A Man, a Mountain, And...a Red-Head?

Henrex: -Sitting in the branches of a forest in the middle of Japan, Henrex sighed softly as he looked onward to the darkened skies. Soft droplets fell from the sky and splashed against his face as his eyes slowly began to slide shut. The soft rumble of thunder echoed from the distance, causing his eyes to flutter open and turn in the direction of the sound. Turning his head back and fiddling with the folds of his clothes, he retrieved his flute, and began playing.(edited)

Wandering through the forest, Ulv was graced with some nice flute-playing. Which was strange, who played a flute in the middle of a storm, out somewhere that was nowhere? Still, she found the source, and moved with sure-footed fidelity to cover him with an umbrella "You know, watching so many people sit out in storms, I wonder if I am the only person that knows Umbrellas exist"

Henrex: -The sound of branches creaking and bending caused an abrupt stop of the music, the male's mismatched eyes blinking as he turned to the direction of the new noise, his head soon tilting upwards to stare at the sudden appearance of the umbrella, before turning his head towards the red-head, smiling warmly- "I enjoy the rain. If I didn't want to get wet, I could use a variety of ways to get rid of that. It's not a big deal, for me." -Gently taking the umbrella from Ulv's hand and holding it above his head, Henrex slid over to face her as he put his flute away- "Who are you? I can sense that you're...at least a Shinigami. I don't think I've seen you around in the Seireitei."(edited)

Likes the rain. Likes, getting wet. What a strange person, getting wet was boring. Dodging the rain was more fun. Not that she could pull that off right now, but still, would be fun "Ohh, we aren't so sure what we are to be honest. We went about the Seireitei for a bit, got put off staying around by a Tundra Brat, and now we are just here. Following nice flute music to you. Which was nice, by the way. You do good flute stuff"

Henrex: -A puzzled look brushed over the Hybrid's face as he he listened carefully to the woman's speech. There was...the constant referral of herself as a collective conscious. Using "we" instead of "I". His head briefly tilted to the side, before his smile returned- "Well, I wouldn't let one overly cautious and strict person give an impression of the Seireitei and Soul Society as a whole. I assure you, there are plenty of people who would welcome you with open arms." -The sudden compliment, however, was another story. His smile faded and his face contorted into one of surprise, and he blushed and looked to the side- "W-Well...thank you, miss...?"

"Yea, I met a few nice people about the place, but I felt it would all be ruined by his constant nosing about. Irritating and patronizing, and that taints all the good. I have exactly who I need right here" Ulv thumped her chest "Everyone else is a unnecessity" Ulv shifted about the tree a little as he got so surprised she'd complimented him. This guy was hilarious So, to honor his hilariousness, Ulv suddenly moved to snaffle him into a soft, warm hug. The muscles were like gentle pillows, and there was a fire within them, not quite stoked but still burning, and it was a fire of hope, a fire of drive. A fire of Resolve!(edited)

Weeeeee! Hvit was less than impressed at his speed, being there and on rare occasion above for a few moments, but Ulv had never seen anything like it, and the smile on her face was tremendous. The interesting thing was, the incredible wind resistance that usually accompanied such incredible speed was absent, it simply parted before them, and gave naught but a light breeze
