Feats & Qualifications: Bambietta's actual spiritual energy, combined with her skill in the shinigami arts and her overall physical ability, puts her squarely in the same league as many other seated officers of this rank. She's capable of utilizing kido in versatile ways, has been called to do kido work with other divisions, and is versed enough in the topic to begin significant research into the intricacies of the art. She's frankly always been overqualified for the position of unseated member, but her tenuous position as a substitute on penal duty, combined with insufficient testing or attention during her Academy studies, left her grossly under-assessed. Courtesy of Makoto Arima, she has been formally reassessed as a standard member of the Gotei, which I believe would realistically place her in this position.
