Is it just me or am I the only one who doesn't understand your fascination of flight? I mean you could actually use your reiatsu to climb up higher. I even seen you do that multiple times in the past. So why would you want to fly?

I just think it is pretty cool.

Andrew couldn't remember much, but he did remember looking up at the skies with a smile on his face. He had seen technology that would give people the ability to fly through the air but to see a fully functioning floating city was always a surprise to him. Andrew had remained unassuming, watching rather peacefully the sky and the railway that kept going back and forth. He almost seemed child like in his curiousity with how it worked. Eventually he did stand up and began to explore the area with a big smile on his face. He had some cookies he baked in tow, nibbling on them casually as he looked at the architecture of the city. It did look very impressive when it came to the aesthetics, but he had wondered about the how the city was being able to float in the air. He did hope that there was equally a fair amount of attention given to the maintenance of the floating because he knew all too well through cooking that even if something looked good, it didn't mean that it could taste good. However, his attention had been separated for a brief moment from a spike of reiatsu. He didn't know where it did come from, but he knew better. He wasn't trying to make any kind of disturbance so for now he was going to keep an unassuming presence as he explored. Even with the spike he wanted to enjoy what time he had left on the city before going to see what was going on.

Normally the people of Karakura town, Even Sukai Karakura wouldn't have even noticed the spike in Reiatsu. Though Andrew was obviously not a 'normal' person. When the spike had subsided and Andrew went to investigate he'd only hear a single word before being blinded "Bankai" When the flash disappeared and Andrew could see through the thick cloud of smoke he'd see a male standing there as the scream of hollow's filled the air "Hihio, Zabimaru!" The male standing infront of him was wearing a fur cowl around his neck. The cowl appears to be the fur of an ape and thus, the ape's skull could be seen over Renji's left shoulder while the rest of the fur extends to cover his right arm.

Infront however, Was something almost not heard of in a very very long time, Not one, But two Gillian class menos we're attacking the barrier that protected Sukai Karakura and there we're quite a few regular class hollow's waiting to try to get in...Now normally this would be impossible however...If one had paid attention, There was something happening in Hueco Mundo, Hollow's of all degree's we're attacking much more frequently and they seemed to be getting more organized....Such a thing was unheard of since Aizen....Which was well over 500 years ago but now was not a time to be thinking about the past as Renji launched himself into the air and right out of the barrier, Whipping Zabimaru infront of him "Hikotsu Taihō" Right after the words we're spoken the parts of Zabimaru that connected it split just briefly and the Reiatsu that connected them showed very vividly, Zabimaru's mouth opened and fired a dense blast of concentrated spiritual energy from Zabimaru's mouth.

Hikotsu Taiho looked similiar to that of a Cero, But much more devastating when used correctly, And as the blast fired it not only destroyed most of the hollow's, But took one of the Gillian class Menos out as well, Though the partsof Zabimaru broke apart after the blast and Renji was panting a bit they we're soon called back and reformed rather rapidly...Renji had been able to reconstruct Zabimaru much quicker since the time of Aizen's betrayal....

Andrew...

Andrew stood up as he heard someone said bankai. A shinigami must have been nearby. At first his eyes fell on the lieutenant's badge that was on his arm and he spoke softly,"Crap..." Andrew's eyes then fell on the bankai itself and he started to put two and two together. Though he had met him personally, he had heard stories about him. But even with the shinigami here, there was something much more important to do. There were plenty of hollows that surrounded the flying city and he couldn't just stand idly by and let someone get hurt. Regardless about who he was. he was going to aid the lieutenant. Eventually the vizard simply chuckled while shaking his head. "Well, break time's over and now it is time to get down to business," he said while smiling softly. As Andrew slowly rose to his feet, a hollow loomed over him. It gave him a guttural growl but stopped before Andrew put his hand up to say to give him a couple more minutes. The hollow tilted its head to the side, confused as the vizard was stretching his back and his legs before taking his sword out. The hollow's gaze lowered at him for wasting the hollow's time and with another roar it charged straight at him. His eyes narrowed as well at the hollow but then a happy smile formed on his face as the flame like reiatsu began burn low as if he had been smoldering as he swung his blade at the hollow. Though he lacked the speed, he still was determined.

He took his zanpaktou out, speaking softly as he looked up at the hollow. "Cook, Tetsu Itamae." As steam shot out of the blade's edge, he spun it quickly to slice the hollow's arm. As the creature roared in frustration, it swung its hand into Andrew and immediately he positioned the tip of his sword to meet the hand head on. He skidded on the ground, clenching his teeth tightly as he worked on pushing the hollow back while driving his weapon deeper into its flesh before aiming his finger up at the hollow's mask. "Hadō number four, byakurai." He fired off a bolt of lightning from his fingertip, hitting the hollow in the mask to push the blade out of the hollow's hand to give Andrew the time needed to swing hard to shatter the mask.

It was right around this time that Zabimaru swong around and smashed right into the hollow's Mask, Destroying it instantly as it swong back around towards the remaining Gillian who was about to fire yet another Cero, Though this time it was aimed right for Andrew. After it was fired off Renji had lost track of where it had actually went, Thinking it was aimed for the Barrier again as he launched Zabimaru back at the Gillian, Though the impact didn't smash the mask completely, It did crack it considerably and forced the Gillian back to Hueco Mundo and from this point it was a simple clean up job.

He began swinging Zabimaru around, trying to take out as many hollow's in a single swing as he could 'Damn...Why the hell are there so many damn hollows? Could what Gin have said...Be true?' He thought to himself...Even now he was still doubting Gin

Damn where are these hollows coming from?!

Andrew, a gillian is about to fire a cero at us and the shinigami needs help to "cull the herd". You know what you need to do, identities be damned in this case.

You're right Tetsu, okay time to do this.

As the gilligan charged the cero, a black and white spice began to build up in his blade when he knew what was needed from him. Looking up at the gillian, he then smiled softly as he slammed the blade into the ground as he pointed the edge of his weapon at his own body. "Bankai." A flurry of black and white flames erupted from his shikai to make Andrew look like he was on a funeral pyre. As the flames died down, he held a pair of spoons in his hands while now dressed in a chef's uniform. He kept his eyes closed as he spoke softly,"Musha Itamae." He then spoke into his spoons, storing away shakkaho and enkosen into his spoons and put his offensive spoon onto his back. He needed to free his hand as he then spoke once more. "Doragon arashi!" A tornado of his spice shot from the palm of his hand and as he kept the stream steady, he then shouted to the lieutenant. "Hey! If I were you I would watch out for this next part!" He spun his spoon once again to point the teeth of the pasta spoon club and slashed it through his tornado to create small sparks. Eventually the sparks began to react in unison to create a tornado of fire that Andrew had been guiding with his free hand, using the burning powers of his spice to incinerate through the hollow hordes.

Protecting himself from the male was an easy task for the Lieutenant, Easily using Shunpo to escape the blast before it even got close to him, It took quite a long time before the hollow's finally ceased their appearance, And by then Renji was starting to get tired. After releasing his Bankai he sheathed his Zanpaktou and sighed softly "Two Menos....In the human world?" He wondered to himself, Why? How? They hadn't stepped foot in the human world in hundred's of years...So why now? Never the less Renji looked over to the man that had helped, Finally noticing the hollow mask

"So your a Vizord huh?" He asked, his eyes narrowing slightly. Renji didn't think much of them in all honesty....He appreciated their help against Aizen, But even then it really wasn't needed "Thanks for the help" He said earnestly 'Still....I need to get ahold of one of the Captain's and ask about this....The number of hollow attacks have done nothing but increased and now...It's getting out of hand, If he hadn't come to help...' He continued thinking to himself, Gin had to of been speaking the truth, With how many hollow's and the like we're appearing....As much as Renji hated admitting that traitor was right....He had too, What Gin said....The amount of hollow's that we're appearing and attacking, It wasn't random...It was organized, They came in waves now instead of randomly attacking any spirit that happened to be in the world of the living, Even menos began appearing in the human world now....

Well it was going to happen sooner or later, now we play the game "is he going to kill me?" now.

Andrew had almost expected the lieutenant to take a shot against him since the hollows were no longer a threat. However, he didn't expect him to know so quickly since he had not accessed the power of his inner hollow let alone his own mask. But then again there was always that possibility that he can be able to get out of the fight hopefully on good mutual terms. But it would seem that the day was young and from the sound of things this was not the first instance of the hollows attacking the floating city. Andrew's hand smoked after the flames died down, the smell of pure heat coming from the palm of his hand thanks to the spice that he wielded as a weapon. Andrew didn't really say anything at first since the lieutenant seemed to be lost in thought. Turning his head, his glasses shined in the light as he wondered if this wasn't the first attack that the hollows had done today alone. What if there were other attacks? The gears in his head continued to turn slowly as he went into a contemplative moment. He seemed to be only looking out in the sky before he finally decided to say something. Shifting his bankai's chef hat, he spoke to the lieutenant again. "Hey if you need any help with the hollows I can be pretty good in a pinch. Along with my spice I do have my spoons that have a couple aces up their sleeves and in a pinch I can create some explosive knives." Andrew could practically hear his hollow roll his eyes when he spoke with the lieutenant. Vizard or not, Andrew could see the lieutenant was in need of some help.

"Tell me...How many hollows have you fought against in the past month?" He asked the male, His eyes taking a very serious tone to them "I ask because the number of hollow attacks have almost tripled in the past month alone and now Menos Grande are beginning to appear in the Human world, Something that hasn't happened in hundreds of years." His body was leaning slightly to the left as he talked, His eyes showed he was still thinking on something. There was nothing Renji could think of that would allow the Hollow's to be attacking with such precision or so frequently...It might sound like Renji was complimenting them...And he was in a very small way but....How? How we're they getting so organized, Who was controlling them? Was it another higher level hollow? Perhaps a Vasto Lorde? That was the only thing he could think of...It couldn't be Aizen, Aizen was still locked away....

Renji shook his head as he sighed and began looking around as though something was coming 'Why now?' He wondered 'Why are they getting so grouped up and attacking? What's causing it...Is something happening in Hueco Mundo?' "I gotta talk to a Captain about this..."

"I fought a few of them last month, but I figured it was simply because of the location since I faced them in Saburo."

Andrew had been looking out into the distance once again as his mind went back to Saburo. Even though there had been some time between now and then, still he figured that the reason why there were more attacks within Saburo since it looked like a warzone. With many of the buildings demolished and and ruin being the special of the day it was natural to think that hollows would frequent there. But in a place like Karakura, it looked like there had been security measures in place so that the hollows and whatever else would be kept in check. But as he thought about it, there had been something on his mind when he thought about what the lieutenant said. What if the hollows were "testing the fences" to find the weaknesses in the security system? But then he had begun to think about the second part of the question as he spoke once again. "I haven't seen any vasto lordes and it didn't look like there was anyone controlling them. However, the reason I had been there was that there was this girl that bitten off more than she could chew. She had been banged up pretty badly and she needed help." He had made sure to not say anything in regards of the base, or bring Yuri's and Tawny's names into it. He wasn't sure where Yuri stood with the shinigami and he didn't pose the question. For all he knew, Yuri could have been exiled as well. He then looked up again as he spoke. "If I get what you are trying to say, there's going to be more hollows coming in and I have a feeling that the hollows you faced might have some friends. Though finding a captain is important, securing the area is also important too." He had bad thoughts going through his head as he looked around. He had a feeling there were more in the floating city and something told him these things will come in like locusts.

"Securing the area has already been done by the barrier" He pointed out as he looked around "This is too strange for someone not to be behind it...A Vasto Lorde is the only thing that makes sense...Aizen's locked up still to my knowledge..." He sighed and shook his head "Anyway, What's your name boy?" He wondered, His attention now fully shifted to the Vizard "I don't remember ever seeing you in Soul Society so you must've been a low level Shinigami when you defected..." Though he might not've done it on purpose, And true he was a Vizard so he'd of been exiled anyway...To his knowledge most Vizard's that weren't allowed in Soul Society had defected, They weren't rejected. It was still odd though...So many high tier Hollow's we're attacking that even the Lieutenants we're being called in to help protect against them...Though this wasn't unusual completely, For them to be called so much, And sometimes be forced to take extended stays because of the hollow attacks....It was definitely weird

"You say you fought a few, How many is a few?" He wondered "And where was it again? Was there any specific's you can tell me about the layout or perhaps something they might've been after?" Renji had a feeling this man had SOMETHING to hide, What it was he wasn't sure, All Renji knew was that there was something the male was hiding, And Renji was determined to find out what it was, Even if it killed the man in front of him to do so. These we're trying times to be sure with the amount of hollow attacks, And withholding information from an 'ally' could be detrimental to not only yourself, but to everyone around you as well.
