Naturally, above all else, Alicia is a woman of high breeding. Every part of her body, the way she talks, the very way she moves, exudes elegance and class down to every pour. She conceals no secret as to her identity; she will let everyone who is anyone know that she is Alicia Leonhardt, the most critically acclaimed princess of the west. No high-ranking soldier or western advisor would mistake her for any other. However, for as much as she is a princess, she is also a rebel. She has an incurable tendency for being stubborn no matter what you try to tell her. Such disregard ultimately stems from her insecurities, a fact few people know of. She hates to let people see her at her weakest, and will most certainly ridicule and revile them if they try to persist in her personal matters.

Alicia is a woman who loves to lavish herself with every high class delicacy one can imagine. Whether it is a bottle of wine brewed by a top-class winemaker, or the most scintillating steak prepared by a master chef, Alicia will waste no effort on making sure she enjoys the finest things life has to offer. It is only to be expected. She was raised to be a princess, and so she never experienced hardships or learned how to be humble. Her family is the topmost in the west, in her mind, so she will use not only her name to demand what she wants, but her riches as well. Alicia is something of a “bitch”, as most “crude” people – at least in her eyes – calls it.

Due to her status as a royal princess, she will berate anyone who even shows the slightest sign of disrespect. To her, power is everything. If you’re one of royalty, what is there to stop you from flaunting it? Such is the way of Alicia’s mindset, the way she portrays herself as a princess. She wants to be seen as the evil person in the grand scheme of things and heavily enjoys playing the role of the bad girl. Outwardly, she disrespects her family without a single ounce of remorse. She doesn’t care who it is, and if it is a member of the family who possesses one of the family’s holy swords? She will make his or her life a living hell on earth. She won’t aim to do that through physical damage, however.

Alicia learned long ago, that true agony can only come from when you assault someone mentally, when you pick at the heartstrings and rip them out piece by piece. Physical damage can only go so far, but psychological damage can last forever. The subjects of her venomous envy are no doubt, Jeanne, Arturia, and Viviana. She never treats any of them with respect. And why should she? One is the king of the west, the second is a high ranking knight, and the other… oh the other, oh how much she despises the other. Viviana can ultimately be summed up as the main center of Alicia’s hatred, of her hellacious jealousy and envy. Although Alicia became accustomed to her role as a princess, her parents never truly understood something; she wanted to be a knight, to walk side by side with her family on the battlefield and protect the Leonhardt name with pride. It was her one and only dream, the only thought that dominated her mind as a child. And she trained. She excelled at everything.

From practicing magic to honing her swordsmanship or learning the codes of honor and loyalty, she soared above and beyond anything had expected of her and yet… what was she rewarded with? Nothing! The day when the family gathered around and their parents bestowed upon them each a holy sword; Alicia believed unerringly that she was going to be one of the chosen few to acquire a divine mystery, the symbol of a true knight. However, Joyuese – a sword of surpassing beauty and grace – was passed down to Viviana. To Alicia, the woman was nothing more than an outsider… and yet out of everyone, she was given what Alicia felt she rightfully deserved? It seemed like an utterly cruel joke. This betrayal – in her mind – had caused her to become spiteful and so when no one was around, she’d bully and hurt Viviana, humiliating her at any chance she could possibly get. This is the darkest part of Alicia’s soul. Jealousy and envy, the two mingle within her heart to no end. Not only is she a royal princess, but deep inside her lies the heart of a monster. However, if one simply thought that this is what defined her personality than they would be sorely mistaken. It is but a haughty veneer that she keeps erected to keep intruders from knowing of the true, the vulnerable Alicia Leonhardt.

[An insecure soul]
For all that Alicia is as a royal and as an ‘outsider’; she is a woman who constantly weeps within the confines of her heart. To reiterate, she does enjoy humiliating her family… However, when it is all said and done, it is Alicia who feels the most pain. In truth, she loves every member of her family, and would protect them if their lives were ever placed in harm’s way. This love creates insecurity within her soul, a bridge between the envy and jealousy she feels for not being given the title and sword of a knight, and the pristine love she has for her entire family. Alicia was not a woman born to hate anyone. She was born as a sweet young girl who always wished to help those closest to her. Remnants of that pure loving soul still exist deep inside Alicia to this day. Even though she despises her family, the girl still wears the Leonhardt name with pride. Through the ever subtle signs, one will notice this by the name of her sacred, or even how she states her entire name when addressing Neanderthals who fail to remember. Alicia takes pride in her family’s name and perhaps…. It is for that reason that she wanted to become a knight, she wanted to uphold the honor of her family’s name and continue to spread their legend throughout the entirety of the lands.

She wanted to stand with her brothers and sisters, to drink in the merriment of victory with her people. It is for that reason and that alone, that she feels as much hate that she does. To Alicia, she was never given that chance. She was in no uncertain terms, forced to parade around as a princess. Her parents told her she was unfit for the battlefield, and she could do naught but accept it. After all, who would listen to the fleeting dreams of a child? No one. She was always a step below the rest, and that fact is why she is so insecure. Yes, she may act high and mighty and walk with commanding dominance, but that is nothing more than a facade. To reiterate, she despises when people are able to catch her at her most vulnerable moments. It embarrasses Alicia beyond anything else to let people glance inside the dark shell she has placed around her heart. No one can say they’re better than her, and moreover, her pride won’t be hurt. Without pride, Alicia is nothing more than a newborn pup, one who is easy to humiliate once you have the right words prepared.

[The seductress of love]

To bring an end to the unpredictable personality of Alicia Leonhardt, another trait one will notice with this princess is her skill in seduction. Like any adult woman her age, she loves those of the opposite sex. However, she won’t openly throw herself to just any man. More often than not, they must be one of rank and wealth. Of course, with that rank and wealth, she also expects the aforementioned partner to be interesting at all times. Alicia is easily bored by those who will talk about their riches and how many great things they can give her. Without remorse, she’ll reject them, especially if the meeting was predetermined beforehand. However, when there is one who catches the eye of this regal princess, she will lavish them with praise, and love them unconditionally.

As much as she despises her emotions, love is certainly one thing she won’t miss out on. She will use her voluptuous appearance, pose suggestively, and even kiss the object of her affection on a daily basis. Although she does believe in keeping a certain level of class and sexual propriety, Alicia can be unbelievably aggressive in her pursuits. She would even accept being in a harem, so as long a she recognized as the top woman in that individual’s life. She is no stranger to love, but when others ultimately get too close, Alicia… breaks their heart. She has missed out on marrying some of the most caring men the world has to offer…. All because of her insecurity, because of the mental scars that still rule her life.

The only way to break through is to let her know that deep inside, there still exists a loving soul attached to the name of Alicia Leonhardt. Of course, she doesn't want anyone to tell her that. She is content with being the horrible one, and so she never seeks love completely; she only plays with the hearts of those foolish enough to fall for her charms. However, there still remains hope for her. Though it may come at a time where she is about to lose someone close to her, she will realize that the path that she has followed up until now has benefited no one, even herself. Will she ever be released from the chains that bind our soul or will she forever be the spoiled brat who humiliates the ones she loves? Is there truly any salvation for Alicia Leonhardt? Only time will tell.

Cuore di Leone(Lit. Heart of Lion )

Even though Alicia was never fated to possess a holy sword, what she acquired as a result of relentless training and perilous journey - is this Cuore di Leone. Bearing the name 'Heart of Lion', Cuore di Leone is a sword of divine power, forged by a legendary blacksmith and swordsman who's name remains unknown, even to this day. Although it is not a holy sword pulled from endurable stone, to say that Cuore di Leone is not a divine mystery is an utterly foolish statement. In fact, this [i]magic[i/] sword is one that rivals the holy swords themselves. Though it is hardly worthy of praise in causing mass destruction, this marvelous blade is a weapon that is cherished for its resilience. As long as the determination of the user is at its ultimate capacity - even if Cuore di Leone is broken in battle - the sword will repair itself and carry out its wielder's purpose. If it is appropriate to make such a claim, one could say that this sword was forged for Alicia alone. Though her heart may be jaded, her willpower to accomplish a goal before her is tantamount to an army of millions. Therefore, the unification between Cuore Di Leone and Alicia Leonhardt is an unbreakable bond, one that transcends time and space. Cuore di Leone is not relegated to the class of a sword, however. Another amazing quality that this divine weapon has in its possession, is the ability to reconstruct itself without limit, allowing Alicia to change its shape and function at her own leisure. Joushou

Joushou Appearance:
Joushou: Joushou is the first stage of a Sugiura's power. This is like their Shikai. It is only tapping into a small percentage of their power, exactly 25%. It is mainly the form that they dream of, and it is up to the Guardian beast to decide if the wish is to be granted or not.

Zenou

Zenou Appearance:
Zenou Abilities: This form is their version of Bankai. This takes many years to learn, and then many many more to perfect. This is only tapping into 50% of their power. Their speed, strength, stamina, and durability increases quite a bit.

Kyuu Kyou

Kyuu Kyou Appearance:
Mystic Eyes: Something that only those that have achieved Kyuu Kyou can have. Mystic Eyes are something special about the user's eyes. They are usable in any form, but the realization of 100% of the user's power allowed for the user to gain a special ability that involves the eyes. See here for a temporary Mystic Eyes list.
Kyuu Kyou Abilities: The final stage of a Sugiura's power. This is 100% of their power, and their soul. Their abilities are increased substantially, and most of the time Kyuu Kyou is forbidden to be released. Few have mastered it, for it is so taxing to release it. It is manifested as the true form of one's soul.
