Feats & Qualifications: She is currently the 5th seat, and has gotten more skilled in Kidō since getting the position, has interacted with many Gotei personnel to help build the 8th Division's reputation up, and participated in the Fight Night and Africatastrophe events on behalf of the Gotei and her Division. She lost in her Fight Night match with Solomon but fought valiantly, and more recently acted as a first responder and worked with Vandenreich officers to take down Letterboxer. I believe she has done enough to warrant a promotion!

Position Requested: 4th Division, I don't know? Up to staff/Captain

Feats & Qualifications: He is currently the 15th seat, but has grown a few energy levels since he applied for the position out of the academy. He also gained an overall adept in all of his skills, not impressive in anything but good overall I think. His exposure with other characters in the Gotei growing a lot.. making bonds and connections being planted. He has gone in some personal missions in the world of the living,, dealing with a large number of Hollows alongside pcs as well as some one on one situations facing Arrancars who either had far more skill than he did (Amaranta) or had a unique ability that tested mental fortitude (Cala).

In combination of this he has finally br able to story ic wise communication with his Zanpakuto, giving a spiritual boost to his energy and finding more synergy within himself. In addition to this, he participated in the Fight Night and Africatastrophe events on behalf of the Gotei and his Division. Winning his Fight Night fight against Edelo and planning a part of the team effort to defeat the Hollow, Ringo D. Will, guts, and a lion's spirit the whole way.

Oh! And he has explored kido more in theories, principles, and usually a bit. Combining low level kido spells to try and come up with successful strategies mid battle.
