Fractured Bygones [Ehefra, Helle]

Ehefra snorted softly. "I don't know what answer I want." She noted quietly, but didn't argue the semantics. She qas quiet for a bit as she just... held onto the woman. Only to pause for a moment as Helle went on. Though as Helle went on she couldn't help but pause for a moment at that. And she actually went quiet as she thought.

Oh... how easy it would be if thats what she actually wanted. If sex was the only thing that was in her mind, how .... simple that'd be. It was so much worse than that. She didn't want to just fuck Helle. She wanted her. She wanted to take her away from the city of lights. Take her with her. Not just as a sexual object but as .... something that could keep her held together. Fuck the city and the wahrender. She just wanted ... to feel like there was someone there to keep her together. To keep her from doing something drastic. To.... have moments like this, that brought her back down to earth.

But as much as she felt it in her gut, Helle wasn't just her property to take wherever she wanted. Currently.

"You're lucky you're stronger than me." She murmured grumpily, gently extracting herself as she took a step back and looked up at Helle. And she felt it. Something on the very tip of her tongue. Something she wanted to say to this infuriating woman.

"Thanks Helle. I hope....goodbye." She murmured softly, as she swallowed that nonsense back down, and let something far more reasonable. far more safe escape her lips. A brief moment having rushed through her, a life flashing before her eyes. Not one she'd lived, but one she wanted to live. It felt to .... perfect. But she knew that wouldn't be the case. Not for Helle. She couldn't imagine anything worse happening to the woman. Helle was right, why try and force others to partake in this shit journey of hers?

She turned, and she walked out.

Halted when she spotted that spectre of Helle. Blinking in surprise as she watched the fascimile hand something to her. She stared at it for just a second and briefly wondered. Had she made this out of reishi? She didn't even know, for all she knew, Helle had used that wealth of hers to just buy this ahead of time. Or she could just as easily have made it on the spot. She smiled ruefully and gently accepted the necklace. Before leaning up, and gently kissing the ghostly vision of Helle, a brief little gesture. Or well...tried to. Who knew, maybe it'd just turn to reishi as soon as it was touched. She wouldn't put it past Helle to prank her like that.

All the same, she took the necklace with her.
