--Stern yet Quirky--
His personality is very stern, straight forward, and... Odd. He will do things to the book and follow all proper logical applications. He even seems like a robot at times, and feels like a robotic being. He NEVER smiles, but when he wishes to impress someone, he will go as far to find a school girl outfit that fits him, and try to do odd acts to impress someone. Why Central 46 selected him to be the Captain Commander is questionable, but he does fit the MAIN profile requirements. Aside from that, it's VERY questionable.

His body represents the human anatomy, but when it comes to analysis, he has the mind of technology. His head always analyzes and never stops running potential outcomes and solutions. He makes logical decisions and when someone questions whether it is humane or not, Zeus doesn't consider the emotions of others. He will stand behind logical and rational decisions, even if it includes the loss of one life over hundreds.
--Can Never be Human--
An odd trait my Zeus is that he want's to be pretty. For some reason, he hold pride when putting on the female school uniform, skirt and all. He will even think he's a woman at times as he will even put on make-up and dance around on a stripper pole, just because he feels like a female. Most believe that when he was made, his gender processing program has an error. They can't fix it because any time anyone gets close to Zeus, he removes them from the premises. Zeus will always think he's pretty and will strive to be beautiful...

Racial Abilities:
Robotic Physics:
Even though Zeus holds the basic anatomy of the human race, he doesn't need to move like them. Only his outer appearance displays human anatomy, while his insides are all wires, electrical output, and even his skeletal structure is that of adamantium, the hardest known metal out there, making him hard to pierce. Even his joints can move outside known routes, for example, his elbow can move backwards as well as forwards. He doesn't feel pain as he holds no nerves, but his sensory units will tell him what he should be feeling, and where.
EMP Wave:
Zeus is powered by electricity, but after constant studies were displayed on the former 0 Division General Ceon Clixx-Kimura, the Gotei realized that Zeus is weak against electrical users. To prevent this from being possible on the robotic Commander, Zeus was given an EMP Wave that lies between his skin, to his actual robotic structure. What this wave does is it nullifies any type of electrical pulses entering or exiting Zeus, which makes him immune to electrical attacks.
Structured Body:
Zeus's body may appear to be similar to a humans, but it's chemical and physical composition is not similar to any other person known. His bones and muscle composition is mixed with adamantium making them 10 times more durable than that of a normal shinigamis. His skin is laced with diamond shards that will make him appear oily at some times, but makes it harder for him to be cut in any way. In all physical formalities, Zeus has been highly structured for defense in many ways.
Scan:
Even though Zeus's eyes have never been seen, he will have an active scan on at all times. If there is a living subject that comes within 100 feet of him, Zeus can read it. Once his eyes have focused on a target for up to 20 seconds, he will gain Intel upon the physical structure of the target, the potential, race, and even the limits of the targets physical output, energy output, and stamina. The ways of reading his targets are by reading a pulse, pulses or fluxes in energy, or disturbances in the force. The type of scans that are available are from the highest research the 12th Division has had access to do.
Shunpo/Zenjutsu/Kidō/Hand to Hand/Weapon Master:
Zeus was giving the combat histories of the Gotei's greatest combat artists. Because of this procedure, Zeus knows the best strategies and best outcomes in which to act to either ensure victory, or best possible results. Kidō, Weapons, hand to hand, and even speed are something Zeus managed to master within 20 seconds of upload time.
Intense Raw Power:
Zeus's Spiritual Pressure is so thick and intense that he keeps it contained. He is such a huge and intense being that there is almost no limit to his spiritual energy. When Zeus releases his power and opens up to let his power flow freely, it's so intense and think that if there was someone of 2 tier or lower within 100 feet of him, they would be knocked down and hardly breathe.

Razor Sharp

Poison Infliction:
Can inflict poison that will cause either immobilization, loss of Senses, and constant damage infliction. It is random on which poison takes effect, but it can be understood from the color of the Hornets. If the Hornets appear green, then it's a constant damage infliction poison. The damage infliction is the exact same as the Shikai mode. If the Hornets are a red color, they will inflict loss of senses. When the poison takes effect, it will begin with eyesight. Then if inflicted again, hearing. And if inflicted again, loss of smell and it will continue till all senses are immobilized. It doesn't last forever as it can be released in time, or detox. If the Hornets are Yellow, then they will have the immobilization poison. The immobilization won't effect the entire body, as it will only effect the muscle struck by the poison. If the Hornet's poison the opponents arm, then their arm is immobilized, ect. Also, this doesn't last forever as this one will also go in time, or after detox.
Increased Speed:
The Hornets are now 3 times as fast, catching the speed of a Captain's Shunpo. What makes it worse is that if Zeus uses his hands, it goes up to the speed of an experienced Captain's Shunpo.
Increased Power/Defense:
The Hornets can take more damage, so when on defense, they don't die on contact, and can take many more hits. The durability of the Hornets while in defensive mode can withstand the elements as well, making the perfect shield for anyone needing it's protection.
SCREW THE RULES, I HAVE MONEY!:
When Zeus activates this ability, he is no longer under effect of poisons or any other status changing effect. He'll take the money he took from "Welfare Contrl" and whirl it around, repairing himself and returning to 100%.
Increased amount:
The amount of Hornets now are 10 million and will stay that way. When some die, they will just re-spawn. They will proceed to respawn from the same source, the Pen.
Welfare Control:
He controls your money. He will resort to Socialism and take your cash munnies for himself. Even if you don't belong in the Gotei 13, Zeus will hack into your accounts using his amazing Android abilities from the Scan and he will delete your 401K, and take any money you might have for himself.
Health care Control:
He will remove your health care. Also on a battle aspect, if there is a healing ability being used by an opponent, he can disable it for the duration of the fight. He can't remove ALL healing aspects, but he can disable one.
The Devils Charisma:
When given the chance to speak to large audiences, he can even convince the most hardcore lesbian that they are now straight. For some, he will convince them that maybe they are bi-sexual, but in this mode he is trusted by the masses and when he lies, it's EXTREMELY hard to tell.
Global Warming:
GLOBAL WARMING EXISTS NOW! All because you believe him...
Also, the battlefield will heat up about an additional 10 degrees causing any nature effects to be thrown off balance, giving a disadvantage to elemental users.
Terminator Replay Action Move:
When he finds it appropriate, a bin of fire will appear next to him, and he'll jump into it, giving a thumbs up saying "I'll be back" and as he goes, he'll slowly have the terminator replay song playing...
And he'll just re-appear in his office.

History/Background:
From the ashes of the 12th Division, rose up a new kind of Shinigami. His name...
Zeus...
Mayuri called him Bob, but the experiment was called Zeus. He became the 4th Seat of the 12th Division and was very powerful and a knowledgeable Shinigami, right behind his older sister Nemu. For many years he did great things, and the Soul Society was aware of his presence. Finally after the return of the 0 Division from destroying Aizen, word got out that Yamamoto had died in the middle of war. In the time, Central 46 got together after smoking a little too much... Stuff...
And thus, Zeus became the NEXT CAPTAIN COMMANDER!
He ruled fairly and with an Iron fist. He is questionable, and has a lot of odd traits, but he's doing pretty good!
He ruled without question and did a wonderful job, but after Kin managed to take over and cause massive damage to the Gotei, it was suspected that Zeus had some errors and needed to be checked for the best. Taken back in by the 12th Division, Zeus and his little sister GLaDOS were turned off by Nemu, Vice Commander of the 12th Division. Zeus was given more rational coding and many new combat techniques while GLaDOS was given a new processor so she can meet the skills of Zeus if anything was to happen.
Just recently, the battles going on Earth has caused massive damage and scared the Gotei in many ways. The former Commander of the Gotei was removed of his position due to assassination and thus the Gotei entered silence. From the depths of Central 46, they spoke out to the public as they proclaimed their new leader...
Thus, from the deep and dark realm of the 12th Division Science department, Zeus and GLaDOS walked out as Zeus was named the Commander of the Gotei 13 once again, and GLaDOS was named the Assistant Chief of Android Sciences.
Now, the future is once again, in the hands of this VERY Questionable Android...
