Just Another Day at The Market [Open] Empty Just Another Day at The Market [Open]

Sun Jun 08, 2014 5:41 pm

It had been only a day since Katsuo had escaped with his life from the forest, his mind reeling, and his face still feeling the effects of taking several trips to the ground. But, Katsuo felt a little stronger, well, more like he understood what it took to survive more so than he had before. Upon returning home he had been greeted by sister, who was extremely excited to have him back, and also after a verbal lashing sent him to his room with no dinner. So, walking through the market with his head held low, his stomach emitted a very loud growl. Letting everyone around him know that not only was he hungry, but he may soon just out flat collapse in the middle of the street. "She acts like I'm the younger of us two. Sending me to my room without dinner and I just loyally obeyed too! Jesus, I need to develop a backbone.", Katsuo murmured to himself as he turned a corner, and began heading toward his destination.

It was little market on the east side of the market that mostly sold produce from local farms in the area. Katsuo knew the people who ran the store and usually found himself heading there as his first destination during his weekly treks through the market to buy food for the house. At this point it was just habit and as he reached the store, he paused, and looked in at the store. The old couple who ran the produce store grinned at them and waved, Katsuo gave them a wave back, and then stepped in to begin his stocking up for the next week.

-----------------------------------------

*10 minutes later*

Katsuo stepped out from the store and said his goodbyes to the old married couple before making his way back on to the streets. He looked down at the bag in his left hand, filled with new vegetables, and fruits that he would be using to keep not only himself fed, but his little sister as well. He let out a sigh and with his right pulled out an apple from his jacket pocket annd without hesitation took his first bite of food in over two days. His body instantly reacted, sending out euphoric signals all across his body, and causing him to let out an 'mmmm' noise. He smiled and then continued his long walk through the market. He had a few more stores to hit and a bit more money to spend before he would be broke again for the week. He could only hope that things would be uneventful today. He would hate to have to deal with something like the forest incident again, which though he had learned from, he felt was not something he would ever want to do again.

As he walked, he continued to wave to people who he knew on the way. Making sure to pay his respects to people who he knew and of course to those that were kind enough to just give him a polite "afternoon". Indeed, it felt good to be home. "I better go get some meat while I'm out. Yuki is always complaining about me never having anything to eat at the house besides fruits and vegetables.", Katsuo said to himself as he began to make his way to the meat market. Maybe getting some meat for her, would cheer her up, and of course save him a little bit of scorn for being gone for two days without any sort of message or note to tell her where he was. The key word to that statement was hope and quite frankly Katsuo knew better.

Yuki would never just forgive and forget him ditching her at home for two days. Nope, he was probably in for the worst cold shoulder he had ever received. But, he was fine with it. He had gained a lot from the training, his ability to survive had most likely improved, and after returning to his house he had found a package waiting for him from Kaito. Opening it up he had found a lance with a note reading that the weapon had been created for him to use. He had wished at that moment that he had the lance during his survival training, but he didn't mind. At least now he had a weapon to protect him, but not just any weapon. A weapon that he could summon at will. Needless to say, Katsuo was thrilled that his new friend Kaito had given him something that he could use to defend himself. And who knew? Maybe when his powers developed, he would be able to use the lance with them!

"I can't wait to get started on my training again!", Katsuo exclaimed as he began to job, as a mock training of his own to build up his stamina. He barely felt the weight of the bag in his hand and as he jogged by a poster with a flying pig on it signifying cheap pork in the meat market, he felt like things were finally going his way for a change! He wanted that feeling to last, that was for sure. He didn't want to continue to feel so helpless and instead wanted to help his friends fight against foes who were looking to cause harm to others. His smile widened as he drew closer to the meat market in the distance, he wasn't breathing heavy, and his heart rate seemed to be absolutely normal. Which was amazing considering how he used to get winded from running for prolonged times, now it was different. He felt like he could keep running indefinitely forever without taking a break. Well maybe not forever, but that was beside the point.

He just felt good. His muscles were reacting as they should and his body seemed to be quicker than it had been only a week prior. The training was paying in dividens and he not noticed till now just how much stronger he had become. Hell, maybe even his powers had awakened and he just hadn't noticed yet. That made him begin to day dream of Sou going for a punch right to his face and him dodging and giving him a sock for a change! That made the grin on his face at least double in size as he reached the market doors. He was about to go inside when he got an odd feeling. Little did he no that his day at the market was about to be ruined.

Just Another Day at The Market [Open] Empty Re: Just Another Day at The Market [Open]

Anzu knew that she was about to lose the upcoming squabble, she knew merely by gazing upon the woman who had made her apart of her household two years ago. Despite having only lived with the woman for two years, the lethargic child knew that no one argued with Seika Oshiro and won. The woman was just as stubborn as she was kind, and thus there was little to no chance of her talking her way out of whatever her guardian decided to do. But that did not mean that she would not make an attempt to get out of whatever Seika wanted to do. She wanted to sleep in today, for soon she would be starting school, much to her despair, and wanted to get in a few extra Z’s before the big day. Seika’s plan for the day would completely ruin her own, she didn’t even need to hear it to know that her plan involved some sort of activity. Activity that she would like to avoid at all cost.

“Where are we going?” Anzu asked, staring at Seika’s smiling face warily. No, she was not afraid that her guardian would lash out at her, more like evaluating her chances of avoiding going out in favor of sleeping in. She knew that there were certain situations that she shouldn’t waste her breath on, e.g. power training or clothes shopping. She could probably get out of grocery shopping, but since Seika liked to dress her up, well clothes shopping was one of those things that she should just comply with. Power training was a given, she having never seen her guardian back down when it came to helping her harness her power, so something else that she would simply comply with. But anything else, she may be able to talk herself out of. And thus, she was hoping it was anything but training and shopping. Sadly, today was not her lucky day.

“Shopping. Specifically for groceries, are food supply is running low,” Seika began, Anzu straighten herself up, hope shining in her eyes. “And while we are out for the day, we are going to do some school supplies shopping as well as clothes shopping,” she finished, that smile never leaving her face. Anzu’s hope hit rock bottom, she wouldn’t be talking herself out of this one for sure. She could say goodbye to sleeping for the day and hello to walking about the city as the duo collected necessary items for the household.

“Do we have too do it today?” Anzu whined. She sheepishly look down at her twiddling fingers, “I was looking forward to sleeping in today.” She glanced back up at Seika, the woman giving her a stern look. That look was easily translated by the young female, it was the ‘You have no choice in the matter so go get dressed’ look, and she knew that she had lost though she didn’t have any chances of winning in the first place. “Fine,” she groaned, pulling herself off her bed and putting on the clothes Seika had picked out for her.

Today was certainly a nice day outside, Anzu must admit, but that did not stop her longing for her bed. She walked down the streets of Karakura Central that boasted the market place, Seika right at her side. This, thankfully, was the last task of the day, all other activities having been completed. But that didn’t mean the lethargic child was anymore happy about things. She honestly loathed going grocery shopping, it being a process that took far too long for her taste. Perhaps she wouldn’t have had a problem with the task if Seika didn’t take painstaking care of making sure everything brought into the house was healthy as well as high quality, making the process of grocery shopping far longer than completely necessary.

She yawned softly, and she brought a hand up to rub the sleep from her eyes. She needed to stay awake, but that task was proving difficult. Anzu needed something to do, something that would prove interesting before her spent mind decided that sleep was more important than anything else. She looked up at Seika, watching as the woman examined and compared two watermelons to one another. “Seika, give me something to do,” she tiredly said, tugging at the shirt of her guardian as she fought back a yawn.

“Huh? You want to do something?” Seika said, her attention turning from the watermelons to Anzu, surprise gleaming in her eyes. But the woman would smile softly, seeing how earnest her little sister was, and softly nodded her head. “We are in need of some meat. Won’t you be a dear and get that for me? It’s on the other side of the market. Make sure it’s high quality meat. You know how to find me.” Seika winked at Anzu, handing over some money before her attention was turned back to the watermelons.

Anzu gratefully took the money, before teleporting from the area. She resurfaced soon enough within the meat section of the market, a couple feet in the air. She descended gracefully, expecting a smooth landing, but such a thing would not happen. With her eyes closed, she had failed to spot the individual. And thus without further ado, she landed on him, the impact probably crashing the duo onto the ground though the little lady received the softer landing.

She cracked open a single eye, looking down to see what had obstructed her landing as well as the softness that laid beneath her. And with a gasp, her eyes flew open, finding out that she was straddling a boy. “Huh? Oi! Mister, are you okay?”

Just Another Day at The Market [Open] Empty Re: Just Another Day at The Market [Open]

Fri Jun 13, 2014 6:50 pm

*Moments Earlier*

The Meat Market was pretty crowded for this specific time of day and Katsuo, who had arrived later in the day in hopes of dodging the huge lines and staring eyes had quickly found himself standing in a long line overlooking a specific batch of beef. Katsuo let out a deep sigh, taking out his cellphone to look at the time, and realizing that he was going to be late getting back to cook dinner for his kid sister if he didn't hurry this up. Katsuo just stared at his phone, which no one ever really called, and then with another long groan of disappointment stashed the derelict machine into his pocket. All the while, Katsuo was keeping on the move, finding it hard to just stand still. He was seemingly shifting back and forth, while watching two older ladies arguing about how outrageous the prices were at this specific market.

Their bickering was beginning to drive Katsuo insane, but he bit his lip, and decided it would be best to respect his elders instead of telling them both to be quiet. The line moved and Katsuo finally got his first look at the meats of this specific aisle. Most of the meat was beef and by looking at the dates on the meat's packaging, he could tell they were older than the fresher meats which were probably closer to the front of the line. Katsuo began to wonder if his little sister would mind if he just bought some older meat and made his way back early? The thought lasted all of a second as he realized that he would most likely be scolded for his impatience to the extreme if he did that. Then again, he could just hide that fact and cook it without her knowing.

Katsuo shook his head. His time spent with his monstrous masters was beginning to effect the way he was and he wasn't liking how his train of thought was leading him to doing bad things. He let out another sigh, deciding to wait a bit longer as to get some fresher meats in hopes of pleasing his little sister and his own conscious. He looked a bit far into the distance just to get an estimate of how long he would be standing in line and as he saw no end in sight for the line, Katsuo let out a groan, but none the less stuck to his guns. He would wait just a bit longer, after all he had promised to cook something fresh for his sister. And he just was not going to disappoint her, especially after he had disappeared for two days.

She had stayed up late, waiting for him to show up, and had made dinner for those two days especially for him. She had almost called the police when Katsuo had appeared back at the house, covered in mud, and bruises from his combat with Suo. She had been so upset, but at the same time probably more concerned than anything. She had taken so much after her mother, always worrying about others, while he had become some reckless guy who didn't care about her feelings on the subject of his training. In truth, Katsuo felt really bad about doing things the way he had and on the night of his return had made a silent vow. That he would always tell his sister where he was going, just so that she wouldn't get so worried about him. Because that is what good brothers did. They always tried to make sure that their family knew about their activities and tried their best not to worry them so much.

Katsuo grinned as the line moved up a bit more, displaying even more older meat which no one was taking. It was clear that everyone in this line was looking for fresh meat or none at all.

=============================================

*Ten Minutes Later*

Katsuo had finally reached near the front of the line, the two bickering ladies had been non-stop chattering about prices, and Katsuo was getting real sick of it all, but none the less he could now purchase the fresh meat that he had wanted. And even more convenient was the fact that he would make it back in time to fix dinner! He let out a sigh of contentment as he reached out to grab a big package of freshly packaged meat. And for a second all seemed right in the world. Everything was going his way and as that second came to an end he could almost feel the weight of the world being lifted off his shoulders. All of those near death experiences in the forest, all of the harsh training, and all of the sadness at making his little sister worry over him seemed to just wash off. And as that second ended, a second of embarrassment decided to rear its ugly head.

As he turned, package of meat firmly in his hands, and a grin of victory over his face for surviving the wait, a girl appeared above. Katsuo noticed as she was about to fall on him, but as she came down, he had no time to dodge her incoming fall. So, with a great deal of acceptance, he allowed the girl to land on him. Their was a slight ping of pain that came from the impact as his back landed on the hard tile with a thud, he winced as the spot was practically the same from where his back had collided with a tree in the forest during his earlier survival training. He closed his eyes instinctively and upon opening them, he found himself straddled by a cute, young girl. For a few seconds his mind went to dirty places and then he shook his head. This was not the time to be thinking about such things! But as he began to clear his mind he began to hear the two older women shrieking.

"Pervert! How could you to such an innocent girl!", said the eldest of the two, causing Katsuo's eyes to go wide in shock. "Huh? Oi! Mister, are you okay?", the girl who was now straddling hims aid as Katsuo struggled to make his way out from underneath her. Which didn't take much effort as she was light. "Yeah, I'm fine. But are you okay?", Katsuo asked disregarding the murmuring of the older women and others who had seen what had just happened. He could just tell they were judging him as some sort of pervert, but at the time he was more concerned about the girl after her fall. Better yet, how had she fallen on top of him? Had she fallen from the rafters? But how had she gotten up there?

Questions swirled in Katsuo's mind and none of them were easy to answer, but none the less it was not important right now. The only thing that mattered right now was seeing if the young lady was okay or not.

She ignores the squawking of the elderly women, her eyes fixated on the teen that had cushioned her fall, though taking the full brunt of the ground in return for his services. She could feel him move underneath her, but her brain wasn’t functioning normally due to sleepiness, something she had tried avoid feeling since she left the house earlier that morning. But realization dawned on her eventually. It must have been awkward for the boy to have a child on top of him, especially somebody like herself. The chatter of the people and the suspicious glances thrown their way probably really wasn’t helping the situation. So, without further ado, the man, or boy, removed himself from underneath her.

Now she was sitting on the ground, her bum resting on the heel of her feet. Anzu glanced at him for a moment, she having heard him spoke though her mind was taken its slow sweet time with registering the words. Thus the lethargic teen stared at the teenage boy for a while, before her gaze shifted to her arm. She gazed at it for a while, lifting it up so that she may assess herself better. Once she deemed that her arms had not sustained any injuries, her eyes shifted to her legs, which she couldn’t examine as thoroughly as she had done her arms, but since they did not hurt, she assumed they were fine. She would than hold Usa-chan to the sky, looking over the stuffed bunny before hugging it close to her chest once again.

“I am fine, at least I think so,” Anzu finally answered, her eyes staring into that of the boy’s. She was at that moment examining the male that she had unwittingly sat upon not too long ago, albeit she was not searching for anything specific. So stared at the boy for a rather long time, long enough that it would be seen as odd as well as just a little bit creepy and uncomfortable. Albeit, the little lady didn’t seem to notice that she had been staring at the boy she had been sitting upon earlier so intently.

Soon she would snap out of her reverie, her eyes darting around as she looked amongst the masses before returning her gaze back upon the boy, that’s if he hadn’t high-tailed it out of there already. “Sorry for landing on you,” she softly said, her head tilting to the side, “I wasn’t paying attention.” She scratched the corner of her mouth, a sheepish smile on her face. She glanced around once again, “maybe we should get out of here. The people look ready to pounce on you as well as crucify you, though I don’t understand why for.”

Anzu dragged herself from the ground. She didn’t bother to dust herself off, that was far to troublesome and she may end up on the ground again which would defeat the purpose of the action. Though, she made a mental note to remove the dirt from her clothes before she returned to Seika’s side, yet rather or not she would remember remained to be seen. “I shall treat you to ice cream as an apology gift,” she yawned, “doesn’t that sound nice?”

Just Another Day at The Market [Open] Empty Re: Just Another Day at The Market [Open]

Sun Jun 22, 2014 9:06 am

"Now look at her! Staring into his eyes like a love crossed puppy! This is sickening!", a lady behind Katsuo said as he averted his eyes a bit, and looked away a bit flustered. Why was she staring so deeply into his eyes, anyway? It wasn't like there was anything remarkable about him in the least! He then stared at her as she dragged herself off the floor, he had not offered to help her up, and in that regard he felt stupid for not having done so. It was unbecoming of a man to not help a lady to her feet after she had fallen, after all. He let a sigh escape his lips as he looked her over, doing his own analysis to see if she was alright. He didn't want to think of somebody else getting hurt because of him like what happened in the woods. Just remembering the woods sent a shiver down his spine, but Katsuo pushed it away, and smiled as best he could as to appear as normal as he could.

He listened to her offer to pay him back for falling on him with ice cream and then shook his head. "As a gentleman, I don't think it would be right to have you pay for the ice cream all yourself.", he replied with his face grinning broadly, "So if you want to get some ice cream, please allow me to pay for it." There was a slight awe from a crowd that had began to gather around the two of them without his knowledge. He looked around, dumbfounded by how many people had started to gather around, and now were spreading gossip like high school girls. He looked at the girl and then back to the crowd before groaning. "Lets go!", Katsuo said, grabbing the girl by the hand prompting another sound of exasperation from the crowd. Katsuo slowly jogged, not wanting to cause the younger lady any problems with keeping up with him.

After jogging for some time they would both slip into an empty aisle, Katsuo would wipe the sweat from his brow, and then look to the younger lady again with a smile on his face. "I'm Katsuo, what is your name?, he asked politely as he caught his breath rapidly, it paid that he was a track star in high school as he was used to this sort of thing. "Also, I'm sorry for not helping you off the ground before. It was very wrong of me to not offer you a hand at least...", Katsuo said trailing off as he realized he was still holding the girl's hand. He jumped back as he let go and waved his hands around, he hoped she wasn't getting the wrong message as to why he had brought her here. He had brought her here to get away from the crowd to figure out where she wanted to go for ice cream. He just hoped no one saw them holding hands in an aisle by themselves, it would only fuel the rumor mill more.

"So...where do you want to go for ice cream?", Katsuo questioned nervously at the younger girl with a jittery grin on his face. He really hoped she wouldn't get the wrong message, but then again it would be easy to with how nervous he looked right now. Katsuo took a deep breath and tried to calm his nerves as he waited for her reply.

Anzu allowed herself to be dragged away from the prying and judgmental eyes of the public, specifically those who believed that a sappy romance story was about to begin between the two. And for the peace of mind of the general public who had witnessed the interaction between the two teens, absolutely no romance was brewing between the two individuals. She, as in the little girl, would not have agreed to such an arrangement, on top of that, the two had just met one another and knew nothing of each other. This was not a fairy tail, nor shall it ever be one.

The duo jogged what seem to be forever within the mind of the lethargic doll, and when they stopped, she slid to the ground below, the wall making up the aisle supporting her back. She rubbed her face into the soft body of Usa-chan, exhaling tiredly as she fought of the urge to sleep right there and then. A battle that was not hard to fight for her mind was focused, or attempting to focus, on the questions provided to her by the newly dubbed Katsuo. She mulled over that name for a moment, wondering what parent would risk their child being called Kat, but really could come up with nothing completely wrong about the name. Her parents weren’t the best people to ask for names either, having given her Anzu to go by. Albeit, she liked the name.

“Anzu,” she replied, lifting her head up to stare at Katsuo, putting a smile upon her face. “And this is Usa-chan,” she added, holding the stuffed rabbit up for the young boy to see before hugging it to her chest once again. She tilted her head to the side, eyebrows furrowing as the boy apologized for something he was not obligated nor asked to do. But instead of pointing that tidbit out, she decided that nodding her head would be best. Now came the easiest question of all, the place where the duo shall eat their ice cream. There but one place that Anzu ever went for her ice cream, a nice shop located in downtown Karakura Central. It was the place where she had frequent during her time within the orphanage, a spot she still went to so long as she wasn’t tired.

She pulled herself from the ground, back still leaning against the wall as her eyes darted around the area before resting on Katsuo once again. A devious grin crept onto as she neared the boy with full intentions of teleporting him and herself to the desire ice cream parlor, for walking is more effort than just instantly being there. So, without saying a single word for he would catch the basic gist, she placed a single hand upon the boy’s arm. And without really thinking about the location, she would teleport herself and the boy in front of the shop’s storefront. And without the entire midair fiasco that had happened earlier.

“Ta-dah! Coldstone Ice Cream Parlor,” Anzu announced, waving her hand at the building that laid before them. And without further prompting, she entered the store, greeted by the two individuals that were behind the counter. She ordered the usual chocolate ice cream, waiting at the register for Katsuo to order his own so that the two could settle down and enjoy their cold treat. “It shall be the best ice cream you have ever tasted, I promise.” She would ask the boy, a grin upon her face.

Just Another Day at The Market [Open] Empty Re: Just Another Day at The Market [Open]

Sat Jul 05, 2014 8:35 am

One moment they were standing in a super market and the next moment they weren't. It was a weird feeling be dragged along by some kind of super power that he had no clue about, and it was an even weirder feeling being in a part of the city that he had never been. As Katsuo phased out of reality and then back into it next to the little girl, who exclaimed with great joy their location, he looked around in a stupor at his surroundings. Meanwhile, Anzu made her way inside, completely leaving the bewildered Katsuo standing alone outside of the shop in a daze. Katsuo snapped out of it of course and quickly joined the line until it was his turn to order. Anzu told Katsuo that it would be the best ice cream that he had ever had and deciding to take the girl's word for it he ordered rocky road, his favorite type of ice cream. The servers were more than happy to accommodate him and after handing him his ice cream he would go over to the cashier.

Pausing in front of the cashier, Katsuo would pull out his wallet, and then hand him the yen necessary to pay for the two of them to eat ice cream. The cashier pressed a few buttons on his machine and then handed Katsuo the change, which Katsuo quickly pocketed. "So, when did you get your powers, Anzu?", Katsuo asked as he turned to head to a nearby table. He was curious about how she could do what she just did and even more so as to why he had not sensed her specific spiritual signature while they had been running together. He would hold out a seat for Anzu at the nearby table. It was second nature to Katsuo, who had been taught at an early age about all of the mannerisms necessary to be a proper gentleman. Sure, some would view it as an outdated, and clearly unnecessary thing in this day and age, but that didn't stop Katsuo from being polite. He held doors, he respected his elders, and he tried his best to be as kind as he possibly could.

Once Anzu had taken the seat, Katsuo would go to his own seat, and only after she had taken the seat would Katsuo begin to enjoy his rocky road ice cream. Which, Anzu would be correct about, it truly was the best ice cream he had ever had. "I will have to remember where this place is located at...", Katsuo murmured to himself as he looked around the place with a grin on his face. But to remember where this place was located at he would also need to know where he was "AT" and to be quite honest, he had no damn clue where he was in regards to the city. "So, how often do you come here, Anzu?", Katsuo asked as he leaned back in his chair after taking his seat once Anzu had sat down. He was trying to make small talk and get to know the person who had crash landed on him in the market only a few short moments ago. Which of course he was still bewildered as to how she had even came to fall on him.

Perhaps she had teleported up there on accident and had fallen from the beams? If that was the case the little girl was lucky to have landed on top of him as otherwise she would be in a world of hurt. Or maybe she had powers that she hadn't show him yet that she had used to get into that predicament? This line of thinking was raising his curiosity quite a bit, but none the less he had to be respectable and not just blurt out stupid questions. In fact, his earlier question now seemed a little to blunt when he had asked when she had gained her powers. In fact, Katsuo had only gained his a few days prior, and he had yet to show the girl what he could do.

Anzu would stare at Katsuo for a while, the question registering within her mind before her eyes would turn to the ceiling and her finger would tap her chin. She appeared to be thinking hard about Katsuo's inquiries, though rather or not the pint-sized, lethargic doll was capable of deep thought was to be seen. She thought for a couple seconds, it could possibly have even been a minute before she replied, she wasn't actually keeping track of the time that went by. Her gaze moved from to ceiling to that of Katsuo, and the hand that had been tapping her chin was placed onto the table. A smile crossed her face, a sheepish one as she uttered the words, “not as much as I use to.” Another spoonful of ice cream was shoved into her mouth as she chuckled nervously. “I am usually asleep for most of the day,” she explained, swallowing down her ice cream before speaking.

“In regards to your earlier question, I received my power two years ago within some sort of building located in the undergrounds of Karakura. First time I used it was to appear in front of this ice cream parlor,” she chirped, flashing a stellar smile at Katsuo before yawning. She had made it out to be a happy memory, though that day and the four years prior to it was anything but, the only highlight of that day being the meeting between herself and her current caretaker, Seika Oshiro. Either way, she would brush the horrid memory from her mind, drop kicking it into the darkest corners of her mind to never be evaluated again. Or at least she would attempt to keep it locked up. “Seika is trying to get me to practice, saying some bout practice makes perfect, but I would rather catch up on sleep.”

“Enough bout me. What about you, Katsuo?” Anzu said, pointing her plastic spoon at said boy, “anything special about you? Like... uh... being apart of a well-known clan, or having a unique ability, or...” She didn't finish the sentence, having lost the train of thought she was going for. Though she guess that there would had been little need to finish since Katsuo should had gotten to basic gist of her question. She scoffed down the reminder of her ice cream before shoving the empty bowl to the side. She placed Usa-chan onto the table at that moment, folding her arms upon the pink rabbit before resting her head upon her folded arms. She had set herself in such a way that she could continue to stare at Katsuo whilst she comfortably rested her head upon the table. And that's how she would remain, as she awaited for an interesting tell to be told to her by none other than Katsuo.
