A resource that can stealthily remove a target, or change the landscape of a land. The org decides what they want, Hayuko only needs something to entertain him.

Conditions: This is a one off, whatever mission the organization can conjure will be attempted in it's name. However he will not join their cause, and will not be contacted by the organization again.
