Hearing that Akira had been captured left Sabriel in two minds. On one hand, she was saddened by the fact that he was now rotting in a cell but on the other, which was becoming the more dominant one in her head, she was pleased. All of her misery had stemmed from his plans and the image of him staring at a prison wall actually brought some small feeling of comfort. Of course, there was always the possibility that it could be her one day and it did scare her but for now, all Sabriel could truly do was try to figure out where to go now. In her mind, her crimes seemed so meagre compared to the majority of those in the invasion. She had only been a bit player, right?

“There was me wondering whether I should divulge his name or not.” She answered dryly. “He is a slippery soul so I hope for the sake of your group that you be careful around him. His skill with words is almost as good as mine, perhaps better. Believe me, he will no doubt be only more ambitious now after the invasion than he was before and who knows how high his goals are now? Be careful around him, Stella.”

Sighing, she would then pose a question to the Quincy, one that she was reluctant to hear the answer to but knew it had to be asked. “What about us?”

Stella knew that their friendship had to end here. Not just due to her devotion to her organization, but also to her morals. Even though it was evident Sabriel felt bad about taking part, she still took part. It was something that couldn't be forgiven this easily. Stella felt her voice wavering as she spoke to the arancar. The raven haired woman had helped her with several things. Helping her in her relationship, teaching her how to dance, and just being a shoulder to cry on when she was at her lowest. This hurt her heart, but it has to be said. She has a duty and she has her own beliefs and morals. Something like this may be atoned for, but it was going to take work.

"When we meet again..... I will have to do what I'm able to bring you in. You're going to be a wanted person. Along with everyone else who took part in that invasion."

Even though she had somewhat expected the answer to be unpleasant, the almost coldness that Stella spoke with hurt Sabriel deeply. She could understand why the Quincy had to make the decision but it did not ease the pain. Had she naively expected Stella just to swap it all under the rug? Hmm. Perhaps she had. Regardless, the Arrancar did not lash out or berate the redhead in any way, appreciating what the two had shared in the past and knowing that perhaps one day they could repair the bridge that had been broken due to Sabriel's actions.

“Then I suppose there is nothing left for me to say.” Sabriel replied unhappily, knowing that staying any longer would only cause the pain to grow. The sooner she left the better and she did not want to cause any more pain than she already had. She did not make the slightest attempt to change Stella’s mind, knowing that it must have taken an awful lot for the woman to even say what she had. It stung and would for an awfully long time but for now, all the Arrancar could do was try and figure out her next step. “I will miss you, Stella.”

With those words spoken, the woman would Sonido away, tears welling up once more as the misery overtook her once again.
