Appearance: Amido has a slightly dark complexion giving his skin a slightly bronzed look as if he were a man whom spent most of his life working under the sun. He usually wears a soft smile on his face that gives off a warm feeling and his eyes are an infinitely deep blue that give off an equally warm feeling. Amido's hair is wavy and long for a male, falling down just below his shoulders, it is colored a dark yet vibrant brown and is clean and well kept along with a tiny bit of scruffle on his chin which is also kept clean. His body has a large herculean frame and every one of his muscles seem to be in perfect shape as he he were made from a mold of the ideal human body. He has long since cast off his espada attire of old and wears a long electric blue coat with lightning designs over a plain white T-shirt. Both of his wrists are wrapped in weighted white cloth halfway up the elbow and his black pants are held up by a similar weighted white cloth wrapped around his waist several times. His sandals have metal bottoms and are very heavy with yet even more of the weighted cloth wrapped around his ankles up to his knee. His mask wraps around his forehead like a small thin crown and is lightning shaped with light blue markings.

Personality: Amido is usually a good natured person, despite being an Arrancar he doesn't like hurting humans and lacks any real hatred towards the shinigami. He can sympathize with their war against hollow as most are evil and prey upon the weak, however he also see's the hollows side having been one and recognizes the need to eat for fear of reverting back to a mindless drone. Amido has a very strong sense of self and justice and tries his best to always make the right decision. In fact the only person he has every felt hatred for is Aizen Sousuke for the mass death he caused and his ideals of surpassing god despite Amido having once shared that very same ambition.

For the most part Amido is a very relaxed individual, he likes to stare at the scenery and and enjoys some arts and if you didnt know him well one might think he were lazy if they havnt seen him while training. He is often polite with strangers and likes meeting interesting people, he has even made a shinigami friend and several human friends. While in the world of the living Amido will often ask to delay fights, and avoids trouble if humans are around. He believes it is wrong to get humans caught up in the war between Shinigami and Hollow and does everything in his power to keep innocent lives out of the fray.

Strengths|Specialties:

Lightning Fast Speed - Amido's speed is one of his most valued assest, recognizing there is no point in being strong enough to crush your foe if you can even touch him. Amido has undergone special training to increase his speed to it's absolute limit even going as far as to race his own lightning bolts with as little use of sonido as possible.

Incredible Herculean Strength - In the physical body there are three types of muscle that can be found, red muscle, white muscle, and pink muscle. Red is powerful but tires quickly while white lacks as much strength but has good endurance and pink muscle has the best of both worlds. Normally in even the most hardened of martial artists, their body has a very small percentage of pink muscle rarely ever exceeding 10%. However after going through countless years of a very strict daily training routine Amido eventually suceeded in transforming 100% of his muscles mass into pink muscle. This gives Amido the maximum physical strength potential capable for his body, and considering his large frame, Amido's sheer power and leverage advantage makes him a scary opponent to clash with.

Lasting Physical Endurance - As stated above all of Amido's body has had it's muscle mass converted to pink muscle, this gives him long lasting physical stamina, so even after his reiatsu is drained he can still continue fighting through raw physical means.

Purified Potent Reiatsu - Amido's once vast and powerful reiatsu has long since been purified and condensed through extensive meditation and training. The result is a highly potent purified reiatsu that is less in quantity, but far surpasses most other reiatsu in quality.

Peaceful Aura - Amido's reiatsu can get so dense and powerful, especially in his released state, that the main driving emotion is expressed through his reiatsu. Amido can give off a powerful warmth of peacefulness that makes weaker foes drop their weapons and stop fighting to instead enjoy the blissful oneness that Amido's peaceful aura influences.

Weakness[es]:

Reiatsu Reserves - Despite having such a potent reiatsu, the cost is having a low reserve. Amido runs out of reiatsu faster then one might expect of an arrancar or his level.

Damage Control - Amido is hard to injure, but once it's done he bleeds easy. If Amido loses a limb or is injured severly it can seriously disrupt his combat abilities.

Mercy - One of Amido's weaknesses is that he shows mercy to all but Aizen and will almost never kill his opponent unless he has to. Amido has a tendency to hold back because of this, and thus he never reaches his full battle potential.

Abilities:
Atmosphere Destabilizer- Amido fires a blast of bio-electricity into the air which then destabilizes the atmosphere and calls forth a small storm, then next turn it becomes a large thunder storm, then in another 4 turns it becomes a raging storm. In another 3 turns the storm fades, this move cannot be used again in the same area for another 3 days after use.

Thunder Fist - Amido compresses reiatsu into his hand and then punches or jabs forwards sending a short range burst of air pressure that makes a loud booming noise and inflicts massive crushing force in a straight line for 5 feet. This move has enough force to rip someones arm off if hit at a weak joint and can cause serious internal bleeding if taken dead on.

Severing Arc - Amido snaps his fingers through the air creating a powerful arc of electricity. He then swipes his hand through the air and sends the air out in a extremely fast arced blade of lightning. This attack has cutting properties capable of dismembering a limb and shocks targets stunning them upon impact, the speed of this attack is roughly that of a bala.

{Specialized Cero} Instant Cero - Instead of charging a mass amount of energy and then firing, Amido has trained many years to master an instant cero that is charged while it's fired. This attack is initially weaker then a fully charged cero but fires instantly and continues to fire longer, dealing the full damage of one of Amido's fully powered cero overtime.

General Moves:

Cero - A high-powered energy blast that can be fired from the mouth or hand. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vaizards have so far been shown to use cero attacks, and it appears that higher classes of hollow can use it more efficiently.

Gran Ray Cero: A more powerful version of cero, only Espada are capable of using this version of the technique, which is accomplished by mixing blood into a regular cero.

Name: Cero Oscurus
Description: Cero Oscurus is a variation of the standard cero blast used by all forms of hollows. It is a form that can only be used by Espada in their released state and is preformed exactly how a regular cero would be. The difference however is that this cero is completely pitch black in color and formed from more highly concentrated amounts of spiritual energy then a normal cero is, making its range much wider then normal. Also, because of the nature of this energy blast, its rare to see this cero deflected and it packs more concussive force then before, making it the strongest version of the attack aside from Gran Ray Cero.

Caja Negación: Espada have a special cube-shaped device called Caja Negación meant to simulate Negación fields, which are used to punish their subordinates if necessary. The cube, when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, it is only fully effective when used on those it was designed for. More powerful arrancar can escape given enough time. ONE USE ONLY Whomever is caught by this is stuck for 5 turns

Gonzui - A technique used to absorb the souls from a large number of living people. It is only effective on people with low spiritual power.

Pesquisa - The arrancar equivalent of the shinigami ability to sense spiritual pressure. It functions similar to sonar.

Hierro - The ultra tough skin of the arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block UNreleased zanpaktou bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger arrancar have proportionally stronger skin. However blades in shikai can penetrate.

Sonido - The arrancar equivalent of the shinigami flash steps; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of sonido is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for flash steps.

Bala - A weaker but quicker alternative to the regular cero attack. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a cero blast.

Garganta – This is how arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway. When used, the technique opens the dimensional fabric like a door.

Description/Effect:Guarda is an ability which allows the user to watch the actions of fellow Espada and other close allies though their own eyes. To use it, One must picture the person they intend to use it upon in their mind and focus a small portion of their reiatsu into their eyes. This ability is an arrancar exclusive

Name:Hemerosu Sonido
Description/Effect:A variation of the high speed movement technique known as sonido. The user can increase the steps he takes with a regular sonido, moving so fast as to create quasi clones in the area he was just standing. The afterimages are able to be slashed and hit in any type of way to give the illusion the person using the technique was hit. Of course, when they hit the ground, they dispell. They are also able to move along with the user in unison although they do not have any physical substance.

Sealed Zanpakutô: Raikami takes the form of two swords, an elegant long katana and a wakizashi both with a pale glowing blade that occasionally has a random bolt of electricity dance along the metal when unsheathed. The hilts are golden and have designs of lightning bolts on them while the handles are wrapped in a fine electric blue material.

Resurrección:

Appearance - His swords explode and as the smoke clears his mask is gone and the skin on his arms become pale white armor designed to look like muscle while his hands don gauntlets with ridged blades starting from the fingertips going back to the elbow. His legs become armor of the same color and design, his boots have blades from the toes to the knee. He grows pale wings of reiatsu on shoulders and his back and chest too have the pale armor as well. He is left with only his katana and it get slightly longer and electricity zaps all over his body in pulses.

When ressureción is released Amido becomes an armored warrior, every limb is meant for combat and bladed and his eyes seem to become filled with electricity. Electricity made from his reiatsu will occasionally dance around his body and is constantly charged around his katana. His strength and speed both increase and he can summon lightning bolts during thunderstorms, the electricity from storms also will get occasionally attracted to his body, he then absorbs it into his own electric charge and can use it as energy, restoring his reiatsu, this can be done whenever electricity enters his electric field. When he cuts into his enemies they are electrified and the wounded limb will be numb and have spasms for a short time due to the residual electricity of Amido’s attack spreading throughout the nervous system. The electricity in his release form is normally as powerful as a natural lightning bolt, however the more reiatsu he puts into them the stronger and hotter they will be. Amido's lightning can also cause Lightning-induced magnetism, making metal gain a short but huge burst of magnetic properties.

Abilities

Zues' Bolt- a fast and powerful lightning bolt charged with reiatsu that can be fired from Amido's arms and legs or channeled through his sword.

Titans Roar- Amido Concentrates energy into his left arm. He punches causing a massive thunder blast of sound and air pressure. From far away this move is fairly easy to dodge and doesn't do much damage, merely causes a massive pushing force. However if preformed up close the damage is much greater especially if there is something behind the target for them to collide with. The concussive force will likely crush enemies or at the very least push them back with great force; it is extremely hard for enemies of equal speed or lower to dodge at close range.

Zues' Wrath-Amido's body is engulfed in electricity and reiatsu as he punches with his right arm firing a blast of reiatsu and lightning. This move move can vary depending on how much reiatsu is placed into it. It can be a small and precise beam capable of burning holes thorugh limbs, joints, or organs, and burns out the nearby nerves around the wound giving a paralyzing effect. Or it can be a wide spread massive wave of destruction capable of laying waste to an entire city. This ability is by far Amido's most powerful attack, it's frighteningly fast and causes heavy damage both externally and internally.

Arc Step - Amido has the ability to move as if he himself were lightning as a pale blue bolt of energy. This allows him to effectively move from one place to another at the speed of lightning and enter things that can conduct electricity or other electricle charges for various reasons.

History: 700 years ago, Amido had yet to go by his current name, back then he was known as, the “Divine Bolt.” His mask was like a full helmet brought down over his head with wings on the sides. His whole body was a pale white and his muscles still had their adonic shape. He had two wings almost the size of his body and his fists where hardened and bladed. He was a fairly well known hollow amongst soul society but had yet to become even a gillian. As a low ranked hollow he would take out low ranked shinigami, baiting them with lost souls and killing them in a pale flash before they even knew his location, he was nothing special and he followed the same path most weak hollows are to follow…Death at the hands of a shinigami. However he was never caught and he continued to devour gaining in strength with each day. Soon his hunger craved for something new…something…hollow. He began ignoring the human world all together and focused on his new pleasure.

His first…”delicacy”-
Since devouring a rather brash young shinigami Div found himself no longer craving the flesh of humans and a strange new thirst boiled up from within him. “What is this lust I feel to consume?” Div thrashed about Hueco Mundo screaming as the hunger nearly killed him. Within a matter of minutes he would fade away, however he was lucky that another hollow came wandering by, it was an annoying fool with little intelligence he had seen before, he despised this hollow and had thought it was slain days ago. His hatred and his fury built up more and more. You could see the blood thirst begin to boil in his eyes. Div lashed out with the last of his energy, he bit the hollow right on the neck and began to devour it. The sensation was a rush! His hunger, satisfied at last, but he still tore at the hollows body and devoured the whole thing. “Humans are orderves, Shinigami, a nice dessert…but hollows…such a delicacy is a main course!” From then on his rampage began.

To become a Gillian-
After 100 years Div had devoured many hollows, the more he ate the stronger and smarter he became. His cunning had evolved to new levels as he set his latest plan into motion. A nest of hollows was far too dangerous to assault head on, but if he were to become Gillian than he would need the corpses of a hundred hollows in one place. So Div entered one of the caves of the hollow nest, once inside, there was a group of three hollows sitting in a circle arguing about who would become king of the hollows. Div laughed at these fools, they could hardly form a sentence and yet they dared to dream of such a high place…ridiculous. He hid behind a rock and called out an insult to one of the hollows mimicking the voice of another. The hollows went mad and began attacking each other. The commotion from the fight attracted more hollows and they all began a giant blood bath. Div waited until the hollows wore themselves out and jumped into the fray. As the fight went on eventually the hollows all melded together and formed a Gillian with wings on either side of its mask.


Adjuchas Ahoy!-
As a Gillian it was very hard to keep control over his consciousness unless he ate other hollows constantly. The Menos Forest was a perfect feeding ground for this, plenty of prey merely wandering about like mindless drones. He compared them all to a sea and he could imagine that within this sea he would find his island…Adjuchas. In his wanderings of Hueco Mundo he heard rumors of there being more to just gaining a bit of strength be eating hollows. He had learned of evolving into new forms, with the Vasto Lorde at the top. It was his goal but first he must become Adjuchas, Gillian was not enough strength for him. He walked along through the forest eating Gillian left and right, one or two of them attempted to fire a cero in retaliation but most of them fell with a well-placed bite to the neck. Forward he fed, transforming, at last he had evolved into Adjuchas, Vasto Lorde seemed more than a goal now.

Royalty costs blood-
Now the name soul society had given him “Divine Bolt” was cast aside, from the day of achieving Adjuchas on he was known as Amido Apolinar. His combat abilities and his intelligence had been squared 1000 times compared to its original state. His appearance had changed as well, he now had armor over his entire body and the wings had a soft pale glow to them. He also gained the ability the send an electrical current through his body and he could now break the sound barrier in an instant and still increase in speed. But with newfound powers came newfound fear. If he did not stop eating hollows he would lose his identity and become a Gillian again. In order to reach Vasto Lorde, he would need to eat a lot of high level hollows. Almost 600 years passed and then one day a shinigami shook the foundations of Hueco Mundo, Aizen Sousuke had arrived with a new tool, the Hyougoku. It broke down the barriers between hollow and shinigami, but this was unimportant to Amido all he cared about was becoming the greatest Vasto Lorde so he continued to devour normal hollows when one day he came across a strange shinigami/hollow hybrid, it called itself an arrancar and told Amido of great power that came with joining Aizen. Amido ate the arrancar and ignored it but when he noticed the immense power gain he realized that if he ate arrancar, he would be Vasto Lorde in no time. But spilling the blood of an arrancar would surly get him on this Aizen persons hit list. He decided it was worth the risk. Amido entered the halls of Hueco Mundo and began preying on the weaker arrancar, in a single day Amido had become Vasto Lorde. But in becoming Vasto Lorde he was approached by Aizen Sousuke himself. Aizen offered him a position as one of his elite and transformation into an arrancar. Amido could feel that his strength seemed to be at his limit, even if he ate more hollows the growth would be small. But that wasn’t the real reason he accepted. He said “It was that mans eyes…they were the eyes of a god.” As time went by Amido served under Aizen as the 6th Espada and fought several shinigami in Karakura town. Over time he felt a pull and ventured out into the depths of Las Noches. There he improved and gained greater mastery over his powers, observing the ways of the hollow world. He eventually came to the conclusion that arrancar and shinigami could live peacefully together and he reached an inner peace. Upon his return he carved his way to the 2nd Espada position and had obtained a peaceful aura. As second Espada Amido met the new First Espada, Ayumo, and became good friends with him, he also made ties with several other new espada such as Kure-ji and Kizune, Amido also met a few shinigami whom he took a liking to such as Yukino, who was now 2nd division captain in soul society.

Recently Amido met yet another new Espada, Raven, who had taken his old position as the 6th Espada. Upon meeting Raven Amido decided to take her under his wing and train her personally. Now he spends most of his time teaching her what he knows and lazing about the world of the living or wandering the halls of Las Noches.

Time passed and Amido eventually became 1st Espada and had achieved his goal of becoming the most powerful Espada to ever grace the halls of Las Noches. Despite reaching this goal Amido found life under Aizens rule empty and void of joy, so he took the example of his old friend Ayumo and ventured out into the sands to live free.
