ENTER THE WANDERING DEMON
Artist: Lofi Waifu - Song: Butterfly Kiss
At first, he figured she was some snooty rich girl, not too dissimilar to Ichijou -- though, hers was quickly becoming irritating and unbearable, as opposed to entertaining as Ichijou's was. But, seeing her look change to one of confusion, that made him raise an eyebrow, again. She didn't seem all that confident in saying that she was a demon.
Hold on, did she not even know what she was?
He had only assumed she was a demon because of the horns -- it was a staple for many general demons, especially those proud of who they were and used the horns as a way to show others who and what they were. Something didn't feel right about her, something was off -- both the lack of confidence and assurance in what she was and the look in her eye. He wasn't an empath like Calypso, or many other demons were, but he could tell that there was something up.
Extending his arm, Kokuto shook the woman's hand before sticking it into his pocket."Kokuto. Nice to meet you, Mimi."
A low, annoyed growl rumbled in the demon's throat as she continued with the insults -- though, he couldn't fault her for most of it. He did look pretty dirty and worse-for-wear, both in clothes and in the body. "By not being a massive bitch, taking her out on a date and spending time with her. It's not that complicated."
Rolling his eyes, Kokuto leaned against the tree."With that attitude, you'll never get anyone."
Reaching into his pocket to pull another cigarette out of habit, he quickly caught himself, returning his hand to his side and turning to look at Mimi."You know, when you said you were a demon, you didn't sound all that sure. The hell's up with that? Do you not even know what you are?"
The demon's eyes narrowed as he scanned her up and down. Her presence and the feeling of her energy wasn't all that demonic -- but the appearance, specifically the horns, was almost uncanny. That energy did feel vaguely familiar, though..."Judging from energy alone, you don't feel like a demon. Does feel kinda familiar, though...not sure where."
