The Mission Template
Name: Investigate Brazil.
Type: Neutral - Investigation.
Difficulty: Intermediate -> Elite (if combat ensues).
Eligability: Vandenreich. 1 Sternritter & 1 Todgestalten.

Information: Safira is a high-level arrancar that has existed and made Brazil her den. A resort that offers many different luxuries and vacation spot under the pretense of neutrality and pure business, left alone by the Vandenreich in the meantime although with growing hollow traffic to the spot has drawn attention from the Vandenreich and at the behest of the Grandmaster it is to be investigated to assess whether or not an intervention must be made.

Players will need to coordinate elements of subtefuge and avoid conflict while passively gathering information. This will be done under the pretense of visiting the resort and enjoying the facilities to gather the intel.

Failure can lead to fighting low-level NPCs and potentially Safira herself if it escalates.

Primary Task: To gather intel about the current state of Brazil broadly, Information on infrastructure and defences. Assess the threat it poses.

Additional Tasks: Additional intel on Safira herself, and arrancar that have been travelling between the realms.

Rewards: Credits and clout of doing Vandenreich missions.
