Inigo tier from 4-5 to 4-4
Priam tier from 4-2+ to 3-5+
» Why: https://www.platinumhearts.net/t20177-training-sesh-openIn this thread Inigo progressed on two fronts: In combat and mentality. While battling Ulv Auber, a 0-3 tier character known for her close combat ability, Inigo pushed himself from the very beginning to attack with everything he had. Though Ulv didn't really hit back, out of fear of splattering him across the ground and walls of his Division Barrack, she did initially acknowledge his strength when warning him about potentially killing sparring partners by attacking so hard. Along with this, he tried a variety of attacks with his Zanpakuto and used creative thinking to come close to landing a blow on her (though he admittedly fell short each time). Overall it was a useful spar which showed him just how far he still needs to go.
On the side of mentality, Ulv and Inigo discussed and debated some topics while sparring. The former passed on wisdom gained through experience in fights while the latter responded with his strong beliefs about protecting others. Along with this, before combat even started their wills clashed and though Ulv was clearly superior in this regard by miles, Inigo did his best to remain confident and standing against her GM Willpower. What both of these examples show is a man who's own willpower is not lacking and that it is ever-growing.
https://www.platinumhearts.net/t20214-to-surpass-expectations-limited-open-dm-firstIn this thread Inigo battled a monstrous Hollow many times his size with superior strength and power. Against it he could do little, yet this reality alone could not stop him; utilizing his smaller size and superior agility Inigo ran circles (literally) around the Hollow and kept on attacking until eventually landing a decent blow. However, almost immediately afterwards he was knocked on his ass and nearly killed in one hit. The result of the frustration from failing, anger at his own lack of strength, and pain from sustained injuries caused him to be replaced by his "alter ego" form Priam who, in seconds, accomplished what he could not: Utter domination of his opponent. By igniting his transformed Zanpakuto in Hero's Flame, Priam was able to bring down his enemy while simultaneously healing his own wounds.
What this thread displays is the tremendous divide in power between Inigo and Priam, as well as the strength of Inigo's willpower against seemingly insurmountable odds and frightening enemies.
» Extra: When Inigo's tier goes up Priam's does as well, however one of the motivations for requesting Priam's to go up unequally is because I want to emphasize the difference between them. Upon Inigo's initial approval there was only a three tier gap between the two, which in my opinion isn't an accurate depiction of their differences. Priam is supposed to be Inigo's locked away strength and potential, basically meaning while Inigo is meant to be weaker/lower level than normal, Priam is supposed to be stronger than he is usually able to be (like Ultimate Gohan in DBZ); hence why he cannot turn into Priam at will and why said transformation only lasts a couple posts at most.
