Reason: Cero has often been seen as one who has great potential as one for the future, at the same time, right now, Cero needs the experience, to become an amazing leader, to become equal with Shadin Yuudeshi, who he has worked alongside for a good deal of his life. As for the struggle within Cero that has been going between him and the kokuryuteshi, he has reached his answer, he can no longer doubt the leadership of this world, if he too takes his part in leading it to a better place. So that in the days to come, he can keep those that he cares about safe. So Cero will try to dedicate himself and his actions to this new org, one way or another.

Sector: Either a secretary to the executives, or within support and defense. I don't think he's the right fit for the other executive slot, and also two Yuudeshi's is a bit weird.

Reason: Kakine is in a state of limbo. With the war heating up, he feels the need to finally decide. Though he is normally more chaotic for the Lux Orior's standards, the last time he went into a war without any help, his child and wife were killed. Atop of this, it gives Kakine a purpose and reason for existing and defending Earth locations outside of helping his family in Karakura.

I'm not sure how the faction would feel about a Gotei member joining their ranks. They accept supernatural races, but I don't see him being a full-on member of Lux Orior; especially given Shadin's outlook on spiritual beings. With that said: I can see him being in some type of special role that is an affiliate and grants him access to these labs under supervision. Would that be acceptable?
