A book a day Empty A book a day

A book a day S_styleo here's how the story went for this little life but a dream, he'd been placed in Squad two now. It was time for him to ready and set up to go, he'd been in this academy long enough to figure out many things. The way this place worked and people in here of natural skill and such were born. He'd been given a seat position something that wasn't to strange he guessed these days. He sat down, watching the clouds on his back. He'd found a nice little spot to lay down up, it was very comfortable and let him laze around slightly. The clouds in the skies of Shino were always so different, he'd packed what stuff he had. Swords and a couple books, he'd been rather attached too.

Reading was peaceful and quiet, nice way to pass the time. His frame sat up slowly, letting a yawn come from his lips. Things seemed to be going decently, he'd gotten put into the second Division as a fourth seat, his swordsmanship had improved drastically since he'd begun his practicing. This was just simply how things were here in other words, they spent their lives training for trouble in the future. Sometimes the best preparation was something you could of done within the past. Something that could alter the future, keeping that in mind it was important to push yourself.

His clothing was slightly weighted, nothing truly impressive though. His digits reached for a book, but decided that he wasn't going to play around much longer with them. It was gonna be time to train his skills soon, that was an important aspect of becoming a stronger Shinigami. It was training your skills to best of your ability, his katana and wakazashi felt light upon his back. Why had they accepted someone like him into the Second, he couldn't even hear his Zanpakutō's name yet. It rather bothered him that others could feel the spirit of their weapons, yet he wasn't at that level.

What more could he do, he could wait for s long as need be. But when woudl his blade make itself known, so many variables in this whole thing. It just seemed slightly hard to wrap his brain around it all, the whole thing seemed to take to long. Perhaps it was patience that he lacked, more so then anything else. But that was something to improve upon, he could find some way to calm himself and get ready for the journey ahead. Journeying to the barracks of the Second Division, meeting the Captain someday. Those were all the things on his mind as he opened his book on nothing really, resting the book flat against his face as he lay upon the ground.

A book a day Empty Re: A book a day

The days finally started to feel like they were dragging on and on. Just like you would in regular school, Kaminari was becoming slightly tired with this schedule of hers. She was tired and lately she was not getting enough sleep. Her thoughts were only on studying, so when she tried to calm her mind, even in her sleep she would think and dream about new ways to counter certain types of attacks, or ways to dodge them. Classes were becoming tedious, although there were some she enjoyed. She automatically took a liking to the more combat concentrated classes. She wanted to avoid anything that had to do with Kidō, usually practicing such techniques in private when no one was around. She was quickly learning how to handle a blade and defend herself in battle situations. She realized of course, that the real situation was going to be much more hectic and frightening than a class in a safe school.

She walked slowly through the halls of Shino Academy, passing by many students who were enjoying conversations with one another, something she was no longer able to do. Did they even realize how lucky they were? She doubted it. She watched a few friends pass her by, glancing back to them as they laughed with one another. Letting out a sigh, she turned back her direction and continued on until she was able to reach the outside. She stepped off the walkway and into the grass, her head lowered and her gaze tot he floor. She thought back to nights she missed, but decided quickly to push them off and stop living in the past.

She looked up to the sky, staring at the clouds above Shino Academy with a soft look of curiosity. She placed a hand on her throat, tightening her hand around it firmly, but of course avoided choking herself. She sighed again. Would she ever get control over her voice? She didn't know, but she hoped that Shino Academy, and all of her training would do the trick. Realizing that she must look rather silly standing alone with a hand on her throat, she dropped her hands to her side and shyly glanced around, hoping that no one was watching. A small smile formed on her face when she realized no one was, but her attention was caught by someone sitting on the grass and reading a book. At first she thought of going to say hi, but of course this was not a good idea, so she turned away and began walking off in the direction she was once before.

A book a day T_stylehis was interesting, he had a bit of a sense that someone was watching him. Something he learned to trust more often than not, it was always something of a job for them to deal with these sort of matters and being elected as the fourth seat for Squad two, just sitting her pry looked partly lame to anyone watching him, grant it his skills weren't so great that he'd notice everything. But any man that can't feel eyes on him has a problem, his hair on his nape had risen which meant. Either A, he was the victim of a ghost attack, or B and far more likely. Someone was watching him closely, for what reason well that became clear soon.

Deciding to play along for a bit, he smirked slightly when the man had shown himself, his nape felt less on edge now. Seemed as though this was him, bringing his right hand up as he stood he gave a firm handshake. So the second Division was already well aware of his arrival within their organization, though he suspected that was an easy enough thing to notice. Getting elected a fourth seat, was something not to odd in his opinion. But that was expected and well, he'd taken a firm liking to this.

His gaze looked over the male, definitely fit the bill of someone from that Division, it was very interesting to see. The man had that feel, something interesting about him as he shook his hand slowly.

For a moment Kaminari was able to feel that someone was in the area, but was unable to pinpoint where the person was at. That sort of changed when an annoyed sounding sigh was heard from above. She looked up to see who it was, only to get a very slight glimpse of a man before he vanished. She blinked in surprise and jumped slightly as he went passed her, startling her slightly. Pushing off the chills that shivered up her spine when sensing his spiritual pressure, she turned around to see where he had gone. A peak of interest moved into her eyes when she heard the mans words.

"Redd... Tseuken. Third seat of Squad Two? Wow..." She thought only to herself, not speaking out loud. She stood there, being rather nosy, but she didn't care. She wondered who the other man was. Kaminari heard his name being spoken, but what significance did he have to Gotei 13 to be recognized by the Third Seat of Squad Two? She didn't know, but she was determined to find out.

A smile moved onto her lips and Kaminari decided to step towards the two as they were shaking each others hands. Hopping out into the grass, she happily moved over to them. Stopping just behind and to the side, she leaned forward as if she was peaking around the corner to look up at the man from Squad Two, Redd. She walked forward a bit more and then stood up straight, staring up at him with a childish smile.

"So... This is a Third Seated Officer... And of Squad Two." Kaminari once again thought only to herself, not speaking out loud. She examined him for a moment, from his height, to his posture, to the look on his face and in his eyes. With an even bigger smile, she stepped around him to take a closer look. "So cool... First time I've seen a seated officer that is not a Professor or something around here..." As usual she did not speak, but kept it all in her thoughts.

Realizing she was ignoring the other man that stood there, Ichiro Kaede, and looked to him with the same smile. She examined him as well, taking in all the notes she had taken about Redd. "I wonder... what this one's deal is... His name is Ichiro, but what is he to Gotei 13?" She thought to herself as she stared at him with narrowed eyes of curiosity. She tilted her head to the side and took a step back to allow them to continue their conversation, but she was not moving. She was going to try and listen in to learn as much as she could.

She knew they probably thought that she was rather strange because she refused to talk when she got so close to them both. Not many people do that. She placed her arms behind her back, cupping both hands together and waited for the two to continue talking. An innocent and sweet smile plastered onto her face as if she did not have a care or insecurity to count for.

He was on his feet, he noticed a female had been observing and the third seat seemed so eager to do such but that was the one ahead of him after all. Kaede wasn't one for all the hustle and such. He decided to protect the girl as he did know her as a student, he smiled slightly, almost a coy grin as he let the words come forward from his lips.

"Yeah I know her, she's jut not used to seeing Seated Officers here, really anything but regular Shinigami coming is odd. I came to get my things together and make sure the moving of them was going alright, so I could get to the new location at the Squad Barracks."

He'd explained what he figured the male desired to know, this was of course just his way of doing things. If the male liked it or not was really his choice, but it wasn't something that bothered him. He wasn't exactly putting in the effort to win any awards for the best person alive. That definitely wasn't on the list of things to do. His gaze came back to Redd, the girl didn't know it yet but Kaede was a member of the 2nd Division.

"Kaede Ichiro, is my name to introduce myself more politely then previously, I was taking a rather good little rest and hadn't come to my senses as of yet."

A surprised look appeared on her face when she heard what Ichiro had said. How did he know this about her? He must pay a lot of attention to those in the Academy. Until today, she had never seen him before. Of course this was her own fault, since her mind was often only on studying. He was right though. She wanted to be an official Shinigami rather badly, so finally being able to see one is rather exciting for her. At that moment she noticed something: his Zanpakutō. She reached behind her only to realize that she did not have hers on. "Aw... Damn. I wa-.. Crap... Oh well..." She thought to herself and then smiled again.

She turned her attention back towards Redd with a smile and held out her hand for him to shake if he wished. She figured he would not, but a girl could try. She went to speak and say her name, but quickly stopped and kept her mouth shut. A saddened look moved onto her features and she looked away and to the floor, dropping her arm to her side whether he had accepted the hand shake or not. She raised her right hand to her throat, signifying that there was something wrong.

After a few moments she pushed the sorrowed feeling off and cheered up again by taking in a deep breath and letting it out. She perked up and with a huge smile, returned to her previous stance. Her arms slid behind her back, cupping both hands within one another and then watching the two of them with an innocent curiosity. She nodded with a sweet smile to Ichiro as her way of thanking him for his explanation of why she was acting like such.

Well Kaede wasn't to sure about this, but he'd been enjoying his little nap. He pondered what this male had to show him, it must of been really interesting to see. His hands slowly shifted to the pockets of his clothing, this was all really just for fun as it was. He didn't have a choice she did, speaking under normal terms this guy was his leader. And they were big on follow the leader, that little game went on for a long time here. it was about all that they did. Follow the orders till they got higher, he had one person under him. Never seen him before though, so it didn't truly matter what he did or didn't do to find this one.

However what was important, was the fact that this be an interesting little adventure for them all. His head went left to right, cracking his muscles in his neck. He felt rather sore, his body was still sore all over from a couple things that had happened. His hand clasped at the inner contents of his pockets, hard to grab nothing from nothing. He remained silent and simply followed, if the female decided to it was for her to decide.
