Custom Cero

Name: Sky Shot

Type: Must have at least adept cero, but is recommended for people who use flying as a part of combat.

Effects: The user points his hand, fingers extended and curved, at his target on the ground. He gathers energy into the tips of his fingers and palm. The user cannot move while the attack is charging. When it is fired, emerald colored beams of energy, about 2 inches in radius, shoot from the fingertips. The palm continues charging. Then the user brings his fingers together, ensnaring his target. Then he spreads his hand wide again, focusing all the energy in the hand in the palm. A great emerald colored cero, 4 feet in radius, is fired from the palm, directly at the ground. This technique may be used with both hands if the user is advanced in cero or higher. If used with one hand it has a 3 post cool down, and if used with two hands has a 5 post cool down. The technique is most effective about 20 feet off the ground, keeping you away from the blast but making it harder for enemies to dodge.

Notes:

If the user is hovering without wings while using this technique, once it has been fired they will be unable to hover for 1 post.
