Re: Like old times (Rangiku/Momo)

Rangiku nodded as she listened to her friend. The red head was usually the one who tries to always keep things light hearted. However, having someone else do that for her made her feel good. Perhaps she has had a lasting impression on Momo. Obviously not the flirtatious side, but the caring and light hearted side. She sighs before speaking to her.
"When did you become the light hearted one? Guess I forgot my job."
She spoke to the brunette before giving her a toothy smile. Something that she felt she hasn't done in forever given the current situation.

MOMO HINAMORI
“Hey! I wasn’t always mopey. There was a time where I was the life of the party!” Momo joked in response, recalling those times fondly. That was a long time ago, before all the unpleasantness and when the dark haired woman thought about it, she couldn’t help but wonder if those days had just been a fabrication of…his. Yet, she chose not to believe that and the friendships she’d made back then had been her decision, not his, she just wished she’d kept more of them alive instead of closing herself off.
It would probably end up coming back to bite her but the cheerful woman would take that moment to briefly take Rangiku’s bottle of booze and add a touch of its contents into her tea. Handing the bottle back, she’d then take a sip, her face brightening a little. Gods, what had she done? Momo had never been the best when it came to drinking but with a shrug, she decided to go through with it. It’d been a while since she’d simply had a little fun and who better to have it with than her old friend?

Rangiku nodded as she downed the drink quickly before pushing it forward for Momo to give her a second pour. She was ready to drink more and until she forgets her problems. Right now her mind was moving a mile a minute so it was nice that she could just relax and hang out with her old friend. No duties were holding her down currently. She moved to until her sash a bit and allow herself to fully unwind with her friend.
"Glad you're always looking out for me, Momo."
