Sorry, Agito, but something has come up. Members have reported faults in this app;

Namely the tier. Alfonso is a 1-1+, and these are of 1-1 tier. I'm still not sure if there's a rule around controlling minions, but I'm mostly sure that it'd be exceedingly difficult to control something so close to your own tier, no matter what you've done to their "minds".

Second, how difficult is it to produce one of these? Give it to me in terms of time; because I'd rather like to know that as well. Say... how many could be produced in a week, and what would the drain of energy be to do so?

Third. Fighting on par with Bankai wielders. Maybe you should be a little more distinct on this, because to do so would require Alfonso to insert the level of strength of a Bankai wielder into the Maugna Ra first. That, my friend, is because of the way that you're creating them. Using DNA as opposed to grafting of creatures requires that one must build a creature from scratch, BIRTHING it before he can actually put Reiatsu into it. They can have an accelerated growth, to a point, however they still need to either build up their own strength through training or have it physically inserted. So, I want an actual description of this, Ravana. You've thought these out, but not enough.

I already brought these to you after approval, and you showed no problem at the tier Dai. Also, if you have a problem here, I have a minion app approved at 1-1 by Gin himself for a 1-1+ character, so his motives here are also sketchy. Also, I stated basic bankai, meaning the bankai of an npc shinigami, most likely of the same tier. I also talked to you personally about the Maugna Ra, how hard they were to make, and how many Alfonso could have, and you agreed with it. If any of these were problems, why did you not bring them up to me earlier?

2. Due to restricted to events, they can only surpass rule one above when they are in an event permitted by the Original Poster.
