» Appearance Description: Fiorenze is a rather elusive and unusual looking man, and as such, tends to stand out in a crowd. With his shaggy, pale silver hair that moves down to his ears, and the sharp green orbs that sit upon his face, he can seem to be rather intimidating at times--even more so are the bandages that seem to completely cover his torso and arms from top to bottom, sans his hands. They appear to have not been moved at all from when they were first put on, and don't seem to be concealing any sort of injury. When removed, they reveal what appears to be a large variety of dark red, tribal-styled tattoos--though we'll get onto that later. If necessary, he also wears a pair of reading glasses, due to his own far-sightedness. His body is rather well-built due to years of good fitness and training, and there is almost always a fake cigarette hanging out of his lips (it's not tobacco, it's just for appearances... it actually tastes like candy).

» Personality: Hot-headed, brash and always ready for a fight. Fiorenze likes to prove that he's the best at whatever he does, and whatever he does is very rarely pretty or 'nice'. He's a bit of an idiot when it comes to studies, and it shows. He's had a lot of time being raised by the family, and because of that he seems to be a bit of a spoiled brat--this is something that's been getting better recently, though not a whole lot. He likes setting things on fire, and explosions are even better.

As a guy with a bit of a rebellious streak, he quite often gets frustrated with being told what to do--he's definitely a delinquent. He is, however, a delinquent with a soft heart and a kind word for the right people. Although he has a rough and mean exterior, he will often allow himself to be beaten up or insulted for the greater good, protecting the weak and the like. A lot of the time it's bad for him, but he's been taught well by his father, for that at least. He appreciates his family, even if they are a bit too uptight for his taste.

» Background: Seventy-five years ago. It's already been seventy-five years since the Nucifora Family was run out of Sicily--a simple misunderstanding, sure, but certainly enough to get them completely blacklisted against ever returning to Italy. Knowing that they needed new ground, they decided to come to Japan--it was a country that had been well-protected against the new world threats, and with the large number of Hi-Spec and somewhat-powered people, they knew that Japan would give them the greatest potential. So, they travelled, reaching Japan and setting up shop in Karakura City, among the current Yakuza and the like.

Eventually, they went down a generation or two--and a boy named Fiorenze was born; the first child born to a Japanese mother and Italian father: the current Don. Hailing him as the birth of a new era, Fiorenze was coddled and yet taught life skills in ways that few would understand. Being prepared for life as the next Don of the Nucifora, Fiorenze was taught weapons and diplomatic skills, yet always seemed to have something of a fiery and rebellious streak, that they couldn't stamp out.

Of course, it eventually got worse. This child grew bruises on his body in strange patterns, covering his entire torso. Although his parents didn't think much of it at first, the bruises began to spread outwards, forming themselves into shapes reminiscent of tattoos. And then, not long after he turned ten, they ripped open and he screamed. He screamed as his torso began to burn. He screamed as he stood there, in the middle of his yard, while he burned away... and yet didn't die. He was fine, and the flames seemed.. to answer to him somehow. When he looked at his parents and nodded, they started to find ways to help him with it, training him, making him more powerful in preparation for what was to come... He would become their perfect Don.

» Natural Attributes:

Warm Flesh: Due to the power that sits just below his skin, Fiorenze's body temperature will always remain stable at 42 degrees Celsius (107 F), no matter what situation he finds himself in.

Enhanced Metabolism: In order to keep his powers sated, Fiorenze requires a great deal of food to be converted as fuel. If using any powers of his, he will find himself weakening and collapsing quickly unless he's had a lot to eat beforehand.

Enhanced Regeneration: A rare kind of regeneration--any open wounds will quickly close up as if there were nothing, though the rest of the healing must take time.

Resistance to Ice: Due to the heightened temperature of his body, ice-based attacks are less likely to deal long-lasting damage to Fiorenze.

Fuoco's Shroud: The spiritual device that appears like bandages around his body. They hold back most of his power, and must be released to be used. It's easy to release them--just take off a little bit, and the rest will disappear. In order to replace it, a simple statement in Italian must be spoken, and the rest will happen instantaneously.

» Soul State Evolution Stage 1 Appearance: Fiorenze is constantly in SSE 1, therefore his appearance doesn't change. Although it is stated that most of these abilities don't have a limit, the limit is imposed by Fiorenze's metabolic state.

» Soul State Evolution Stage 1 Abilities:

Flick: The easiest application of Fiorenze's abilities--by clicking his fingers and creating a minute amount of friction, he can light a small spark which is quickly increased in size to about that of a lighter's flame. He can hold this for as long as he wants, and it doesn't require a cooldown. It stays in his right hand.

Grenade: Condensing a relatively moderate amount of fire into a certain area of his hand, Fiorenze is able to lob it as if it were a ball. On collision, it will explode with the force of a generic hand grenade. He can create any amount of these in a post, and no cooldown is required.

Dynamite: Condensing a large amount of fire into a certain area of his hand, Fiorenze is able to place it and get away before it explodes. Depending on how he sets it, it can explode up to four rounds from creation. The explosives can only be recognized visually, so it's impossible for beings with spiritual knowledge to recognize the traces and follow them. They cannot be disarmed by anyone but Fiorenze, but they will not burn until exploding, so it's easy to just put them in another place. Five placed at strategic points of a building's foundation are able to level it with ease. He can create as many as his body will allow in one post, and the cooldown is however long he's set them to explode from creation. The explosive appears to be a frozen ball of fire, about the size of a tennis ball. It gives off minimal light.

Explosive Attacks: Fiorenze can imbue his physical attacks with fire, causing small explosions on collision with objects that he's attacking. Such things include punches and kicks. He can also send out a relatively large stream of fire with his attacks as well, moving in an arc fitting in with his motions.

» Soul State Evolution Stage 2 Appearance: Upon releasing the Fuoco's Shroud, Fiorenze's entire torso is suddenly lit aflame with a powerful fire. These flames are extremely painful to use, and must still follow a set guideline. Firstly, Fiorenze needs to have all three things for fire to survive. Heat, Fuel and Air. Luckily, heat and fuel are provided by his own Reishi and metabolism respectively. Air is simple enough, so his powers are generally useless in a vacuum. For some reason, though, his fire is unaffected by moisture or cold, and burns well enough that it's not as easy as dousing it with sand to get rid of the oxygen.

» Soul State Evolution Stage 2 Abilities:

Burning Touch: Fiorenze's flames burn at approximately 3000 degrees Celsius. Anything that can be affected will likely be affected and lit ablaze.

Absorption: Unless it's Reishi-based, Fiorenze is able to absorb fire and add it to his own body. It increases in size with more fire, with no upper limit involved. Once absorbed, the fire takes on the properties of Fiorenze's own flames.

Enhanced Abilities: All of Fiorenze's SSE1 abilities are doubled in power.

Forced Blast: Similar to a Bala, Fiorenze is able to take a certain amount of fire from his body (natural fire, that has been absorbed) and fire it off at an opponent quickly. This is a quick strike attack that comes from the palm of his hand.

Hexaflare: Similar to a Cero, Fiorenze initiates a process that takes the length of about half a post. Creating six small magic circles in mid-air, he is then able to create links between the centres and place the palm of his hand into it. A large amount of his absorbed fire travels down his arm and into the circle, building up in energy and heat until its fired off in a straight line. The blast is approximately five feet in diameter, heated at approximately twice the temperature of Fiorenze's usual fire. Everything within a foot of the blast is affected as if it were Fiorenze's usual temperature, and everything outside of that is untouched. The blast travels forwards at a rate of 50 feet per second, and travels for 200 feet before stopping. It's generally capable of melting through buildings, leaving a nice, smooth, and round hole. He can create one per post, though it depends on how much fire he's gathered. It generally takes about twice Fiorenze's fire to gather enough for a single shot.

Immunity to Heat/Cold: Fiorenze's fires shield him completely from both heat-based attacks and ice-based attacks. The fires cannot be frozen by abilities that can 'freeze fire', nor can they be absorbed by other fire-based attackers.
