Sleeping Victim [Open] Empty Sleeping Victim [Open]

The wind seemed to be a tranquil breeze, blowing softly across the park. Stirring strands of green, and the pages of an open book, the figure slumped against a tree was leaning dangerously into falling. There was a breathy sigh, before the figure's head landed on the ground, an almost peaceful look on that feminine face. The black like suit looked good on her, as her arm curled up like a pillow, the book having tipped over from the movement of sitting to on her side. Curling, the book was brought closer to the woman's chest, as almost catlike, she seemed to be taking a nap in the sun. The tree had a few roots out of the ground, forming almost like a casket : it seemed to be comfortable and cute looking, as the woman continued to sleep. She seemed at peace, though a light frown was rippling her brow.

Almost as if unaware, there was a man coming near by, carrying a knife, almost as if licking his lips in anticipation.. a creeper. The poor sleeping woman.. would anyone come to her? Or would the man grab her?

    [Bleh short.. sorry.]

(Topic Still open?)

The arrancar sighed as he sat in a branch in the park, a favorite spot of his ever since he had moved into the human's world. He looked around, noticing the woman fall asleep in the middle of the park, keeping an eye on her, because he had grown used to having protect some of the stupid humans that he unofficially deemed his charges. He muttered a few choice curses under his breath as he kept looking out around the park. The breeze rustled his clothing as he stood up on the tree branch, noticing the strange man making his way in the sleeping woman's direction. "Damn women." he scowled as he clenched his fists at his side, ready to step in as soon as trouble showed it's ugly face. As much as he didn't want to start a fight, he just might have had to.

You know it's the right thing to do J'veras. He scowled at the voice of his Zanpakuto in his head, rolling his turquoise eyes as he watched the male walk closer to the sleeping woman, not noticing the knife he seemed to hold in his hand, the sun had just been in the right position to conceal that crucial evidence. "That may be true, Lupus, but still, if I can avoid the violence, I'd prefer it." he sighed.

Colin spun around, enjoying the warm rays of the sun. He looked down to earth, the soft feathers of his bankai blowing around softly in the gentle updrafts around Fuma Forest. He cast his eyes downwards, sighting something out of the usual. A man was walking up to a woman down on the streets below, and his eyes suddenly flung wide open. His eyes quickly made calculations; sending the information about the man through his stress reader to his cyber brain. He turned his body, flapping his emerald-colored wings into a dive, placing his right hand on the hilt of his blade, Windscar. His eye was definitely picking up energy readings from the man... demonic readings. Quite a bit of power, as well. And as he approached the woman, Colin was about 10 feet above their location. He knew all about the arrancar, of course. However, he knew not all Arrancar were bad, like his friend Kanda. However, he knew he had to stop the man from reaching the woman. The knife was also giving off energy; it was cursed. Colin could only speculate what it would do if it reached the woman. He saw the blade being drawn, time seeming to slow down as the man stepped in front of the woman. He turned toward her, and from this distance Colin could see his expression. He knew he wouldn't make it in time, and threw out Windscar from its sheathe as hard as he could, tapping it to spin it around during his descent.

He grabbed the hilt, vanishing. He reappeared in front of the man, Windscar pressing against the dagger. Colin grunted, pushing it away from himself and the woman, to whom he quickly shouted out to: "GO! GET AWAY, RIGHT NOW! HE'S ATTACKING YOU!" Colin stopped dead, understanding what had happened. He could feel the blade on his left side, his enhanced defense preventing it form cutting his skin. However, the curse.... it was melting his shirt, combining it with his skin. That hurt. He pushed Windscar a bit, and with a powerful sidestroke of his wings, persuaded the man to get the hell away. Then Colin struck, his sword coming from the right side. The man blocked it with his knife, his sleeve falling away to reveal strangely bloated purple skin. Colin pressed off him, attacking him from the other side. He was blocked once again, although he could feel quite a bit of effort behind the movement. Colin smiled, increasing his pace a bit, his feet flashing around he increased his strokes, light and quick. 5, 10, 20, 30, all moving faster and faster. The demon tried blocking them, but Colin kept getting through past the knife, cutting more and more nicks in the beasts defense. It roared at him eventually jumping back. It pointed its hand at him and shouted something that sounded like a prayer. Colin's eyes flew open, recognizing the sound of it.

As the energy left the demon's hand, Colin was already moving. He spun around with another sidestroke of his wings, getting an extra spurt of speed as he brought around his sword, seeming as if he had some resistance in the air he was pressing against. Suddenly, as the sphere came ominously close, Colin stopped struggling across and leveled his sword at his side. Suddenly, a slash of invisible reiatsu flew out like a breath of wind. However, it was much more dense than any wind usually seen. It closed in on the bomb, hitting right into it. It met a small amount of resistance, fighting for about two seconds before it split the attack in half and raced at the owner. It flew at him, cutting him in the middle of his stomach would have been, a great spurt of blood flowing forth. Colin nodded, approving of his handiwork as he heard the remnants of the bomb explode in the distance. He brought Windscar in front of him with a swish and into its sheathe, turning to where he knew the arrancar was. He spoke, casting his gaze back out to the distance.

"Name: Colin Washi. Rank: Co-Head of the Vizard Corps. If you are so inclined, my cybernetic eye is giving me a lot of info. Specifically, about a horde of demons that THIS fellow..." Colin gestured to the now flaming remains on the ground some twenty five feet away from Colin and the tree, which he was close to. "His death apparently notified them. Now, as I can count at least 60, are you ready...? I finished that one, so I suppose it to only be right you have the next foe."

Colin grabbed his sword hilt, his mind buzzing with anticipation. Plus, it would be a good way to learn more about Windscar. He was still fairly new to the blade, and hoped he would be able to learn more about the weapon he had chosen to represent him. The arrancar he could see in the tree seemed alright, according to his stress reader. With another user of cero, bala, and garganta, among other things on his side, it was good to know Colin had an ally in this. He also wasn't sure about that woman he had thrown away from the demon before and what her purpose was. In any case...

Colin closed his right eye, putting both hands in front of his body. He extended his reach, creating a triangle-shaped opening. Then he slowly brought it towards himself as the first few demons spread out onto the path in front of him. He released the second state of his bankai, now at the level of a typical Quincy's final form in terms of forms. The feathers shot out from around his head and sprouted around his feet, creating his feather boots and headdress. The feathers descended in two great lines to the back of his legs, and his feet were energized by the energy there. He was ready for a fight, and ready to finally try out his new blade...

Sleeping Victim [Open] Empty Re: Sleeping Victim [Open]

Apperantly playing possum wasn't working, as suddenly, a power source was there. The woman sprung like a wound up spring, putting her hands on the ground, and hand standing, before pushing off, flipping in the air, and landing on her feet, before flipping two more times : it gave her distance, as she crouched, her body almost tense. The green haired woman watched the winged male combat : but his energy was strange. Not a Sugiura, not an Iramasha : a shinigami then? But there was a trace of hollow, as the green haired woman slipped two of the set of her sacred weapons in her hands. She was ready to assist, but it seemed as if the male could take care of it. There was a terse smile, but he introduced himself first, along with his rank and position. Vizard. That explained a great deal. The woman just bowed her hand, and gave a straight bow.

''Sugiura Marama. I have no rank, no position : I am but a wanderer for the moment.'' she said, her voice soft and yet smooth. It held courtesy, but almost a tentative power as well. Knowledge was power, and the woman prided herself on being well read. She could feel where the demons have traveled on this ground, and the earth, the trees, seemed to whisper things to her. Nonchalantly walking up to a tree, where a demon was hiding, the woman simply placed her hand on it. There was a slight flow of energy, moving from her hand to the tree, and it was so minimal, the flow, that the demons just stared at her. A smirk touched the side of her face, as the branches suddenly grew so much, into a cage that circled around the demons : and then some. Lances of wood pierced the demons in the trees, and roots flew from the ground, wrecking havoc. Letting go of the tree, it continued it's rampage, as she took out her Sacred. The tree alone could handle 10 or more : it had already dispatched five. That left quite a few, as the woman smiled.

''Come on.'' she said, that voice of hers almost hinting at danger. The demons began to advance, as the woman's daggers flew out like a circle, slicing and cutting through the demons in a dance : the wires were causing a whistling sound, as her dance was one such of death. Blood was flying all over, her body was like a bending tide, moving such as an acrobat in battle, her body lithe and beautiful, as her green strands were floating. However perfect her form, she missed the demons sneaking up behind her.

The arrancar scowled as he pulled out his blades, seeing the winged vizard quickly dispatch of the demon. You have got to be kidding me. he thought to himself, sighing. He hopped down from the tree, not aware of the demons around. "J'veras Nosfertunda." he introduced himself, before he noticed the woman was no longer where she last was, turning around to see her up and ready to fight, daggers at the ready.

"Sugiura Marama." the woman had introduced herself as well.

"Colin, was it? You mentioned a demon attack?" he scowled, giving a polite nod to the woman, just out of acknowledgement, before he noticed the strange energy in the air, tensing up. Now he knew exactly what the Vizard had meant. He barely had time to dodge as the demons all exited from their hiding, attacking quickly, using sheer numbers instead of talent. J'veras scowled again and sidestepped one of their slow slashes, hsi sword piercing his chest smoothly. Never a wasted movement with combat, the Arrancar quickly became the deadly dancer he had a reputation for, swords whirling and dodging. He turned to notice the woman doing just as well in combat. But he noticed the Demon sneaking up behind her. "Tear them apart, Lupus!" he called to his Zanpakuto, tossing the blade on the chains of Reishi at the demon behind Marama, the absurdly sharp blade piercing through the demon's side, and the chain continuing to wrap around the demon securely.

"You should be more careful, Lady." he scowled, giving the Chain a tug and pulling the demon onto his other sword, Impaling it headfirst. He noticed another demon chanting, the same strange chant he heard before the first demon had tossed that bomb like thing at the Vizard. shit, you have GOT to be kidding me. he scowled. He didn't think he would have enough time to make it to defend the woman, not that he thought she really needed help. "Colin, Bomb thing. I'm kind of preoccupied.." he grunted as a demon managed to catch him in the side, the knife not cutting his Hierro, but more melted against his skin, hitting the open patch of his Haori. "ah, shit, ya little bastard." he growled, taking both blades to the demon's neck. He barely dodged another from the side, the blade barely nicking him. "agh." he scowled, He had started out good, but now the Arrancar was getting clumsy. He growled as he barely ducked yet another attack, before he noticed the numbers slowly dwindling. They were holding off against the onslaught sucessfully. But not enough, he noticed, as the one charging that bomb was still chanting, the glowing sphere of energy now about as big around as a novelty beach ball and still growing, maybe that was why the Arrancar was getting sloppy, the energy throwing him off. He scowled again as he tossed the chained blade around him, creating a slight whirlwind of reishi as he started to let loose.

"Oh no you don't, you pathetic worms!" he growled as three more caught him, grabbing him by the arms. "Shit." he scowled, he was not in a good spot.

Sleeping Victim [Open] Empty Re: Sleeping Victim [Open]

Thu Dec 15, 2011 9:00 pm

Colin sighed, running his right hand through his green highlighted hair as he got a good look at the woman for the first time as he shifted his wings into his feather blade. Oh, the irony. Green hair, even was a wanderer for crying out loud. Talk about two peas in a pod... He reeled his arm back, seeing a wave approaching him, about 7 in total. He could hear the sounds of the other two beginning to do battle, and wasn't about to be let out of doing his part. Reminds me of myself quite a bit. No organization to call home, no rank to show who you can depend on. Being a wanderer's tough, but at the very least... He threw his arm forwards, the feathers sliding into place as it moved. Each feather linked onto the tail of the last, creating in just a moment a long, sharp chain of feathery doom. It teaches you how to survive.

The blade moved over, the link running through the various demon's middle parts. It wasn't pretty, and he could feel the feathers on the end of his sword turning brown from the blood they had spilt. Then he vanished, his feathered feet glowing for just a moment. He appeared at the end of the line of demons that had been approaching him, and his body was pointed backwards. He was facing the demons, but his arms were up against his chest, as well as his left leg. The right leg, however, was simply reeled up, and Colin let loose the full momentum of the shunpo he had performed in a large BOOM kick on the demon on that end as he connected with it, the top of his foot hitting the top part and his heel hitting the demon's waist. It exploded into its former comrades, sending all the body parts flying while Colin reached his feet to the ground, nodding. He was satisfied with his work thus far, and turned around to see how the others were doing. Suddenly, he could see J'veras (whom he was considering just nicknaming "J") was being held down. He realized that J had cried out at him while he shunpo'ed, and Colin cursed, holding both Windscar and his Feather blade at his sides.

He stepped on the ground, the passive efeect of BOOM kick exploding him out. He vanished as he neared J from the side, reappearing on the other side with Windscar in his right hand and his wings reformed. The three that had been holding J down suddenly froze, and then literally fell to pieces around J. What Colin had done was simple. He had pushed down onto the ground while he shunpo'ed, throwing him above J. Then he whipped around Feather Blade like a blending machine with J in its center. He had also released a scream of his hollow in that instant; the great screech would instictively cause J to freeze for a moment as Colin transmitted a message to him via kido. DON'T MOVE. WAIT TILL YOU CAN SEE ME. These actions together should allow J to not move and get the job done correctly. Then, Colin had simply transformed the blade instead of retracting it, allowing J to be safe as they went around to Colin's back. He flapped them once, reappearing on J's other side.

He turned around to see the demon smiling as it loosed the attack, since J's grip had been distracted. Colin leaped in front of J, the attack's target. He bent backwards, his head facing J as the attack neared them. His wings performed an upstroke, throwing Colin back fast enough. He lifted his right foot up, stretching it back as the attack loomed. His left foot remained firmly planted on the ground with his hands, and Colin struck. His leg shot out, hitting the Boru Shi head-on. He winced as he felt the leg burn a bit, but felt satisfied as a large BOOM kick connected with the sphere of demonic energy, throwing it back at its originator. Colin leapt up with a flap of his wings and hopped on his left foot for a moment, a little bit comical as he waved his right foot around to stop the burning. He finally was able to look around to see how the Sugiura was doing. He nearly laughed at the tree, killing demons. He spoke, as they had a brief moment.

"Well. Never seen a tree act like THAT before. Usually, I protect THEM from being wasted in battle, but seems they can take care of themselves, eh? In any case, great job, Marama. And it may interest you to know" He turned to face the next small swarm of three demons leaping down onto him from a high branch. He simply threw out his right hand to his side, finishing the creation of a dense, whirling energy that had been growing as he leapt around, swinging Windscar. "I was a wanderer once, also. For about four hundred years." He looked up at the demons, taking a step forward and loosing the attack, the Airwave flyiing at the demons. Then, suddenly, the wings on his back dispersed, going into his hands. However, his feather blade did not appear. Instead, a green bow took its place. Ten feathers of his headdress went into the bow as he notched it, forming a green arrow of energy (that slightly glowed), and faced towards the sky, above the still wriggling pieces of demon flesh. "Being with people you can trust around you... advances yourself a lot quicker. At least in my experience." He finished, loosing the green arrow into the sky. It was a sky shot, and ten more feathers in the shape of smaller arrows flew down, each nailing a part of the sliced demons, two of them in most of the parts.

The parts stopped moving, and the feathers returned to Colin's headdress. His bow went back onto his back as his wings, and he threw down his right foot, flapping his wings and launching off with a BOOM kick at the next wave of demons that were facing them. However, this time, a line of them were starting to load those attacks, and Colin's eyes widened as he counted 11 in their number. Well, carp. I can't stop that many!

"HEADS UP, YOU TWO!"

He yelled at the top of his lungs, no time to mess with kido. His hand slid across his face as he sheathed Windscar, putting both hands out in front of him, looking at his enemy with his fingers separate and extended. The mask of his hollow slid onto his face, along with that voice. Next time, It began, the sarcasm dripping from his sadistic hollow's voice. Tell me before I suddenly cry out of your mouth. Its disgusting in there. Seriously, when was the last time you brushed your teeth? Colin rolled his eyes, as his hollows energy exploded in a small field around him and focused in on his fingers. The demons were beginning to finish their casting, and seemed to be waiting to all be firing at once. Well, I'm sorry. But I need your help now, so let's get this over with. His hollow gave a general mummer of agreement, and he saw the demons fire their attacks simultaneously. Colin waved his hands, firing off 10 bala. One, he knew, was headed at J. He trusted the man would be able to stop it, his hands were now free. Colin got nine of them, but missed the last one, the furthest to his left.

It was flying at Marama, and he gave a curse, disappearing. He had no time to think, he just acted. He reappeared in front of the girl, the Boru Shi hitting him. His hollow's reiatsu causing him to be weightless, it threw him at an angle into the sky, slamming him into Marama's tree before it finally exploded. Colin took the brunt of the blast, and became lodged in a crevice of his body's shape from the explosion. It wasn't enough to seriously damage him, but it did hinder him. He had to disorient himself before he could dislodge himself from the tree, unless someone helped them. He hoped that they could handle those ten, otherwise they were all in deep trouble until he got outta that crevice. Colin had an absurd recollection as he began trying to sort himself out; George of the Jungle slamming into a giant oak hard enough to tumble it into a river. As such, there was a small, strange smile on his confused face as he tried to get himself out of his predicament, meaning the other two were going to have to fight without him for a few moments...

    Saved. Twice.

    The fuck was this.

The Sugiura usually didn't swear, but one had to admit this was extraordinary circumstances, and even weirder moments. The self-reliant woman had been saved twice : once by the arrancar she had not really noticed, and she was ashamed at that [she would make a note to tangle her senses out more : living among isolated places where humans were relatively free of hollows and dangers had spoiled her. That was something that would not do : not at all. It was unpleasant too, to think of the fact that she had been sloppy : that had to change.] and the second time by the shinigami thing, that had produced a hollow scream. The Sugiura was dealing with things out of her control, things she had no routine to take care of. It was irritating her.

''Fuck it.'' she said, as the two males seemed busy : the balls were launched, but the demons were still kicking. That was her job, as a smirk touched her lips, green eyes flashing. ''You guys have done more then enough here : time to settle you into place.'' she said, almost haughty sounding, as the demons were growing angered. That was the point : she was goading them. They couldn't know exactly what her plan was, as her lips moved, almost soundless. Without warning, chains of poison ivy, blooming with Belladona flowers, wrapped around each demon : and roots came out, clinging to them deeper, starting to drag them down into the it. The creatures were confused, thrashing and screaming : but with a flick, senbons were placed into vital artery points, causing their muscles to lock up.

Inside of Marama's head, there was a shrill giggle. 'Kill them, go ahead, do it do it! Kill them Marama, kill them! They hurt nature they deserve to die. OFFER THEIR BLOOD TO ME.' said that shrill voice, as the woman kept her face blank, the roots dragging them down, her own green hair stirring into the wind. The feeling of life itself judging the demons was hilarious, but it was still existent. And she was it's pillar, the knives flicking in her fingers, wondering if there was more. More foes.

The voice in her head was blood thirsty and pressed for more.

J'veras scowled as he was prone to do, ducking under a leg sweep from one of the demons, not noticing the large orb of energy that was hurled his way. "Shit!" he cursed, slamming his blade into the orb to stop it, before the metaphorical lightbulb lit up, noticing a larger horde of the demons shambling closer, he adjusted the blade, sending the orb of sheer demonic power up high into the air. "heh, Geronimo!" he grinned widely, aiming the ball as he Sonido'ed up to the right height, spinning and slamming the blade into the dense ball of energy, spiking it right into the crowd of surprised demons, the energy being pushed with an extra push from the Arrancar's own bala, the excess energy causing the ball of power to explode spectacularly, taking out the brunt of the horde he had surprised with it. "Hah! eat it, bitches!" he cackled, his wild side taking over as he saw the vines ensnare other demons from the Marama woman's zanpakuto. He chuckled, before being clipped in the side by a quick blast of energy from a demon, fast as his own Bala. He growled, the hit nothing more than a prick on his Hierro.

"It'll take more than that to defeat me!" he growled, before the same energy battered him from all around. "Damn, there are more of them than I thought." he groaned, his Hierro barely withstanding the barrage of more than 60 of the rapid bolts of strong energy. Looks like I have to do that now, Lupus. Resserrecion. he thought to himself with a grim sigh. He tossed his blades up in the air, before jumping after them, slamming the balls of his feet into the pommel of his blades, letting out a loud howl as the heavy coat of Reishi coating the Arrancar's entire body purple. "Howling at the silver moon! Destroy! Fael Lupus!" his howl echoed through the forest, the howl carrying immense pressures of reishi.

The aquamarine haired male landed back on the ground, his reishi dispersing around him, revealing the now drastically changed Arrancar. His clothes being replaced with a seemingly thick layer of maroon tinted bone. The two small bones under his eyes thickened, forming a more prominent triangular shape; and his feet and hands replaced by lupine-like hands, each digit ending in a slight claw. "heh, time to get dangerous." he smirked, before vanishing, two demons suddenly dropping in the new horde. He looked over to Colin and Marama, making sure they could hold their own, as he quickly dodged behind an attacking demon, tearing it apart with his claws.

"You two can hold them off, mostly, right? I'll try to find their big leader." he explained, scowling as he barely dodged another of the shambling demons, being distracted.

Colin shook his head, clearing his mind just in time to here J before he ran off. Well then...Colin thought, examining the strange pickle he was in. He pushed down on his open hands with all his might, and the tree gave a great groan of stress as Coli pushed his torso away from it. Then he pushed on the tip of his toes, getting out his legs. Finally, he pushed with both arms and legs at once, getting out his waist... and falling right onto the ground on his back. He looked up and saw Marama... but... it wasn't Marama. She looked... strange. He got up, throwing down his legs and putting pressure on his knees, his arms extended. He was facing the roots and stood up, turning back around to face Marama with his zanpakto held loosely in his right hand.

"Marama... Are you alright...? You... wow... nice work..."

Colin managed to get up, appreciating Marama's handiwork. He saw all the plants, as well as the senbon needles. Well... I'm not getting much sleep tonight... He thought to himself, looking over to the next wave that was advancing. He could still sense J, searching for their leader. He hoped the arrancar would be alright. He knew that for the most part, J's kind could hold for themselves, but he was still worried about the arrancar. He hoped that if he ran into any trouble, he would come back to ask them for help. They were comrades now, after all. That was how it went. And if these demons thought they could waste the lives of his comrades...

They were dead wrong...

Colin began moving, turning to face the ones in the distance. His right hand moved swiftly as he made to sheathe Windscar, preparing for a new tactic. He wasn't quite sure what was going on, however, he did have a plan on how to keep them both safe, while J did whatever. He turned his head to face Marama, his fingers beginning to move like they were pushing invisible buttons on a large panel. They were speeding up as he talked, jabbing with more and more force each time.

"Alright. here's my suggested plan. I'll take out the ones in the distance however I can. Any that I may miss, you take care of with your roots. And however else you can. That way, neither of us overextends ourselves and we work together to reach our maximum potential."

He smiled at her, facing the the enemies again, and the smile left his face. His fingers were moving at full speed now as the demons were advancing, and he could see clearly what they all were thinking. His fingers began to glow and spark as he finished his words.

"All in all, I believe its the best strategy we have, for now. Alright?"

Colin's fingers suddenly glowed, and began releasing energy. He began firing off bala's, firing one with each jab of his fingers. The small balls of energy flew into the demons, knocking them off their feet, dealing damage. Some were incinerated on contact, others were hit over and over. Of course, he was bound to miss a few, and began counting them as he fired. His zanpakto was now safely in his sheathe once more; the bala were sailing at his opponents. Ten got through his onslaught, but he trusted Marama would be able to get them. They were broken up, three groups of two demons and the other four all breaking for him alone.

He gritted his teeth, firing bolt after shiny bolt at the advancing horde of demons. Two more got past, but he nicked one on the shoulder with a stray bala, sending it flying back where its comrades were. Its partner kept advancing, and Colin was still relying on Marama to keep the plan working. He swallowed sharply; The cost of maintaing the stream was beginning to show. He could keep up this barrage, for a while. He knew the signs; his body would become quite stressed. His eyes would begin failing him, his concentration would drift, his limbs feel heavier. However, he was optimistic that J would be able to stop their leader and the onslaught before the hollow's energy usage could get that far.

He began panting, the bodies of the demons sprawled out in front of the clearing he was defending. His fingers weren't moving as fast, and he knew that if he was going to keep up the pace, he was going to have to switch into another form, bankai or his resserectoin. He wouldn't use his ress, only if things were getting really bad. If he used that... he shivered visibly at the thought. The entire forest would be layed to waste... and it would be all his fault. There was no way he could do that... at least not here. A bead of sweat slowly dripped down the side of his face... as he waited...

Waited for J...

Total number of missed demons: 25.

The sounds of bloody screams and deafening explosions were heard throughout the park that was once tranquil.Demons had swarmed our heroes but their was one who went unmentioned.Earlier that day, before a normal park became a battle ground, there Kei sat on a bench close to one of the walls enclosing the park.Nearby shrubberies all around and a small tree planted just over head, the now snoozing man.Just a minute or two in his deep sleep he awoke with a sickening stench of a decaying kind, some thing very unusual and pungent. He got up covering his mouth and nose in the stench, and noticed a man passing by with an unusual aura and a twisted grin.Normally Kei would find this suspicious but given his usual mood, he ignored it.Shrugging it off, he then tried falling asleep but he awoke much un-easy and the feeling as if the air got thicker and closer to his body.He got up, a little upset that his nap was ruined but much more determined in investigating what would take place.

Upon observation he took note of the dark aura that consumed the park and formed a type of barrier just above head.He could see the grass dying as large patches of brown began spreading.Kei wasn't too familiar but he had the sense that this was demon work.A hollow couldn't produce such a powerful barrier even if one were to escape into the city and just simply brought about his answer. The man who walked pass must have had something to do with it but he wasn't sure on just pointing his fingers at anyone he didn't feel comfortable with."Demons in a park, just what on earth are they thinking? Perhaps this calls for a bit of snooping though it really isn't in my mood." He thought before closing his eyes and releasing his senses. He could pick up two hollow-like entities though one had immense spiritual pressure the other wasn't as much. The next was believed to be a suigara but not knowing what exactly a suigara was he just assumed it as a shinigami. Then there was a small demonic trace of energy that quickly expanded as multiple traces appeared instant. He opened his eye's , feeling the wind stop and an army of demons stormed in.With a bit of puzzling together and a few moment's to think before taking action he came up with a simple theory.

"Okay, it's obvious to state the demon that entered the park had fallen to the three sensed earlier, my next guess is that demon had a particular hive mind ability and sent out a distress once it fell.if i'm correct these are just minions leading up to the bigger boss and by the feel of this barrier it will be surprisingly powerful than the others." Interrupting his thoughts for a moment small group of demons started dashing towards his direction.Though they hadn't gotten any closer and was quickly picked of by a couple of concentrated beams, fired from an orb formed in his left arm stretching outward. Most were lucky enough to only have been immobile by the effects of the attack though some were unfortunate and sustained critical wounds.Whatever remained were later drawn underground by roots of some kind.He could feel a stronger more threatening energy emitting just in front of a large tree and a girl no visible from Kei view was simple going crazy in slaughtering the demons completely. Closer he could see a winged man taking out many before trying to console her and an Arrancar that appeared to have faced some difficulty.

Kei would possible think of escaping before another wave appeared, but now Kei was convinced that the barrier was some how summoning the demons and would later bring about the leader. That, and also if he had tried to destroy on his own he would have ran out of energy as it simply surpass his usual skill.Though he did think of a few cons. One would be that the demons would spawn in the center of the park. Two, It should keep innocent souls/civilians out so they wouldn't be harmed.

Kei wasted no time, he began materializing glowing swords out of his own reiatsu and ran towards the small group sitting at the base of the large tree, as an excellent place to receive cover and come up with a plan in stopping this threat. The blades shot off, no quicker than a bullet but with excellent precision.Killing off whatever remained and breaking into shards that exploded onto whatever stood in it's way. The tree itself tried to take a shot at the man but his swords quickly made work of the flailing branch. He paused for a mere second, feeling his body react the first time the demon walked by and a giant seal quickly appeared in the center of the park as he predicted, this time with a possible number of a hundred or a thousand the most. "I;d advice you all to stay on your guards, and not hope this is all your energy has to offer." He said turning focused one the army that would emerge from the seal.
