Roughly half a week after finalizing her affairs in Hell, the woman had sent a letter directly to Ulv - literally having wished for it to be sent directly to her, stating she was going to follow through and speak the following day. That day indeed came, the young one having flown to Minatumi on the eve of that day. She wasn't trying to make any particular entrance, rather wishing to see the city from a different angle for once, sighing and enjoying the heights as she flew between buildings, her form morphing back to that of her humanoid one with a flourishing of dark energy as soon as she stepped foot upon the amber woman's doorstep.

She took in a deep breath as she would raise a hand, closing her eyes as she would knock on the door rhythmically, backing away as she stared at the door.

We sure as hell were not just seeing things that day.

"I know." The woman spoke under her breath as she merely waited for the mayor to answer her door. If she ended up waiting too long, she would instead try the doorknob - Regardless of how she got in, she needed to see Ulv, and speak to her.

Finally managed to fix her dam eye. It was nice, being able to see again. Tsk, fucking took her long enough though. And now she was a sickly yellow colour as something else broke and needed fixing. Gods, how long was this going to go on for? Well, she knew the answer to that, it was going to go on till she failed completely.

Then there was a knock at the door. Probably related to that letter that had irritated her yesterday. She was trying to get some sleep to recover from the strain of her eye, and it floated in through the window and got blown away with a Cero for it's troubles. So, storming over and pulling the door open herself, she would see, Calypso.

"Ahh, hey" She'd say, leaving the door open and turning to the kitchen. "What'cha need?"

As Calypso was reaching to try the door, it would then open, causing the woman to swiftly reel back as she would soon get a look at Ulv, as the woman opened the door. Calypso's heart almost skipped a beat as worry immediately dimmed her silver eyes, taking witness to the jaundice of the woman's typically healthy looking skin. Calypso did not spout a single word of outrage yet, stilling her tongue as Ulv clearly was trying to make the occasion out to be normal.

"..What do I need? I sent you a message saying i'm coming, like a day a-gohh forget it."

Calypso would then walk inside, shutting the door behind herself with a foot, as she sighed, "I wanted to talk. Seriously, about your current state."

Pouring some water into the kettle and flicking it on, she would turn around and look at Calypso with a smile.

"What do you mean, my current state? I'm just a little sick is all, it'll pass" she told Calypso, getting the cups out from the cupboard and setting up the tea. It was all very....manual. Which was odd, for someone like Ulv...

She's downplaying it, why the hell is she downplaying it..? What the fuck is she hiding?!

Her inner voice hissed in the back of her mind as she would react in kind;

"A little sick? A little sick? Ulv, look at you, your skin's yellow!"

Calypso looked visibly upset, watching as Ulv rather.. Mundanely set up water and cups for tea. Usually she would be more liberal with using her winds or something, but.. She was doing everything herself. Ulv was an unexpected, unpredictable woman, and all of this seemed, very standard, way too sanitized for someone like her.

"..Ulv, i'm dead serious, if there's something wrong, I want you to be able to trust me enough to tell me what's going on... And clearly, something is going on."

She stared at her sternly, "So what is it? What is happening to you? I'm not leaving until i'm certain of what it is, because it looks way more like a little illness that'll go away."

Turning around to Calypso with a glare of a mother who'd just heard her daughter say something dreadfully untowards, she'd glare at the woman. Not quite 'kill you stone dead' glare like she could, but still definitely a strong presence.
"Calypso Asthavon. Didn't either of your mothers ever tell you not to judge people by the colour of their skin, but the content of their heart? It is seriously just an illness right now, and I am dealing with it. You blowing everything out of proportion like this is going to help nobody with anything, and will only cause you stress.

Besides, your boyfriend needs you more right now. And before you say he isn't a boyfriend, look who you are talking to. I could see the tension between you two with my eyes, let alone with my incredibly powerful empathic powers"

Calypso did not back down in the slightest when met with that gaze, any element of that scared small child she used to be did not shine at all, rather the young woman stared back with a strong, defiant gaze as she very much had no interest in letting up until she knew what the hell was going on with the woman, and why. Then Ulv went spouting off about things that made sense, seemingly to distract the Asthavon from the matter at hand, but Calypso stood her ground, only coming closer, placing a tensed hand on the counter,

"I am not some fragile thing that will wilt at the first signs of stress, Ulv. I'm not blowing anything out of proportion, I know something is going on and I know you are hiding something from me!"

Calypso's tone carried a sense of weight and strictness to it, as she then went on, "Vanyel doesn't need me holding his hand for every moment of life. While he may act a bit like a lost puppy, nothing's going to happen if I deviate my attention to concern for someone who i've known for almost my whole life."

She pointed directly at Ulv, "No matter what kinds of distractions you try to throw at me, I am not interested in getting snagged on them. I just don't understand.. Why can't you tell me what's really happening to you? Why are you trying so hard to shake me away?"

Ahh, well. She tried. Ulv would turn as the kettle boiled and pour the two cups of tea, cracking a grin at Calypso as she turned around and handed one to her, taking the other for herself and sipping it gently.

"I dunno, Cali. I can throw some pretty big distractions. And no, people generally aren't interested in getting snagged on distractions. That is why they are called distractions, intent on distracting you" she would slip some more from her cup and go sit down on one of the nearby chairs, putting the cup on the table.

"Though don't neglect the impact of your constant presence. It will comfort Vanyel and push back the negativity that creeps up when you are along"

Calypso, thoroughly unamused, took the cup offered to her as she would then sit across from the sickly colored woman, studying her intensely as she sipped the hot plant water, releasing a hot sigh of annoyance as she was listening to Ulv's dancings around the subject, her fingers tightly grasped around the handle of the cup as Ulv would go on once more about how good she is for Vanyel,

"..Yes, he needs some help and guidance, but he can go a spell without me being in the room with him. I can talk to him and make sure he's alright without even needing to see him through the Seal's connection. So Vanyel is in good hands."

She would continue sipping the cup, "You, however, clearly are not. And i'm not gonna back off til I know what's going on and we actually speak to each other about it, like adults."

Her gaze was low, as she would part her lips once more, "..Is this something related to that Mirja person?"

"Ethereal words from across the world are never as emotionally potent" she would pause and sip her drink while playing about with the powers that caused her no strain, that being her willpower and tangibility creation. The last few words she spoke were directly in Calypso's ear despite still being sat, and drinking to boot. "as one's in person~"

Ulv's unbridled hedonistic emotions blossomed there. The whole billowing, bursting flower of power that the woman often kept under wraps because it had a tendency to derail the conversation. Which was good, now.
"Ohh, no~ this has as much to do with Mirja as it does with Siegfried" Ulv's voice was deeply charged and thick with desire, each word a honey-coated caress across Calypso's cheek.
