III. Background Information» Background:
Jade was born in a small town where she graduated middle of her class. She was a punk rocker obsessed with piercings, tattoos, and the like. All throughout high school, she took art classes and pushed her creative side to the limit. Focusing on the arts limited her time to worry about academics. With her scores middle range, she was frowned upon by her God Mother, the only care taker she had left. Both parents had given her up at birth, and were never heard of again. Rumor has it they won the lottery and decided their kid wasn't worth it. Other rumors are they were abducted by aliens. Whichever was true, Jade had no care in the world for them. She didn't even have a picture of them, and barely knew them to begin with. Their existence was not important at all. Despite her God Mother's disappointment in her academic scores, Jade continued to strive as an artist.
With an impeccable gift of photographic memory, or so she thought, Jade was able to replicate pieces of art down to the tiniest details. Her skills won her awards, scholarships, and even cash prizes. During her final year of high school, Jade took a job working in a piercing and tattoo shop as an apprentice. She worked with little to no pay, and brought home all the cash to save for a car. She was going to move to a new city and start a new life; and she had one place in mind: -Popular City-. And in -Popular City- was where she would open her own tattoo parlor as soon as she had the cash saved up.
Eighteen years old and fresh out of High School, she had become a young body piercer and amateur tattoo artist. Her name was buzzing around the underground artist community, and she was accepted into a prestigious course taught at a small art institution in Japan. With her talents not wasted, she learned of her gift. Her photographic memory was not just normal photographic memory. She could see the picture in her mind, imagine it on the person's skin, or the practice leather she was tattooing, and her hand would flow so perfectly, bringing the picture to life.
Now age 24, Jade travels alone with just enough money for her first two months rent at Apartment B-6 on Hemmingway Drive in -Insert popular city here-, and the recommendations to work at the local tattoo and piercing shop.
Little did she know, she was gifted with much more than her talents for tattooing.
IV. Natural Abilities» Natural Attributes:My Art Breathes:
Jade's able to draw any photo or person from memory alone. But, that's not the catch. She does not fully grasp this yet, but she can draw on paper and lift the ink to make it come to life. (It's a form of Ink Manipulation. I plan on this power developing completely so that she can use Ink as offensive and defensive weapons. For now, she is able to do what is described, and with serious limitations.)My Mind is Limitless:
Jade's mind is capable of remembering people's faces, or pictures down to the tiniest details. She is also able to remember full documents given enough time to look them over. Her mind is a filing cabinet of information. It's a tad messy sometimes, but she's insanely smart when it comes to the things she wants to know.My Eyes See All:
By all, Jade is able to see the smallest details if she focuses in on the photo or piece she is working on or examining. All of her other senses are dulled, but she has no idea that they are, because she's usually alone when she's using this ability.» Passive Chi Abilities: My Ink Protects Me:
If Jade is incapacitated or passed out, her ink will protect her indefinitely. (Aka Plot Armor?)
V. Shiyong» Seidou Abilities: Ink Manipulation:
Jade is able to make, create, destroy, and build upon ink based structures and ideas. She can draw things and bring them to life. She can lift her own tattoos out of her skin and make them fight for her in the form of spikes, created weapons, and eventually, a gun. However, at this stage in her development, she has no idea who to harness these powers or use them. She doesn't even know that she has them in the first place. The full extent of her powers are usually at their fullest when she is Awakened.
VI. Chuxian » Awakened Appearance:
All of Jade's tattoo's seem to vibrate, and if they are not moving slightly, they are literally changing shape. Her cat paw prints will walk up her body and then turn into birds and fly off across her skin. Ink will crawl over her skin and come to life at her will.» Awakened Powers:

Unconscious for the transfer from Canada to Belarus, Tyuki felt nothing. She dreamnt of nothing, and she thought of nothing. For once in her life she was completely free of pain, worry, and responsibility. But, as soon as she came in contact with the cold floor, she stirred from her unconscious state and just laid there. Everything ached. She felt so broken.
Her chest was tight with pain, tears threatening her eyes. Using her left arm, she pushed herself up, and continued to do so until she heard foot steps. She laid back down and just breathed softly, focusing on that for now. She had to not make a noise. She didn't want to make it known she was awake. Not yet.
She laid there for what felt like hours, but it was clearly just over five and a half minutes. She used this time to look over Lucius' face. She had never seen him before. She had only heard stories from Andrew. She was unsure of this whole situation, and part of her wondered how she was even alive.
A subtle groan escaped her, giving Lucius the queue to being his speech on Julius Caesar, a bridge, and how Caesar was not going to let anyone belittle him, or something along those lines. Tyuki had to hold onto consciousness, her whole body tingling with intense pain. She breathed gently, her breath casting a soft fog on the cold marble floor. She tried to push herself up again now, her wings just dead weight against her back. She shifted them gently, a whimper escaping her as tears finally rolled down her cheeks.
"... I... don't... care about... Caesar..." she finally said, looking up to Lucius as he poured a second glass for her.
"... Analogies are stupid, because History is in the past for a reason..." She had to grit her teeth and speak in one solid breath, but she made her words come out in a string this time. But as soon as she was done speaking, she gasped for breath and moved a hand to hold onto her ribs.
She wanted nothing more than to just heal herself, but she just felt no energy to do so. She felt so weak, and broken.
"... So what, you're some douche bag that just happened to one up some early twenty year old heroes that only have intentions of helping others--" she cried now, whimpering more as she got herself propped up, her back leaning against the cold wall. Her wings laid haphazardly on the floor, sprawled out and bent in very awkward positions. She grimaced every time she looked at them.
"... if you're gonna kill me, just get it over with. What's the point in letting me suffer?" She asked, her breath shallow, jagged. She was just barely conscious, and her will to reason with Lucius was the main thing keeping her going.
"... Well...?" She asked, her head leaning back on the wall, her eyes closing as she focused on her breath. Her fingers danced over the edge of her rib cage, counting as she did. Two were clearly broken, and one was definitely jabbed into her lung. Every time she moved it hurt, and her breathing was wheezy and shallow. She coughed and it made her cringe, more tears spilling down her face.
"Of course you won't kill me..." She gasped and looked at him, her eyes bloodshot. "You're a coward, after all."
She felt a bit of confidence well up inside of her, the sedative and grape toxin finally processing through her blood stream - or what little was left of it. She was slowly feeling better, slowly regaining strength. Her eyes flashed white for just a moment, her healing powers activating for a short second. Nothing happened, though. Nothing of significance, of course.
"You look like shit," she finally said, looking at his face again, finally changing the subject to something she could find amusement in.
