Reason for learning Kidou #0: Shadin can learn Kidou 0 because his wife, Midori Surigara, was in Division 0. To add on to that, both he and his father were kidou masters. Shadin is also on The Soul King's watch list since he allowed him to get this powerful and is on the verge of Angelhood. Was said character ever in 0 Division? No, however she has access to those that have been within 0 Division.
Reason for learning Kidou #0: As a powerful user of Kidou, Solas always wishes to expand her knowledge. Although she lacks Shadin's resources, her own abilities that involve modifying the attributes of Kidou will allow her to use that power to its fullest potential. Add to that her excessive sources of energy, and she would be a force to be reckoned with. |
