubles to 20% MAX (so that means it may average 15%, or go lower than that depending on different factors in battle) and they can lose fair chunks of energy if they allow themselves to be hit.

1 Tier: At one tier this ability tops off and she is able to drain a person of 25% of their spiritual/physical energy per post at max. And, again, this is in an ideal setting. As it should be noted that those who are exhausted, worn down or have lowered durability will be more prone to having these huge chunks of energy taken.

With that said, given how potent this power is, there will be a five post cool down after it's been used on an organic being. As it will not work on that same person again until the cooldown has gone through. However, if she is fighting against numerous opponents, this ability can be switched up to hit other characters. So, if she hit CHaracter A with this ability, she could still potentially use her Cynic String to influence Character B.

Another limitation to note is that each string produced by her will, of course, take energy and focus away from Anu. So if she abuses the ability too rapidly, it will dull her of reserves and she will need to assess when the right time is to use this ability and when it isn't.

These strings also have a limitation to how far they can reach that is varied on what tier level she happens to find herself at:

4 Tier: 100 meters
3 Tier: 200 meters
2 Tier: 400 Meters
1 Tier: 800 Meters
0 Tier: 1,600 meters

Additionally, while Anu can produce dozens of strings at a time, they are only allowed to be focused on four different objects or people because the potency drops when he focus is shifted. This is because the less thought that she imprints into a string, the less effective it will be against an opponent or attack. So it makes sense that the potency would lower as her focus is divided against different things.

Alright, here's some info on Asuma:(More like a little bit but)
1. He's more of a distance-based fighter. Asuma never enjoyed fighting using fisticuffs or the like, so he naturally gravitates away from his opponents and picks them off from a distance, or if he needs to pull a Pulp Fiction, he'll do something that really fucks up the whole battlefield.

2. When I created Asuma, I had the idea of others' suffering in mind. That meaning that he's mostly equipped with abilities which cause pain to the opponent and brings them to a state of despair.

In conclusion, I'm requesting something that allows him to keep a distance when fighting, while continuously causing others to experience lasting pain and suffering. I plan to introduce this ability(+ techniques if I decide to create any) over a slow-burning plot where he comes to realize his state as the constantly mentioned Rainmaker.

Awesome, this is perfect as I've been a bit stumped with Oromis and his powerset.

So basically my goal is for him to be the Angel of Life, or something as similar as possible. In saying that I've been trying to think up a 'life' based powerset that doesn't feel like its been overdone, etc.

I was thinking that his Aether Class of Life would have to do with vitality, creation of life, etc. In this regard, as he grows in strength & understanding, I was thinking that this would eventually encompass other elements. For example; eventually he would be able to create life from dirt, wood, water, ice, etc. And use the same mediums in order to heal someone, etc.

Finally my main hope for his Aether Class / Life abilities, is that they would work with, and possibly enhance his Holy Aether & associated techniques or abilities.

«ADAM'S GIFTS TO ANDI»

Consumption Drive: Andi is a being that is curious about the world, hungry to know more and wishes to consume everything within it in order to fulfill her being. Therefore, the pieces of Adam's Progression Overdrive locked on to these feelings, infused these inner values within his chi particles and bonded them with her body in order to forcibly unlock this ability for her.

What Consumption Drive allows for Andi to do is to understand immaterial and physical constructs to a much higher degree. This defers from Element Reading, Genetic Remake and Matter Mouth because of the fact that Consumption Drive is a long-term ability. If Andi is able to let the substance she consumes stay in her body for around two to three post, then she will bond with it and information will begin to flow into her being overtime as to how to make it work with her being. It will then create an inner database of attributes to draw from in order to begin crafting her own unique powers.

EXAMPLE:

- If Andi were to consume fire, water, ice and air; then she could store these elements within herself and begin to figure out how she could relate these abilities to her current power set. So, she could combine all these elements in order to create an "Elemental Mouth". If Matter Mouth allows her to consume solid creations, then Elemental Mouth evolves it and allows her to consume elements. As she could create a temporary ability which allows her to consume, breakdown and neutralize those elements in order to reduce the amount of damage elemental opponents do to her in this example.

Limitations Of Consumption Drive

Ten Stored Elements: Andi is able to only store ten metaphysical or physical elements within her body that can be used with Consumption Drive when it comes to creating her own custom abilities. So, if all ten of her slots were filled up, she'd have to give up one in order to gain a new one. And, while she may retain the knowledge of that element, she would most likely have to re-learn how to use it if she were to add it again.

As an illustration of this: if all her consumed slots were filled, and she got rid of the element of fire within herself, she would retain full knowledge of that property. However, her physical and spiritual body would have to re-sync the level of mastery she had over it if she were to consume it again and bond it with herself. And it may even lead to the development of a different ability altogether depending on what is within her vault of consumed powers.

Consumption Beasts: Andi is a demon that is always hungering for more, so it makes sense that such an ability would be unlocked in her being after the effects of Adam's Progression Overwrite took hold within her body. Consumption Beast is an ability that begins with Andi summoning four tendrils that extend from her backside. When they are made, they are able to go on the offensive and defensive for Andi. The reason for this is because they become their own creatures.

Effectively, all four of the tendrils are designed to consume high volumes of metaphysical and physical attacks. This means that unlike her Matter Mouth, Consumption Beasts can allow for Andi to consume even gases, airs and non-solid material. For example: if someone were to shoot off a beginner level kido at Andi, she could potentially consume the energy around it with all four of her tendrils, break it down and attempt to negate it because of how her ability is designed to evolve herself and break through the immaterial barrier she has been stuck at.

Notes

Due to the highly potent nature of Adam's Chi, each of these tendrils should have an advanced level of durability to them. As they are designed to help protect Andi in circumstances where her frail body will not do the job.

Limitations

Tendril Summons: At max, she is able to summon four tendrils. So, by logic, she is only able to defend/offend against four attacks at a time. Meaning, that if someone were to do a widespread attack that had multiple blasts, it would be much harder for her to try and consume it. Which would either lead for her to wrap the tendrils around herself. This ability does better with attacks that focus on quality rather than quantity because it's easier to consume attacks that come in one single burst rather than multiple bursts.

Regeneration: These tendrils can be cut off, but Adam utilized the demon's own regeneration abilities to ensure that they will come back after two or three posts. However, each time they do, they will draw on her energy reserves and become weaker each time until she is unable to reform them. So it's not advised for her to have them cut off during battle if she can avoid it as it draws down her stamina.

Volume Limit: There is only so much that these creatures can consume before her body will reject whatever is eaten. For example: if she were to try and consume the energy volume of a 0 tier energy blast, chances are her body would be unable to break that down due to the sheer volume of energy around it. (Since, as of the time of this writing, Andi is a 3-1 tier.) However, she could potentially consume small pieces of it in order to lower the amount of damage or to study the structure of it. [/b]

«ADAM'S GIFTS TO ANDI»

Yuudeshi Drive: Evolution Burst

Evolution Burst: To become smarter, to become stronger and to evolve is a strong core trait within the essence of Chifuyu's being. She understands the depths of humanity's nature, has a hunger to strive for more and seeks to comprehend the depths of Eve's blessing to this wonderful race. Therefore, Adam's Progressive Overwrite blessed her with two things. The first was the unlocking of her Yuudeshi Drive. The second was Evolution Burst: the power that comes with her Yuudeshi Drive.

In essence, Evolution Burst allows for the body of Chifuyu to tap into the highly potent gene of The Yuudeshi. They are known for rapidly progressing their combative abilities as they are an infamous warrior type of clan. Therefore, as she is thrust into each battle, Evolution Burst seeks to have her gain a better insight into herself, to gain control of her worried mind and to further refine her powers.

Abilities Of Evolution Burst

Evolution Aura: Evolution Aura allows for Chifuyu to utilize her energy as a medium to progress the world around her. It typically has an area of effect that extends for a few city blocks, but what it can do within that limited range is immense. With this Yuudeshi's vast knowledge, she could infuse her aura into objects, earthly materials and immaterial substances in order to have a whole lab of equipment to play within battle. For example: she could combine the elements of fire and rock in order to fuse them together and create the progressed element of lava to be used against an opponent on a basic level.

However, with Chifuyu's grand mind, far greater applications can be made. As Adam fully expects this ability to be used with her brilliance to create equipment. Since he wanted this Evolution Aura to be connected to her mind. This is because it takes the knowledge of her brain, infuses it into the particles of chi which emits from her body and then she is able to calculate and guide her vision into the world based on the limitations which are associated with her intelligence and volumes of energy she has to make a task happen.

So, in another application, Chifuyu could easily make new equipment and devices on the fly since she is a key figure in developing the technology for the Vanguard itself. If she were within a ruined setting that was filled with broken gadgets, she could quickly bring it to life by applying the high amount of computational power that her mind possess as being a star child of The Yuudeshi.

Limitations Of Evolution Aura

Logical Infusions: This world that they live in is one where logic is more easily skewed due to the supernatural nature of the PH Verse. However, that does not mean that this ability can be used with abuse. As there are certain logical patterns that the application of this ability must follow. For example: this ability would end up backfiring and hurting Chifuyu's body if she were to try and rewrite the logic of the universe to say that fire freezes and electricity makes things wet. That is illogical, goes against her evolution of mind and will create mental and physical pains that zap away her energy.

However, if she were to combine water and high air temperature, she could accelerate the temperature of the water in order to have fire water burn through different types of attacks, elements and objects through the metaphysical nature of her chi. So, while this ability has a high range of application, it still requires the user to be mindful of how to create believable parameters for the universe they are in to accept. Otherwise, it will not work.

Energy Constraints: Once again, as an obvious limitation, there is only so much a person can do within the level of tier they are in. So, for example, it would not be possible for Chifuyu to infinitely use this ability, try to create black holes and things of that nature. It is recommended that she only keep four applications of this active so it does not drain her energy and that they remain within a an area of effect equal to a few city blocks. (As of her current tier at 3-1) Though, that doesn't mean she can't use them to launch from long distances. (I.E. charging up an attack and then using her infamous speed as a Yuudeshi to throw it over a mile or so.)

Mental Constraints: It is recommended that Chifuyu try to keep four primary cores of activity going at the same time. While she can perform more, her body may not be up to speed to dealing with it at her current tier level. This may be changed if she were to use external equipment to offset the energy loads assoicated with extremely complex task. However, if abused too often, her brain will begin to suffer headaches of the sort that make it harder to focus and eventually use the ability.

Bonus Effect

Self-Control: More than anything else, the more time she spends in her Yuudeshi Drive State, the more her brain will bond with this power and begin to learn self-control. Since that is what Adam ultimately wants for Chifiyu. He wants her to learn to control her impulses, use them to her favor and think for herself. So, over time, the destructive hunger of her Yuudeshi blood will eventually become easier to control down the line.

«LIU'S GIFT TO KIMITSUKI: LIBERATION FIRE»

Liberation Flame: Liberation Flame is a mixture of both Liu's own independent spirit and Kimitsuki's blazing essence forming one whole ability. Essentially, Liberation Flame is designed to be the fire which otherwise melts away the chains of subjugation in the world around it and frees constructs of the world from their bonds.

To give an illustration of how this ability works: say that Kimitsuki is fighting against a user who is able to slow down the aspect of time around herself and constrain the element of time. Well, she could use Liberation Flame in order to extend across the influenced region in order to melt away that constraint and liberate herself and the world from that form of enslavement.

Or, in another example, if someone were to attempt to seal her within a barrier, Kimitsuki could attempt to use Liberation Flame to yield her a much higher rate of success due to the fact that Liberation Flux's influence would be on her fire. As the aspect of Liu's freedom would bring out the value of liberation within The Danava's fire in order to make this turn into a reality with The Liberating Devil's influence pumping through the veins of Kimtisuki.

And, combined with the potent energy of Kimitsuki's tier, this would make the ability something hellish to deal with for most opponents. As, ultimately, it is a metaphysical fire which attempts to liberate all that it touches. Which can lead to a great many applications and leads the way for a variety of techniques to Kimitsuki to master under the teaching of Liu herself.

Limitations

Energy: The greater the application, the greater the strain on Kimitsuki. It is recommended that if she wishes to keep prolonged usages of this fire that she keeps them within a short range of a few city blocks. If she intends to go the long range with this ability, which is covering entire towns or more, then it's recommended that she keeps it simple and focuses on basic elements to liberate in the world around her. As repeated usage of this ability can drain her much like any other power can.

Focus: This is not an ability that works passively. Kimitsuki has to actively focus on what element of the world she wishes to liberate or free. Ergo, it will require a heightened sense of awareness, intention and will in order to convert her thoughts into reality through her fire. It is why it is recommended that Kimitsuki try to limit her focus to only a few objects at a time to liberate. Somewhere around 2-4 applications is a fair amount of things to keep track of at a time during a post.

Not Absolute: Finally, this ability is not absolute. Characters can dodge it, use barriers to shield themselves, defend themselves with their own special abilities or whatever else have you. It merely increased the odds of Kimitsuki's fire removing the bonds of material in the world that it touches. Non-living objects have a higher chance of it working, but if it's actively being protected by someone it will be a battle. And this applies double to living beings. Since if she were to free the construct of energy from someone, it's obvious that they would have some type of defense to prevent this from being 100% effect on the first strike.

I am interested in what you would come up with for a Zanpaktou power-set that revolves around Kido and using Kido. I sadly can't think of anything nor can anyone else I ask think of anything that would really work outside of making a brand new Kido.

«THE GUARDIAN SEAL»

(Note: I'm making this for Ichika to help further her character development so that she may have a closer bond to Cirno. Due to the fact that she is now her adoptive daughter, Cirno wants to protect her and feels having this seal inside of them will help.)

Guardian Seal: The Guardian Seal is an exclusive seal that only those who are Cirno's family have access to. Therefore, this is not something made for mass production and is meant as a means for her to protect those who are the closest to her heart. When The Angel of The Ice accepts someone into her family, she is able to place high volumes of her aether into those persons being. In turn, they will always carry a piece of her inside of them; even if The Celestial were to die.

For Cirno, this seal is the epitome of her love. It means that even if she were to be slain, a part of her love will always be there to comfort those who decided to be as close to her as her wife, children and those whom she chooses to adopt. So, for this reason, there is a high amount of sentimental value attached to this seal which helps to have its effects become so potent.

The primary way in which they receive this seal is by role-playing with Cirno, having the aether bond with them and then Cirno must receive permission to fuse her essence with them. If they give her the go-ahead to do this, then the following effects will take place on the user when the seal is successfully placed on them:

Cirno's Energy Reserves: Given the fact that Cirno is a 0-2++ tier character, it's not hard for her to infuse high volumes of her energy into the seals which she creates for her family. So it is safe to say that The Guardian Seal has a tremendous volume of Aether infused within it in order to produce some of the effects that it brings into the world. Furthermore, with her aether control and magic at Grandmaster, the energy which is embedded in her seal is furthermore potent and harder to deal with for opponents who may try to kill those marked as Cirno's family.

The catch with this is that they must actually be in danger in order to properly utilize the full extents of this seal. (I.E. To prevent OOC abuse, the character must be in a tight jam that requires them to rely on Cirno's Energy reserves. This is to prevent abuse.) This is to prevent them from outright burning through the prowess which are bonded within the seal and so they can learn to rely on themselves before all else fails. This limitation can be removed by Cirno, but the person may have to contact her telepathically they wanted to remove that restriction.

Protection: Moving onwad, as an extension of Energy Reserves, the protection feature of this seal allows for The Angel of The Ice to always be able to protect her family. This is because it launch limited forms of Cirno's powers, abilities and Iramasha skills in order to ensure that those who are close to her heart are guarded with her oversight. When a threat has been determined, the seal is capable of launching upwards of 2-4 offensive or defensive moves at a time in order to figure out the best way to guard their loved one. They will also have access to a master level of Aether Magic during these states in order to further ensure they have a higher chance of enduring whatever threat they are under.

The problem with this is that it drains through energy at a rate of speed if they aren't certain of how to manage the volumes of energy which are held inside the seal. So it takes proper management, care and guidance in order to correctly use the protective aspect of the seal. And why, in some cases, it may automatically carry out functions on behalf of the user until they are safe. Often trying to utilize escape techniques in order to get them out of the circumstance altogether until they can regroup.

Telepathic Bond: This ability is the simplest to understand. Those who have this seal placed within them will have a direct line of communication with Cirno at all times. They will be able to send information about their whereabouts, give her intel and talk with The Celestial no matter what realm they happen to find themselves in. The only limitation of this telepathy is that it may be unable to be used if there is an extremely strong barrier placed around them which prevents outside communication. However, given the fact that Cirno's aether was empowered by the potency of a 0-2++ Iramasha stacked on a grand mastery of control over her aether, this should rarely occur.

Additionally, the person who receives this telepathic bond may also choose to reject communication to allow them a sense of privacy. This is so that if a person is having a private moment, they aren't easily embarrassed when they hear a family member calling up their mind. The same can be said on the opposite end as Cirno can choose to simply have a "notice" of sorts nag in her mind. As she can feel the energy tapping into her mind, get a sense of who is trying to contact her and then choose whether or not to accept the call.

Distress Signal: The most important of this seal is the distress signal to Cirno. Why is this so? It's important because she'll get a fix on their location and determine if she must send herself to protect her family, or extend resources to that location to assist them if they are caught in the path of peril. Furthermore, even when it comes to their health, the Distress Signal can even alert the person who has this seal of whether or not their own body is making them sick. Say they ate some food which was laced with poison and made them sick, the seal would make them aware of the toxin inside themselves and may even go as far as to use the holy aether invested within the seal in order to purge the substance wholly from their body if something internal should cause them illness.

The only limitation to this is that the Distress Signal, when used to place the person in peak health, may cease to function temporarily if the person drains every last bit of energy from the seal. From there, they'll most likely have to wait for the seal to regenreate the high volumes of energy lost before this function returned. Since, if they were in the midst of battle and drained every bit of juice out of the seal, the person could potentially wait upwards of one thread before this function turned back on.

Resistance Against Mental Attacks: There is a great level of support against mental assaults on the mind thanks to the high level of willpower which is carried in the Guardian Seal from Cirno. It is capable of fending off these type of attacks with a high level of success since Cirno herself has a mastery in willpower. So it will take a great level of focus, energy and willpower in order to make them feel the effects of something which is suppose to otherwise enslave them to something like the whims of another demon. As Cirno knows quite well how the world has villians in it which use the power of suggestion to get their victims to do their victim, and she does not want her family to fall prey to the same tricks that she herself did in the past.
