Reasons For Upgrading:
Snopy has gone through quite a bit of development, at least mentally, from his interactions with his girlfriend. Gaining almost a new sense of mental clarity as time went on, and allowing him to stabilize himself so he can retain calm better. He even stayed fairly calm during his fight with his inner hollow, making an upgrade in focus to advanced plausible. Snopy has always used his blade to fight along with his Kidō, and his Zan even has a power making using his blade more effective. As such, I believe that by now he at least deserves an adept in Zanjutsu. During the fight with his inner hollow, Snopy also showed ability when it came to ignoring pain to a fair extent. Despite taking quite the beating, he powered through and still won. So a possible upgrade in Pain Endurance from adept to advanced. Finally, Snopy has done a bit, trained a student, and even became a Vizard in a fight that pushed him far and into the next level, pushing his Zanpakutō's abilities further and to a much higher level, along with gaining hollow powers, so a tier upgrade as well.

What Are You Upgrading: For above reasons, applying for Zanjutsu to adept, either Pain Endurance or Focus to advanced (either one is fine), and a tier upgrade to whatever the checker deems is proper.

Approved. I am approving this, but I am unsure on why you're doing an upgrade now when you're making a completely new app for this character. The skills will move over, but I do not think the tier will. In all honesty, you'll probably get a better tier since he is becoming Vizard. Lol. Your choice of course. <3
