Solo Training [30 Day DC Rewards Training] Empty Solo Training [30 Day DC Rewards Training]

Focus. Focus was something Hayden always lacked since he was a human, something he now needed more than anything right now. His control was lacking in a way that if he didn’t find that inner peace and control that he needed ever so importantly since he was infected with this strange substance he found implanted his heart- he felt it wanting out everyday and every second he was in a constant struggle with it. Controlling this unstable energy fused with his hand proved to be harder than anything a slayer had dealt with, ever to be frank. Their bodies was suited to taking energies and converting it to their owns but that's what this.. Death Matter.. was supposed to be good at as well. He found that instead of rotting things around him he found himself just being highly explosive walking death bomb to be precise… and he hated every moment of his existence from it. He couldn’t walk around town without potentially becoming small bomb, so this led to his current training- he needed to fix this and he only saw this by being able to gain control of his body.

He also was worried about becoming irradiated to be truth as well, his unstable atoms could easily start losing energy causing him to not only become a bomb but a nuclear one at that. Yet he knew that if he trained well enough all these problems could end up becoming things that he needed to use in combat one day- of course when he could control them. Yet as he looked around he was under a full moon which was strange for him but he saw this as a rebirth, full moons typically represented that, so what better place or time to start practicing to control something that had changed so drastically then under a full moon? To him it felt like a weird mixture of poetry and his own self-importance kicking it a bit, but to be fair in this world if someone didn’t believe in their abilities they might as well give up their lives. However, he looked around letting a cold breath out as he began to adapt a hand to hand fighting stance. It was time to begin but he took one more glance around seeing his Zanpakutō propped up against a tree along with the upper half of his robe, it looked like this was how he typically trained. But now it was really time to train.

Hayden fist closed into a tight ball before he let out a long puff of air as he tried to sense for the energy within him beginning to try to focus it into his fists. His mind trying to wrap around the works of this energy and manipulate it in a way to empower his punch, to allow him to harness that pure destructive force into a single power punch. When he began to feel it form over his fist he gave a approved huff stepping back two feet before activating his shunpo naturally dashing around the opening, he wanted to build up momentum and while he was at it to try to use his DM to empower his shunpo which actually for just a moment increase his speed… before sputtering out causing him to trip twice barely able to stop himself from flying into a tree. His footwork and superior handling of high speeds the only thing keeping him from falling on his face.. thankfully he was able to build up his speed again before locking his eyes on a random tree. It was the moment of truth.

As he began to send his fist forward the Death Matter began to warp for a second which he thought was good, it tended to do that with Wolf so he must have been on the right track right? No. As his hand made contact with the tree his strength and regular Hakuda was able to break through the trunk with no problem but the Dm on his hand had simply fizzled out in it’s attempt to empower his attack. His control with it for attack seemed to be lacking massively which of course he knew but for it to fizzle out so quickly was strange to him. Well before he tried again he might as well work on getting warmed up with some physical training and improving his Hakuda. He did have a regular move he been wanting to try out in the mean time, something he was quite interested in trying. He flash stepped over to a new tree quickly taking a solid rock like stance before letting a huff out, his tucked in elbows tensing tightly before he let out a yell his arm connecting with his regular reiatsu sources which he could much easily harness then the massive DM power. His fingers were pressed in a straight line as they pierced embedding themselves in it as he grunted, his endurance had increased alot from when he first started his Hakuda training many months ago. With a large grunt of effort he shifted his footing beginning to rip the tree from it’s roots holding it above his head before letting out a yell.

“Dragon Separation Technique!”

As he yelled he flexed his body beginning to feel his body begin to go into over drive as he began to pull his fingers in separate directions, before he began to feel the tree trunk begin to be forced apart down the middle. In one flawless moment he yelled feeling the tree completely rip into portions flying in opposite directions, his arms drooping tiredly before he grinned happy he had developed his second Hakuda technique ever. It was simply but effective allowing him to begin to more easily use his massive strength and energy to rip through people or things more easily, suddenly though his happiness was short lived as he felt an immense power and pain in his chest.

The Death Matter inside Hayden had become drastically unstable resulting in the exact thing Hayden didn’t want to happen. His eyes widen as he felt the energy building inside his body painfully, like it was being fried from the inside out as he dropped to his knees howling in pain. The built up energy causing his body begin to expand slowly but pulsing rapidly as he howled, the pain worse then after he fought Wolf worse than anything he had ever experienced. Through sheer will power he began to flash step painfully gripping his chest, he needed to get further away from everyone because if he was to explode he didn’t know how big it would be. To be frank.. he was scared. He didn’t want to die. Not like this. But as he fell to his knees feeling his body begin to break down. It look like it was over for the Young Shinigami, the fallen soldier was meeting his end in a glorious explosion. That was the last thing he thought before everything went white and he began to feel immense pain/.

Anyone else would see the man body begin to stop expanding before suddenly it went quiet and a massive explosion would be seen from few miles. It was the power of maybe a typical bomb dropped from jets on air strikes, nothing huge but it was definitely out of place. When the explosion stopped where the Shinigami was nothing but dust for a few moments, before a black substance began to gather slowly and surely beginning to take the outline of a skeleton, the muscles, and finally flesh slowly. The face of the shinigami finished to reveal it to be Hayden! His eyes shot open as he flailed around in immense pain as he felt his body rebuild itself and the residue pain that came with it. Suddenly the pain began to succeed for a moment before he coughed on his hands and knees beginning to sit up rubbing his eyes. He had to process what just happened for a moment, he felt the massive energy building inside of him before releasing it and then.. nothingness. He thought he had died from it but his body simply reformed, was this the Death Matter keeping him alive? He had far too many questions to be answered in a single sitting. He sighed before beginning to activate his shunpo moving at a extremely slower pace back to his previous spot, thankfully all his stuff was intact but blown about. He took a moment to gather it all before placing it down near him.

He sat down trying to gather his thoughts and review everything that just happened to him, he knew that the Death matter had grew unstable inside of him from his use of it. Maybe it was the rush of emotions along with his previous strain on his body, he needed to figure out how to work past this how to gain a gasp of control and regulate the energy in his body- when it came to combat and his energy he was able to deduce problems in his body relatively quickly. So he crossed his legs laying his Zanpakutō over his lap placing his hands on either side of it, focusing on his energies trying to physically picture them in his body. It would take him quite some time having to try to block out every sound outside of his own breathing, finding it difficult to simply just stop listening to the crickets around him to the buzz of the air. Calming himself or even finding a type of inner peace proved to be way more difficult than he thought possible but eventually.. he achieved what he was looking for. He began to feel the beat of his heat and the thud of it softly as it pumped the Death Matter through his body, the power he sensed was massively untapped and unstable. He had to figure out a way to work it through his body and channel it without risking exploding it or it fizzling out.

As he began to try to wrap his head around different concepts of Death Matter from it being a piece of death to that his version seemed more.. not powerful to be honest but a lot more powerful in raw kinetic force and what not. His thoughts calming down as he tried to direct the flow of Death Matter in front of him in the air, he knew so far now that he was focusing on the Death Matter it leaked in the air around him. Rather than focus on what's in his body he was trying to manipulate the Death Matter in the air into a harden small ball, it was proving to be difficult as seconds literally felt like hours to him as he tried to manipulate this small substance. Hours later he was finally able to form a small Harden ball that he was not only able to have float around him but move it around slowly with his mind. This seemed to be making process as he cautioned himself using the inner peace he had attained for this moment to help his control of the matter, this small harden ball of Death Matter began to float away from him before he held it above his head straining to move it so much before breathing slowly. He began to try to unravel the ball of it’s energy ever so slowly using the threat of it to blow up over his head as an incentive to be careful. Sure enough after a minute or so the harden ball of energy dispersed into the air, allowing him to open his eyes and the wave of tiredness wash over him. He looked up beginning to see the rising sun to his surprise, it seemed that his mental and physical training had taken all night!

Standing up shakily he slipped over to a tree holding onto it for a second feeling damn near all his energy zapped of him. He manage to take a few breaths before standing up slowly going to his robes and Zanpakutō picking both of them slipping them on his torso. He had a lot to think about but.. he felt like he managed to grow a bit. That meditation really helped make him feel… better. He certainly held a calm serenity to him now as he began to head back to Karakura. Yep, Just another day for the life of Desmond Hayden, the Fallen Soldier.

Solo Training [30 Day DC Rewards Training] Empty Re: Solo Training [30 Day DC Rewards Training]

Hayden walked through the forest with his bag slung over his shoulders, his eyes looking around at the surrounding forest. It had been a whole day since he had exploded in these woods along with gaining some control over his Death Matter. He felt a whole lot more stabilized after under going that training, his body feeling a lot more calm rather than a raging source of power. It was strange how sitting down to find inner peace could affect one so drastically along with helping him find that inner peace that always some how managed to escape the grasp of the male more often than he liked to admit. Truth be told, he was planning to do some meditation to try to find that inner calmness followed by trying to control his Death Matter.. slowly but surely. As he let out a sigh be had finally arrived at the site of his usual training, a place he felt more accustomed to then his own home. He began to slowly set his bags down near a big oak tree he usually set up shop in when he came here.

“Another day another chance to die.”

Hayden felt these words where a truly accurate depiction of what came with his life and job, not to mention the (reduced) chance of explosion he now had all the time. But it was his life and he wouldn’t give it up for nothing be it riches, fame, or fortune- nothing measured to the rush he got from his chaotic life. He began to chuckle before it turned into a full out laugh, it was just the overwhelming feeling he got when he thought just how luck and unlucky he was- only he could fight an overwhelming guy like Wolf and come out with a power he could barely control by the sheer pity of the guy. Yet, here he stood among broken trees and fallen leafs as he tried to improve his power along with trying to gasp the concept of the power he had boiling within his heart- it felt like a fire burning so bright he was to either going to have to control it or risk consumption by it. Just another day.

Hayden began to remove the upper half of his robes folding them in a tightly bunched square before kneeling next to the tree, placing the black robes next to his Zanpakutō offering them both a pat. He found himself taking the habit of mentally promising to come back for both the items, like the sentimental man he was. He remained on his knees for a moment taking a few breaths as he prepared himself mentally for the amount of shit he would have to deal with, nonetheless he stood up beginning to rotate his arms for his daily stretches before he began anything intense. It was a simply routine of some full body stretches then focusing on individual limbs and soft job in a circle around the opening four times to get the man's body ready for what was to come. Overall, he felt pretty warmed up as he jogged to the center of the circle closing his eyes beginning to imagine a battlefield around him- multiple enemy soldiers surrounding the male. It was time to have fun.

Around him stood five soldiers all wearing various armors as his mind began to work up a scene of fire and clashing of metal upon metal. It was truly some war time looking place as he kept his eyes closed feeling the wind begin to rustle and pick up around him, his feet sliding apart as his left one took lead along with his left hand despite his right handedness- he felt he need to be flexible with both which he was. However, this was also a typical slayer stance meant to deliver quick strikes with precise impact power as he took one last breath with his eyes close. Then with tenacity of a tiger they all began to close in on the shinigami intending to bring harm to his being with their hands all adapting some type of stance that fighters had. It ranged from a south paw to a right handed boxer to a martial artist so the stances varied quite a bit.

Hayden shifted his body to the left leaning back as he dodged one punched stepping forward slamming his left hand forward with a quick motion, twisting it as he sent his knee upwards kneeing the apparition of his mind into the air. Just as quickly he leaned to his left dodging another phantom punch as he gripped the arm of the one currently suspended in air from the force his Hayden’s knee, pivoting to his right using his free hand to grip to armor on his chest to send him flying into another one of the phantoms in a jude fashion throw. That left three phantoms left as two approached him quickly sending a kick for his knee and the other attempting to muay thai kick his skull, Hayden knee lifted up slightly using his calf to block the potential kick to his knee and his right hand stopping the one for his head. Suddenly he pivoted gripping onto both of their limbs twirling them quickly before letting go throwing them with such force that a normal human would shatter upon contact. Finally the last phantom began to send a flurry of punches and kick towards him, hayden focusing on blocking everyone as his eyes remained close- his hand gripping onto one of the kicks meant for his midsection sending his elbow down with the force that would break someone’s left and shifting forward sending a heavy fist to the phantoms face that would easily floor any human. As he finished the last phantom his eyes opened to see that he had moved around bit in his shadow fighting but he felt a good sweat forming- seemed like a good time to meditate.

Hayden would head over to his gear before sitting with his legs crossed like yesterday, he took a breath beginning to focus on calming his body which surprisingly didn’t take near as long as yesterday. For the rest of the session he just focused on keeping calm and regulating his energy flow and a little bit of focusing on Death Matter, as the time passed he finally opened his eyes and saw that the sun had shifted from his last time sitting down. Look like he had at least spend a few hours here just sitting in meditation. “Hmm.. I should head home for lunch..” He muttered beginning to stand up to gather his gear from the ground, he felt pretty spent for the day but only because of the intensity of yesterday training. As he got ready to leave he looked at the site once more, his eyes examining all the broken trees and his final words where:

“I should pick a less broken area..”
