It had been a long time since he wore the Haori of a Captain. The white color and clothing as he slowly slipped it over his shoulder. His personal attendants helping him out as he exhaled. Weight was a thing that few realized when they put one on. He took in a breath as he said a silent prayer to himself. "Please let me be effective and deadly as I was when I was younger. let my sword fly true and my Squad be safe." He said mentally as he took the job seriously above all else. He stopped at the door to the Unabara estate and simply stared at the Shadow Force. The Force that functioned with the Unabara, they weren't part of the clan and yet they were. A special force that functioned from previous endeavors as Tsubasa built the next Unabara Assassins up. They were specialists in that art. He leaned against a wall as he saw Envy nearby and she asked. Tsubasa-Sama is everything alright?" She seemed concerned by the demeanor the man was showing right now.

"It's fine Envy, I'm just mentally preparing for this..I've not worn one of these since those days..I always remember how heavy the burden of each person is..Shadow Force Move out..I'll be home late Envy, protect my family for me." He said softly as he vanished passing the force with easy. Landing in the area the new Stealth Force called home. He carried a note making him the temporary Captain of the Division. His haori had the marks of the one who lead this place as he closed his eyes. This wasn't to be a simple matter as he ran a hand on his neck. The Squad had been informed completely by what he'd set out to do. Things were simple and rather effective from what he could tell. He'd watched the people gather that worked here as he spoke now his voice clear. "Listen I know some of you from old days, but most are new here. I need to see how you function against people who are assassins. Those who've practiced the art of stealth and the silent kill."

Tsubasa slowly set himself in the traditional Japanese manner. As he set his zanpakuto off to the side both Byakko forms resting gently. Tea was brought out to him by attendants who decided to service him his tea. "The challenge is simple, try and assassinate me while I sit here and drink my tea. I will defend myself and pass you if I believe your technique will get pass those it must." He said calmly as he waved his people off and they vanished. this was the beginning of their training and harsh reality. The Shadow Force gathered behind him and each one slowly sat down waiting. In the front were people wearing Black Masks, these were exceptional warriors. Capable of hiding themselves among the crowd if desired. The Unabara had rebuilt recently and undergone some changes. Tsubasa's goal here was to test people's skill. "You may begin in whatever order and fashion you select and use means that are in hand." Without missing a beat a young one charged forward. Shooting from the crowd with a decent speed for his age.

Tsubasa's orbs stared as he did something extremely fast with his fingers jabbing the male in the temple. Before catching his form and passing him off to two Shadow Force members. Who carried him away now as he admired the approach. "Attacking me from the front is unwise as you've just seen, I didn't kill him. He's merely unconscious and they will take any injured and heal them." He said sipping his tea which he'd left in the air to hit and prevent him from falling. He'd just showcased his speed which was utterly insane. But that wasn't the topic for discussion here he was teaching them. Teaching them how to execute and pick positioning. The Fifth Division would grow back to some esteem someday soon. He had missions and training exercises planned for them. It was time for the Stealth Force to replenish and grow again. He would breath life into this place and bring them into the future.

Eiji let out a light sigh as he rose from his bunk; it seemed that the squad was expected to make attend some form of training. Apparently this was going to be a rather special training exercise, someone by the name of Tsubasa was meant to be running this little adventure. While he had heard of the name, and was impressed by the feats that the man was supposedly capable of, he was unsure of why a man of that caliber would be running a training campaign. What was the point? While he did believe that the squad was becoming rather rusty in their primary goal, being able to complete assassinations whenever the Gotei felt it appropriate; this was what Eiji believed, at the very least. It was with this sigh that he would rub his eyes and stretch; it seemed that they were to be at a specified location rather soon. It was with this that he would throw on his uniform and begin his movement.

Well, from what he gathered, this training was meant to be one in which they would be performing some sort of fake assassination. It was with this understanding that he felt it would be more appropriate to not make himself known to the room; perhaps he would would be able to utilize this home field advantage; well, there were more than one entrance into the area and that was what he would utilize. Approaching from the front, as one would expect, was a simple copy of Eiji. By thinking about his body and forming a condensed ball of energy he is able to utilize most of the energy in his body to form this clone; by doing this he is able to force most of his energy out of his body, allowing for him to have a very small amount left, and create a larger form that is much more visible. It was with this that he would slowly approach from behind, unsheathing his Zanpakutou. Upon reaching five meters from the target, their new temporary captain, he would launch his right blade at the male. This was his attempt, if it were to fail he would simply retreat and reconsider his actions.

His eyes narrowed as he looked at the approach thought up. This wasn't a bad angle or attempt by any means. The guy was coming at him with a diversion in the front which would allow for a good attack. The energy and sensation of footsteps. Everything moved slowly as he brought his hand up blocking the blade. What Eiji would find his own hands damaged. What he'd hit was like diamonds and extremely hard to cut. Against the back of his hand was where the blade hit. Though the movement had been hard to see for the attempt. It was a good one and was a passing grade. This meant talent did exist in here. He would take personal care to teach this one some tricks. "Not bad Eiji-san, you pass the angle was good. Control your breathing a bit better and try to find a direction that leaves no smell or trace. That will help you a bit, I'll show you real quick." He said smiling bit where he sat unmovingly. His form remained as digits gently touched against the throat of Eiji. No sound or smell where showing from him.

He left no smell or evidence of his movement. No breathing, nor the sound of movement as he ran his index and middle finger across his neck's side."That about sums it up, if you'd like to learn more I can show you. Later anyways, we do have a few more." When Tsubasa really wanted to do it he could completely disappear. It was like every trace just vanished from this plane. His energy hadn't moved from where he sat and yet he did this. This was a simple show nothing more to let Eiji see it. While he blocked his blade and sipped tea. A speed alone was enough to do the job for him on this occasion. The swing of the blade wasn't bad but it could use a little work. Angle and trajectory would add this one later. When the time came to bring about the demise of the Gotei's enemies. This was merely conjectured at this point though. He needed more of his officers and his dear Lieutenant to show him just what they had. In the end he'd found him only due to the disturbed air and his intense focus on his surrounding area.

Eiji was not so arrogant as to assume that he was going to get the better of this man; lets be honest, if he was meant to be their captain then there was no way that he was a joke. It was with this state of mind, one which he would rarely take, he had approached the situation. He expected that he would pass this little test, though he did not believe it would be very impressive. Having gone through his motions he was rather confident that he was able to perform the task in a rather discrete manner, and that the fact that he used his own energy to throw Tsubasa off.

It had taken him but a moment to realize that his own hand was stinging; it was with this that he sheathed his blade and shook his hand; as he did so he listened to what Tsubasa had to offer and took notes on it. It was true that his approach was flawed, but he assumed that he would be able to fix this with some training and time. It was with that though that he would could feel Tsubasa's hand caressing his neck; he moved in what had seemed like a nanosecond. There was no way that he would be able to keep up with his movements, though he realized that he would not need to at this moment. It was with a slight sigh that he would simply rub his neck. "I would appreciate the training, I do have a lot of room to grow. I appreciate it sir." It was with this that he bowed and walked off to the sidelines. He was rather curious as to see how the others in the division would do in order to try and pass this challenge.
