I'm going to go ahead and give both of them the all clear. However, Kaito will only be able to go into his 0-5 state once he reaches Shikai and above. So in his base he will get a boost to 1-1++ and he'll get the full 0-5 when he releases. You all most also make your power upgrade threads to be approved.

Reiatsu Battery:
- Allows the Wielder to slowly siffen off some of his own excess reiatsu and store it in the Zanpakutō for later use, allowing him to build up a store of accessible reiatsu equal to roughly twice the normal amount that he normally would have access to. He has to meditate and transfer his reiatsu into the weapon, it takes time to do so. Usually a full rest cycle of at least 8 hours to fill it from empty and another 4 hours to recover his own full personal amount (four a full 12 hours of rest to fill both).

--> This reiatsu battery will be a 20 point system, when he begins to use it each use will deduct a point until the 'reserve' hits zero. This will be indicated at the end of each post that its used. Also he is not limited to which he uses up first, he can choose to use his own bodies reiatsu first or the reiatsu battery first, at his own discretion.

However he can spend his points in unique ways:
1 pnt- is just a keeping up normal power.
2 pnt- he can use his reiatsu to make the applicable skill being used at the moment equivilent to one level higher then it already is (So if his speed was beginner before if he spends 2 points his speed is now adept)
3 pnt- Can augment the sheer power of reiatsu attacks effectively doubling one aspect of them....wether its range, strength, or number of targets. (So if the power said 10 feet, with 3 points he could make it 20 feet. If it said 2 targets....now its 4 targets....and strength.....it means the attack would hit with twice the power)

As this is limited to a 20 point system on this battery, he would be using these points with great care, as he would only be able to do it so often before running out.

Kido Augmentation:
-The spirit augments Kaito's ability to produce higher ranked kido from his current level of Kido mastery, giving him access to Kido 10 ranks above what he is already permitted. Granting him access at his current level to Kido up to number 80. this enhances with his own ability. Also the strength of his Kido attacks are increased by 15% if the weapon is sealed, 20% if the weapon is in shikai, and 30% if the weapon is in Bankai These percentages will never change. He is not able to use his blades battery in order to increase the power of kido while using Kido Augmentation.

Note: that this will combine with the armor that the armor that Kaito's primary Zanpakutō produces, although it does not add any additional protection to Kaito.

Name: Meiyo no himei
Activation: Meiyo no oto ga himei (roughly translates to 'The Sound of Honor Screams)

Sonic Shell:
- Creates a dome around a battlefield out to 50 meters (roughly 150 feet), this dome creates a sonic pitch that can only be heard and felt by and felt by those with high spiritual awareness. This acts like a disruption field, which will interfer with the activation, accuracy, and strength of all spiritual attacks made against the wielder of this blade, this does NOT have an affect on the user of this power. Limitations on this effect can be found bellow:

* Against tier 5 is a 70% disruption in Activation, accuracy and strength of spiritual attacks against the wielder of this blade, and lasts 4 posts, with a 3 post cooldown.
* Against tier 4 is a 60% disruption in Activation, accuracy and strength of spiritual attacks against the wielder of this blade, and lasts 4 posts, with a 3 post cooldown.
* Against tier 3 is a 50% disruption in Activation, accuracy and strength of spiritual attacks against the wielder of this blade, and lasts 4 posts, with a 3 post cooldown.
* Against tier 2 is a 40% disruption in Activation, accuracy and strength of spiritual attacks against the wielder of this blade, and lasts 4 posts, with a 3 post cooldown.
* Against tier 1 is a 30% disruption in Activation, accuracy and strength of spiritual attacks against the wielder of this blade, and lasts 4 posts, with a 3 post cooldown.recasting.
* Against tier 0 is a 20% disruption in Activation, accuracy and strength of spiritual attacks against the wielder of this blade, and lasts 2 posts, before requiring recasting


Sonic Disruption:

- Can be used as a directed attack against any obstacle, to penetrate or outright destroy it. This causes the very molecules in the obstacle to vibrate at incredible rates causing it to shatter. This power is directly fed by the Rietsu Battery and the shinigami's own rietsu. The more difficult the obstacle is to break the greater the drain on reserves, and a shinigami's own body. This could even leave a Shinigami in such a weakened state that he could be completely defenseless after its use. This attack comes from the palm of the wielders covered hand.

Alright, this is all fine and dandy idea wise. It just needs to elaborated on a bit more. The main thing that something like this needs is some sort of system. Something to keep track of how much battery life his Zanpakutō holds. I'd say putting it on a scale of 10 and counting down for each post that the blade is put into use while consuming energy from the battery. This number will be represented at the bottom of your posts from here on out, every post. Social threads have an exception, but while in battle it needs to be displayed. This way, you don't have access to an unlimited amount of reiatsu, just a way to use your own reiatsu in tandem with the blades reiatsu.

So add some sort of system similar to that of what I suggested. However, it needs to make sense and not be calibrated on the scale of the attack, but just the mere fact that he is using it. Which has it's downfalls, because if he was to use the battery in order to perform a stronger strike with the blade it would drain one point and if he was to use his most powerful attack it would drain one point.

Also, reiatsu is a source of energy which is used to increase the capabilities of it's user. Therefore, he would have twice the amount of reiatsu he once did. I wouldn't put a number figure to it all in terms of amount of reiatsu that he has, but more so number figures to how his other stats increase. This is going to require you to have to go back into your other abilities and add in boosts that are created from the blade if used for the ability.

Ok get rid of those #s and actually write out what you mean, because it took me a while to understand that you meant the kido number and not a percentage. Which completely threw me off. Also, add in that he is not able to use his blades battery in order to increase the power of kido while using Kido Augmentation.

The way this is worded is incorrect. Species similar to Shinigami? Well that would be all species with spiritual awareness. Spiritual energy can be detected by every race except for humans without the ability to do so, even then they can have technology which allows them to do so. I'd say something more along the lines of "and felt by those with high spiritual awareness."

This needs a cooldown. Also, what if there is a 2 tier, 1 tier and 0 tier in this dome? Does it only last 2 posts? I think the dome needs to lose the effectiveness based on tier and just an overall duration of 4 posts. You should be using such an ability on a 3 tier and below anyway... That would just prove to be a boring ass thread. Leave that information in there anyway, because it still applies.

Well, I already quoted it so I figured I'd just tell you to spell reiatsu correctly. ;]

So yeah, fix these things then post telling me when they're done.
Also, just so you're aware these effects won't come into play until a training thread is done. Until then all of this is obsolete including the sealed abilities. If you are aware of this, then please don't tell me. All of this is going to have to be placed into the main post once I have approved it all.
Again, the next time you make an upgrade put it in an upgrade thread. This will not suffice next time. We try to keep things organized here and this is making your character's app look butchered.

I'm kinda confused on the Kido Augmentation comment?? I am operating off of the Kido tier system that (as far as I know) is in effect via:

Tier Level: 1-5 to 1-1
Beginner: Capable of up to Kidō 50
Adept: Capable of up to Kidō 60
Advanced: Capable of up to Kidō 70
Master: Capable of up to Kidō 80

and I don't understand why he would not be able to use his battery in conjunction with Kido augmentation.

I am assuming that the Sonic Disruption power is ok as you don't have any comments on it.

That makes a bit more sense. I suppose it was just the +10 #kido thing that is confusing.

As far as why it can't be used in conjunction with his battery is simply because once he obtains Master in Kido he will be able to gain access to Kido that Grand Master is only allowed to have. That being said, having the already noticeably large buff in Kido created from the Augmentation and the mere fact that he will have access to extraordinarily powerful Kido once he does reach Master this will keep him from being a "Kido God" so to say. This can, of course, be looked at again once he has reached higher levels, but for now we are going to restrain from allowing a 0-5 having such capabilities with Kido. So add in that his battery charge cannot be used with Kido until then, as it is far too overpowered. Going from +20% Kido efficiency to +140% with the battery is a bit too much for a shikai, as well as an 0-5. I say 140% because reiatsu is what scales a Shinigami's power, you say he has twice the power, then that means the kido will have twice the potency. Letting the two work in tandem would be pretty critical.

Also, go ahead and make the battery charge 20 points as you created those higher subtractions.

Besides the fact that you continue to misspell reiatsu, all is well.

Add these changes to the original post and place a strike through them until they are granted. Once you have completed the thread allowing you to use these abilities you will need to submit an upgrade thread in order to place them as active.
