These could include vigilante work, seeking safe harbor, or simply seeking diversion. As long as they adhere to the established rules, such characters can be found within China's borders.

RULES

Don’t Interfere: As long as someone is not endangering the objectives or goals of Kraken, or their hold on China, the organization will not interfere with the personal goals of Kraken members. Everyone is allowed to do as they please, with consideration to Kraken first.

Sealed lips: Those who reveal information about Kraken, whether that be its structure, members or goals, are subject to assassination by the organization. Keep your mouth shut and Kraken will be good to you.

Report: Members who find themselves under scrutiny or engaged in attention-catching behaviors should report this to the Head of Kraken. In doing so, support will be offered to help you lay low or disappear entirely.

OBJECTIVES

Consolidate influence and assure China is wholly within the grasp of Kraken. Increase internal and personal strength to guarantee that China will not be interfered with from external organizations and influences. To increase member strength so they are strong enough to defend Kraken's power and claims.

RESOURCES

China: The whole damn country. China is rich in industry, manpower, and resources, yet it has experienced political instability for some time. The nation's vast influence is challenging to quantify, but through proxies, limited access remains possible for the time being. Kraken currently relies on a puppeteered structure, via Kurai, to leverage these assets for personal gain, while also maintaining a degree of political safety from external entities.

Missions: Kraken accepts missions exclusively for those under their control, using these assignments as a means to maintain dominance. High-ranking officials, CEOs, and law enforcement personnel may request favors—at a steep price—to resolve their issues. However, not all can afford the cost, and Kraken is more than willing to arrange payment plans for those who find themselves unable to pay upfront. Rest assured, there are always ways to settle the debt.

ALLIES/AFFILIATIONS

Brazil: This nation maintains a loose alliance with Kraken in relation to ongoing operations. During the incident in Beijing, they contributed logistical support and covert manpower in exchange for continued access to the Silk Road, an agreement that has been upheld.
