Souls and Shinigami (Gin, Open)

Within the Seireitei the numerous squad barracks were draped along many miles of the area, each had a sector for there purpose and living arrangements. Though it was not uncommon to see many members from different squads join up and meet with one another outside their barracks it was quite odd to see any members of the Gotei 13 outside their barracks and going to another this early in the day. This would usually mean that someone is being transferred to the squad or there was an inspection to be had. In the blonde Soul's case it was due to the fact he had heard there was some sort of confectionery treat within the 10th squad barracks. The uproar as he was found lurking in the squad barrack was quite unneeded, it wasn't like he was a enemy or a ryoka, unless you considered being an enemy of cakes everywhere a crime. Many unranked Shinigami gathered around the location of Dansen as he looked to climb over the wall he had previously, looking at the squad members he seemed to show an innocent face all the while eating items from what seemed to be from the pantry of the 10th division. "I don't see what..... Mh the problem is... I just heard the food was good here.... Wanted to test that for myself..." All the while he was talking the Spirit was eating from his hands and looked to the Shinigami only to see that the fact he was still eating made them nothing more than furious.
As they took up their blades to corner him the Spirit jumped up onto the wall he was cornered in. "Sorry I gotta get back thanks for the food though!" The cries for the Soul to stop continued as he jumped down from the wall and dashed through the streets of the Seireitei, he didn't plan on stopping if it was needed he was only there for a snack he didn't see what the fuss was about. As he ran through the streets he caught sight of the sun rising in ever so slightly, it made him worry as he rushed further and further back to the Squad 3 barracks hoping that some from the 10th had stopped trying to chase him down by then. It wasn't with any malice that the blonde Shinigami stole the food it was simply that the food in the 3rd division wasn't very good nor as easy to take, what he took wouldn't be missed and it was just a pick-me-up for his chores and duties that he would have to go through for the day it was an innocent mistake for sure, at least that how Dansen saw most of his acts that tended to make others angry.
Slowing down as he moved through the white walls of the Seireitei the Spirit was sure no one would keep chasing him after awhile it wouldn't be affordable nor would it be that important in the long run, though he was sure that he'd have to get back and get ready for his chores for Squad 3 the Soul still wondered as he walked perhaps a bit to blissfully around the Seireitei while carrying a bunch of foodstuffs that he seemingly did not need. "When I finish quickly I should probably get down to some training, I feel antsy about not doing anything for the last few days." The Spirit had been in the squad 4 barracks for a few days and a few weeks before that, he hadn't had the time to do as he wished and trained his body and his blade for awhile so he was itching for some action soon. Even in times of explicit importance Dansen stilled focused on his will to fight, albeit in a more controlled manner than when he was younger and as the sun creeped up further into the sky he was left wondering what could happen with all the time he had left to use in the day...

On a bright sunny day such as this, usually there would be members of Division Ten scattered all across their section of the Rukongai, some training while others just walking about enjoying the warm summer air. This was commonplace across all the divisions as nearly everyone seemed to be fans of the blissful state of Soul Society these days. After the ridiculous situation involving an Arrancar a few months ago, it seemed the Rukongai had slipped into a state of peace and tranquility. This isn't to say Gotei Thirteen members weren't prepared for battle, however, especially considering the constant training exercises these men and women participated in. And with Division Eleven being Division Eleven, much of Soul Society's population could be more at ease without having to worry about immediate, impending doom. Even without a current captain commander, or even a stand-in, the Gotei Thirteen was doing better than it had in years, especially considering every division now had a ready and able captain to lead them. It truly seemed as though Soul Society was beginning to enter a golden age again, as they had been in over four hundred years ago.
However, something seemed to be amiss in one section of Soul Society. Other than the occasional straggler who likely didn't care about anything that happened around them anyway, the grounds allotted to the Tenth Division of the Gotei were seemingly devoid of life. It was as if something had drawn everyone's attention elsewhere, which must have been pretty important to draw the eyes of so many people. Even the training grounds was nearly empty, which was especially confusing due to the perfect weather for combat exercises. There was really only a single person strolling through the empty area, and this was Inigo Olivier, member of the tenth guard division. The only reason he had seemingly missed whatever happened that grabbed everyone's attention was because he was just now coming back from the nearby produce market. However, this wouldn't be obvious to any observer because he hadn't actually gone there to buy produce, he had gone there to hit on the female shopkeeper, which resulted in a smack to his face and being banned from the market for a month. It was a sad, sad day for Inigo.
Despite the fact that the denial he had just recently received struck him straight down to his core, and thus putting him in an unreasonably extreme depression, his attention was now on the seemingly missing Division members that would usually be out at this time of the day. This was especially disappointing for Inigo because after his recent rejection, he could really use some combat training to take his mind off of his failure. Looking around, he surveyed his surroundings. Initial assessment is....it's....err.....things are weird. Inigo's thoughts were full of intelligent observations like this. He decided the best course of action would be to make his way back to the main barrack as quick as possible, so he immediately switched to running, moving at a pretty quick pace to shorten his time. However, his mind quickly began to wander back to the shopkeeper. He thought about her gorgeous black hair, her great laugh, her great big........*THUD*.
It seemed as though while his mind was preoccupied by other, er, things, Inigo had accidentally run straight into another man that seemed to be going in the opposite direction. Momentarily dazed, the only thing Inigo could make out because of the white that now clouded his vision was the bright golden hair that sat atop the person's head, reflecting the sun's rays brilliantly. His thoughts quickly changed from annoyance from running into someone, to something else entirely. Oh man, that's some hair she's got there.....I bet she has an even better....fa......oh god.As his vision began to clear, Inigo quickly realized his mistake: the person he had run into was a man, not a woman. He quickly stood back up and drew his Zanpakutō from its sheathe that usually rested on on his lower back, and pointed the sword's tip at the person he now very much hated. His voice was notably shaken.
"D-damn you.....how dare you have such nice h---I mean, how dare you run into me! I'll teach you a lesson in manners!"

Dansen seemed to be ill-fated to have a few roadblocks in his way back to his barracks as he was forced back by the arrival of a new figure looming directly towards him. The other spirit seemed to not notice Dansen as he hurried himself along back to Squad 3 it was an unfortunate occurrence that the two knocked into one another, the blonde soul managed to keep himself off the ground as he had just seen the other coming but for the one he happened to slam into it was not so lucky. It seemed that he was dazed for a moment as he did not get up right away from the knockdown but as the blonde spirit quickly moved to the other Shinigami's side he yelled out to him. "Hey you okay? Sorry didn't see you there you're not hurt are you?" The Spirit put himself just above the other soul as the other began to seemingly get more color in his face and less glazing in his eyes. It was then that Dansen seemed to freak him out.
The moment the other Spirit seemed to know where he was Dansen was instantly under pressure from a blade to his personal space as the new face seemed to be irregularly flustered it seemed clear as he began making one speech all before stuttering and challenging Dansen due to running into him it was quite an oddity but the other Shinigami seemed to be shaken, where it was from Dansen running into him or something else that happened was unclear for the most part. The Soul took a bite out of a rice ball from his arm only to look at the other Shinigami once again with a rather confused face not really worrying about the blade that was pointed towards him as he began to speak with a full mouth. "Hey, hey no need to be so aggressive you hit your head or something?" Finishing the rice ball the Spirit gestured with another item of food seemingly a piece of melon bread, he allowed it to fall from his grasp so as to kick it up to the top of the head of the other Shinigami. "Oh nice shot! See that's enough payment for the incident right? I don't think you need to exhibit such violence as a lesson." The spirit took another piece of bread and took a large bite almost finishing it there with a satisfied look on his face as he noted the still rather sizable amount of food he had left to finish. "Ah that's good food... More where that came from."
The Shinigami kept his arms filled with the food even with the threat towards him, though the sword was close enough that he could be cut without much trouble. He was not looking for a fight but it seemed that he did something that made the other Spirit angry or at least uncomfortable so he was unsure if he should be on guard or simply trying to put the other at ease. If he needed to Dansen would take up arms to stop the other Shinigami or at least to protect himself but he had trouble taking any sort of fight to those who he considered his allies and though he did not know this Shinigami by face or name he had guessed he was not someone who needed an ass-kicking though that would need to be revealed with the other Soul's reaction to the apology. But at the sign of any sort of offence or having that sword being swung at him the blonde Soul would probably have to deal with this situation it wasn't anything personal but Dansen wasn't willing to let him or his food be injured due to a sword slash. He was probably going to be late for the attendance at the barracks but he was fine with being late by a few minutes it meant that he could catch with all those chores and duties while also getting some fun battle practice from the red-faced spirit that was rattling his katana at him for reasons that seemed still quite unclear maybe it would be revealed to him within the Spirit's own time still he was sure that it wasn't that bad...
