Equipment

  • Item Name: Entrave couronne (crown of Hinderance)

  • Item Type: it can be used by anyone, but only one exists

  • Used For: Retsu Hinding

  • Item Description: It screws with the users own restu making it appear to be much lower (1 level down in teir (ect: Grand=1-3+ with crown= 2-3+) if the crown is removed, then the effects are immediatly over. To much use of restu will set the crown off balance and the effect will be negated as well (one cero is enough to take out its effect)

  • Obtained From: He obtain this rare item in london when he created the alias King Edward VIII and ruled over england for a short amount of time. he was never crowned king for he had stolen the royal crown wich happend to be Entrave couronne

This is alot like kenpachi's eye patch it lower the person power until it's removed. I think that explains enough, I approve.
