The North-Eastern fortress within Las Rejilla that is exclusively reserved as a high security prison, torture emporium, demon brooding ground, executioner and court. Those that do wrong but are not instantly killed are thrown away here. Many that die have their blood drained and stored in special tanks for later use. Most younger citizens are not allowed within the walls of this fortress.
